Hey guys welcome back to my channel and today, i'm going to show you how i got this nice natural hairline, as well as the application on it using the boho lace, wig tape. This is actually the unit that we colored using the box color from cbs i'll tag that video above it turned out beautiful. I love it love it love it guys. Let'S get into this video all right guys, so you were supposed to get a tweezing video on the hair that we previously did the bleaching on prior to this video, but this particular wig was pre-tweezed. It had low density around the front, so i felt like that was going to be a waste of a video and teaching you. You know some simple tweezing methods, so the unit that we colored prior to on a separate video, this wig happens to be a lot. Fuller on the hairline, so i feel like it'll, be a better video to do this tweezing demo, okay. So before i get started, i like to examine the actual hairline to look at it to see what i'm working with. I see that the line of demarcation is not far back. That'S why i chose this one for the video, the line of demarcation. You can see it's about here, which is great for a demo, so that you can see you know a substantial amount of tweezing. So i'm gon na do a basic tweeze. I'M not tweezing this for any particular individual. I have a large forehead, so i can basically wear any type of hairline. The first thing that i want to do is i want to part it where that line of demarcation is that's going to allow me to save myself room for uh mistakes and errors. I want to tweeze behind that line of demarcation. Okay, so i did wet the hair a little when i tweeze i like the tweeze wet, because i feel as though it's going to allow the hairs to come away from the actual lace easier. I feel like when you tweeze dry. This is just my experience when you tweeze dry. Sometimes you end up with short hairs. So when i first start tweezing, i'm always gon na tweeze behind that line of demarcation, and you can either tweeze left to right, you can either tweeze up or down or you can tweeze going back. Sometimes i found that people that tweeze up and down they can see exactly how much hair is coming out when you tweeze back. You do have to be careful because you may not be able to see everything. That'S coming out once you become comfortable with tweezing you'll. Come up with your own method, what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na start tweezing in one section at a time, and i will be tweezing going back. You can watch my other videos for the two different types of ways that i like to tweeze. If you're new to tweezing tweezing, one section at a time, is so much better because you can take your time, you can actually see what's coming out and when i mean one section at a time i mean like here, i'm going to part it off. Actually, i'm not going to work anywhere, but in this area right here, i'm going to start right in this section right here when i tweeze i'm, i am going to tweeze going back, but i'm going to tweeze at an angle i feel like it looks more natural That way also get as close as you can to the base without gripping the lace, because that will put a hole in it. Okay, so this will be considered section one. So we'll do like section one two, three and four do several tweezers make sure you move around with. It also guys be sure to watch my other detail, video. I will link that video above this one. I always start on the left or right side. First, before i go to the other side - and i always do the middle last - okay - so we're moving to section two. What we're doing here guys i sped up the video, because the motion and technique has not changed from section one. All we're doing is removing density. I do have a a slow motion. Uh tweezing video on here is under my customization video with bleaching. It'S a longer video guys, so you need to watch that video as well i'll. Make sure that i link it above so that you can click it in this video, as you can see, we're moving up to uh past the section two moving to section three and four i just like to do sections at a time. It keeps me organized you can see here all of the hair is you know, comparing it to the section four area up in the middle, you can see how we have removed the hairs okay. So if you notice here, i am moving closer to the middle portion of the head, i don't want to take a lot of hair out right there in the very front, because you don't want that to look ball. However, i do remove a lot of hair on my sides. That'S just my preference, but you can take as much hair out as you feel needed to look natural as possible and then and then it is totally dry. You don't want to cut unless it's so sometimes people be wet over here or wet over here and then they'll just start cutting and it'll slide back. So i'm gon na take my stork scissors yeah, i'm gon na tip my my cap with my with my lace. Tint, i'm not going to use makeup today, so so, instead of makeup make sure you because it could settle at the bottom, shake it up before you use it. Okay, we're not going to do any makeup, but to get this match, we just go we're gon na spray, lace, tint and i've already secured it. It'S not going anywhere. The liquid gold is so strong. So let's spray it all right. You don't have to do makeup. All right, so you see, i got the white line, i'm gon na go back and go back and add some, but make sure this is completely dry before you go to add in your boho lace. Tint do okay, so clean your skin. First, i'm recording at the same time y'all hold on. Then you want to go in with your skin protect okay. So a lot of people ask me this about using the skin, protect with the tape and with liquid gold. I say if you're going to wear for a consecutive day, i think you should do it. I think you should do the skipper test, but if you're going to take your unit off at night, you don't really have to worry about it. The skin protector is going to protect you when your body sweats those toxins, that's coming out of your pores. They will be sitting underneath that lace, so you want to protect that right. So now i'm gon na go in with this skimper protect. You want to dab it on, don't wipe it on. I notice i see some people, they wipe it off, dab it so that you can make sure that you see it glistening. You should make sure that it should look wet, and you can do that. Two to three times i want you to look at this skin, protect as if it's deodorant deodorant, helps block sweat right. This is going to be a really quick install, but i know some people have an issue with shine when they use the tape, so we'll go over that real quick too. So we want to let that dry, i'ma put on a cool dryer, i'm going to place the unit down to where you feel like it looks most natural. If you want a little forehead, you can have a little forehead, especially if you got the room like. I do okay so place it where you think your lace is gon na, go and mark it. Okay, i can see that try not to get it on the lace, but the goal is so that you can know exactly where you're gon na place your tape or glue. And i try to try to purchase wigs where it comes out more like try not to purchase anything. That'S too small. If you get it too small see check in to see like what their return policy is, because y'all gon na be pulling on the lace and the lace gon na be sliding. Oh, the glue didn't hold all right. So now we know where we're going on the boho lace tape you're going to get 40 big tabs like this, do not use this entire tab. Unless and you need to, i prefer to cut mine in pieces, you can actually put the lace. Some people have a problem with the tape uh i mean with their cap moving, but if you put that liquid on liquid gold on and let it dry you're not going to have a problem, so when you cut it, there is a actual line right here. You want to make sure that you cut in the opposite direction: don't cut with the line you can cut it in twos, threes or fours. Okay. So i'm gon na place this tape behind those dots, i'm gon na start in the middle, so i'm gon na bring it down right there, where that first dot is and kind of like curve it. If you want to put something right, there go ahead. I'M gon na put something right there just for gp because a lot of people they have a problem with their caps moving back, and i really don't want you guys using glue. I really don't want you guys using glue, i mean y'all could do whatever y'all want to do, but i'm just warning you: it's not a good idea. It'S a bad idea and some people can attest to that. You got some people that are very, very careful and how they do their removal and you got some people that are just not careful. I just don't know so. I try my best when i'm giving out information i'm giving out information for the masses, i'm not giving out information for just people who want to listen and follow directions. I'M giving out information for people who may not um be able to follow the instructions, so we're gon na be safe for everybody. We'Re gon na help, everybody out. Let'S see, i probably can't answer questions at the same time. I'M gon na put these turn the comments back on and i'm placing it you can place on the cap and the skin make sure y'all go watch. My other video too, where i discuss using the tape for people with low hair lines. It'S really a good idea. So what i can do is, do i have my tweezers so right here. I need to go back, so what i could do is actually take that one piece off and place this one here and go back right tape is so easy. This was my first product that i've ever had. We used to sell this product before uh social media ever evolved. We used to just sell it in the salon to different hair stylist and i didn't even have a name for it. We just was selling it after you get this tape on. You want to press it in, and you want to use the blow dryer, i'm telling you if you use the blow dryer that's going to make it hold really good too use that blow dryer the tape. Actually turns into a if you wear it long enough, it's going to turn into like a glue type substance. I'M going to do the same thing on this side that one piece off: it's: okay! Yes, you! You should use a blue dryer, i'm about to i'll put another piece right here, because i touched it with these. It'S these nails i'm not used to wearing them. That'S just the way i have it customized, it's kind of like dipped down in the front. Just a little bit, not really a widow's pee, i don't know when i think about a widow's peak. I'M thinking about that love that little triangle in the front, but it's kind of dipped down right there, all right. So once you get those little white pieces off now, you can take the tape off. This is where some people have an issue like you know that this is the whole entire piece, don't peel it from the corners. That'S why the slit is here so that you can peel it from the middle okay. That'S what make it hard to come off when people try to peel it from the sides, because it wasn't meant to be that way like it wasn't meant for you to peel it from the sides. It was meant for you to peel it from the middle and then all right, so i'm gon na take some hairspray, because sometimes you get like little flyaways and i just want to make sure they're out of my way before i put it down on this tape. Like that - and you can also dry that too, i'm gon na dry with the dryer all right so now we're gon na put it on i'm gon na start in the middle and then i'll work my way on the sides, then i do the other side. This tape is very strong. We all talk about shine and all that good stuff too, all right once you get it on once you get it on we're using the tape. If you just joined us, we're doing the bow whole lace tape. I am recording this too. So if you missed it, i'm going to upload it after you get it on. This is super important. Let me move my little curls out the way after you get it on. You want to take your blow dryer right. You want to take your blow dryer and you want to press it in. I have not cut the uh size off, so some of this is going to go well. I might put a little tape under there just because i have people that wear this tape. Two to three weeks, it turns into a glue substance if you leave it on long enough and you put it on right so now i want to take cold air right and i want to press it in so now we're gon na look at the shine pressing. It also helps get rid of the shine too we're gon na party and we're gon na work on this shine. This tape right here it holds like glue guys it's so easy to use so easy to use some people take it off daily. Some people leave it on for two to three weeks. You can leave it's going to stay on two to three weeks. If you do it the way that i'm showing you, but if you do it some other way, i'm really not sure i can't guarantee, but if you do it the way, i tell you and not how you think you see it. I don't know like y'all can go, live with me i'll help y'all. I think we need to get back on these lies because sometimes you think you're following and you really skipping a couple things. That'S why we would go live. I just hadn't had like the time, but i need to make time so we can do that because it's fun too all right. So after i part it, i want to get my powder. I don't like to use a lot because i don't really like how makeup looks sometimes so, if i feel like i'm going to do makeup. Sometimes i need both because i don't want a chalky look on top of my lace, so sometimes i'll do cream and and powder, because i do not like that chalky look. I think it looks nasty over time that build up it look bad. So this what you do hold on aj crimson hold on all right. Well, i might as well my hair already okay, so i'm gon na use my aj crimson you can use. I like uh aj crimson. I like um, anastasia uh, contour palette. What i'm gon na do is we're about to get rid of the shine like i said i feel like when you tie it down, or you know, keep pressing it. I feel like that gets rid of the shine, but sometimes people don't got time for that. They like get rid of it right now, so i'm gon na go in with a color, that's closest to my color right here. Don'T take it don't touch down in that makeup and then go straight to your lace because you might put too much on there. So let's wipe a little bit off right and we're just going to color, it don't put gloves and makeup on there. It looks so nasty y'all like don't do that it looks nasty over time. So i just want to color in we're going to dull it out. We'Re going to color it in right once we do that, then we go on top with powder and not a lot of powder. I don't like to use a lot of makeup on my lace like i. I do not like it because, like when i see somebody out and i'm standing next to them like real close and they got. Oh, it just looks so nasty. I don't like that. It don't have to be like that, so i'm gon na go in with my powder and, like i said like get some of it off, don't don't put a ton on there, then i'll go on top with the powder and then you're going to blow dry. It again you're going to press it in with a blow dryer, i'm going to get up to the screen, so y'all can see like what it looks like press this in because it's gon na start. Let'S do it, let me get let's: let's do it in real time. Okay, so you see the shine there right, we're gon na. Do it in real time hold on. Let me put a little bit under here. That'S why i like doing live ain't, no editing editing for what we do it on one side. So we can compare okay. So we do it in real time right. So you see the shine. Okay, yeah there you go. You see the shine there. Let'S get some of this already gone, but let's press it, let's press it in. Let me practice a little bit more. So there's too much hair right. There. Sorry, y'all, okay watch this a little bit out the dryer right now, the more you press this in the duller. It'S going to get i'm gon na cut that, even though i'm not gon na wear a baby here hold on a minute. Okay, so you have to press it in until it does out. You can see the shine here once you press it in really really good that shine goes away, so shine, go on. Everybody right, shine, gone, no shine right. So all i'm about to do at this point is liquid gold. You don't have your hair, yet, okay, so reach out to customer service, go on the website, say hey! I need to schedule it'll either be it'll, be one of my reps they'll schedule. You a facetime and then we're gon na get that wig all right, but most times let me tell y'all what i've been finding while i'm talking i'm gon na talk and work. At the same time, because i got ta, go, i'm gon na do the liquid gold every time it's been a whole lot of times. When i would get on uh, we would get on facetimes with people come to find out. They wig too little girl baby. Just tug, i'm like no baby that ain't gon na work, so what i'm doing at this point guys is i'm just i'm not about to do anything special because i really got ta get out of here. I'M not gon na do no baby hair, i'm just gon na smooth this back baby. I ain't wearing no baby hair with this right. I'M just gon na smooth this back with the liquid gold right, i'm doing nothing special i got to go. I took too long see i get in here you get in here talking about hair i'll, be in here all day cuz. I could talk about that all day, honey and i got other stuff to do, but i literally can talk about it all day like non-stop like an addiction love it i'm just smoothing this back with the uh liquid gold and then i'm gon na blow-dry it and I'M gon na get out of here right. That'S gon na give you extra hole, but i'll tell you that that tape by itself my day ones. No, they know that tape is woo, but i don't like don't put it on here and if you go, if you got a low hairline you're trying to use this tape, you need to go watch my um. You need to go. Watch my uh youtube about um. Protecting your hairline, because if you got a low hairline and you want to use the tape you don't have to wear a cap, tie it down and baby. Let her settle in the tutorial for achieving curls. Do i got. I just did some basic curls in this, but i do have a video. I think this is what i'm learning y'all i'm putting too much stuff on one video. So i got to separate these videos. Do a curling video, a cutting video like separate them, because y'all be getting confused on my titles, because i got some videos in here where i'm showing you how to cut color all that in one video she said: i'm underrated girl, i'm almost 50 years old. I didn't have my time i'm trying to help y'all i'm trying to help y'all baby. I got everything i want everything. I want look at that. Thank you guys for watching make sure you like comment and subscribe below.

AS: A generous Queen AND a TRUE PROFESSIONAL!! U not new to this, you true to this

La Tosha E.C. Hart: I actually never thought about using the lace tint to tint the "bald cap". That's very smart. Also, for me, explaining "tweezing behind the line of demarcation" (as opposed to "tweezing behind the hairline"), I finally understand where to tweeze, it wasn't clicking before. Thanks. @emmanuelle_clarisse

Keimonie Williams: I learned that you have to part it where the line of demarcation is, because it saves room from mistakes. Always tweeze behind the line of demarcation. It’s best to tweeze wet because it allows the hair to come from the lace easier , but tweezing dry sometimes you come up with short hairs. You can tweeze up or down or left to right. Tweeze going one section at a time is so much better and easier. When you tweeze at a angle it looks more natural. Get close to the base without gripping the lace because that will put a hole in it. Always do the sides first and the middle last. I also learned that the bold hold tape come with 48 big tab and don’t use the whole tape cut it in pieces. Make sure you cut in the opposite direction when cutting the tape. You tint your stocking cap with lace tint by the way. @yubeenafan

Michelle Jackson: MA'AM, when you hit us with the "that's not a good idea," truly tickled me! Thank you for the knowledge!!! Definitely a helpful healthy alternative, and better version of the gel/spray method

That color of that unit is beautiful!! Ig handle: @beautybymaresa

Teleshia Kirklin: I learned a lot of tips and techniques….tweezing behind the line of demarcation, tweezing wet makes the hair pluck easier, tweeze up and down on the sides 1st and the middle last. Don’t cut my cap until it’s completely dry. Use skin protect by dabbing and not wiping, apply 2-3 times. You can place tape on skin and cap, cut it in the opposite direction of the line. Peel tabs off tape from the middle. Place your unit on and use a blow dryer on cold air and pressing to make it stick really good and get rid of shine. Also if you want to use makeup, it’s best to use a cream one. @ dasapphire

Ashley Bruno: I’m so happy that I watched this tutorial because I was plucking wrong lol… I learned so much from this video…

Simone Ingram: I have been using your products from day one, I started with the tape...but today I learned to apply cool air to the tape untill you don't feel the stickiness and to put the tape at the pieces of wig that stick out, that was definitely a problem I had when using the tape thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I made the mistake of not checking back with the vendor about the size and ended up paying waaaaay too much for a wig that does NOT fit my hair. I have the tape and bold hold active and still can’t lay my wig properly bc of the size Side question: when you tint the cap do you also tint the lace?? And if not, which is best to tint for a more natural look??

Jenny lopez: Interesting I never knew about the line of demarcation and to tweeze behind it. I’m taking notes! @jenlopez916

K'La Brown: I learned how to PROPERLY tint lace and to protect it with Gelly I also learned to just take my time more with plucking Auntie @KibiBrown

Cedella Popo: I learned so much..but most importantly to wet the hair before tweezing...I've always tried tweezing on dried hair and it never came out right and yessssss there was always short hairs...also the tweezing at an angleeee......trust me I gave up but after watching your videos , I'm gonna try again!!!.....I love wearing Wigs but honestly I go to the gym every day and I sweat alot....I've have all your products except for bold hold active...I moved to Canada and ordered the bold hold active from the authorized seller and when it came it wasn't even coming out the bottle...I figured it needed to settle...left it for a couple days and it came out after several hard tries but the consistency wasn't good at all....I emailed them they asked for a video I sent it and they said it maybe froze while being shipped and I had to send it back at my cost....it was 29cad to send it back, which would mean if be paying twice for it I just figured I'd forget about sending it back....hopefully when I visit the US I will order the active and try it out

Kayla M: I learned that it is better to wet the hair before plucking to make the knots looser and easier to come out. Also that with the skin protect you should dab it not wipe which I’ve been doing. IG: kissablekay__

Scorpio Glamm: Wish I could give this video 2 thumbs up, this woman is a

I’m not a stylist but I love to color my units but I really want to learn how to tweeze so I’m excited for this one! Edit: sections, line of demarcation, hand placement, how to hold the tweezers, combing through the hair, I’m going to practice this on a old unit

B Flie: I learned I was definitely over tweezing my baby hairs in the front! Take my time and work in smaller sections. Also try tweezing when my wig is wet! And i definitely need to get some liquid gold!!! If you don’t have that lace tint what are you doing?!?! Ig handle: B.Flie

And pat with the makeup brush instead of dragging the brush when applying the makeup to take away the shine and give it a clean finish… IG: @elvenlenharvey

Dichel & Co.: You are definitely the Queen of this

Cyann Armijo: Can I use the tape to hold down the back of a 13x4 lace frontal wig??

Monique Green: Hello love Instagram name Lady_l.k.c1. What I learned first and For most is know school teaches you get in the books and continue education always. Tweeze behind line of demarcation. Tweeze section at a time. Tweeze at angle going back close to base but don't rip. Bold hold gold was used bold hold tape was used in install. Bold hold tint instead of make up. You don't like the build up cakes up lace. Keep organized. Don't over pluck but take out what you feel is needed for your natural look. Love what your doing be proud In yourself
