Hey guys welcome to my channel everything julia. My name is shreya. If you're new here go ahead, like comment subscribe hit, the notification bell, i am filming with my iphone 13. I upgraded it. I also was trying to get this new vlog camera um, the sony, uv or vu, or vc or v - something well, apparently, they stopped making them in december, and i can't get a hold of it so anyways this is going to be a hair, get ready with Me i'm introduce myself in this video. I just got off the plane, look at you're still by the door, and i bought the shoe part. This hair is from julia's hair, so we're going to unbox it together. This is my raw unboxing. I ordered this from amazon about monday um. It didn't take long. I just ordered it on amazon. It only took like two days to get here. I wanted it in sooner so i can uh. So i could have it in my hair for my little trip in atlanta, but this is how the hair comes, and then it came with a headband okay. This is kind of cute in a wig cap. So, like i said this is the? U part, it is in their kinky, i'm gon na say this: it's like a kinky stripe, so i have the knit looks stiff there. I mean it's been in the box. It feels pretty soft. This part. Of course you cut these. It has one two three, four. Five clips on the inside can you see them? Yeah looks like you know pretty. I think this is a 18 inch. I like that. It'S not super long. It'S really! I don't know if it's gon na match my hair, i don't know so we're gon na make it work. I think it should be fine. Oh my gosh, i don't think it's gon na match. This was supposed to be the natural black. Hmm we'll make it work because it's not like all my hair is gon na be out anyway. So i'm gon na go i'm gon na wash my hair, i'm gon na braid it down and um, and then we're gon na install this wig and put some makeup on you ready. Let'S go, let's see buttercup my baby's probably hungry. Let me feed her, but this is buttercup. Oh, we just dropped her bow. Let me show you something funny, so i ordered this little. Let me get it okay, so i ordered because you know you see how small she is she's about five months old. I ordered this thing it's supposed to go around her neck to stop her from going through the fence like that, and it just comes right off her head. I'M like took 24 dollars just for her to just stick her head out. Look how she looking she's, like you thought, mama you thought. Let'S get started on this hair. You ready stay tuned, all right, just washed her. She did bleed a little bit um. So probably some brown dye they put in it. So this is the hair wet. It didn't have any smell or anything i just smell like regular hair like you get from beauty supply store, so i'm gon na let that dry a little bit i'll go wash my hair blow dry it. I did use um that tehanji p, henson, conditioner and shampoo. I'Ve used it on my hair too, and it was okay, um yeah i was okay. I don't know it was my one time so we'll see i'm about to wash my hair now and then i will be back okay and we are back so this is my hair, nothing cute! I just did a quick little braid look. I am exhausted from braiding. My daughter's hair yesterday she wanted um small individuals, so i in five hours i cornrowed the front of her head and then small individuals all the way back, so these braids are going to have to do because i'm not in the mood, um and plus. I think i want to do um faux locs for my birthday next week. Well, i didn't do any neat braids and i didn't fully blow dry, my hair. So this is the hair. It'S been washed and blow-dried. It'S still a little damp um. I was going to go through and blow dry it once i get it on my head and then i can finish blow drying this little piece. So i'm just going to put those see, put the straps in to make it look tighter and see how tight how it feels, and i mean i really didn't care about how big my braids were, because it's a um, it's so thick so and i didn't need Little bitty skinny braids if i could find mine all right, so i have my scissors, i'm just going to cut these straps here, it's just two and the story between between behind my braids, i went with the combs. So there's these two columns up here. So that's. Why i have this braid? It goes here around here and then down the side, and then i have these side ones because of the side combs. So, let's see how this fits. The mind is window. I can't get. No peace is you. I got to do things. Why you will never let me yeah, i'm being so rude. I didn't realize this. This was my mannequin head, ordered it from amazon dyed a wig. That'S why she's so colorful! So excuse me for not introducing you to my mannequin heads, then so yeah so far it looks good um. It looks like my real hair. I know earlier. I was concerned about this being brown, but it'll be fine, but just like you know, like i dyed my hair brown, you see my ears and over here got ta fix that i'm probably gon na cut these corners but yeah, so we're gon na go ahead. We'Re gon na straighten this hair. We'Re gon na put some wax up here. We'Re gon na blend her and then we're gon na trim her with my face. It'S gon na look really good. I'M excited now to find somewhere to go. Let me get situated and then i'll come back when i'm not making as much noise all right, i'm back got my flat iron on y'all. I promise you the one day. I want to do something nobody's available nobody's here: nobody, okay, everyone's out of town, everyone and i have to work tomorrow. So i guess i have to wait till sunday to do something, but i want to introduce myself to you. I guess i'll just do it. While i'm doing my hair so which should be a problem like i'm looking for you guys for me since the beginning, i promise you i don't. I mean that's how i look 100 of the time just like natural, i did put heat protectant in um, this hair and my hair so um well, my name is andrea. I am from atlanta or according to that lady. I am not from atlanta, i'm from stone. Mountain but it's just easier to say i'm from atlanta, because some people don't stone mountain is a pretty familiar place. A lot of people don't wear snow mountain is actually because of the mountain, but i am from snow mountain. I was born in germany raised in stone. Mountain now i live in dallas texas and i live in atlanta too. I live in stone. Mountain too. I live in both places. Um, i'm a flight attendant been flying for almost 10 years, so i'm based here, but my family lives in atlanta. So i go to atlanta quite a bit actually probably every other week, i'm in atlanta at least twice a month, i'm in atlanta um. I have my daughter, she's 10.. I think i featured her in my move. Vlog. I have two dogs. I have a 13 year old, zoo named snickers, and then i have a four-month-old puppy yorkie named buttercup. She has her own video on my channel um. My birthday is april 3rd, so in a week in a week, it'll be my birthday um. I am not. I don't know i'm turning 31, it's not really an exciting year. You know it's like 30 was, like you know, it's a big year. 31. It'S just like yeah, i'm 31.. It'S not anything special. I guess so i don't know i'm thinking about taking a trip. I don't know where we're going. If i do take a trip, it will be a vlog on it. I'M aries, i'm i'm a true aries. Uh see. I think my moon sign is a scorpio. So that's how i deal with a fun person. I think i'm pretty funny those who know me. I literally laugh all day if you're, not following me on tick tock. Some of my personality is coming out on there. I'M really funny, i'm a very straight shooter. I don't sugarcoat anything um. If i don't like something, i'm definitely going to tell you it's just kind of how i am the older. I get the more i think before i say it. If it's not really working say anything, then i just won't say it, but i just leave it alone. I'M quickly just stop talking folks, especially if i have to tell you like more than one time about a problem. Then it's like i'm not about to waste any more energy on you in this issue like clearly you're, not listening, and you don't value me so yeah. I am single: i've been single for a long time now: um cued violins, that's not even violent or maybe i'll plug it in here. Um. I'Ve been single for about eight years, but of course i've had situationships like ain't been single and lonely. Definitely have not been single and lonely, i'm definitely not single and lonely. I have just been relationship status single, but i date i act like a single woman. I definitely date. Um am i over it. I am over it, but there's like really nothing out here and so my dad was like you know you can move back to atlanta and uh. You know and all that good stuff, but it's like i feel like if i move back to that man i'll never get married like ain't, nothing out there. For me, i mean i'm sure, there's some nice guys out there somewhere, but i don't know where they are and i'm about to go look for them, because i'm sure everybody in atlanta is looking for those guys. I think i look better dating pool out here in dallas. It'S not really doing much for me right now, but i'm sure i'm i'm definitely doing better than i would. If i was in atlanta um. What do you like to do for fun? I don't even know how to answer that, because a lot of people say travel, but i do that for a living. So when i'm at home, i don't really do anything. I used to compete in bodybuilding, so working out is fun release it used to be fun. I competed for see 2016 2017.. I wanted to do a show on 18, but then they came out with the lowness division and then i wanted to go into that so 2019. I started training to do the wellness division, um i'll, try to post pictures. I could fit in bikini for two years and genetically i'm not a skinny girl. So for me to do bikini, like you know, i'm going against all my genetic makeup of this thickness that i got going on and so yeah so 2019. I started coaching with someone about bikini and then 2020 happened. Colin happened, they shut down. The gyms life happened. Stress happened, everything you name happened. We all know because it all happened to everyone. So i put on this 20 pounds and i cannot get this thing off, but we are trying. We are in the process and i i started my channel posting uh, my weight loss journey, but ain't. Nobody care, hey, nobody care, everybody watch those videos. Clearly, i didn't care either because i still ain't lose away. That'S been a year, but you know this is 2022. We don't go ahead and lose this 20 pounds. We'Re gon na be fine again right, but that's my answer buttercup what you doing yeah she's so cute, but i can't show you because she's just sitting in dirty clothes she's been in my lingerie that just took off. I need to put in my dirty cold pampers. I will show you her cute little face, but you don't want to see my dirty clothes either um but yeah i like to eat. So i guess that's what i like to do for fun. I like to go out to eat. I am a brunch girl. I love me a good brunch, honey. Um love me a good brunch. If i could, instead of going off the club, i'd, go to a good brunch, that's what i would do. I will just brunch it out. I ate breakfast all day long like all day, all day midnight breaths all day, oh freaking day so yeah. I love you a good brunch um. What else can i tell you about me because i like to eat, i want to lose weight. I have a kid. I have a dog my favorite place to go is barbados if you're in barbados - and you see this video - hey, hey, i love barbados. Oh my goodness, i was only there for 12 hours, but it was the best 12 hours in my life best 24 12 hours. In my life - oh, my goodness, barbados, aruba, bye, everybody. I'Ve never been to aruba, but i need to go so we're going to add aruba to my list to go. Um bermuda is beautiful. I love bermuda. I'Ve been there twice: um yeah, bermuda's, really nice uh. Let'S see, i've been all over hawaii, i love hawaii, but my favorite place to go in hawaii is um maui. I love maui. You can go to maui, you go to nude beach come to the new beach so to go to the newbies. You have to go to big beach and then you have to hike over the little rocks that go to little beach. That'S where you find the naked people, i'm not saying, go there looking for naked people, but if you are okay or you just want to experience it, i think it's definitely worth it. It was my first time experiencing it, i loved it. I had fun. I joined everyone else, i'm not saying go there and just look at people be naked, don't be weird but go and for the experiences it was definitely a good little vibe. I liked it. I liked it liked it a lot. Then we rented a car and we drove. We did the road to hana, which was beaut beautiful. I'M like you, can't mess with hawaii it's just it's like it's always something. I think the big island is the only place in the world. You can ski surf swim in something hike like the only place you can do all the above on one island like it's crazy hawaii is definitely definitely a place. You need to go if you have not been. I feel like i'm all off topic. What was i talking about? That'S that areas in me. That'S your attention span. I can go on and on and on i don't know see she did all that noise making. Now she taking a nap. What else? What do i like to eat? Besides brunch? I am a cajun food lover. I love cajun food uh, my family is creole um, my family is krill, so i i love a lot of food from louisiana. I cook crawfish pies. That is my side hustle. I sell them. I don't cook them that often, but when i do cook them, i'm selling at least 50 of them per day, and that's kind of why i don't cook them a lot because it's a lot. I wanted to start my like a cottage kitchen and sell them and like these pop-up, festivals and stuff, but the problem is it's like: they change the cottage kitchen rules, and so, since it's meat, i have to have a um commercial kitchen, which i can probably like. Sublease one um, but i don't know i just didn't know if i was that invested in it and wanted to do it all day long. So that's that. But what else do i love being a flight attendant um? I started flying in 2013 and i flew regional, which are the baby planes little crj, 200 stuff like that little bitty planes, so i started flying those um. I was like on the 50 seater. I was the only flight attendant and then i did that for two years then i got tired of only seeing the east coast of the united states. I wanted to go to the west coast like i just want to go to california, you know and the furthest. We went was like arkansas, so i was like you know what i'm going to fly mainline i tried to go to didn't get hired. I can't tell you who i work for now, but um, but yeah anyways um. I eventually got hired by airline and a mainland airline. So so far i i like it it's it changed a lot. It'S not the same crowd. It'S not the same work condition it's not like everything in it has changed, but you know when i got furloughed last year, i have to say that when i was out there applying for jobs and looking for jobs, there's nothing like it like there's nothing where i Can say i only work half the month if i don't want to go to work, i'ma drop a trip like or i can fly the whole first two weeks in april and take the rest of them off like what and i've worked nine to five. I went into management with my current company um and um yeah. I didn't really care for the whole nine to five things, nothing wrong with it, because some people like it, but it was just it - was just not what i was you know - you've been doing it for so long and it's kind of my whole adult life. I'Ve been a flight attendant so when you've been doing it for so long, it's hard to adjust to something else. So when i was furloughed and i was looking for a job - i'm like you paying what like i made this like, i don't know you want me to work, how many days, how am i supposed to travel? How am i supposed to you know, do the things that i want to do like. How am i supposed to go to the doctor because i have to work monday through friday? Like my doctor's, not open on saturday, you know, so i guess you always take things for granted when you don't have them, and so i am. I guess i am very fortunate to um, be in my field and my profession and a lot of times. I forget that so i i like it um, it's not for everyone, but and there's nothing else out there. If i do anything else, it'll have to be real estate. I'M working on getting my real estate license as we speak, so whatever i do, i might have to be an entrepreneur or i'm having whatever i do. I have to be able to have my time even real estate. The 24 hour feel, like those buyers, are not going in here. Well, i'm at brunch they're like is my house available or not i'm like. Oh, you know i'm gon na be at brunch from a laptop looking for listings, but you know when, like they say when you do something that you love, then you'll never feel like you're working and so that's my goal. My goal is to do stuff that i love things that make me happy um, because life is short, i don't want to be glued to something, i'm not in love with or you know. Maybe that's why i'm single too. I don't want to just be stuck with someone that, just because i have a man there's to say: oh, i have a man and - and he treat me like crap like, if i don't love it. If it doesn't make me happy if it doesn't bring me a peace of mind, then guess who ain't gon na, do it ain't gon na do it? I make myself happy whatever i wan na i buy. I do. I don't always make the best decisions in life, but um yeah, that's a whole nother video we gon na talk about so i don't know. Maybe i need to get out of that, and maybe i won't be single for eight years. I don't know, i don't know back to this. Eight year singleness, it's actually been, it's not been too bad. I mean do i want to be in a relationship? Yes, i do i, i would love to have someone love me properly and for me to love them properly and um to have companionship and have someone um that i can travel with and show them the world. And they can show me the world and you know and loveliness, and the fairy tales and whatever the the romantic book said. You know all that good stuff yeah. I would love that. I would absolutely love that my parents have been married for 33 years, so i have an example of a healthy marriage to look at, but it's just you know times have changed. My parents only went on three days three three days. They only went on three days and they got married now. These men want you to date them for like 10 years and then tell you. I just wanted to be organic, and this one is the flow i don't want to feel pressured. Well, i will shoot if you ain't like me after the first year, then why are you still because i don't want this one, i'm the only one that's going to deal with your stuff, no sir! So at my age, at my grown ass age of 31, if you don't like me, then you ain't got to entertain me. You don't you do not have to entertain me honey. It'S one thing you don't have to do, i'm not about to chase doctor. No man not about to do it, but i mean i do have some flaws. I need to work on. I can be a little bit more um. I should be a little bit more affectionate anyways. We y'all got me all deep and stuff. No one's asking me. None of these questions, i'm just out here, spilling all my damn tea but anyways. Let me finish the rest of this hair. I'Ve been talking for 20 minutes to myself. Let me finish my hair and then i will be back i'm back. It is blending so freaking. Well, it looks like my hair y'all. Oh, it looks really good. It looks really good. I'M gon na put some wax on here. Put some wax on here. I'M gon na find something to do. I'M thinking about taking myself to dinner, but the place i'm gon na go to close at 10 and it's already, i think, almost eight. It'S like 7 48. So i guess i have time then i'm gon na do my makeup, because i need to do something. I just feel, like you know, i'm about to get all fine just to do nothing that'll make no sense. Yeah that looks good. I'M just shook that i'm gon na look good. I, like my hair, couldn't tell me nothing like you couldn't tell me. I did not grow this out my head, it just feels so good. Maybe i should straighten this part. I have a right two column somewhere. It'S like downstairs. Yes, baby, all right, let's put some wax on here. Lay this down. I don't want this hair to fly. Nowhere and then i'm gon na take a hot comb and go over this make sure his legs flat. I'M gon na do my baby hair we're gon na trim um just trimming around my face to frame my face. I can't find my hot tub all right now. Miss amazon coming through with the wig and i'm putting my face on. Maybe i should put my face on before i film this video, no y'all gon na keep the real me. So what i've been working on is um being nicer to myself, because i feel like i can be hard, not candy, i'm hard on myself a lot. So you know you see all these people and i promise you they have like the perfect skin and you're. Like oh, my gosh, i wish and i've been like this - my whole life. I'Ve had acne my whole life, my whole life and so um. It'S gotten a lot better than where it was, but we're still not perfect. I have i've been to dermatologists, but i just don't want to. I don't know so. I'Ve just been, especially since i have a daughter i try to. I want her to be nicer to herself, especially this day and age, because you know people and kids are just so mean they're just so mean, and so i don't want her to hear me say: oh i look like and you know i didn't have a complex Or something going on with herself, so that's what i've been working on, and so you see me on here. Looking rough trust me, i know i'd be looking rough, but i also you know it's. I choose to put my personal life on here and i guess it's. Okay, to see that hey everyone - it's not perfect, i'm definitely not perfect far from it honey far from it fire from it, but we working on it. It don't mean we can't work on it. So all right, so edges lay hair blended. Let'S try to cut this! In the front, right click uh. I saw this thing where i found my scissors uh like you're supposed to take a section like this section put it here yeah i lost my calm and then i'm scared. I'M scared. Should i just go like this. Maybe i should maybe i should just go like that. I like that idea better than me just while we cutting it only probably is getting this other side. That'S too much, not the same amount of hair, all right, which i think it's so pretty. Okay, i'm back when i put my face on i like it. Let me put my face on be back and give out a whole look stay tuned all right. This is the finished product i had clothes on, but i took them off: i'm not eating pizza and it's greasy um. This pepper is pepperoni lamb, beef, but it's um bacon. So this beef bacon, beef, pepperoni and lamb meat and jalapenos is so good. If you have a momos, i think it's for my most, it's so good, but anyways i might go meet some friends or drinks. I don't know yet because it's 10 30 and i'm sure once i eat this slice, i'm not gon na do anything. The hair is a little brown, but i mean i made it work for a week. It did pretty well, no tangling, no shedding my hair got poofy the weave got poofy. I didn't put any more heat on my hair um, nor did i put heat on this hair, so i think it did good. I feel like that was a good little hundred dollars.
