Hey guys welcome back to another video, so you guys have been asking you like crazy to do more hair videos and share more hair tips with you guys. So today I thought I would do a video on my haircare essentials and just all my favourite products and all my favorite things to use in my hair now, if you're new to my channel and want to know really in-depth how I care for my hair, I Would recommend you watch my two videos how to get long, healthy, hair, naturally and my shower routine, because pretty much all the information on how I care for my hair is in those two videos, and you can also follow me on instagram at holistic habit. If you're wanting daily updates, because I try to post a share, photo a hairstyle something to do with my hair, almost daily so yeah, if you want to do that, you can follow me on there, but today I am going to be sharing with you. Some of my all-time favorite haircare products - everything is completely natural and organic because I only use natural products in my hair. And yes, if you want to continue watching the videos, just sit back, relax and enjoy so a very essential part of my hair routine is using a high quality, natural and organic shampoo and conditioner. And, as most of you guys know, I use my Clea shampoo and conditioner. It is my absolute favorite, natural, shampoo and conditioner. I'Ve been using it for many many years. My whole family's is it even my dog. It works really well with my hair. It leaves it soft, shiny, clean without feeling stripped, it's all natural free of sulfates, it's a Canadian company and absolutely love them, and I personally use their purifying line of shampoo and conditioner. I like it because the purifying line contains rosemary, and I am obsessed with rosemary for my hair. I love the way it makes my hair feel. I love the smell and it's just really healthy for your scalp and I just got the big jugs, because I go through quite a lot and I just still have my smaller Kalea bottles with just keep those in the shower and keep these in my closet. To keep them nice and fresh, but I'm not going to go to room depth with the shampoo and conditioner, because I actually have a full video. I did a couple years ago dedicated to reviewing the shampoo and conditioner, so I will link that down below now. I have to mention my wooden brush, because this is an absolute haircare essential for me, if you guys have seen my how to get long, healthy, hair, naturally video. I go a little bit more in-depth on this, but this little thing is my favorite tool for my hair. One of the questions I always get is what wooden brush should I use? Where do I find a wooden brush? I personally use this tech brush. It'S had made in Italy and very very high quality. I think you can with brush every day for quite a few years, and it is such good quality. It still looks like it's brand. New kind of the bristles have fallen out, and that is saying a lot because my hair breaks brushes like crazy before I was just buying wooden brushes, just kind of at the health food store, but after usually a few months or so they would break because I've Quite a few quite a few hairs, I have quite a lot of hair and it just breaks brushes really easily. These brushes are handmade in Italy, so they are a bit more pricey but you're paying for a really good quality product. That is going to last you for many many years, maybe even a lifetime, but if you're, just starting out, you can find wooden brushes for like ten dollars at the health food store. I heard even sell some of them and you can just start out with that and see how that works for you and then maybe later on, you might want to invest in something a little more high quality. You know it's a piece now, a huge part of my hair care routine is oiling my scalp in my hair. I love to oil, my scalp, because I massage my scalp with those nourishing oils and it just promotes healthy hair growth and in the winter time I love applying oil to my ends just to keep my ends hydrated because the cold air just seems to suck moisture Out of the hair, so I'm going to share with you some of my favorite products to oil. My hair, one of my favorite oils to oil. My hair with is my blue beautifly organic fortifying, scalp oil, serum. I am in love with this product. I love the smell of this product. I cannot explain how much I love this scent and I taste the packaging, because the packaging does all the details and all the ingredients on it. So I really wanted to read you that, so I will do that right now. So it says harnessing the power of ancient Ayurvedic and Chinese healing sciences, organic fortifying, scalp oil, serum promotes sturdier and fuller hair botanically and treats hair by skin rating blood circulation, detoxifying and delivering post herbal nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles. Therefore, encouraging regrowth of healthier and shinier hair, empowered with hibiscus horse Carol Alma bring garage. I don't know if I'm pronouncing that right of ciserek, I'm not Brahmi fenugreek bow, tie and saw palmetto this next. This nourishing serum revives the condition. The look and the feel of your hair, naturally by cultivating healthier hair growth at the root level. The rich wholesome combination of hair, loving oils like jojoba Argan, sesame and camellia seed and castor seed oil offers regenerative and nutritious properties to the hair follicles. The skin rating aromatic blend of grapefruit, lemon germanium, lavender, rosemary and yowling essential oils, fostering the evolution of resilience and beautiful hair. So, as you can tell, this is a very potent product, lots of beautiful, beautiful herbs and essential oils, whether it's just going to make your hair so healthy. So I have been absolutely loving this and I would highly recommend for this one. I only apply it to my scalp, you know, since it is an expensive treatment, I'm not going to be using this every single day, all over my ends or anything. I use this probably once every two weeks I just massage it into my scalp and it was by hair soft shiny and I always have a really good hair day using this, and this will be really great if you have any scalp conditions like dandruff or you Know the problems with an itchy scalp. I think that this could really help, and since I one get maximum benefits out of this, I use it overnight. On my hair, you can just apply it for a few hours, but I like to put it on my hair before bed wrap my hair and sleep with it overnight, so I know that it has lots of time to work and do its thing now. Next up, I have a product by living libations and it is their scalp tonic, and this is another really good one if you're dealing with dandruff or any sort of itchy scalp problems once in a while, I will get a itchy scalp, and I put this on. It'S really cooling and really soothing. It just has this really cooling effect because of the peppermint and rosemary in it, and it contains sea buckthorn, berry, mustard, seed, oil, jojoba, rosemary peppermint, eucalyptus, geranium and pine, really high quality ingredients. Living libations has the highest quality essential oils. In my opinion, so I really really would recommend this product if you have scalp problems and it smells good all these products that I'm showing you or get it's not really great and then next up, I have another Canadian brand, while I'm showing three Canadian brands in This video, which is awesome these are by the innate life. I love the innate life for natural hair products, I'm using products in my shower routine. I did kind of like a oiling demonstration with them, but the first one I'm going to show you is the rose, hair elixir, and this is a product that it kind of used all over my hair, whereas the other ones. I focus those mainly on the scalp, but this one contains camellia seed, sweet almond oil, flaxseed oil, low tip fruit, oil, grape seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, sunflower oil avocado oil evening primrose oil, jojoba seed oil, argan oil, hemp seed oil, macadamia, nut seed, oil, neem oil Sea buckthorn, fruit, oil, black cumin seed, oil and blend of essential oils, all certified organic smells lovely, just like all the other ones. This is my second bottle of this one, so I've been really happy with it, and another thing I like to do with this is just apply. One little drop to my palm, rub it and apply that just on my hair every single day, just to kind of give it a bit more shine, especially in the winter time, and then I have their scalp treatment here. They have two different scalp treatments. They have their dandruff one, which I had last time. It was the one I used in the shower routine video. It came in kind of that glass jar and now this one is for intense hydration and repair. So this one contains coconut oil, shea butter, fruit, castor seed oil, sweet almond, oil, macadamia, nut seed oil, grape seed oil, mustard seed, argan oil, jojoba seed, burdock root, Amla Brin garage. I'M sorry, I'm pronouncing that wrong. I know that I'm probably not pronouncing it right, but I know that it's really really really nourishing for the hair. Brahmi leaf extract Tulsi, leaf powder, rosemary oil, peppermint oil, lavender oil and orange peel oil all certified organic, and this one. I only use my scalp as well when I have hair treatments like this, that are a little bit more expensive in potent. I tend to use them mainly on my scalp, because that's kind of where all the new hair growth is coming and it's just you get more bang for your buck there. I guess and then maybe I'll just put some argan oil or coconut oil or jojoba oil into my ends to kind of hydrate my ends and then I also thought I would mention the innate like verbal hair mask. But I cannot give my full overview on this, because I literally just got this, so I haven't really had enough time to give it a good test out. But I know I'm going to love it because I love all their other products and that if you're wondering what my favorite just straightforward oils are for just applying all over your hair or making your own hair care products with my favorite ones are argan oil, coconut Oil jojoba oil and small of organic castor oil as long as it's mixed with a carrier oil because it's pretty thick, but if you have like hair growth problems, castor oil is a really good one for that. But I'm not going to go too in depth with those oils, because I'm planning on doing a dedicated video to my favorite hair oils and how you can kind of make your own hair care products with them. So I'm just going to leave it at that. For those ones and then lastly, I have to mention that I love apple, cider, vinegar and rosemary for the hair. I love doing hair instance after I conditioned my hair again, I'm not going to go too in depth with that, because I'm going to do a hair rinse video for you guys, but I love using apple cider, vinegar on the hair as a hair rinse. It'S really good. If you have dandruff, it promotes healthy hair growth and it gives your hair a really nice shine. I don't find that it makes your hair smell, like vinegar at all the smell dissipates after 15 or 20 minutes. I never smell like vinegar, or at least I hope I don't there's, no one suppose I do and then I love rosemary. I love making a rosemary, Sher rinse just boil some fresh rosemary, let it cool and dump that all over your hair and scalp. It'S really good for making your hair, soft and shiny and healthy and rosemary is such a little. It'S really great for the hair. You can just get you know a straight rosemary, essential oil and make your own hair products with that or put a few drops into your shampoo and conditioner. And yes, I love rosemary to the hair. So I just thought I would mention those two as well, because they're kind of my hair care essentials but yeah that is it you guys. Those are pretty much all my favorite haircare products and my favorite things to use in my hair. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I'M really excited to start making more hair care videos for you guys and just continue doing my haircare photos on Instagram as well, because I've really really been loving doing those for you guys, I'm so lucky that my mom comes down here a lot now and she Can do my hair and all these really beautiful hairstyles, I'm still learning how to do my hair. I'M not very good at doing my hair myself, but I know you guys really want to see here toriel's on different hairstyles, but I have to convince my mom to do that with me. I have to work on her because I think she's a bit camera shy, but I hope to do that in the future, for you guys and yeah. I hope you guys enjoyed this video I'll love you and I will see you next time. Bye,

English with Lucy: Girl, you are just the best! I've been following you since your coconut oil video, way before I started this English language channel. You'll always be the one who made me fall in love with Youtube <3

S H: Cheap non-sponsered options: [1] Buy just a basic shampoo without perfume or other harmfull ingredients and wash only your scalp once/twice a week. You're hair has to get used to that. Give it time to get the oil production of your hair to a healthy balance [2] Buy the same as a conditioner and only condition from the point where you make a ponytail to down. Let the conditioner take 5min to soak in before rinsing. [3] Try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. If you like it or not; throwing food ON your hear doesn't do nearly as much as eating that food. Your digestive sysytem contains enzymes to break down food and extract the actual goodies you need ánd transports it evenly across your body (that includes the hair). Your hair doesn't have enzymes and can't extract benefits from stuff in your hair unless it is forced by chemicals within the stuff you throw at it. Like hairdye. [4] Don't rub your hair dry with a towel, but let is hang freely and dry naturally. Don't comb it when it's wet. It vonorable (how do you spell it) when it's wet and you attacking it won't make it like you. [5] Don't use heat. No blowdrying, no ironing, no hot showers, no damaging. [6] Don't color or bleach it. [7] Don't use products like gels, waxes and hairspray [8] Use sunflower seed oil you can get at the supermarket in the way she did. You won't detect any difference in result if you use this or her product. I have used many oils and sunflower seed oil is the only one that doesn't stink. Also: her recommended oil containts perfume (noooo) and lemon. Lemon damages your hair. It bleaches. [9] You can brush your hair with your fingers and help thenatural oils to distribute. You don't need a fancy hairbrush for something your own hands can do. Give yourself a nice scalp treatment while you're at it. [10] Wear you hair in a not-too-loose and also a not-too-tight braid or bun as much as you can to avoid damage like sitting on it or letting it rub. And especially don't pull the hair that frames your face into the braid/bun. You will otherwise break the hair or cause your hairline to creep up. [11] Get haircuts on a regular basis as soon as you feel like the ends could be better. I cut my own hair and if you learn it yourself, you will always have great hair, no split ends and a filled wallet. It's easier than you think and easier than driving a car. Really, you can do it. :) Search for youtube tutorials where people look experienced and buy real hairdressers scissors. It's not rocket science. [12] I don't have a fancy pillow, but a silk pillowcase will help. Not much, but a little. If you already do all the above and want something more, you can try it. But it's far less nessecary than maintaining a healthy lifestyle. [13] Don't focus too hard on other peoples hair and appreciate your own. Or if you do all this and still don't love your hair; remember it doesn't define you. Whether you have the best or the worst hair, hair is just a tiny facets of the multi-facet person you are. Do not be afraid to shift your goals and expectations in life. Life isn't about constant indulging and buying happiness. Life is about responsibility and trying to be a better version of yourself than you was yesterday. [14] On that note; if you have to take meds but they cause your hair to be damaged, I have the following answer: Take your meds. Don't take the risk. People who really mean something to you won't like you more if you have better hair but worse health. Cheers

Fernanda Mafer: It is not only genetics!!! My hair is full and strong, but I have destroyed it after years of chemicals! If you have a good genetics but do what ever you and or do not take care at all, your hair won't be like this. Good job, girl! Your hair is AMAZING

Manickam Muthuraman: She's very lucky to have such thick hair, and I appreciate her efforts taken to maintain that

Kalyssa S: I can't thank you enough for the rosemary rinse tip. It's completely transformed the texture of my hair.

Kyra Moreau: That fishtail braid must have taken forever (Sorry to all that were upset by me accidentally putting bread lol, but yes bread also takes a long time to make)

Srinidi Suresh: Me: brushes break my hair like crazy Her: my hair breaks brushes like crazy

Anastasia Baechler: Wow! Your hair looks soooooooo pretty in the beginning of the video ( like it always does) I am very inspired to take good care of my hair after watching your videos. ❤️

desertrose: Absolutely GORGEOUS hair, girl and personality. Thank you so much for sharing your hair care routine with us. I wish I had known all of this when my hair was healthier I may have had a chance a getting my hair to look like your. If you could recommend 2 things out of all the products that you mentioned that you absolutely can't live without and have made all the difference for you which 2 would you pick?

Anyra Rahman: So this is my way of hair care: I just use regular Dove shampoo every three to four days. But when I take the shampoo into my hand, I add a few drops of coconut oil in it. And I just wash it normally. It works wonders! The hair becomes all shiny and conditioned. Also, once a week, I make a mixture for my hair. It's basically just cold tea , like literally just a jug of cold water and tea, and half a lemon. This just deeply conditions the hair and keeps it healthy, in general. Not much else is needed.

xNativePirate: Some people in this comment section are so childish! Yes, she probably has great genetics but her hair care routine and all the work she puts into her health and hair is the reason it looks like it does. My hair grows super quickly (genetics!), it reaches over my butt. But when I actually started to take better care of it, it grew out much thicker and healthier. Moral of the story, most of us won't get hair as thick as hers. But we can get the best version of our hair by taking good care of it. And she is trying to help us with that. So, stop being mean.

Danielle: Hi Sarah, I really love your video! I've been following you for a good 3 years now and thanks to your great advice on hair/skin care, I feel so much more healthy and happy! I was wondering, I've been looking for a shirt in that style, like the one you were wearing here (purple blue one)! May I ask where you found a shirt like that? It's beautiful!! Anyways, thanks a lot for all the effort you put into your videos, it's highly appreciated

Princess of Power: Thank you so much for tips Sarah ❣ you're an absolute hair master.

Green Wood: Love watching ur videos. So amazing that you bring in the wisdom of holistic living from all over the world. And so soothing and peaceful to watch you. Convinces me that beautiful lives exists. :) Thank u so much. You are pronouncing it totally right. Bhringaraj means King of hair! Bhringa means hair, and raj means king. We have it all around in yards in Kerala. Bhringa oil is elixir for hair. All ayurvedic oils have bhringraj in it.

Nazilaサハル: I stopped using dryers ,straighteners etc just completely converted to natural ingredients.now my hair is recovering from the hands of chemicals (actually chemicals slowly killed my hair's strength and beauty ). Your tips are really amazing and those ingredients are also easy available for me thank god ....... Thank you so much dear sister.... Love from ind-japan インド日本

DIMPLE GOSWAMI: Bhringraj, amla(gooseberry), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), neem(azadirakhta Indica), tulsi(basil), shikakai(Acacia concinna)... Girl you pronounced really well!! These are worldwide Famous Indian herbs...Works wonder on skin, hair n body Love from India♥️

Marinal Gala: Every time I watch your videos I find myself smiling.. love your energy

smutnuri: hello, thank you for posting your hair care videos. They have been very helpful. My daughter, who's 8 yrs. old, has hair which is similar to yours both in length and thickness. I have been using braids or buns to keep her hair from getting matted even during day time. She has been asking me to let her hair down or in pony tails and she wants them smooth and silky (Like your hair in the intro of this video). With just shampoo and conditioner, her hair still feels a bit wavy even after blow drying. May be I am doing something wrong. I would like to know what you do when you have to leave your hair down. thank you in advance. I posted the same message on your latest hair care video just in case you view those comments more.

Tiffany Molina: It’s okay if she’s genetically inclined toward this length. Her hair videos emphasize hair health.

,,: I love her simplicity even if she's a rich girl,she's not a snob...what a kind and humble person

gentiancrown: In my opition a 10 dollar wooden brush from the health store is still a way better option than a cheap plastic brush. I have less frizz since I switched, that's 3 years ago now. And also, oiling your scalp is actually really good! Especially when your scalp is very dry. Most parts are genetics, but you can help your hair looks its best :D My favorite oils for my hair are coconut oil and almond oil.

Priyanka Malviya: I grew up learning about the benefits of Amla but never used it! I have decent thickness pretty long hair but I have premature graying and sensitive scalp (it sometimes hurts in patches!) . Funny thing, poor care and bad food led me to bad hair about five years ago and I learnt to use msm powder in this channel, I used it and my hair grew back from shoulder length to almost my waist.. now I want my hair to look as healthy as Sarah's :), and so I am here for more tips. I purchased the blue beautifly amlaki oil and plan to use a couple of its bottles, along with msm powder. I will come back in a few months and report my results :) :) ..thanks so much @holistichabits you are changing lives and making dreams come true!

Amisha a: Don't cut split ends. Just put fresh aloevera at the ends and tie them in the bun. Repeat this for few days and there will be no more split ends. I personally use this method and my hair length is now up to waist.

Simran Bhardwaj: I love the thing where she loves each and every product she has.

Vidhi Acharya: I never got this jealous of someone's hair, lol... But she really got the best possible hair on this planet

Viv Rozario: One needs to have a heart to appreciate beautiful things. I am inspired with your hair care routine, will surely try.

Dahye8637: Ahhh thanks!! My scalp has been itching all day recently and that annoyed me SO MUCH. I think I'll buy your scalp treatment recomendations. This was eally really helpful thank you ❤

Nancy Davis: Beware of that blue beautifly scalp oil. I used it for a while and it caused extreme dryness on my ends, noticeable breakage and brittle split ends. The company told me it was probably due to the essential oils. Just be very careful with this product. It caused significant damage to my hair.

Sheila Kaur: When I have an 'itchy scalp' day, I use ACV and it really helps. I can't say it adds shine tho. Thanks for the tips on scalp care, been trying to grow out my hair for 2 decades and improve it's softness and shine. Still at it....

lvs: Bleh it's so annoying to see people say she has her hair because of genetics. That totally discounts all the work she puts into her health and lifestyle in general. She didn't have beautiful skin and glorious hair all her life, she continues to work hard for it by eating well and staying away from harmful products. Love her beauty and positive energy

Shridipta Nag: Amla has been mentioned as an Amrit fruit in the Vedas. It can help in anti-aging also. Helps increase the immunity system. Good for skin, hair, eyesight.

Zig Zag: I was born with Afro hair and would love to have my hair permanently straight like yours! I envy you for being born with normal straight hair.

abby rose: tips that work for me: - get a hair cut when you start seeing split ends - try massaging castor oil/coconut oil onto roots and ends every 2-3 days - no heat - no hair dye - only wash when feels oily/dirty - silk pillowcase - use Nexxus shampoo & conditioner - use shampoo brush - use old t shirt/microfiber towel to dry hair after shower (gentler than regular towels) - brush from ends to roots, not roots to ends (unnecessary stress on roots) - gentle hair ties & hairbrush (scrunchies & Wet brush) - stay hydrated & eat healthy - take biotin supplement daily

Amy roberts: i am using the essence of argan oil for my hair and it has an amazing effect on splits ends and also after a couple of months my hair growth is like never before

s0phiaoofed: Your hair is so pretty and I like your fishtail braid. I try to take care of my hair like you are doing and I started a few days ago and I’m seeing s little difference already!!! Thanks and nice channel :D

Lily Pimlada: She actually didn’t get most of it from genetics. If you have seen her before she started using natural products you will see a lot of improvement

Jay Atkinson: The best hair product I've found so far (Vegan, Vegetarian, Cruelty Free) is Holistic Hair New Zealand. Their Manuka Honey shampoo and conditioner with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E are superb and consistently brilliant. I tried Calia and it didn't do anything for my hair - in fact it dried it out. Just letting you know in case you haven't tried it, lovely. Thanks for lovely vids. xxxxxxx

Serena S: After watching one of your other hair care videos I immediately went and ordered a set of Calia's shampoo and conditioner. It was lovely for the first couple weeks of use but about a month in I started having a horrible reaction to it, my head was itchy all the time and I got very bad dandruff (which I've never had before) with that, I had to stop using it to save my scalp. Just proves to show that not every product will work for everyone.

Baby Blue: Thank you. thank you. I ordered Calia and I love it.. you’ve just saved me a lot money. Ive changed from my $300 shampoo and conditioner to this great product. AWESOME products.

korn workman: This girl has taught me to love my natural hair

Julia Rose: Your hair is BEAUTIFUL! I have long natural hair also but wow yours looks so beautiful and healthy

yoonffected: Does anyone else think that she deserves more likes and subscribers?❤️

commodity fetishism: Would love to hear your tips for postpartum hair loss!! Thank you!!!

Less Is More: I got the tech brushes years ago after watching her video and its the best brush ive ever had and still looks brand new. Easiest to clean as well because it doesnt have the anoying ball at the end of the bristles which makes it hard to pull hair n dust off it. Its nice on my scalp as well and does t pull my hair. I never would have known about those if it wasnt for this video !

Hassan Khan: Her hair care routine is just awesome! She’s doing a great job helping people with hair problems! Love ya!❤️

Ilaria Ferrari: I just receive the tek brush. It is so good. The best brush ever. Your advice are very helpful. Thank you ❤️

Mâlva: I’ve never been more jealous of somebody’s hair.

Yajie Liu: With her like that, imagine the amount of money we could all save on jewelry - won't need a thing shiny. The hair compliments and goes with any and every outfit.

Brigitte Kotzee: I'm binge watching... Your voice is angelic. Most of all i love that your videos are so informative ❤️

LittlePinkPwnie: You are literally the only person I’ve seen that has hair as long as mine!! My hair breaks brushes too combs too i use wet brushes now they work miracles on my hair but my hair is curly I’ll have to check out wooden brushes. Great video!

Mythical Moon: I didn't even start with this video, before that, I just wanted to tell you that I buy all the products you suggested eyes closed. I bought calia based on ur reviews, it turned out that it's the best shampoo I have ever used. Same case with 100% pure lipsticks and living libations products. Thanks so much! To others watching her videos, please give her recommended products a try! You will love em!

Freshtaa R: 1. Using organic shampoo and conditioner (free of sulphate) 2. Wooden brush (less breakage, massages scalp, etc.) 3. Applying oil to the ends of the hair in winter (products: blue butterfly organic scalp oil,

shaik: Just jealous of your hair.they are so smooth, strong ,and healthy .WOW!

Shaniafan1: My hair is growing back from bald (a year now) and I’ve been using hair thickening and growth shampoo and conditioner and it’s working wonders for me. I only use vegan haircare. Bondi boost and nak they are wonderful. . I wash 1-2 times a week and I’m going to try reduce that to once a week. . My hair is very healthy right now. It’s short but growing long and strong. And for the first time in 10 years natural

Zeynep Uslu: I'll never ever cut my hair again, and take care of it.. Yours is just gorgeous!!

Moonstone Magic: Congrats on 400,000 subscribers it's so amazing to see those promoting an all natural lifestyle get the recognition they deserve

Izzy Goil: LOVE YOUR HAIR!!! Enjoying your videos, too

Michelle Rigsby: I loved your video, it offered different products all of which I love an plan to order! Thank you for something fresh!!!

Manideepa Banerjee: Been watching her videos for 3 years now just realised that my hair is longer than hers, i've been taking care of my hair too!

ruthie shepherd: Thank you so much for these videos. They are so helpful!

Filiz Erol: Just to let people know, I visit Canada every now and then coz my inlaws live there, and after seeing Sarahs my shower routine video ages ago I was sold on Calia. Ordered a whole box full of Shampoos and conditioners to the Canada address and bought it back with me on my return to London. This shampoo made me loose hair like CRAZY!! I didn't realise and so kept using it for several weeks and once I started loosing hair I was sceptical ... then I realised I was allergic to it because when ever my wet hair rested against my neck after washing I'd get a red rash around that area!! Im not saying its a bad product, or she isn't saying the truth.. I'm sure its amazing because its all natural however I already suffer from bad hay fevers and plants are a no no for me so its probably my fault. But if you do suffer from these allergies you should stay away from this product or at least test it on your arm or something before killing your hair routes. I was so angry and sad to loose soo much hair which took over a year to grow back - but I wasn't mad at Sarah or Calia because its something personal to me. All the best xx

Alicia Cortez: I absolutely love your videos and I have been watching for a while. I have a question about hair and I'm in need of your help! Your hair is gorgeous and so healthy, I take care of my hair but I still have kinks in my hair! And they break so easy. I use to have super long hair but I chopped it off because it was colored. So I am back on the road to my journey of hair growth. I tried all kinds of hair masks, please help me!

h. s: This works!!! For 4 weeks ago I started doing those "helthy things" for my hair. Everytime before I shower (I shower once a week) I put coconut oils on my scalp to the ends. I have thick hair so I put my hair into 2 parts and start with massaging the oil on my hair. I will buy different oils soon but now I am using coconut oil. I put my hair into a bun like she showed in another video not too tight and I leave it overnight. Then the next day I shower when I wake up. The shampoo she uses is too expensive to me since I am only 15 years old and can't afford it. So I use Garnier olive oil shampoo . Sometimes I use conditioner too. I shampoo very good so that the oil I put in there will go out. Then when I am done I dry my hair with a towel (I like to dab my hair with the towel if that makes sense) it makes my hait better so that my hair will not cause breakage. Then when my hair is still wet but not ticking water I will brush it . I start with the ends and go up. Then my hair will be about 30% dry because I don't have thin hair it is a little bit thick . Then I put my hair into a loose bun not too tight because it causes breakage. My hair was frizzy before I did this method but now it is healthy. Not very healthy because it takes an amount of time. But before I used heat to get straight hair because my natural hair had very much volume. I may not have thick hair but it has volume. A much of volume in it. After 1 hour I open the clips I used for doing my bun and I leave my hair for about 30 minutes. Then I set it in a bun again and when I sleep I put my hair into a loose bun. This made my hair so soft and shiny and not much volume in it. My hair is not that thick anymore and the tops are healthier. Thank me later! Sorry for the bad English..

Hannah Lizárraga: I see a lot of people disappointed because their hair can't or won't look like hers due to genetics. But you guys are looking at this entirely wrong! Focus on making **your** hair the healthiest, strongest, & fullest it can be. One of the things I keep coming back to as I've journeyed towards healthy hair is to embrace it for what it naturally is. It's far to easy to see someone else's hair and envy what they have. This is also a journey towards self love and accepting yourself as you are. :) ❤️ I do want to add to not discouraged because her products are expensive! There are plenty DIY or less expensive natural alternatives. You got this!

Pink1444: I wish my hair could break brushes. Lol

ashbah bantwal: Omg Sarah is so pretty! She is the only hair channel I trust and I don't know about anyone else but I think she should do a podcast! Her voice would be perfect for it!! Lo v e u!

Aline Marchioro: Yess! So many hair videos coming up! I can't wait

Ashley: Hi Sarah! I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting yourself out there on the internet. I know that it can be very difficult with people who have hateful words. I just wanted you to know that you started my journey to being healthy. I had a very difficult past filled with many surgeries & medical issues. You have helped open my eyes to see & be a better version of myself. For that, I am thankful. Thank you and please upload more. I

Sweety: Seriously you are my inspiration for hair growth...your videos make me calm down whenever i watch... love you so much ...

Shridipta Nag: If you ever come to India buy a few kgs of amla from any local vegetable market. Store them. Even dried amla works very well. Amla is good to eate also as it's very rich in vitamin c.

Nour Hassan: Your hair is literally incredible

mermaidfinn: jvn from q eye mentioned the apple cider vinegar hack for scalp dandruff as well! i use that on my dog since he gets bad dandruff and allergies haha but now he's so silky shiny like a doggy model. he gets dry as well and i use coconut oil on his fur to soak into his skin he's so spoiled!

Tisha Brahmbhatt: Hi I just gave the order for calia shampoo and conditioner also the tek brush and rosemary oil looking forward for good results thanks to your guild line

Nivya Gehlot: The fishtail braid on her hair so satisfying

Billythachikk: coconut oil is the only oil (to my recollection) that actually leaves a part of itself in the hair follicles, thus actually repairing damaged hair. The other ones are still good for moisturizing and also for protecting the hair further, but I'm pretty sure coconut oil has science behind it that it actually does properly repair the hair (while the others do not, apparently).

Semira Inayatullah: Thank you so much for telling all the details of the things that you use ❤️... I'll try your routine... Love you you r so beautiful

Amina Manzu: Wonderful products to Incorporate in a hair regimen, I specifically love the blue beautifly but the cost is too high (that's 5k)

Puja Kanhe: I think you should try shikakai powder, preferably with dried orange peels and dried rose petals, to wash your hairs. I mean they are already gorgeous but you can try it as shikakai is considered natural conditioner and I am using it since I was four years old and I have always got compliments for more than 19 years. My hairs almost reach my knees and they are so thick. I had even suggested my cousin sisters to use shikakai and now even they hair long hair. You just need to boil some shikakai masala in water for about 10 minutes and then use a sieve to separate liquid and use that liquid to rinse your hair. And be cautious while rinsing your hair, don't let the liquid get in your eyes as it would give them unwanted redness and mild pain for 4-5 hour's. You can use a thick cloth to cover your eyes while washing with shikakai rinse. Take care!!! And please do make a video if you try it..
