I'M gon na be talking to y'all about sugar baby hygiene. Now, I'm not just gon na be talking about the poonanny area. I'M gon na be talking about our overall hygiene as sugar babies from head to toe, but before I get into my vlog, I want to give a big shout-out to Sealy hair. They mailed me this wig. It was actually a long black body wave wig and by the way it fits absolutely perfect. On my head, I had no problems getting this wig on. I went ahead and lifted the hair a little bit, so I definitely put this hair to the test and baby. Let me tell you: there was no damage to this wig whatsoever. As you can see, the hair is super soft. I love the way it came out. I wasn't there to do it again, but I felt like this Brown was perfect, so I just went ahead and left it alone and of course I left my roots black. I already had a black wig, so I didn't want to have two black wigs, but I definitely really love silly. Hair is what my wig came in. It comes with a gold bonnet, which is absolutely fabulous. Then it comes with a wig cap which you know girl. We need these. This is an essential for your wigs and then, of course, it comes with their thank you card which has the information inside, and this is what they look like. It is sealing hair. Of course, I'm going to list everything down below one thing I wanted to start with is: first, your hair sure your baby hygiene isn't just about your poonanny. It'S about your overall look now. I absolutely hate split ends, so you know make sure that your hair is trimmed me. Personally, I don't wash my hair all throughout the week. I conditioned wash it, which is just a conditioner. It'S not a shampoo me personally, I like natural products, so I'm all about using natural shampoos, natural conditioners. I try to wash my hair at least four times out of the week. Your hair has its own natural oils and if you wash your hair out all throughout the week, you are going to wash out the natural groups, so you won't see as much growth in your hair, as you would see, if you didn't wash it on a daily Basis so definitely try to wash it just like movie, four or five times out the week, depending on how much build-up can have and how you keep your hair again. I am a s NIC woman, so I do wear wigs most of the time I have my hair kept up in a wig and a few of my vlogs y'all have seen my natural hair. It barely started to grow now because I stopped putting chemicals to it. I stopped putting heat to it and that is why us women love to wear these wigs because it is a protective style. It keeps our hair put away from chemicals away from heat away from everyday damage that we do when we are trying to keep our hair. Looking hmm sleep baby definitely make sure your conditioning, you have a heat, protective spray. I love cheap. Let'S move on to the teeth now, personally, the first thing that you should do when you wake up is brush your teeth. Girl brush your teeth, floss make sure you have those little toothpick flosses on deck. I don't like the regular floss. I definitely like the toothpick flosses. It makes it a lot easier for me me personally. I also just got onto the natural toothpaste, so I've ordered me some charcoal. I believe it is toothpaste. I know Crest and others. Toothpaste have certain chemicals in them that are harmful to our system and a friend of mine really just got me on that. I'Ve been doing my research and I'm definitely trying to be a healthier woman going into my later 20s. I am 25, so I am getting older girl so definitely got ta make sure we take care of ourselves. The other way that I keep my teeth white is I like to brush with peroxide and baking soda a lot of people. Don'T know that that is one of the fastest home remedies that you can do to get your teeth. Bright is using hydrogen peroxide and baking soda those two together. You whip it up until it becomes a little bit of a paste, and then you brush your teeth with it. Don'T do it on a daily basis. You could do it maybe like three times out of the week and you will definitely notice a difference in your smile. Hydrogen peroxide is an oral astringent on the bottle. It says that if you have a cavity in your mouth, if you have a tooth in your mouth that is very sensitive to food, wind air would ever wash your mouth up with peroxide. I swear you will. Thank me in the morning. Hold it in your mouth. For about 30 seconds up to a minute and do that on a until the pain goes away, the pain will go away. When you wash your mouth out with the peroxide, you will fill it bubble up. Those are all of the germs getting out of your mouth. I definitely recommend washing your mouth out with peroxide. At least I do it on a daily basis. I don't do the hydrogen peroxide with the baking soda. I do that three times out of the week, because it can wear down your enamel will be able to tell a complete difference in your breath the same day like it knocks out all those germs, and on top of that brushing and washing your mouth, our mouthwash Babygirl, your mouth will taste so good trust me and don't forget to brush your tongue and brush your lips. Brushing your lips takes off all the dead skin. When you get it just like a little bit of toothpaste on your toothbrush brush your lips, your lips will be so soft. I promise you baby. I'M gon na take a little sip of my drink here I have me some fruits. I have watermelon oranges, apples, some ginger and some tumeric right now through this whole rotavirus pandemic that is going on. We all need to stay a very healthy, so do not forget to drink your fruits, eat your fruits. I say drink your fruits mainly because you can put ginger and tumeric in there. Ginger and turmeric is really good for your immune system and it keeps it nice and strong so get you some of that and it tastes so good. One thing that is really important about sherry, be hygiene. Is your health health as well. So I definitely love to keep my emergency packs on me. These tastes so good girl you drink one daily. Your immune system will be on point if I ever feel myself getting sick. I throw one of these in my water and a baby, you feel an instant difference. I love my emergency packs. I keep those on day. I know this is not probably like a hygiene tip, but it still goes along with your entire appearance accessories. Now me personally, I don't wear fake jewelry, I don't like fake jewelry, it's very cheap and it gets breasted very fast to me personally, fake jewelry is a waste of money, so I definitely would recommend saving up your money and investing in you some real jewelry pieces. It brings your look to a whole different class. You look like royalty. You look like you're worth the allowance that you're asking for so definitely save your money up and invest in you, some real jewelry. That way, you could look ten times more classy baby, but you can also, if you're on a budget. There are a lot of jewelry stores that supply nice, affordable, jewelry that doesn't fade and doesn't wear and tear cuz baby. That'S not Q. You can be asking for a big allowance. Your jewelry is rusty. You can't do that girl. So armpits a lot of. Ladies, probably don't know your armpits are not dark. It'S just because you're shaving, so your roots are very thick, so it comes off as a dark. Look, I recommend waxing. I get wax as my armpits and my bikini area and the good thing about getting waxes. Yes, it may hurt first time because your roots are very thick, but after you get it on a consistent basis, the pain will go away little by little, and not only that your hair will grow even slower, oh and get a wax and just try it and See how it goes, I promise you, it will be painful the first time it won't be on a scale of 10. It'Ll probably be like a 5, but you will definitely appreciate it way more in the long run, and so will your sugar daddy we're moving on to the feet, I invested in me a foot Soaker so that way I can give myself my own pedicures. While everything is going on, I also invested in me a gel machine, so I can pay my own nails and keep myself together, even though everything is shutting down, you don't want to. Let yourself go with this whole quarantine thing going on, because when things go right back to normal you're gon na be looking crazy for your nails and your toes, I definitely recommend classy colors like red white, nude, pink soft champagne, colors cheer daddies that I know I Used to wear my nails really long, you know crazy colors and they would always like. Oh my gosh, why didn't you just go? Get you a nice little red, a nice nude and they definitely turned me on to the whole. Hmm classy. Category of you know the nails and the pedicures, so I always keep my nails, nice and short as well as my toes I just like to keep them nice and white or red. Moving on to the poo nanny. I personally like to wax. I don't shave make sure that you are exfoliating on a daily basis, get you hanoks, foliate errs and a brush. We hate ingrown hairs. If you go, get a wax invest in their skincare line. Most waxing places have a roll-on serum that prevents ingrown hairs. It lightens up lightens up your pigmentation and it also promotes smooth skin. I like to exfoliate with st. Ives. I know it is a a facial scrub, but I am not putting it inside my punani, I just exfoliate the outside and the top that way it has a nice smooth lasting time. I just got onto probiotics personally pH balance is really important. A normal pH balance is up to a four. Sometimes you can go above that by little things, the body scrub you're using douching too much sex condoms. All of those things can throw your ph balance off, so you want to keep your pH balance under a for me personally, I just got turned on to these azo probiotics. I love them. You take one daily and you will notice a difference. It is like water baby, if you're having any kind of discharge down there and it smells a little fishy. You probably have BZ now Bibi is not an STD. We get a build up of bacteria, normally as women, but sometimes some women have a over buildup of the bacteria which can result in be. It is curable, you go to your physician and they will prescribe you some medicine and you take it within a week's time. You will be completely free of that fishy smell baby, just go ahead and get it out of the way most women. Have it it's very common. It'S not an STD, but after you get that out of the way start taking you some probiotics on the daily. It will definitely help you out now when it comes to having unprotected sex. Definitely I feel like that is only restricted to if you're married or, if you're, trying to have kids. You definitely want to keep yourself protected at all times, just being a sugar baby, because you never know when somebody has an STD people aren't going to tell you when they have one. Sometimes people are very vengeful and not even that sometimes people don't even they don't even know that they have an STD. So you always want to keep yourself protected all at all times, whether it's in a sugar, daddy relationship or just with somebody in general, always keep yourself protected. For me, my panties look nice and clean baby. Harsh soaps does things like that? Keep all of those chemicals from the inside of your poonanny.
