How To Flexi-Rod Set | U-Part Wig | Hergiven Hair

Hey guys, what's up welcome back to my channel, it's a girl, Jamaican, hair goddess and today, I'm here with a mini update, well an update and a mini tutorial on how I got these gorgeous curls in this week. So this is not my hair and also, if you've been a subscriber, then you know that I reviewed the. U part wig by her given here a couple weeks ago and well. It came to save the day today because I've come to realize that with short, hair you're, not gon na have a good hair day every single day and you can't run to a puff or a bun, because you can't put your hair in a ponytail. So this saved me today, so it's not outside also so it's pretty cold. So it's a good protective style to have. But it saved me today with my short hair because my hair was not behaving at all, so the side that I did didn't come up properly. So I just opted to braid it down. I didn't even do the braids all the way back, because my hair is so short and then I just left a little leave out and I blow dried it a bit and added some of the mousse. This, the cream of nature with argan oil, mousse I'll, show you guys. I use the same products that I did that I use in curling the wig itself. So I was able to pull that off because it's the mousse, so it dries pretty quickly or you can just use a blow dryer to dry it, but anyways update on the hair. Of course, I haven't been wearing the unit a lot because I cut my hair. Any wan na do my hair, but it does come in handy. I must say I need to watch the unit this time just to get the product that I put it in previously out of the hair. The hair was extremely soft when I go wash it even though it was soft, while you know just spraying water and moisturizing it, it did become so much softer after I Co washed it and the curls pop more when it was like. So if you wanted to do a wash and go or to define the curls in it, you can definitely just add some moisturizer and some gels to do a washing goal and you would be good, but I wanted to blow Jaya to see what it would look To look like, and then I just opted to put some curls in it by adding some flexi rods to it. So, as you can see, the curls do hold up, so it does hold a curl. It can be, you know, blow-dried straight, I'm sure. If you want to flat iron it you would be able to do that as well, but it has been holding up for the most part in terms of shedding. I did when I did Co wash it. I did see some shedding, but it wasn't too much because my hair sheds it wasn't that much shedding for a wig. What else do you need to new Weekend? Update uh? Well, you guys can be the judge of if the hair is looking raggedy or not. This is the unit and, as you can see, it's holding up pretty well. The curls are very bouncy, it's not dry and I did spray some of this anti humidity gloss and shine on it to give it a bit of shine because, as you know, the the the texture is kinky and that's low luster, just like my hair. So it blends very well, do not pay attention to this curl right here it didn't. I took it out like a couple days before the rest of them, so it fell down. So this is what it would look like a couple days later, yeah so that I do like the unit, and it is a very good go-to when I don't have the best hair day. So I will be keeping it on hand in case my hair flops or in or for a day when my hair flops I'll have it to just plop it on my head, and I can style it ahead of time on a mannequin or just holding it between Your legs, you can, you know, style it ahead of time, so that if you want to wear your hair today and then not wear it tomorrow, you are here: it's like an additional head. If you want, if you get what I'm saying it's a neck. In addition, a head in case you're here doesn't cooperate that day so yeah I have. I do like the unit and, as I said, it will be my go-to for when I don't have the greatest of hair days yeah. But until then this is your girls are making your garden signing out toodles so guys. This is what the hair looks like after I co-opted it and see controls hopping. So what I'm going to do now is use this cream of nature, styling milk and just add that to it for some added moisture and then I'm going to proceed to pull drive in here. So the hair is up. Wasn'T the problem to blow dry because it was very soft and the blow-dry went through it pretty easily. However, I did have a problem with the unit on the mannequin head itself because it kept falling off. So what I had to do is I had to use the adjustable straps to secure it. What I did was, I put the adjustable strap through the clips, as you can see on either side and that made it secure. So that's a quick tip if you have a wig, you know and you're trying to spoil it because I tried using put in and that didn't work out so well either. Maybe if I had so this is the unit fully blow-dried. Of course, you could put this on your head just like this. This is a very good stuff, but I went ahead and added some curls. What I did I used the cream of nature, styling mousse and some flexi rods, and that was it. I just wrapped it up, so, as you guys can see, I use all different colors of flexi rods. I basically just use what I had and it wasn't any specific pattern or any specific curl that I was going for.
