This hair wash routine is post oiling hair if you haven’t oiled your hair you can skip clarifying shampoo and use a normal shampoo twice.

✨ Selsun selenium sulphide (check with dermat) .

Important: Don’t shampoo lengths twice, apply conditioner on lengths before you shampoo second time and only massage the scalp not lengths, it will over time reduce frizz as well✨. Hope this helps, what would you like to see next.

If your hair and scalp also feels dirty right after hair wash, this is what you're doing wrong keep watching. I have already oiled my hair. You guys can check out my previous two reels to see how and what oils I use. First step is to make sure that your hair is completely wet before you move on. The first shampoo I'm using is a clarifying shampoo to make sure that all of the dirt and oils are removed from the scalp. So first I'm going to emulsify the shampoo. In my hands, and then I'm gon na apply it, then I'm gon na use the scalp scrubber, which is such an amazing thing to have, and I think everybody should have it. This is literally gon na lift off all of the dirt oil, sebum Etc. From your scalp and it's going to make sure that your scalp is nice and clean, then I'm gon na squeeze out excess water from my hair and I'm gon na move on to a conditioner. Okay, now I'm gon na apply the conditioner on my hair lens. Before I move on to the second shampoo and for the second wash you can use a smoothing, shampoo or hydrating shampoo or just a normal shampoo, I'm using an anti-dandruff shampoo again before applying the shampoo on my scalp, I'm going to emulsify. It apply.
