Hey guys welcome back to my channel if you were new here. Thank you so much for stopping by in this video, you will see me. Do a DIY hair, bow holder using some Dollar Tree items so over the Halloween season. I purchased a couple of these along. Beware signs I do know now that they have the love signs out at Dollar Tree and you can use that also or you can just get a piece of wood from like your local Lowe's, Home Depot or somewhere. Like that to create this, I wanted something lightweight, because I don't want to put holes in my wall. I want to be able to hang this with command hooks and I'm actually going to use the back side of the beware side, because I just thought it'd be too much work to try to sand the glitter off and paint over it. I'M using the rest, oleum chalked white, linen paint to paint on the back side of this. I'M using my favorite around brush. I purchase for Michael's I'll, have it in the description box below if I can find it online. I just did one coat and it dried. Pretty quickly, this sign does have two holes on the side where the ribbon was. You can totally fill that in I dunno Dollar Tree has the products to use to fill it in I'm just gon na cover it with some ribbon towards the end. Now, while that dries, I use my Silhouette Cameo 3 to cut out my daughter's name Kensington and I'm using the silhouette transfer tape. It'S not my favorite tape, but it is the only tape that I had. So you see me kind of messing around with it trying to get it to transfer so that I can put it on the actual board. If you don't have a silhouette or a cricket or anything like that, don't worry! You can always use the letters that they have at Dollar Tree or you can stencil this on by hand. You can also print it out and use that as a stencil to paint it there's many ways of getting the name on there without using a silhouette, cameo or a cricket. As you can see here, I'm just pressing it down on to the board. It should come up fairly easy also, as you can see, some of the stuff didn't transfer very well, and I also cut off the G a little bit, so I just had to go back through and add that piece on there and the dot for the I Didn'T transfer so I just stuck it on by hand, and I had some fabric flowers just laying around. I believe they were part of a baby shower gift. So I'm just going to add those to this a little bit of ribbon and kind of decorated. More of the color scheme of her room, we using mini clothes, pins versus the larger ones. I like the smaller ones better and I just left them brown. I wasn't gon na paint them, there's too much working or too tiny to be trying to paint, but I'm spacing them out now to see how many I can fit on this board without them. Looking to clubbed up, you can see I added the ribbon to cover up the holes, I'm not sure where that footage is at somehow I got deleted, but I'm also gon na be adding a little bit of extra ribbon tapering off the bottom, for the clip bows For the bows that are like on Clips versus the ones that go like around her head, I ended up adding two of the ribbons on the side. So that way, the clip bows can Clint clamp on to chew or if she has a lot right now. She only has two because she's really small - and I don't put those in her hair at this point, but and eventually I will start doing that, so I wanted to make sure I had that on there now I hung this on the wall with command strips. I used three of them on the back side of this and they seem to hold very well. I tried to kind of pull it off with a little bit of force and it did not come off the wall which I'm super happy about. I'M a kind of person that don't want to put a lot of holes in my wall, so this worked out really well for me. Thank you guys so much for watching. I hope you guys get a chance to try this make sure you like and subscribe to. My channel and I will see you guys next time -
