I feel like this is like decent, it's, okay, lighting, right, whatever, okay, okay, guys, welcome back to my channel. If you don't know who I am, my name is Audrey make videos three times a week. So if you want to subscribe, I would I wouldn't be mad about that. I would really appreciate it, but like no pressure and get it if you don't want to, but I would really appreciate it if you wanted to just put it out there. So today, I'm just going to be talking about how I repaired my unbelievably damaged bleached hair. As you can see it's a very long now it looks healthy and it is healthy and it's thick like I never thought my hair would look like this. After all of the bleaching I put it through, but I found a really great haircare regimen that somehow worked and all of a sudden it was like this year. All of a sudden, my hair just started to grow, and it is like my hair has actually never been this long in my life, I don't think especially being so processed and bleached as it is for it to be that long and that healthy is a miracle. So I figured I would share with you guys what I did to repair my hair. It is all because of the products I used like I didn't change, how I was heat styling it. I really didn't change much other than the products I was using. So I noticed a significant change when I stopped using products with parabens and sulfates. I don't know why. I literally I I'm not a hair expert at all, but for some reason that is what really really helped my hair and I started doing that last summer. After I got a Brazilian Blowout because they tell you to not use products with parabens and sulfates after getting a Brazilian Blowout, because it shortens the life span of the treatment. So that was when I started using products without parabens and sulfates and from then on. I just kind of stuck with that by the way all of the products I mentioned will be linked in the description down below they might be affiliate links and if they are, that means that I may make a small Commission off of your purchase from that link. So if you guys want to support me and my channel please shop those links, because I would really really appreciate it. So first I'm going to start out with my shampoo and conditioner. I just recently changed this, but before that I was using the alterna caviar, anti aging, shampoo and conditioner, and that one works great. I do like it, but it was kind of making my hair tangled. So I started with a new shampoo and conditioner, and I really like this one, I'm using the pure ology, hydrate, shampoo and conditioner, and at first you might be like okay. That is way too expensive for me. I'M not buying that but hear me out ever since I started paying more money for my haircare. That is when my hair actually improved. Also Brad mondo. I will link his video down below. He does a whole video on how you should actually be washing your hair, and in that video I found out, you should only be using 3 dime sized amounts of shampoo. It will last you so long if you actually use that amount of shampoo and you're only supposed to wash your scalp, not even down here like you're, not supposed to go like go down and like do that and stuff, because that can also damage your hair. So you just wash your scalp and you use a small amount and it will last you for so long. So if you're worried about the price, maybe think about that and watch Brad's video on it. So I just really like that shampoo and conditioner it doesn't tangle. My hair, it smells good and it works. I don't know, I really don't know what else I have to say about that other than it's really nice and it works next, I'm going to go into the treatments that I use. So if you are a blonde you've probably heard of olaplex before, but this is the olaplex number 3 hair Perfector - and this is the wash out treatment that you put in your hair before shampooing and conditioning it. Now I've been using this for a while, but I didn't start using it consistently until probably like quarantine, and now that I have my it's just unbelievable. What my hair looks like, like, I literally never thought my hair would ever look like this in my life like looking, oh, come on, but this really repairs your hair and it repairs like the bonds of your hair. I don't know what that means, but it definitely does something and what you do is you just wet your hair towel dry? It put it in. I usually leave it on for like 15 minutes to an hour, but I usually go more towards the hour, because, if you're gon na use it like you should use it to its fullest to its fullest extent, I'll probably use it like two times a week. That'S what I've been trying to do and it has really really helped my hair, like I used a yesterday and that's probably why my hair looks so nice and is like looking like that so yeah then for a conditioning mask. I use this Rio geo deep conditioning, hair cap system, so what you do is you put on the don't despair repair, deep conditioning, hair mask, but then they have this little. This, like hair cap that you put on over top of it that has this lining in it. I don't know what it is, but it works really well and it really conditions your hair and it just it makes it feel so nice and I'm almost positive that this does not have any parabens or sulfates yeah. It'S it's a great product. Rio is a great brand. It says that it visibly repairs and strengthens, enhances, softness and silkiness and contains natural oils vitamins and antioxidants complex. It works really. Well, I really do love this. It'S a great conditioning treatment. Now I'm gon na go on to what I use after the shower. So this is my Kerastase elixir ultime. I think it's just marula oil, so it is a versatile beautifying oil for dull hair seeking shine infused to its sacred marula oil, apply one to two pumps on wet or dry hair leave-in. So this is what I use for after my shower. It works pretty well, but what I actually just recently ran out of is the olaplex number four, and that is their leave-in treatment and it's like a bond strengthener and smoother, and that really helps your hair. But I have read that has silicone in it. So if you don't like silicone in your haircare products, maybe you don't want to use it, but I loved that and I felt like that - really did Ping's for my hair, but this does as well. I just don't feel like it does as much as the old tux leave-in did, and also this one I'm not positive. If it's free of parabens and sulfates, I think it might have some. This is still good product, but it's pretty expensive. So I would go more for the olaplex and then lastly, I use a spray heat protectant. Now this is the living proof, perfect, hair day, heat styling spray for long, lasting smoothness, and it says it has heat protection up to a 450 degrees Fahrenheit. So I use this when I'm blow-drying my hair, when I'm curling my hair really any time I'm using heat on my hair. To be quite honest with you, I don't know if it works that well, it has a really like overwhelming scent, but I use it anyway. I guess I have noticed a difference since I started using it, but I mean it's kind of pricey, so I wouldn't say it's completely necessary, but it's definitely good to have a heat protection in your haircare regimen and if you're looking for one. This is a good one, I'm sure there's lots of others out there, maybe drugstore ones, but at least with this one wait just kidding. This does have sulfates yeah. This has sulfates, probably parabens too. So if you're really trying to steer clear of parabens and sulfates, there's probably another product that would work better I'll see if I can find one and I'll link one down below, but this one works really well. I have noticed difference since I started using it, and it just gives you more peace of mind when your heat styling, your hair, especially if you have damaged bleached hair, so yeah, that's pretty much it. I am so thankful that I found all these products and I figured out a haircare regimen that works for me, and hopefully this will work for you as well, like my hair is just repaired like it's growing like I like. Look at my roots, my hair just never grows and I usually, like my roots, don't grow in that quickly, which is great if you're blonde, but it's an exciting thing for me that my hair is actually growing for once in my life. I don't know why. My hair just never used to grow before, but I think it's like the parabens and sulfates that probably you know stopped it from doing that. I wouldn't say that my hair is like perfect, it's not by any means, but it is very healthy for how much I had like it really is.
