Hi everybody welcome back to my channel if you're new welcome to my channel. My name is Gianni. Felidae, yes, go ahead and hit that subscribe button and give this video a big thumbs up if you're awesome. Today, I'm going to be talking to you guys about curly hair products that I've found while I've been living here in Japan. I have somewhere between a 3 B and a 3 C type hair. It kind of depends on a day in the mood and the humidity, and you know the hair gods on my side, but this is what my hair looks like. I did wash it um last night and I do have obviously the products that I'm mentioning. I do have all those products, so this is what my hair looks like and its natural state. I don't curl it. I don't tease it. I don't do anything like that. I I have a whole video of my curly hair essentials as where, as my wash and girl, routine and I'll put that up here somewhere. So the first thing I wanted to talk about is obviously shampoo, so this shampoo, i miss from the super, is from a company called super food lab and it's the botanical supplement and biotin plus oil shampoo, and it looks like that. I love that it has a pump, though that is that i don't understand why more hair products don't have a pump like it's just so handy like. Can we can we talk about that for a second, it's a lot of Japanese products. I find that they're very simple and the ingredients they don't have a lot but they're super super. Effective. I'Ve been using this shampoo for about two and a half months now, and I have notice a difference in my hair. It'S softer. It makes it more manageable and I love the fact that it doesn't weigh down my curls, which is what a lot of shampoos tend to do for me personally, because we don't want that. We want our curls to be fluffy and delicious and you know bouncy. So I do love love love that shampoo, and I would definitely whenever I go to move back to the States. I'Ll definitely be repurchasing it, because it's so so good and it smells phenomenal. The next obvious product is conditioning, so this is a brand. That'S actually really really popular in Japan, it's called Lux, and this is the lux super rich. Sorry super rich shine damage, repair, shampoo, and it looks like this. The reason you might be wondering why it's in a bag is because this is actually the refill to the actual bottle. It does come in an actual bottle, but this is the recesses. This isn't the first thing that I've been reaching for out. Quite yet, I've been using it for about a month, and I like that it helps me detangle my hair, when I'm in the shower. I wouldn't use it as a leave-in conditioner, though, because it does have a sticky kind of texture to it after it dries. So I definitely just use this for the purposes of just conditioning my hair and detangling it, and then I use my regular leave-in conditioner from Cantu, and you don't need me to tell you this. You ought to know, but if craziness is not our friend and to make your hair more manageable, you definitely want to make sure that you're constantly moisturizing it and this conditioner does that beautifully. It does make me feel, like my curls are moisturized and happy and healthy. You know the next thing that I want to talk about. I actually got this product. I saw it on I'm a part of this Facebook group called black women in Japan, and I actually saw somebody mention that they use this as a styling product and they loved it. So I went ahead and picked it up. This is the Spice sisters, freeze wax, and I love love love this product, as you can see, I'm basically out of it. I'Ve never used hair wax before, but I have noticed that they are really really popular. This hair wax, though it it has more of a paste texture, um a little goes a long way and I know a lot. A lot of products say that on the bottle and they're advertised as done, but when you have curly hair, you have really thick hair. Like myself, you need a lot not with this, though I I promise you a little does go a long way. I don't like to use a lot of this because again it weighs I have known as that it weighs down on my curls. I only use it on my lash and go I don't style, my hair um. I don't tweeze, not trees. Sorry, I don't um curl my hair with this or anything I don't twirl. I don't twist it just because I have noticed that it is quite heavy once it dries. However, it has unbelievable hold like you. I put this on and it lasts for days now. My only complaint about this is the fact that it is. This is of the regular size, and this is the biggest size that they make of this, and it's it's trying too pricey for how much product you get inside of this little itty-bitty pod, but again, because a little goes a long way. You know sometimes that that's a good thing, because it lasts a long time. I went through this particular pod in about 225 months, so there's obviously tons of oils out there that you can try this one, though this one right here is the shiznit. This is the Oshima Tsubaki camellia haircare oil. I hope I said that right, lino leg, fatty acids and anti-aging properties. So again you can use it for your skin. I personally use it for my hair. After I'm done washing and putting you know my curling cream and styling my hair or parting, my hair, in the way that I want, I usually let my hair dry a little bit. I don't like putting oil on my hair when it's wet. I prefer I want it to damp. I just feel like it locks the moisture better, and this has made my hair um so much more manageable. As far as you know, you know, after you know the second day of your your wash day, which is usually for me. Where starts going sideways, a fun fact about this one actually is that it doesn't have an expiration date and because a little goes a long way well depends on what kind of you know hair you have and how thick it is. I basically use like a little like two dollops of this per half. I usually Park my hair in in half, so I do use. I do go through a lot of oil on my hair, but it's because it's so important and if anybody it's curious, I follow the lco method, which is lotion cream and oil. That'S just what works better for me, so I use my shampoo. I used my cream base products and then I lock everything in with an oil. That'S just how I've been doing it for years now and okay. So that's it! Those all the products that I wanted to talk about or, like I said, if you're coming to Japan for just a visit, obviously just bring your own products that you know work for you that I've ever tried and true. But if you want to branch out - or you happen to be in Japan - and you run out of shampoo, definitely if these products are try, the price points aren't bad. I would never spend ridiculous amounts of money on a professional. You know hair care products when I have products that work just as good and that are tried-and-true and there's no not really a lot of learning that I have to do to use them. But that's just my personal preference, like I said you, you do as you. Please girl, if you take anything from this, video, though, is that you can actually find curly hair products in Japan, which I for sure thought would be, would not be possible by the way, if you like this gorgeous little necklace that I have on a little crown With the diamond, fake diamond, of course, there's y'all - we ballin on the budget over here this actually from new desire, calm and I'll - put my code right up here so that you can go and check them out and get yourself some little. Keren R: Last year when I went to Japan, I remember trying Honeyce moisture hair mask and that stuff is amazing! Left my curls so soft and moisturized. I ended up buying like 3 of those conditioners lol I can’t wait to go back this summer!

Elemental H4cker: I just got a perm and it keeps getting straight the more I sleep or leave it be until the next wash. Know any products to maintain them that I can find in donki or maybe anywhere ?

Video Caco: Thumbs up and thumb up for You video. 5 I've watched it until the end.

Dahlia El Deeb: Is the lux conditioner silicone free?

Ceres: I hate to be mean, and it’s not the reason I am saying this. But your hair looks dry, and brittle. I’ve been living in Japan for 2 years and it’s extremely hard to find nice products here for curly hair. I have since started using DevaCurl products. There are SOME nice Japanese curly hair products, but really, not too many.
