I really appreciate, and he will grant you all your heart desires just the way you have supported me. That is how you guys will get support in all of your endeavors in life in jesus name: amen: okay, okay, guys! So today i'm going to be showing you how to sew two trendy head head bands yeah these are headbands. They have really been trendy. If you go on instagram, you see them, they are so flashy and so trendy. So today i'm just going to be doing the two in one video, i'm going to be showing you how to do this crunchy uh headband. So you can see the picture up here and then i'm going to be showing you how to do the braided one. So this headband, you can actually make it with any fabric of your choice. You could make use of an anchor but mine, i'm going to make use of something. So this certainly that i actually got a door face. Satin, i got half half here in half half yards of um the dog face, so i still have some leftover but we're going to i'm going to use this for the scrunch sheet once that's the the scrunchie one and then this i'm going to use for the Braided, so i got let's just start with the braided one so for the bread everyone. I have uh some um like um feelings that i i got them from some of my other um. You know true pillows yeah, that's where i got it from so i'm going. That'S what we're going to use to stop it up, so, let's just get started. Okay before i continue. So if you are new to my channel to study youtube channel, please subscribe to this channel and then hit on the notification bell to get an update. So let's just get started now, so i have my fabric, so i cut out on three pieces of fabric and i cut out three pieces of fabric the three of them. They are the same inches and the same width. So i'm just going to measure now. So you get the measurements correctly. So what i have here for the for this piece is 37 inches, so you see the length it's actually 37 inches and long, and then the width of what i have is five inches. So what we're going to do now? The three of them are this and what we're going to do now, i'm going to take it to my machine and then this is the right side. I'M going to sew it on the wrong side like this, so i'm going to sew it and close and then i'll turn it out. So i'm going to do the same thing to the three piece and then come back and show you okay. So you see i finished and stitching, so i'm going to turn it over now. Okay, so i've turned it over now. So what i'm going to do, i'm going to fill it up, i'm just going to take um the the foam. The extra foam that i have here and then i'm going to frost it in so you can see so i finished doing this, so i'm just going to go ahead and do this and finish the three of them just fill it okay. So i finished off in the three i'm just going to put them like this, and then i would i'll just secure the three tips with my machine like this. Just give it a good top stitch and then the next thing we're going to do now. We'Re going to start weaving so you're just going to match it. However, you want to mark it, so just make sure that it is straightened out like this, so so i'm done so i'm just going to secure like this make sure you secure it very well. Okay, so we're almost done with our braided headband wig, so i'm just going to try it on my head to see if i need to cut out any excess. So i think it is just like so perfect on my head. So the next thing i'm going to do now, i'm going to stitch these two parts together like this. So most of this rough end, i'm just going to stitch and stitch it from the inside, so you could decide to choose any part so i'll just stitch anyway. Okay, so you see i've finished stitching, so i've secured them together. So you just cut out all of the excess. So i got another piece of fabric of about the same um, five inches width and then about seven inches. So i'm just going to sew and turn. That'S what i'm going to use to cover this rough edge here, so here's what i'm going to have i'm just going to hold it like this and then i would secure this part just to cover up all of the rough edges that i have in. I would secure it like this, so i'll trim out the excess like this and then i'm going to turn i'm going to turn those parts just take it in like this and then everything so at the end of the day. This is how it's going to look like, so you see how secure it is. So i've done with this first one. So the next one now we're going to do the scrunch, the scrunchie to one. So let's go back to our table. Okay, so welcome back guys. So you see what i've done with our beautiful braided one, the next one we're going to be doing this crunchy one. So the measurement that i'm using i'm using the wigs i'm using 10 inches width, i'm using 10 inches width and then the length that i'm making use of for this is 44 inches width. That'S what i'm making use of and then this is what i'm going to be using for my elastic casing. So i have three pieces here. This is what i'll use for my elastic casing for the elastic casing. I have four inches sweet and then the length that i have is 18 inches, and then this is what i'm going to use for the to line the that's to scrunch it together. That'S to like enrich it or roughly together i have 15 inches and the length and then the the width that i have here is two inches. So now i'm going to put all of these pieces to work, so that is really simple and easy. So i decided to use on 10 inches because i want it really looking gorgeous and stunning. So here's what i'm going to do from those points like this. You can decide to fold them together, like this just fold it into four, and then i'm going to come to this point like this, i will measure about three three inches or 3.5 inches. This is 3.5 inches. So from this point, i'm just going to slant it. I'M just trying to create like a let's see, just have like a little shape. It'S not so i'm using seven inches and just trim out like this. So the next thing i'm going to do now, i'm going to take it to my machine i'll turn it over. On the wrong side, and then this is the wrong side, so i'm going to stitch, i'm just going to go ahead like this and then stitch the whole of this part like this and then i'll come back and show you okay. So i finished our stitching and then i've turned it out. So the second one. This is my elastic casing. I'M going to do the same thing, i'm going to stitch it using about a quarter of an inch i'll stitch and then i'll turn it like this. Also and then i have my elastic and then i'll come back and then we're going to slot in the elastic into the casing. Okay, so see this is my elastic casing, so i've ironed it and down the next thing, i'm going to cut out my elastic band. So i'm using a one inch elastic, so you could decide to use between six and seven inches um band, so it depends on how much and tightness you want so mine, i'm going actually going to make use of about seven inches. I don't want it grabbing. My head so tight, so i'll make use of seven inches. So what i'm going to do now, i'm going to use my stain to pass in my elastic into my elastic casing, so i'm going to take it to my machine, i'm going to secure it on this side and then i'll secure it on this side. So that is for that and then this i'm going to pass into and those are parts also okay, so you see i've. I'Ve secured it down the next thing i'm going to do now, i'm going to still use my spin like this to pass in the piece that i'm going to use to like reach my to reach this. So i'm passing it inside also like that. So i'm going to go and secure it like this on my machine and then i'll do the same thing to this part, also i'll just stitch it down on the edge here, also, okay, so i've secured and this both parts. So you see how beautiful it is. Looking we're almost done so the next thing you're just going to take the elastic one like this and then i'm going to hold it and then i'm going to secure it inside like this. So you hold like this and then i'm going to cover it up like this and then i'll stitch from the inside. So when you turn, you see you stitch when you turn it's going to be like this, i'm going to repeat it, you take it like this. This is the right side, you place it like this and then you turn like this and then you secure like this. So you see this is inside and then i'm going to do the same thing to this other side. So we are done so i'm just going to do that and then i'll come back and show you the complete um. So we once most of these edges, you can decide to use an overlap to just lock all of the rough edges. I will show you to finish with now: okay guys, so at the end of the day, so you can see what i have so you just tuck it in like this and then you cover up all of the rough edges. So and then this is the other one, so guys we have not gone to the end of this illustration. So if you like what i did with this video, please, i would appreciate, if you hit on the subscribe button and then hit on the like button, also to make me know, you appreciate what i did so.
