I love this natural lighting from my window. I just feel like it makes everything so much better, hello, everybody. How are you today welcome back to coffee breaks with bree on this episode, i wanted to talk about a new hair product that i have been trying. I'M pretty sure a lot of you are not familiar with how long my hair actually is. My hair is really really long. I'Ve actually just been growing it out kind of, like my whole life, if anything, i've really only gotten it like trimmed when i needed to so. Yes, i have really pretty much been growing. My hair out my whole life. The only things i've ever really done to it is maybe color a little bit of the underneath. I did bleach it when i was a young kid in high school and then at some point i don't really remember, but it was definitely in high school. It might have actually been before i bleached the underneath. I then dyed my hair with like a semi-permanent dye. I dyed it like dark brown and i thought it was really cute and i kind of liked it, but then i actually really started to miss my like light kind of dirty blonde colored hair that i basically had throughout my whole life. In a few weeks. I'M gon na be having a new video coming out and i'm really really excited to share with you. The you know the before and after process of what i'm gon na be doing. I'M not gon na give any hints right now. If you are somebody who is close to me and is a good friend or follows me on social media, you might know what i'm hinting at, but as of right now, i'm not sharing any of that. It is a secret and if you think you know, go ahead and comment below and guess, but it's gon na be fun. So in this video i wanted to focus on a new kind of shampoo and conditioner that one of my friends suggested to me. She uses it, it works really well and i was excited and wanted to give it a try. So, in today's video we are talking about amica we're going to talk about their repair, shampoo and their repair conditioner, both called the cure. First, i wanted to talk about price. I am still fairly new with their products. I have only bought this uh shampoo and conditioner duo. I haven't really tried any of their other stuff, yet it is a little pricey in the description below. I will leave a link to their website, so if you are interested, you can go ahead and check out their products as well. Again, it's a little pricey, depending on how much you are looking to spend on things, but i'm always up to try something new, especially for my hair. I don't know, i'm always looking for good products. Good products i've been using the amica products for about like two weeks now. I just want to say the fragrance that they put in these products is incredible. I don't know what the other type of like hair products they sell smell like, but the cure shampoo and conditioner is incredible. I don't. How would i describe it how to describe for some reason the smell of the amica products, actually kind of reminds me of a like victoria's secret, perfume that i've had in the past, and i do think that's why i like it so much. It is a very strong fragrance, so if you are someone that doesn't really like shampoos with a scent or a fragrance or you're, just not someone that is you know into like the perfumey smells, then you might not be interested in trying their products, but i personally Love the way it smells there's a few things i like and dislike about the product. So the first thing is the amika hair repair the cure. Shampoo. Again i love the fragrance. I love the way it smells when i'm using in the shower. I do think you have to use maybe a little more than like a pea sized because it doesn't get as sudsy as i feel like the cheaper shampoos. Do you don't want to use too too much, though, because i did realize that their shampoo and conditioner is like very concentrated. I guess the word would be, so you don't want to use too much when you're in there it's also kind of pricey. So you probably don't want to use too much when you're in there either. I did notice that the cure shampoo - it does rinse out very easily and it doesn't leave any type of residue which i have noticed with some other shampoo products that they do leave kind of a heavy residue on my hair and yeah. The makeup product does not do that. Moving on to the amica conditioner, this comes out extremely concentrated. It is very, very thick. I guess a way that i could describe it. The way it comes out is almost like petroleum jelly like if you have ever used vaseline in your life. That'S literally exactly what this comes out like, so when using the conditioner. Once again, the smell is incredible: it matches the shampoo, it's that same almost like perfumey fragrance that i love to smell when i'm in the shower. It'S just like. I don't know it's like a whole whole new world. It'S a whole different world. I only use a little bit, even though my hair is really long. This conditioner goes a long way and i've noticed that if you use too much when you go to rinse your hair out, you might think it's totally rinsed out and it's not. I have noticed a few times that i've probably used a little too much because later in the day, my hair almost felt kind of greasy and heavy, and it was really really gross. So you want to make sure that when you're using their products, you are only using a small amount. You really don't need too too much, and it goes a really really long way with just a little bit after using their hair products. For about two weeks now, there are a few differences that i have noticed in my hair. That actually makes me really really happy. First thing that i've noticed is my hair is definitely more light and fluffy feeling second thing: that i've noticed too, is when i'm combing. My hair out after the shower there is like no hair that comes out on the brush with other products. I have noticed that when i'm combing my hair out or brushing my hair out after the shower some strands of hair will come out, but with the amica products there really hasn't been any i've actually been pretty happy with those results. Third, and probably last positive thing, i've seen with the amica products is i've noticed that i don't have as much damage there's not as much breakage and being someone with very thin fine straight hair. I sometimes will go ahead and use my curling iron to give myself some body, but i have noticed with the amica products that i don't have as much breakage as i used to and yes, it is called the cure. And yes, it is a repairing shampoo and conditioner duo, but i have noticed that i definitely have less damage and that is extremely important to me as well, because, again being someone with thin straight hair, you don't want your hair to get as damaged, because then it Would just not look good, it would not look good. Thank you for coming along and checking out this video today on coffee breaks with brie. I hope you enjoyed your time here kind of hearing about the new hair products. I'Ve been using and kind of my review on how well they work. If you are interested in the description below, i did put the link for the amika products. Gamblin Granny: I like Ameka. It smells really good. Although I’m a Biolage gal myself. That’s all I ever use. Thanks for sharing this.

Kylie Barnes: I love amika! Especially the Kure! Totally agreed the smelling is intoxicating

Scully's House of Thrillers: The new hair product looks good. I've owned a hair salon for fifteen years. Primarily I have a writing channel now.

kibble: if I have thick hair can I still use this product!? I use olaplex at the moment- but now have learned that you shouldn’t use olaplex everytime you wash (which sucks cause that’s all I have LOL) , but so far I think I’m leaning to try amika!

KConway: All but maybe 1 or 2 of their products all smell the same.
