Heyy guys thanks for watching my video I hope you guys enjoyed it! These are the tips that have helped me in growing my hair thicker & fuller. I was genuinely losing hope in my hair because it was damaged to the extent where my edges weren't even growing back, one thing I have learnt is that your hair is like a plant, in order for it to grow healthy you neeeed to leave it alone and not manipulate it too much, find a style you love doing that doesn't cause to much stress to it. Moisturize, shampoo and condition it when your hair feels like it needs it! honestly, you will see a difference! Let me know if this video helped you & if you have any questions or video suggestions make sure you let me know in the comments section! Oh, my god, let's talk about picture number, one hey guys welcome back to my channel doctora and today I'm going to be teaching guys about how I got my hair from this to this I'm talking about the thickness, the overall health of my hair. I feel like any no information from someone who's been experienced to something will help someone else who's. Actually, in a current situation, I am NOT. I look like my desired hello, yet I'm happy with the process, I'm happy with my routine, and you know how I think, Mike the thinning started 2018 mid to late 2018. I think that's when the thing of my hair started, I'm not president. I didn't see hasn't it as a big issue, because I thought you know it was probably it just piece of hair school few months down the line I started realizing this anyone's game was like. What'S the problem like? Oh, my god, is it the hair, sighs? I'M doing I might do my hair too tight like what is the issues inside, so I thought you know. I let meeting me just switch off my products. Let me get some different wheels and buy different shampoo hair, restoring shampoos. I tried everything. I'M not telling my mom my sister. I was like no like the silly thing that like going on it, my hair is not how it usually in this getting sort of thing. He wants later that's when that picture was taken, and I was like no. No, my hair is damaged, damaged, damaged, like it's not me damaged. This was, and I thinks was like August. I said I've been to August if either 19 or September 2019, and I was like it's nice to get back and I was like what I've been doing to my hair. I mean I did a twist out and the same generally again I didn't grade and in the same, generate gon na to get out and get it blow out and the same January again I did that twice. The same generate abetted brain and I was calculating and I realized I was doing ten different a thousand one month. I was doing too much to my hair, and that is what I didn't realize at the time I'll do braids one week on my actual hair. Take it out do mini twists, take it out before after few days doing a blowout leave it up. There was his time ideas, braids of brown braids. I thought in for two weeks guys that that I just mini twists in my hair, at my natural hair, but in meat, where's, put a bun put in fun or put it in a high bun few weeks, I'll be caught for that or take it back out. Was almost happy and leave it as a cup as a braid out? I had this high bun yeah. I had it in for about a week and it was so right. Yeah, I'm going to be so sleek, so I finished tiny, a tidy up with that, but hair bound on it, and then I used one of those silky scarves and cute little black, so Keith scarf and tied it with it. And I left that in a few days - and I kept sleeping with a satin scarf - I had like - I was gon na - do anything because my edges will be in court. Wasn'T even my hair, no that it was the problem that was the problem and to get to that point of realization, like yeah, my hair actually just needed a break like my hair, actually needed a break. That'S when I started thinking. Okay, I'm gon na start with you, some the hairstyles that I'm doing leave my hair alone, and just let it be just let it be. I think it was at the end of March this year when I started to realize I need to make a change to my routine. I need to take care of my hair start doing the less manipulative hairstyles hairstyles are gon na rip. My juice out hair sounds that are gon na break your strands off half hours, but I'm not gon na help. Your hair grow pop. No that's not started doing my chubby journey and I'm so happy that I actually listen to my other words. Your answers. I have literally just been on working these braids. As you guys already know, I've been rocking these braids for months now for like since April and when I quickly go through my tips with you guys already done on my notes. So one of my main tips, I would say, is to do scalp massages frequently. I just definitely helps with the stimulation of the blood flow in your head and it just contributes to natural hair growth, so they definitely do that. Take your time with your hair. Oh, my god question is how important this is for me. Take a time because before I have no patience with my hair, if you don't have time to do your hair, I suggest you find an alternative but I'll be going over. I don't know that something, but do not rush through, because you'll end up ripping your hair. Okay, do you not use rubber bands? Do not use your bangs on your sis? Don'T use rubber bands? Okay, my toes what style your hair is in and make sure you're moisturizing it so moisturizing your hair will keep it hydrated and it won't dry out what else I wrote down some tips just overall tips, but I don't think this applies for everybody. It'S like getting your hair trimmed every month and on what your hair needs. So I can't be here say Thank You Adrian, when you feel like your hair is obviously needs a trim, and I see no that's plate. Aniston yeah, you trim your hair. I guess protein treatments, it's a good idea as well once well. If you do it just do it once a while, you know just to help the balance in your hand and yeah. That'S literally all thank you guys so much for watching again and helped you guys have a better understanding of what your hair needs and the importance of just taking care of your hair and not over manipulating it. All the time see that subscribe to my channel and I'll catch you guys in my next video

* FlowerChild *: My hair is too thin for a braid out but too thick for a low bun

kapparhotau181: I had to realize I have fine medium density hair so all the manipulation was killing it. I did a high bun with crochet for a month and my crown just fell out. I went from medium to low density on top of fine strands ‍♀️ Henna gloss mask from Belle Bar and 2 strand twisting my hair for 3 weeks at a time has made a huge difference.
