Are you sick and tired of your split ends? Does your hair not feel soft when you run your fingers through it, is your hair whispering into your ear? Well, it's your lucky day because I'm Mike I'm a hairdresser, a L'Oreal, color, specialist and makeup fun and a skincare lover in today's film I'll be going through the perfect hair routine, as well as the best products for damaged and dry hair. If you're interested to hear more about damaged and dry hair, how to stop it, how to prevent it and how to help it then keep on watching. Let'S talk about how hair damage and hair dryness actually occurs when there's two factors: one weave the hair sensitivity, which means the hair has been damaged internally by hair, color or other factors to weave the hair porosity, which means the hair has been damaged externally and the Cuticle of the hair has been shattered due to either hair color or heat products like straightness or hair dryers or just weather or wind. To overcome those factors, we need to look at different hair products and look after our hair differently, but first we need to know what actually caused our damage, whether it was over bleaching, your hair and color in your hair and your hair is just basically in bits Or you've over straighten your hair and not really taking care of it. You put your bobbin into the hair, really tight and then started reef in it and reef in it and just shattered the cuticle. Let me take you to a few products, and a few ranges that I ting are absolutely amazing to help your dry and damaged hair, I mean: do you expect to go to bills and buy for your Pantene, shampoo and just hope. It'S gon na work euro currency used within European Union. Let'S talk about some decent products that are gon na, actually help they're gon na work that are not overly expensive, but yet they're gon na really really help the dryness of your hair. You'Re gon na get rid of your split ends or help to get rid of your split ends: they're gon na smooth in your hair and nourish it. So two things the hair needs when it's dry, one in its protein for strengthening and two in its nourishment. So we can be soft again. I myself often suffer from dry hair due to over coloring it bleaching it and just having a really bad hair. I mean I'm not afraid of color. For those who know me, I change my hair color. Quite quite often - and I mean I never really suffered with breakage as such, but there was moments that my hair just didn't feel quite right, no matter what I used on it, it was still dry. So that's why I had to take care of it. So let me take you to all the products that I think are good for you. When it comes to hair care, you need at least three products. You need. Your shampoo, you need your conditioner / mask, conditioner would be used for fine hair mask would be used for thicker and a heat protector. / leave-in conditioner, the first part of the range I'm going to take you through is enforcer by Seri expert. This amazing range contains vitamin b6 and biotin. As we all know, biotin is very well known when it comes to hair loss and strengthen hair you'd, find in loads of vitamins that promote healthy hair growth and vitamin b6 is gon na strengthen the hair even more when it comes to using products. You have to stick within the same range, so what I would always advise is if you're dealing with brittle hair, which this product is probably the best for it, is for that hair. That is nearly crumbling in your hands. It'S overly weakened and it's crying out for your help. This is the range for you. So if this is the issue, you're dealing for and always advice, give the shampoo conditioner or a mask from that range to see the full results. And why do I say that when you're trying to strengthen the hair - which this is brilliant for because it is a more protein based product, so it's gon na strengthen that hair, fiber, that's quite weakened and damaged, and then you're gon na go ahead and use a Volumizing conditioner, your hair just won't know what to do so, always stick within one family. I remember when I was blonde really really burn and my hair was quite damaged because I was bleaching. It Bleacher and bleach'no and bleach net, like it wasn't bad jacks, but it was damaged this product really strengthened. My hair, my hair, felt a lot healthier as well. It brushed quite easily. This product is also very good for brushing the hair. Also, when your hair is dry and damaged, we need to talk about. Hydration, nourishment and shine. Hair often gets dull gets very dry onto the ends and just very sad for this I would recommend absolute repair by sri expert. I find this shampoo quite good. I'Ve used it myself, I'm still using it at the moment. What I find about this shampoo is it repairs the hair as well. It hydrates it add shine and adds the missing softness. I was using this shampoo for quite a while when I was fully blonde. So what I was doing, I was using this shampoo on my every single wash and then once a week. I would go with my purpose shampoo. I found this shampoo really hydrated my hair, but didn't weigh it down. It contains wheat, protein and gold. Quinoa extract for resurfacing and hydration and soft touch as well as there is the mask that goes with it. You have your conditioner and you have the full range this product. I would recommend for someone that hair is really really thirsty. Looking it's really dry hair. That needs a lot more attention. It doesn't need, strengthen it just feels quite dry, so the difference between hair that needs strengthening and the hair that needs hydration is Hara, don't need. Straightening is brittle hair. So when you touch the hair, your ends nearly come out. They start to break that's when your hair needs strengthening when your hair needs hydration. The hair just feels really really dry and touch getting it. The right, shampoo and conditioner is a key loads of people, be given out that um. The shampoo weighs down my hair, the shampoos doing days. It makes my hair oily no you're, just not using the right shampoo. For example, if I had quite healthy fine hair - and I went in with something like this - my hair doesn't need that my hair is healthy. My hair doesn't need any extra nourishment and hydration for then it would weigh down my hair because they would be overwhelmed just like your skin. If your skin is really hydrated and you use something even more hydrated, it gets oily, he gets shiny yields greasy. Some people can also find the hair is just naturally dry. You might not have any color into it. You might be just over strengthening or over drawing your hair and strengthening and drying. Your hair is very, very drying for the hair, especially if you're not using heat protector, we're all sinful of that. Aren'T we deranged for naturally to dry hair, I would recommend, is neutral fire by Siri expert. This range is absolutely absolutely absolutely fantastic for nearly everyone. It'S not too heavy on the hair, it is quite light. It'S very nourishing and outshine the mask smells absolutely absolutely gorgeous. It contains glycerol and coconut oil, so coconut all will nourish the hair and glycerol contains nourishing properties for hair fibers. So this product is for someone that just finds their hair naturally dry, whether it's from over drying over straightening, just bitter color or the hair, is naturally dry, because people's hair can be naturally dry, just like someone's skin. It can be naturally dry. So I'd recommend to go for the conditioner if your hair is quite fine, I'd recommend to go for the mask if your hair is quite thick. Both of those products are silicone. Free they're not gon na build up on your hair, and that's probably one of the main differences between professional hair care and your four-year open. Ten pan. Ten and all those different products contain a lot of a lot of silicone. Did you ever wash your hair and your hair just didn't feel right? It just felt really slippery and still greasy after the wash it's probably buildup, of silicone and plastic found in cheap shampoos. So what silicone would do and your cheap shampoos is, it will add that lovely shine, so what it does it actually calls the hair and gives that fake, feel of shine and gloss. I mean those shampoos are four: five: six euro. Have you ever thought about that? Why invest in your hair care? They don't make all those amazing hair products for Nam like they do work, and for this being silicone free is absolutely it's not gon na build up on the hair. It'S not gon na weigh the hair down. It'S not gon na smell off the hair. It'S not gon na react with the hair. Those are my treat should go. Haircare ranges for dry hair, whether it's really brittle hair, whether it's bleached dry, brittle, hair or just naturally dry hair. So let me take you to some different products that I think are absolutely essential for your bathroom and for your hair. You should never go without putting any heat protector into your hair. Heat protectant is very, very important to the hair one. It'S going to protect the hair up to 230 degrees Celsius, it's gon na nourish and strengthen and help the hair fibers to be stronger, shinier and more hydrated. As you may probably see my review of the defense term. Eek I've been using this product ever since, and I absolutely absolutely adored I love the smell, even though my hair is short, I still draw it. So what does the heat damage due to the hair? Think of it? This way, heat up a straightener up to 230 degrees. Get your finger. Put your finger on it. What'S gon na happen to your finger, it's gon na blister, it's got a burn, it's gon na be sad same thing. Is gon na happen to your hair, a skin and hair are both made up of nearly similar properties, so we all need to protect our hair from heat damage from the outside damage like the weather, UV lights. Just like you put UV cream on your skin. You need to protect your own hair, another heat protector. I'M really really found off its color ten-in-one. This is an absolute gem. Two three pumps of this into your hair and your hair feels absolutely absolutely amazing so, as it says ten and one so what this product does is right. Let me read it out for you: one protection to shine three softness for smoothness of hair fiber, five detangling. Six faciliate blow-dry, seven hydration, eight anti breakage, nine anti split ends ten anti frizz. So what this to it will do absolutely everything for your hair. It will help to detangle it. It will hydrate it. It will protect it from heat. So what are you getting this or you getting one of the techniques from Kerastase weather is the semantics, which is absolutely amazing: products for hair, that's quite brittle or a new treat irmak, which is another amazing heat protector for hair. That'S quite dry! You need something like this to really protect your hair before you're gon na put a dryer or styling tools into it. One of the Holy Grails of hair products is shimira ultimate rest mask. This hair mask is absolutely absolutely amazing, anything from packaging to its formulation. It is something for the hair, that's quite dry. I would definitely recommend it for hair. That'S a lot thicker. Now it is more on the pricier range, but it is absolutely gorgeous. It is boar like for the hair. It is quite thick, it is quite nourishing. I would definitely advise it to use it, maybe once a week, not more than that or every other time you wash your hair, leave it in for a few minutes, because it is quite rich. This product restored my hair to life. I love this mask. I love this product. It is one of my favourites for dry and brittle hair and now my secret weapon, the holy water of hairdressing, the holy water of hair protection, smart bomb part 3. This product brought my hair back to life. So for those who know me quite a while when I was bleached, I tried to grow my hair and my hair just wouldn't grow it just stopped going because it was getting brittle. My hair was just weakened from over bleached and over bleaching and over bleaching. So, with the net silent treatment that you actually put into your hair color or you can get a standalone treatment, this product will not work. If you don't have smart burning, your hair ready. So what smartphone does is when your hair gets colored. The hair is weakened by oxidization, the ions, stop the weakened bones from reforming and all your hair bones just break like that's what happens, hair just breaks and weakens June color and whether is highlight and whether it's all over color. Now it's not serious, but it does happen. So what smartphone does it? It gets rid of the ions and it keeps the bonds stronger together. So it means you can nearly call your hair without any damage to minimum damage. So I was using that in my hair as a standalone treatment, I was putting it into my pre like me when I was color in my hair, but this product, the Holly water of hairdressing. When I say this product saved my hair, I mean this product saved. My hair, I would have never told even about recommending it to people. I was like. Oh, it's not gon na do much. It contains my leg acid, which is a very important ingredient. Malic acid helps to strengthen weakened hair. So what that does is when you have your smart bone, treating in your hair, you used it just once you use this once a week and it will remain rebuilding the bones into your hair. So it's like consistent treatment of your hair, rebuilding and resurfacing of your hair. I'Ve noticed a huge, huge, huge difference with my hair. After this, my hair grew, my hair started feeling strong and healthy. At the same time, I was using the Nutri fire range. I tink and I was using my ten and one which I found absolutely brilliant, just made my hair really really soft, but ya know this product is a holy grail of hairdressing. If you need something, if you feel like your hair is weak and it doesn't want to grow and it's just dry, this is the product for you. You need this. Your hair needs you overall, hair damage and hair dryness can be treated. It'S just picking the right. Shampoo, the right product for your hair. I would definitely advise to go to see a hairstylist talk to someone that knows stuff about hair. Don'T just go in and guess what you need, because everyone's hair is different and it's very hard to know whether your hair is actually porous or it's sensitized, whether it's color damaged. Whether it's drying is what I need strengthening. So go see someone that knows what they're talking about and get them to give you the best advice they can. If your hair is really weakened, go to a hair salon, get a stand alone, smart for treatment and then use smart bone tree in your hair. Like I said, hair is just like skin. We need to look after it there's different products for different hair for different needs and different clients guys. I hope this video really helped, and thank you for watching. Please, like share comment and subscribe to my channel, also check out my other videos and let me know what other content would you to see and most of all, please have a lovely evening. Bye,

Sidney Hill: So informative, and LOVE your energy! It’s hard to find true and informative videos that aren’t sponsored “beauty gurus”. I hope your channel blows up and grows, as it should!

Ilaria Rigoni: Hi Mike! Thanks to your videos, I purchased L’oreal glycerol nutrifier shampoo and mask. I have to say, the mask is amazing! The consistency is perfect! Since my hair is really frizzy (but now is a bit better) I was wondering how long does it take to see improvements when you change routine? I started using a professional hair serum before blow drying as well, from color Wow. X

Maria Rasmussen: The Loreal glycerol nutrifier mask without silicone is one of the best hair masks I have ever used on my thick hair. I bought it because of your recommendation, thank you. ❤️ I actually prefer it over the Redken All Soft mask.

Busem Çallı: Wow Mike i’m obsessed with your channel! I think you are the best hair specialist in youtube, thanks for the videos. I have naturally dry hair, now i’m using Olaplex 3-4-5-6-7, but i think my hair loves Serie Expert much more. Waiting for new videos about dry hair :)

Ray C: For once someone who makes sense and is educating us

LittleImpaler: It's really hot by me. I dyed my hair grey. I wash 1 week with cool to luke warm. I used oplex 3, redken all soft conditioner and the mask. I put kerastate heat protection. An hair oil, and biosilk. I let it air dry. My hair is a lot better. In the summer I don't use a hair dyer

vocal vids: hii! i damaged my hair from bleaching + painting it (it’s suuuper dry). i watched your videos but i’m confused if i need to hydrate the hair or strengthening. it feels super dry but i dont think it’s breaking out, but im still confused on which shampoo+conditioner & hairmaski should get.. also you look AMAZING and i’m living for that septum ring

divya vaikundan: Hi, very informative but I am confused. I have frizzy and bit damaged hair. Which one would you suggest btw L'Oréal SE range, kerastase or Davines?

MEGHNA SINGHAL: Hi Mike I recently started watching your videos. They are really helpful. I want to try these shampoos but they contain Sulphates. I got my hair chemically straightened 8 months ago and I haven't been able to find SLS free shampoos which work for my dry hair. Can you please help? Thanks :)

Ray C: Hi Mike I hope you're well. What shampoo etc can you recommend for really brittle hair. My hair is thickish at the roots but limp on the lengths. It breaks even without me pulling. Thanks

Sara S: I laughed so hard when u told us to put our finger on a straightner ;D Ur so right! Love the way you explain things. U do it so well! Thank you for this video. Im a new subscriber :D

Ashley Sunn: Love this video and how you explained everything. Subscribed! X

Nesi Beauty: Omg love the way how you explain things!!! Subscribed!

Andersson G: Hi Mike! Do you know any other mask similar to ABSOLUTE REPAIR LIPIDUM? they changed the formula and the quinoa gold one does absolutely nothing for me :( would help my bleached hair so much! Can’t find anything as thick and nourishing as the lipidum! ❤️

Job Saldana: Hi Mike !! first of all thank you so much for sharing all this info, I have a question, it is still available smartbond out in the market after all the olaplex issue, I personally prefer smartbond over olaplex but it’s kind of hard to found it :/. (sorry for my english btw)

Sonali: Absolutely loved your suggestions, Mike. ❤️

Aish Kaur: Subscribed! You explain everything so well. I have long hair. I wash hair twice a week so after two days scalp is oily and ends are dry. I have thin and week hair which needs nourishment. Worst part- small baby hair keep on standing straight out from my scalp most of the time. What would you recommend?

ZANA salabegolli: Hi Mike, yesterday I was watching your videos and I took some advice about using deep masks and conditioners. I ordered the absolute repair masque because my hair is bleached so I should use it as a deep conditioner but I noticed it contains the silicone amodimethicone after I ordered it. I’m confused about whether it classes as a good silicone or bad one? Thanksss xxx

Patricia Cousin: New subscriber! Very informative! Love it! Keep up the good work!

Lydia Lopez: Mike I just love your videos I just found you while searching for a good hair product for my dry hair I wish you had a hair salon here in Austin Texas I would definitely be your client!

Tina Cortes: Superb, excellent hair products introduced by Mike!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

T Wibowo: Omg, thanks a lot! this video really helped me bring back the life to my hair. Btw, What did you mean at 12:40 when you said this product will not work if you havent had smartbond in your hair already? xx

Renata Dizdarevic: I just love your personality thanks for the advice ,really informative ,keep up the good work !

Bharath Kumar: Hey I have extremely dry hair. Do you recommend the Loreal Mythic oil hair mask?

Magdalena Dziubany: That’s exactly the video I was looking for

daniela luis: Can I benefit from the rest of properties of the heat protectants even if I never use heat on my hair?

ashlesha waghmare: I am Ashlesha from India.... I am using L’Oréal professional anti frizz mask and it literally has a keratin treatment sort of effect on my hair.. unfortunately the anti frizz shampoo is not great.. it doesn’t cleanse at all.... so after watching this video I have ordered L’Oréal absolut repair shampoo... I hope it will give me my dream hair transformation.... (subscribed)

valevtc: Hi Mike, can you please give me advice what products should I use on my hair? :) I have bleached blonde balayage on the ends, so the end are quite split but the rest of my hair is soft :) also i have sensitive scalp prone to dandruff..

Emmleaaaa: You should talk about the difference between hair that needs protein and dry hair. I have low porosity dry hair and for YEARS I thought it was damaged cause every video I watched talked about them as if they were the same thing. You mentioned a little so it seems like you know the difference but for normal people it can be very confusing.

Adzz: I'm confused, I've got oily scalp and straight, fine, dry hair prone to a bit of hairfall and I tend to get dandruff in winters but my hair is soft and undamaged, so which one should I choose?

SRUTHI. P: What to do for coloured dry hair... It looks so frizzy so I'm confused, can you suggest any color protecting hair mask for hair? Thank you ❤

ilovefashion05: Hi Mike my hair is extremely frizzy and my lengths extremely dry and post getting a cysteine treatment my hair has become curly , earlier it was medium wavy ! Please help me out with what products would you recommend

sheena ramjan: I would love to see a review on Olaplex. Love your videos.

Sumaiah Tamkanath: Ohh myy goddd! YouTube recommended me this so late! Can you please tell me why my braid/hair is thinner along the bottom? Is it so much damaged and it's health so much deteriorating? (Btw I've watched your video of how to check whether my hair is dry or damaged and I found that it's damaged)

Gianna Dannica: Mike I have a really dumb question but I can’t find the answer anywhere online.... I’ve purchased the L’Oréal 10 in 1 (spray version) to use as a heat protectant. I’m not sure how to use it on days where I am straightening my hair (without washing it prior). Everyone talks about applying these products to damp hair and blow drying but I never blow dry my hair. Great video btw! Purchased the shampoo and conditioner you mentioned as well! ✨✨✨

MultiLolipop5: Love your personality great video❤️

petra vazanska: 4 year old Panthene makes me think of my dad and his 1 cm long hair he uses the cheapest shampoo from Tesco and wonders why when it grows longer that its so ugly.. or my friend that uses Head and shoulders and his hair gets so greasy..problem is that some family members can be so stubburn, I wish they could listen to your videos, they are so great, thank you

Scanlation Academy: Hey mike. I bleached my hair like 4 times now my hair is so dry and damaged with frizzyness. What should i use?

lisa van pee: Hi! I really like your channel! I have one question. I cant decide between your fitst and last shampoo because My Hair only feels dry at the ends. I dont Color My hair or use heatingtools. I have very thin straight hair but Every time I come out of the sjouwer I get Frizzy ends ( Also When I put on a mask). So I dont know if My hair is naturaly dry or Brittle hair. :)

sleekandblonde: Really nice video, informative and simple things to understand. Can I use smartbond 3 while using any shampoo and mask that i like?

James Dean: im havin hairfall and its breakin out as well . should i use this one (b6 biotin)or the density advance ??

Stella Png: Hello hello. I finally  became blonde. Am happy for it. My hair i suppose because has low porosity they used a lot of bleach . I had a treatment after that but I don't remember the name. I will have a second treatment a stronger one called "SOS" . And I just order Olaplex Beautify Hair Set (No.3 100ml + No.6 Bond Smoother 100ml + No.7 Bonding Oil 30ml) I hope my hair will go better with all that.

beril çakıl: i subscribed!! my hair is thick frizzy and dry, i cant decide between kerastase masqueintense or discipline maskeratine masque. what do you think? also do you consider to have a new video about davines products? they are also amazing.

Martha: Is it ok to use "L'oreal - Professionnel Serie Expert Absolut Repair Shampoo" each time I wash my hair? (every 2 days). Thank you!

Selma Racha: Keep up the good work

Shefali jaiswal: My hair is soft to touch and had never bleached or coloured . I do use hair straightners once a week but due to covid now i am losing so much hair . Can u please tell will this shampoo help even if a bit . I have spend so much at this point and nothing seems to work

Pin In: Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely love it :)

Asma Wavdiwala: I have oily flaky scalp and dry/frizzy ends what’s the best fit for me?
