Hey everyone welcome back to my channel hope, you're all doing well, so i have been seeing videos on youtube about v part with v part v, part and i'm like do they mean v part? Or? U part, is that not? Is it not one and the same apparently not? Apparently, this is the new thing, so i needed to test it out for myself. So if you want to see my thoughts on a v part wig, then please just keep on watching so starting off. I just got my hair in some very, very old cornrows, and what i did was. I took out the middle two and i just like split it into four just so that i've got like closer cornrows in the middle for when i'm like clipping this wig. In so the wig that i have got today is from eunice, hair, eunice or eunice. I actually don't know how to pronounce her name, but hughness hair unites hair and it is a v part wig, as i mentioned, and this is a curly and it is 20 inches. So this is the texture of the hair and i'll just show you guys what the v part is. So basically, it's kind of like a u-part i'll, keep it up against this, so you can see a bit better. So it's kind of like a u-part except the um. The slit is very close together, so you can pretty much pull it completely closed rather than a. U it's more like a v literally. Another thing that's different with a v part wig, is that you get a little trimming of lace um just on the inside of the slit. So i don't know if you can see that, but there's like a little trimming of lace just along there, so that kind of helps to give a more natural and flatter look, because with you parts they can be quite bulky um at the root because you've got Tracks all the way up to like the middle bit um and then also with this. It'S got some some of these clips inside. So it's actually the snap-on clips um, rather than the like, pushing clips that you get with a typical u-part wig, you get them all. The way up along the edging one in the middle and then at the back, you have the standard slide-in clip. So what i'm gon na do. I want to actually know um if i can wear this without any leave out, so i'm going to try it two ways: i'm going to try it with leave out and without leave out just to see if there is a way that you can wear it without Having any of your hair out, if that is how you would like to do it, so what i'm gon na do! First, i'm just gon na put a wig cap on my head just to get my cornrows out of the way and i'm gon na first. Do it with no leave out, so i'm just gon na hook it straight onto these ones right here. What'S on my shoulder, i'm first gon na just adjust the straps at the back and then we're going to put the wig on i'm just going to push my wig cap a little bit further back. So i'm going to take the open clip and i'm going to clip it on this cornrow right here and then same as the one right at the end, i'm trying to get it like as close to my actual parting as possible, and then i'm just gon na Snap, those clips shut and then same thing on this side, okay, so this is what it's looking like, what i'm gon na do. I think i need to maybe move this side up a little bit closer and i like that. These are the snap-on clips because they kind of hold their position a bit more, whereas with the pushing clips they just push as far as the plaits are. But with this, even if your plaits are further apart, you can still kind of clip them closer together. I still think i can go a little closer here, so this is what it's looking like with no leave out. This is how it's looking. I think i think you could wear your hair like this. I think it is possible. I don't think it looks like super crazy, like i don't think it stands out that oh, my god, she's got like tracks exposed. I think you could wear it out like this. I personally would probably prefer to have a little bit of leave out just so i can feel a bit more comfortable, but i think it is possible, especially with this curly texture. I think you could probably just like sort of backcomb the roots a little bit just to give it like a little bit more volume at the top, and then i don't think it would look that bad at all. You do also get um a clip on the side as well that you can clip in. Let me just put that in place boom, so super secure, it's not going anywhere. So yeah i'm just going to take some of my edges out from the perimeter of my hairline just to try and you know make it look a little bit better okay. So what i'm noticing is that the um the clip is sort of slipping down. I don't know if you can see, but there's now a big gap between the um, the two rows, so i think either my cornrows are a little bit too far apart um in the roots or um. It may be one of those ones where it's best to actually have some leave out, because the last thing you want to do is think everything looks all good and then, over the period of time you know the tracks are just separating like the red sea, but I don't think like from far this looks cute this this looks like it could work. Obviously, i need to you know, fix the actual curls in the hair, just so that it's given a bit more body - and you know just looks a bit better, but i think that this is believable like this looks like it could be pretty good once i you Know do my edges etc. I think it could look quite good now to me, i'm not 100 comfortable wearing this out, because at the moment my cornrows do look like they're too far apart, because this is too wide. So i'm actually going to take it off and i'm going to see what it looks like if i were to have leave out as well. My concern is trying to blend my leave out in with this texture of hair, but we will just have to we'll just have to see how it goes worst case scenario i can just redo my cornrows closer and then just put it back like this right now. So this is my leave out on top, and this is what the hair is. Looking like, i'm going to take a spray bottle and i'm going to try and blend my hair in with this wig, so to define the texture of the wig um. I used some water. Obviously i just sprayed my hair and i used some of this cantu avocado curling cream, and then i did just set it with a little bit of mousse um in regards to blending my own hair. In with this wig again, i used this cantu coconut cream, and then i used some gel just to make sure that my curls like clumped together um, so that they're not like frizzy at the top. But this is what it's looking like so far: they're melting in pretty good the blend is looking good so far, um. I just need to get my hairline together my parting together, and everything like that. So i'm going to go in with some edge control. The one i'm using is the edge booster and i'm just going to like i'm trying to leave as little as possible of my hair out at the front. So i'm just gon na put this behind my ears. So you can see what it's looking like, so i'm just gon na take my uh. This is like my edge edge brush the comb of it and i'm just gon na pull out literally just a little bit of hair just from the perimeter like this okay. So this is how it's looking. I really like this. I'M really happy with this. It'S nice and flat at the top, as you can see like, i don't have any like lumps and bumps going on up here and considering my cornrows underneath are very fat um. I haven't got the sleekest corners underneath and still it looks so nice and flat. So i am well happy with that. I'M going to just let my hair dry a little bit just because i want a bit more volume or see as it's wet. It'S like a bit sleek um, so i'll come back once it's all dried and then i'll give you my final thoughts. Okay, so i'm back my hair is a bit more dry and, as you can see, it has definitely expanded, which i like i wanted to go for that, like frizzy bushy kind of look, i didn't want something very, very sleek, but yeah. This is what it's looking like. I i'm actually impressed like. I'M actually very very impressed with the way this turned out. I like how, like i said, fly is at the top. It'S not bulky, it's not heavy um. It literally took two minutes like it did not. Take a long time to put on at all, and i'm so glad that my hair blended in with this, that you where's my hair and where's the week. You can't even tell the difference. Okay, no, you can you, can you can right here, but do you guys remember when people were doing invisible parts where it was like a sew-in um, but they just used to stitch the tracks like going up like this and then they would kind of have it Like dropping down like that, invisible part, that's what this gives me if you wear it without any leave out, it kind of just looks like that, invisible part. If that's your thing, then you can definitely do that. You can for sure get away with it. You just need to make sure that your cornrows are really close, that your anchor braids are really close so that, when you grip those clips in they are as close together as possible. Because nobody wants a wide part like if you want to just feel more comfortable and not have to worry about your track, showing then by all means you can have some leave out out. I literally had a minimal lever. You guys saw how like skinny my cornrows were minimal leave out, and yet it still looks really nice, because the tracks are so flat up at the front, because it comes with a little bit of lace um. You can basically have a very, very small amount of leave out, and it covers up really well compared to a normal u-part, where it will be quite bulky, and you do need to have like a good amount of hair over the top of it to cover it Up, let me know if that's making sense, it makes sense to me. I hope it makes sense to you. That is my final thoughts so, like i said, this wig is a v part wig from eunice hair. It is a curly texture and this is 20 inches, and this is what the length looks like on me. Let me know your thoughts on this week in the comments down below. Is this something that you would try out?
