The Perfect Braiding Pattern For Every Wig

I'M not trying to rebraid my hair every day. This is a lot. Hey loves! Welcome to my channel. My name is Whitney turnings and hey girl. How you doing in today's video I'm going to show you guys how I like to break my hair when I'm going to be wearing a lot of V parts? U Parts wigs! In general honey! I like to switch my hair up and I feel like if you have a little bit of a wig collection - and you might you know, switch your wig up from day to day. It'S really cool to have a braiding pattern where you don't have to always start from scratch. Let'S say I want to wear a V part in a middle part and then the next day I want to wear a u-card to the side and the next day I want to wear a closure wig, I'm not trying to rebraid my hair every day. This is a lot so to avoid that, I like to break my hair in this specific braiding pattern that I'm going to show you guys. So if you're, a girl like me who likes to switch her hair up and you're interested in seeing how I like to do that tips and tricks of our braiding pattern, then go ahead and keep watching okay first things: first, what we're going to need honey, trusty, Handy dandy, Beauty, Supply Store, Denman brush love, her got ta have her favorite detangling brush a rat tail comb, some type of comb to part with I like the metal tip rat tail Combs, but girl and go off. If you need to use your pinky finger, do what you got to do? Okay, a couple scrunchies couple: hair clips: I have some cold pressed, castor oil. You can use whatever hair oil you like to put on your scalp, but this what I like! That'S how I keep my hair, nice and thick for the q-u-e. Okay, also optional. I got my yak, it's really Pinot, Grigio and lemonade. You know you're old, when you have to have a chaser for wine old or ghetto, but I could not drink no straight Pinot. Grigio, I will be on this video working child okay, so we got a little beverage. Okay, I got my snacks. I got some breed and some fruits and RuPaul's Drag Race going honey. So once this music starts going for y'all, a RuPaul's Drag Race is going for me. That'S what I'm resorting to, because House of dragon is not on anymore. Okay, we got a unit anywho, okay, so my hair, I twisted it out. I washed it deep conditioned it twisted it out, honey but she's, clean she's moisturized. I put some lots of oils, aloe vera gels, some leave-in conditioners, and I put in a heat protectant because I will be wearing some new partner view. Part wigs, even though I'm probably gon na double up on the heat protectant. I just like to start off with a little something in my hair. You know pretty much. She is ready to go first things. First, I'm gon na part, my hair from ear to ear foreign back to where I have enough hair at the top. For my wigs that I want to, like you, know, have a parkour and I'm going to go ahead and put the rest of my hair in a ponytail in the back just to get it out the way for now Never Gon na part, my hair, all the Way over here, so I don't like to leave this whole front section out. I actually like to go ahead and part at about where my eyebrow is going straight back, and this is the hair that we're actually going to end up leaving out for our wigs and stuff. Just like you know our little switch it up hair and this hair. We'Re gon na go ahead and braid, so for now I'm just gon na twist it up, so it is out the way and I'm gon na pop it back into the ponytail with the rest of the hair in the back. Just to kind of you know, keep everything organized the more organized. You keep your sections and your parts, the better your hair is going to come out because it tends to look a little bit more polished. So I'm going to do that exact same thing. On the other side as well - and you can customize this so let's say that you only wear your hair in the middle and to one side you can definitely like braid up all of the hair that you know that you're not going to use this is the Hair that we're going to leave out these are the two sides that you know we're going to end up braiding up, but we also want to have some edges out, so I'm going to part out just a little bit of my edges. So now we have everything sectioned, we have our edges, we have leave out of top and then the hair that we're going to braid on the sides and in the back it's time to kind of do the actual braids. So how many braids you put in your hair is determined by how thick your hair is. My hair is super thick, but I ain't trying to be here all day as well, so I'm gon na go ahead and make each of these sections on the side into one braid and then we'll figure out what to do with the rest of the hair that We have left, and essentially I'm just braiding the hair straight back straight back and down. I know foreign all right, so I have the braids on both sides done and now I'm going to go ahead and braid the hair that I have left into three braids in the in the back. I was gon na try to finesse it into two, but on my wigs to lay flat, so I'm gon na act right and I'm gon na just go ahead and bring it into three braids going straight back. So let's go ahead and get into it. Pray for my fingers and my arms because they burn it foreign, so I have all of this hair to play with for my V parts and the back of my hair is nice and berated up, which is perfect so, but, as you can see, I have so Much parting space, it's pretty much like creating a closure for yourself, so I have like six by six pretty much parting space. I can part over here over here over here over there there or I can braid it all back and throw a frontal or closure on, and the back of my hair is braided and protected and out of the way. So it feels so weird ending a video of my hair. Now then, but this is it actually, let me go ahead and braid it for my wig, so you guys can see how I would actually wear it for my clothes wig, I'm gon na be crazy. All right, so I braided the top into six braids, so I can be super flat for my closure install so it's kind of like layered braids, so I have the top layer and then the little braids in the back that stay braided. Now, if I want to wear a side part, I can just take this braid down and clip the wig. You know, as is y'all y'all, see where I'm going with this we're here all right. So this is the finished. Look. I just kind of put everything back in the cute little bun, because the ghetto girl in me will wear these braids and some hoops and call it a day real fast. So this is a look. This is a look. I do not want y'all stressing about y'all braided base for your wigs, and I hope that this is really really helpful, because it truly has helped me because y'all know I switch my hair up a lot and I'm able to just have a little bit more versatility. While still having my hair be protected, we are not out here wearing wigs for our health. Yes, they're pretty yes, they're cute, that's all fun and dandy, but above all I like to use it to keep my hair nice and protect, especially during the winter months, girl moisturize, that hair and and put it up, leave it alone.
