When it comes to hair care, there are three things that matter: you have styling your cutting color and your healthy hair routine, but the thing is most of us spend all our time on styling and cutting color and zero time on our healthy hair routine. Most of us don't even know it's a thing, but it's actually the most important thing, because healthy hair is the foundation of cutting color and the foundation of styling. Everything breaks when you don't have healthy hair. If you're trying to style unhealthy, hair, you're going to have a really tough time, it's not going to be shiny. It'S going to fight you! It'S not going to come out the way you want and because it's already damaged, you're, probably going to get some breakage cut and color on unhealthy hair is also going to be really frustrating. It'S not going to look like the picture you brought into your stylist because that picture is of healthy hair. So for the next couple minutes forget cut and color forget styling. This is where you start get this down and you'll start getting a ton of hair. Compliments and the next time you go in to see your stylist she'll, be shocked and ask you what you've been doing to get your hair so healthy. Your healthy hair routine determines everything from how fast your hair grows out to how long it will get to how healthy, shiny and vibrant it is so. My goal in this video is to help you check this box. If you can get your healthy hair routine down, you are basically set for the rest of your life, because guess what your stylist is going to take care of, cut and color for you, and that means the only thing, hair related that you have to worry about. For the rest of your life is just styling that sounds pretty good right. Healthy hair routines are kind of my specialty, so let me tell you a story about how i got into it. Obviously i don't have any hair of my own, so i had to learn on other people that might sound like a disadvantage, but it was actually a huge advantage for me. Most stylists only ever find a routine that works on their own hair, because the only things they're doing for their clients are cut and color having to learn what helps for all different people and all different hair types. Forced me to learn the universal patterns and techniques that work across the board on everyone and the knowledge i gained through. That is exactly what i use to build my healthy hair system. So let me be your stylist friend and show you exactly what to do with none of the bs for almost everything in life, you get some sort of directions in cooking. A recipe says: do this this and this and use these ingredients. It'S super easy. If you just follow the directions, but you've probably noticed nothing like that at all exists for hair, so to help you out with that i've created the trinity hair care system, all you have to do is follow the directions. It'S super easy. It'S based on the fact that your hair consists of three different parts. You have your roots, your mids and your ends. They all have completely different needs, but if you can get all three of them healthy at the exact same time, your hair has no choice. It'S going to be super healthy and look amazing. I don't care how stubborn your hair is and back to the cooking example for just a second, if you're baking cookies and you forget, to put the sugar in there you're in deep trouble. No one is going to be eating those cookies and it's the same thing here with the trinity system. I'Ve already reduced it to make it as simple as possible. If you leave any of these things out, it's like leaving sugar out of the cookies. In other words, these products are mandatory. I'Ve already made it as simple as possible, there's only three products, so please don't skip them. So, let's get into what's actually in the trinity system like i said i made it as simple as possible, so it's super easy to use to still get amazing results. So here are the three products you need. The first product is hair oil. A lot of people skip this because they can't get their head wrapped around the idea of putting oil in their hair, but the thing is you're only putting it on your ends, and i promise you i swear to you. Your hair will not feel oily at all. The thing is, your ends: are super dry they're, not like the rest of your hair. When you get a cut, the ends are open on the end, so they actually leak, moisture and there's no way for them to hold it without oil. Your ends dry up. They get damaged, they break off, which costs you length and makes it so you can't grow your hair out and your ends just look dry and dead. Oil does not evaporate. So it's perfect for sealing and protecting your ends to keep the moisture in there. It'S extremely important: no oil, no healthy ends. The second product is leave-in conditioner. This is one of the most important products of all time, because most hair damage comes from allowing your hair to dry out. When you take a shower and use a regular conditioner, it puts a ton of moisture into your hair, but your hair has no way to retain that moisture. So as soon as you get out of the shower, your hair begins to dry out. Your hair keeps losing moisture into your next wash making your regular conditioner, basically useless, but guess what you can keep every bit of moisture from your conditioner. If you use a leave-in conditioner after the shower to keep a barrier on your hair to lock in all that moisture makes a massive difference and only takes like 15 seconds. The last product is professional, shampoo and conditioner, and this really ties it all together. I'M always harping on the fact that you should be using professional shampoo because it instantly makes all your other products work way better. It'S a multiplier on everything else that you're already doing right now, if you're, using a drugstore, shampoo or one you got from target you're wasting all your other products. Cheap shampoo does not get your hair clean. It leaves a layer of gross oil and build up on your hair. Let'S say you just washed your hair with a cheap shampoo. When you come in with your conditioner, it's actually not going to be able to do its thing, because it can't actually reach the hair, because it's being blocked by that gross layer of oil and buildup. But if you're using a professional, shampoo and conditioner, it gets rid of all that gross stuff, so your hair is actually clean. You get a nice hair shaft for all your other products to interact with, and on top of that, you don't have to wash your hair as often because you're actually getting it clean, so you can go much longer between washes, which is healthy for your hair. Just in itself, so that's the entire system. I told you it was simple: let's take a step back, it's actually really easy, you're already using shampoo and conditioner. So all you're really doing is adding two new product categories of hair products and with those two additions, you're going to see a huge difference in your hair in literally just the first week, and on top of that, it's actually going to keep getting your hair, healthier And healthier and healthier, so you keep getting better results and better hair for months. So this is your starting point. It'S super simple! Please promise me you're going to get these three products. I want you to shock your stylist the next time you go in to see them i've, given you the recipe now all you have to do is go out and actually do it. If you aren't sure which brands or products you should be using. I have a hair quiz for you that will show you the exact same products, i'd use. If you came into my salon - and i did your hair myself - i'm gon na pin that quiz in the first comment, if you have any questions at all, leave a comment and i'll get back to you have a good one. You

Rather B Hunter than Prey: I was a hairdresser all thru the 80s and 90s and into the 2000s. I did not do to my hair what the other girls were doing. The dying, flattening,, burning, frying to get those big hair styles. I didn't want to be bald in my old age. Guess what? Menopause destroyed it for me anyway. Lol Like your videos!

Lisa Miller: This has made a tremendous difference in my hair in literally one week! I'm growing my hair out to donate...It's almost tailbone length, coarse, thick, wavy hair that has always been frizzy and had a mind of its own. I can't believe the difference this advice has made in such a short time! Thank you!

The Caribbean Potatoes: 1. Hair Oil on the ends 2. Leave In conditioner right after shower 3. Professional Shampoo & Conditioner

Gracie Lu F: Yesss!!! He is soo right. One other important factor I think most of us neglect is washing our brushes and cleaning our tools regularly. That alone will make a HUGE difference….it’s like not washing your pots and pans and cooking on that left over grease

Mahou VT: I just want to say this video has saved my hair. I have split coloured bleached hair and I found this video 8 weeks ago and the trinity system has saved my hair and my hair feels SO much nicer, less coarse, more smooth and I’ve noticed growth after I thought my hair wasn’t growing! Thankyou!

Wendy Taylor: Hi Chris! I like your videos. Very informative. Could you do some on curly hair? Curly hair types are way much more complicated than normal straight hair. Certain ingredients in most products can destroy or make your curly hair fall flat. Do you have any recommendations on how to get fine, colored, damaged, curly hair healthy again?

Donna: Never had a stylist that talked about healthy hair and I spend a lot of money. What they do talk about is, buy this, buy that! I did. Looking back I think the wrong products worked against me. Now I’ve been throwing products out. I’m listening and following your advice. Too soon to say but everything seems far and away better! Thank you. Fine thin hair and using your recommended products.

Amy7189: Chris ~ thank you soooooo much for being transparent & not pushy for buying your products ( like most do!)! I am doing this myself! Big user of Olaplex. My hair is past my bra line so I’m wanting it longer! Thank you!! And you’re nice to the eyes too!! Right ladies!!??

Sofie: Hi Chris, thanks for all the good advice. I've changed my hair routine (oily scalp, dry ends) according to your advice. It's been a real game changer. Never would have thought my hair could look and feel this good. I have a request though: Seeing my hair is slowly turning grey, do you have any advice on colouring. My hair colour is dark brown and I would like cover the grey bits accordingly. I know it's a job for the stylist, but they use different brands. Is there a brand you would recommend? I would so much appreciate your thoughts on this topic.

Alexis Stix: Hi Chris. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your AMAZING videos. I have only just started implementing a few changes so far, like the Purology leave in conditioner and the Olivia Garden gold round brush. I never heat style my hair bc I’m so bad at blow drying and it’s so long. Today I tried it out and I was in shock. I’ve never gotten so much shine out of my hair from a blow dry. In the past it would immediately make it look dull. I love your videos and your advice has been spot on.

Denise Aguirre: Yes I agree with you!!!! I’ve been using all 3 plus the dry shampoo that you have on your website!!! Now I only wash my hair once a week & I have noticed a HUGE difference!! It’s life changing!

Carolyn A: Thank you for your channel. The content is clear, concise and enjoyable. I've stopped using $2 shampoo and now use better ones with leave in conditioner. An added worthy step is putting hair loosely on top of head to sleep...it stops my hair getting sweaty/oily overnight. Have gone from daily washing to every 3days and my fine wavy hair is in so better condition.

Sheila Green: I’m new here but I think you rock! You get it! I’m gonna be real here; I have always had pretty hair, very healthy, insanely thick, coarse and I have a lot of it. It’s never been oily, never had split ends and it’s had a little wave in the back. I got by from my teens-my 50s with Vidal Sassoon, a blow dryer and a round brush. HOWEVER, I am now postmenopausal (68) and I am ready to throw in the towel, pun intended. It’s now frizzy, full of curls that I don’t know what to do with, still no split ends, but so,so Dry! I’m embarrassed and I haven’t known what to do. I took your questionnaire which designated my hair as “coarse”. Do I need any additional products because I’m post menopausal?

Alexis Michos: I love your videos, it’s great advice and it’s what we need to do to have healthy hair except the things that we cannot control like hormones and stress, those two things right there have wrecked my hair because I’ve done all of what you’re saying and use these products but somethings wrong with my hormone’s and periods of immense stress plus getting Covid in 2020 ruined it, I’m struggling to get it back to where it was

Arlita: I love you, you get straight to the point!! Love it

Iverson Ward: So I actually invested in some high end leave in conditioner spray by Nashi and I can really tell the difference between their spray and a cheaper alternative you get from the drugstore. Plus, having a Brasil Cacau gradual smooth serum adds that perfect smoothing effect to where I can take bigger sections when ironing hopefully now I can get past my growth plateau after sei g these videos

Denise Coffey: I started using the pureology leave in spray and the difference in my hair is amazing! I have always used good shampoo and conditioner and oil

Tiffariff: I was already using leave in on my ends and midsection. I thought oil was only for curly hair- not my wavy hair! Definitely will use. My long af hair- would break the bank buying professional conditioner (plus I really like the one I have), but since I barely use up shampoo (only needing weekly washes), I’ve definitely been looking for what professional shampoo to buy.

jeanne Mcmenamy: Thank you for your videos! I have watched tons of hair videos in the last 2 years, your easy to follow videos have been the first ones that have talked about all hair types and the specific needs of each individual. This is the information and explanation of products that I have needed for years! I am a blow out, and curling iron girl! I also colored my hair dark brown for 32 years. Then back In 2020 along with a lot of women my age, decided go silver! So I stripped out my dark hair and toned w pravana Smokey silver till the bleached hair all grew out. Between hormones and the special care needs of my Damaged hair I have spent more money in the past 2 years then ever before with only so so results. I have always used Redkin shampoo and conditioner for dyed hair, but have lately been bouncing around between purple shampoos hoping to find that perfect fit for my hair. I started using the Redkin leave in conditioner for damaged hair and purchased the Moroccan oil 2 years ago…but never really knew when or how to apply the oil. I was concerned that oil on my hair would fry it when using a curling iron…kinda like oil when cooking. I needed someone to explain in detail what was best for my hair type and how and when to apply these new products. I especially appreciated your quiz. I never would have guessed I had fine hair. Even though I had some of these brands and products in my cabinet I was not using the specific product I needed for my hair and have not been using them correctly. Last night I added the Moroccan oil to my ends before adding the leave in conditioner, I already can tell the difference. Going forward I am hopeful that with this new product knowledge I will be able to spend less money and time on buying new products, and just concentrate on my healthy hair care routine with the products you have suggested. I will be watching …now Go forth an educate, we need you.

QueenofMcKean: I had been doing this as a result of following derms like Dr. Dray and Doctorly and Abbey Young. I can attest that this advice is definitely the Holy Grail for beautiful hair. Can you address Anti residue/clarifying shampoos in a video or short. Thanks!

J & Paul Johnson: Following this has been a game changer for me from the first wash. I’ve long medium/thick blonde highlighted hair and was already using Moroccanoil shampoo & conditioner and getting about 3 days between washes. My hair was ‘okaaay’ but not great, with quite a bit of breakage that was stopping my hair from getting any longer. But since following your instructions for ‘how’ to shampoo and adding in leave in conditioner & oil, my hair is TRANSFORMED! Seriously! I now get minimum 4 to 5 days between washes and it just looks and feels sooooo much healthier and shinier. I’m in the UK and wasn’t able to source your recommended leave in conditioner so I’m using Redken’s one which also seems to do the job. I’m now hooked to your channel and can’t wait to see my new healthier hair translate into longer locks. Thanks so much @blowoutprofessor

Kate Green: I really appreciate your simplified understanding on hair care so we can all have healthy hair without wasting time and money. Your resources are helping me daily! The one question I have is how should we care for the tools that care for our hair? How do I properly take care of my brushes and combs? I would like to get the best dollar value out of them by keeping them in good condition for as long as possible, extending their life. Also, what is a proper cleaning and sanitizing routine for the tools to aid in the over-all health of my hair? Storage and any pro tips you have would greatly help me! Thank you!

Erin Thompson: Hello, I came across your page yesterday, and so very thankful! I have followed your advice as of this morning and I’m soo ready for healthier hair. My question is do I need blow dry cream and heat protection spray or would the spray be sufficient? Also, for the oil on the ends of the hair, do you recommend the olaplex oil? Thank you for your videos! I feel encouraged about my hair for the first time in a long time!

Stacy McLain: I’m so glad I stumbled on your channel! My hair is fine and is recovering from damage due to bleach on dark hair and I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism so it’s been very dry and fragile. I’m planning on purchasing the leave in and the hair oil. I’m really hoping to see even more improvement with them. My question is, I use either biolage for color treated hair or joico shampoo and pureolgy hydrate conditioner. Are these ok? You recommended the volume injection but my hair really needs moisture. Should I also purchase the olaplex 3?

Draganka Petkanova: I really love your advice! They made my hair definitely healthier! Thank you! I do only one more thing - after the washing and before blowdrying I put 99% aloe vera gel and I can feel my hair thicker. I wish you the very best!

Shannon Jenkins: I am new to your channel. I’ve binge watched a lot of them. . Wow!!! What a difference good products and proper technique makes! I can’t believe how much better my hair looks and feels. In the long run, it is cheaper to purchase the good products. You are such a good teacher! Love your videos. Thank you! ❤

Suzanne Harris: I'm in my fifties and have decided to stop coloring my hair so that I can hopefully have a smooth transition to grey hair. I have dark blonde hair that is fine and wavy when I let it air dry or use a diffuser but usually blow dry it straight. I keep cutting it shorter as I'm letting the colored ends slowly get cut away. Soon I'll start letting the virgin hair grow again but now I see the importance of taking better care of that virgin hair in order to have healthy hair a year from now. Your trinity hair care system is a true light bulb moment for me and will start following your advice. Thanks!

Elaine Pang: Hi Chris. I exercise (tennis) in 100 degrees Fahrenheit 5 to 6 days a week in humid weather. Shampooing everyday is really drying even with a professional shampoo. And yes...I do leave in and hair oil. Any advice on how to still get healthy hair?

Daniela Mendez: Hi Chris thanks for your amazing tips! I was wondering if you can help people like me that run everyday and sweat a lot with what they should do with their hair routine. I know hair shouldn’t be washed everyday but what if you have to?

Sarah Safi Harb: I love love love your videos and tips! Thank you! Question: you don’t mention anything about hair types with natural curls. So fine hair but naturally curly. How to go about that? What to do when you don’t want to do a blowout to smooth out your hair (or use a curling iron) but want to keep natural curls that look good and grow long & healthy. Would love to hear from you about that. Thank you so much! ❤

Aneta Antalová: Hi Chris! I listened to your advices and according to my hair type I bought the Redken Volume Injection Shampoo and Conditioner, but even after using it for almost 8 weeks I don´t really see the difference, I cannot go longer between washes and no added volume at all, even a little. I don´t know if I am only unlucky and need different products for my hair or I got fake ones. Of course I bought the Pureology Color Fanatic leave-in conditioner, this one is really good, but the rest I don´t know...

Donna: Most stylists do what they do for their own hair. That was illuminating! It cleared up a lot for me. They always say, buy this, I love it. Humn, my hair is so fine and the product is a big zero for me. Thank you!

Liz Day: Hi, I’m new here! Thank you so much for your content! I have a follow up question: I didn’t use conditioner for years because I couldn’t get my hair to not be oily and weighed down. A new stylist told me I had “silky” fine to medium hair, whereas I always treated it as coarse because I have a thick head of hair! The terms are so confusing! Switching to a shampoo for fine hair was a massive game changer! When I expressed concern about conditioner weighing my hair down, someone recommended a leave-in conditioner instead of a normal conditioner. I currently only use shampoo, leave-in conditioner, and blow dry spray. Your videos make me wonder if I should have an in-shower conditioner, and if I would be ok if I just matched to my shampoo, but I’m worried about the results. Does hair need both conditioners? Or can it get by with just leave-in conditioner?

Julie J. Roth: Dear Chris, I have a general question about hair conditioner (the one we use when we wash our hair, not the leave-in). Should it be applied to the mids and the ends only, or should it be applied to the roots as well? Thank you!

Michell Ervin: Hi Chris Could you share information on what curly hair types should us. I have tried Moroccanoil moisturizer repair shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair feel like wool. So I stopped using it and started using Olaplex, it’s working a lot better. Thank you for all the information ❤️

Miss G: I would go one further and use a mask, particularly for chemically treated or heat damaged hair. I've done all these things for years and now have a lot to show for it. It all works, the other key is consistency. You must be very consistent otherwise the approach won't work.

Susan Ekisian: Great video! I had all the products you featured laying around in my home, but didn't know how and when to use them. After watching your video and applying the products, my hair looks so healthy and shiny! I just subscribed to your channel. Thank you!

Lisa Kerr: I honestly can't believe how much my hair has changed in one week, just by following your advice. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Skygazer: Hi there, as you can see from further down the page, it was a month ago when I was saying my hair was still very dry and frizzy even after following the tips. Everything has changed now! I wash my hair twice a week, using Redkin products, shampoo, conditioner and a spray leave-in condition. I also use Olaplex oil and No 3. Another piece of advice I have been following ensures I am blow drying my hair correctly ( drying the roots first) My hair has greatly improved, it is soft and shiny, with no frizz. Thank you very much for the advice

Rachael Hardee: Hey fine hair/low density ladies! If you want to oil your ends, please use a dry oil spray! Lot more control and it doesn't weigh the hair down as much. My personal favorite brand is Marula Oil Light.

Abbie Fish: What do you think about shampoo bars/conditioner? Since I have fine hair, I have switched to using a volumizing and clarifying shampoo/conditioner while also switching to bars since the ingredients are much better than the ones I have used in the past, being liquid. They reduce the use of plastic and last longer for washes. I haven't gotten a solid answer from my hair stylist, so I wonder what your opinion is.

Kaija Emilie: Love your videos, definitely where I’ve learned most of my knowledge. But I feel like no matter what I do, my hair still gets greasy after 1 - 2 days. I do so much research, but I feel like I never find the shampoo and conditioner that do the job. I have changed my drugstore shampoo and conditioner into professional, but I still feel like nothing changes. I also match the shampoo to my hair type, but I just feel like I’m wasting money

J L: I started following @Blowout Professor's hair tips a few weeks ago, and it's true! Within a week, my hair started looking much healthier and it's been 2-3 weeks and my hair is now shiny, smooth, full of body, and glamorous! Such easy tips to follow and a huge difference they make! Thank you!

Alex C: I was doing so many bad practices for years. Your videos have helped my hair drastically . It was so hard to find a straight forward easy to understand YouTuber for hair care I subscribed after two videos. Thank you so much

Karen Salisbury: I’ve just found your videos and I wish I had sooner ! Soo informative. I took your advice on leave in conditioner and have some from my salon. They use Lanza products and boy does it make a difference! I will be trying your recommended Pureology next. I will be certainly passing on yr videos to my fellow hair loving Brits ❤️❤️‍♀️‍♀️

Darby Tobolka: Hi Chris! Love your videos. I've bought all your recs for fine hair and they arrive today. I was wondering how hair care differs in the summer months with frequent (almost daily) swims in the pool. How can I best protect my fine blonde locks and keep them healthy?

Helen Abelardo: Thank you so much. You may have just saved my hair. I color my hair every month to cover gray and use a flat iron almost daily to tame the frizz. I have tried the best shampoos, conditioner, hair masks, heat protectant etc. to get my hair healthy. I even started alternating between Olaplex 3, K18, Living Proof Triple Bond Complex and still my hair would be so frizzy the next day that I would pull out the flat iron to try and fix it which starts the whole cycle all over again. The only thing I haven’t tried is a leave-in conditioner. I go about 2-3 days between washes. The last 2 times I washed my hair I used a leave in conditioner and my hair looked awesome. There was still a few hairs sticking up but for the most part my hair was so shiny and soft. I also tried your advice of not using heat tools as often and I actually went 2 days without and my hair still looked good. This is the best advice ever! For those of you looking to make your hair healthy again start by watching all of Chris’ videos and following his recommendation and you will never look back.

Josh ws: Hey Chris, my name is Josh. I have just started your trinity hair care routine today so I can’t say anything about what its done for me so far. I unfortunately have sebhorreic dermatitis and have to wash everyday with a drying shampoo but deep conditioner helps with that. How often would you recommend to use the leave in conditioner and the hair oil since I wash everyday. Would it be beneficial to do it everyday or every 2 to 3 days. I use a normal volumizing conditioner everyday but haven’t gotten the pulp root yet but I plan to in the near future. I have fine hair that has a bit of a wavy texture due to the way I style it. Any advice would be helpful and thank you so much for this video I hope to see good results soon!

Dana Kemper: Hi man! I love love love your channel. Pure gold IMO. One question I have (and maybe a suggestion for a future video)— my boyfriend washes his hair daily with one of these caffeine-infused shampoos. He's open to changing his haircare routine. I told him it's not recommended to wash daily in general and that using the same product for 2 years in a row might also be bad. Would it be correct that I recommend he try a different product and maybe not wash his hair that often? To cut a long story short - can the routine you suggest for women in your channel also apply to men? or are the recommendations different?

Salty Dragon: I followed the advice and used the products recommended to me based on my hair type, which is fine. Which means my hair gets greasy quickly so the product recommendations are supposed to help with that. My side bangs still got greasy the same day :( any advice?

Alejandra Duno: I just found your channel and I'm ready to invest in some good products. I have struggled with my hair my whole life, but I'm commited to build a good relationship with it. I didn't know about this system, didn't even use leave-in... So, here I go!

MoonKent: Question: I was thinking of getting the Moroccanoil Moisture shampoo/conditioner because the description said it's great for weakened/damaged hair and split ends, which I definitely have. But it also says it's better for coarse hair. My hair is medium to fine; would it be better to use the linked shampoo that says it's for medium to fine hair, or would it be okay to use the Moroccanoil one?

KM: Thanks for this very informative video . A clarification please , 1) how often should we apply oil to the hair ends (I normally massage my scalp and hair with oil once a week before shampooing off) ? 2) In following the steps, do we shampoo and condition our hair in the shower , and then also use a post shower leave-in conditioner ? Or just shampoo + after shower use a leave in conditioner . Thanks in advance

lhicks62: I wish I lived n Fort Myers, I would definitely be a regular at your salon! Thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge. I have been watching all of your videos and following your advice. I have most of the products along with every other product available. I just never knew how to use them correctly. I did buy the Revlon hand held blow dryer. After two weeks, my hair actually looks healthy! I have learned so much from your videos and you will never know how much it is appreciated. I have struggled my entire life with my hair. No one understood. I will be 60 years old in September. Thank you so much Chris!

Grace Uhlhorn: Could you address the unique issues of grey hair - I call it silver - I get lots of compliments on my hair & I haven’t had any color used in about 3 years. But it does get frizzy from time to time. I just subscribed to your channel & am going to use your recommendations on leave in conditioner & blow out cream. Thanks very much!!!

Kelly Meyer: Post menopausal here, and work out on a regular basis leaving my hair gross. Would the routine be the same? Work outs are really hard and lots of sweating. (I won't go into night sweats). Looking for a recommendation for that. Thanks!

Laura Snow: This is SUCH great info!!!!! I consider myself a beauty guru and I had no idea I should be using a leave in conditioner. Thank you for this great video!&

Kate Henry: I'm glad to hear there is hope for my hair. About two months ago my scalp started to burn. Doc says: Its "not X, not Y, so I don't know". Olive oil is nice on the rest of my skin but made my scalp feel like it was on fire. Oil should be soothing. Am I suddenly allergic to my shampoo? Missing a vitamin? or the universal : too much stress. I wash my hair once a week to let the natural oil keep my hair from breaking. IUsed to be fingertip length, now its above elbow length and getting noticeably thinner. Got clues?

Filipeanu Maria: Hi Chris, I am a newbie here and I would like to ask for your advice. After completing the hair quiz I found out that I have fine hair, and unfortunately I am struggling to find here in Romania all the products from the recommended list. Could you please let me know if there are other recommended options for the Pureology Leave In Conditioner, Redken Heat Protectant No. 22 and Pulp Riot Berlin Dry Shampoo? Many thanks for all the information, It's super helpful!

Yasmin Mansur de Moraes Souza: Hi Chris, My name is Yasmin and I’m from Brazil. Absolutely love your videos, they have been so helpful for me. Can you please recommend a leave in conditioner for medium hair that is available in Brazil? All the best.

LC: This system is amazing. I’m so glad I found your channel. I washed my hair 3 days ago using this system and normally my hair would be very greasy by now. Thank you so much. I’ve struggled with oily scalp all my life and my hair getting greasy quickly.

Dyann Ross: I love your videos! I’m wondering what your opinion is on keratin treatments and would love if you would address this in a video. If you have specific suggestions on which line and process, it would be so appreciated! Thanks!

Kate Henry: Update: I threw out my shampoo. Substituted plain ol' blue Dawn Dish Soap to clear off whatever residue. Scrubbed every bit of dust out of my brush, soaked it in bleach, and then peroxide.Just a smidge of coconut oil on my hands to the hair ends, brush it in....No more burning scalp. AT ALL. Happy me. )))

Lindsay Gray: Hi! I'm so glad I found your channel! According to your hair quiz, I have coarse frizzy blonde hair. I'm going to get the Olaplex 4 and 5 to repair the damage, but I was wondering... should I only use it for a specific amount of time before switching to the Moroccan oil hydrating? How will I know my hair is repaired enough to switch?

lightblue: Hi I used to have very fried and balding hair due to a lifetime of bleaching, then illness! But now I have long thick hair! Its slightly wavy/curly when it dries naturally but only on the underneath part which is annoying. For 3 years I've used minimal heat and never without a heat protector. My shampoo and conditioner are Davines and my heat protection is OI all in one milk. On your recommendation Ill be buying the olaplex oil. Could you recommend a hair mask please? My issues are that my root gets greasy real fast my mids are now starting to break Which is breaking my heart after finally getting it to grow. And I know I need to trim the ends which ive been doing yearly before I even saw you say this. Im just panicking that my condition is going to get crappy before I can get it to grow as long as I want *to my waist #SOS BTW. Your chanel has been the easiest to understand/follow that I've come across. Thank you

Veronika “Hellsnova75”: Hi Chris!love your videos.my hair has been colored and damaged for several years ,before my hair was more curly and beatiful ,now i am trying to find the right product for my natural curly -wavy and freezy hair .the first day off wash ,i diffuse my hair and the results are not good .what can i do?

Chantal Bossert: I took all of your advice I now have purology 21 leave in spray, olaplex 3 and 7 bonding oil, and I got salon shampoo and conditioner Ameka the kure! My hair is growing, and its rejuvenating. I can't wait until its long and I can do big voluptuous curls and blowouts!

Luna: Hi Chris! Thank you for the clearity you bring here to this overwhelming capitalist beauty world. I took your hair quiz but unfortuntly I can't find the Pureology color fanatic leave-in conditioner in the European hairstores. Do you have another great alternative for this for people with thin hair?

H Treadway: Can you please do a video with all of the above info for low-porosity/protein sensitive hair products? * I do a lot of my own research, but it would be lovely to hear from a professional. *My hair gets very fussy about certain ingredients that don't seem like protein but act like them in my hair like coconut oil or aloe vera. I usually use Murray's Beeswax to seal my hair after a wash and I like it, but moisture still gets out. *Thank you for your videos, they have already helped!

Kathleen Bishop: Love your videos. Learning a lot. Question: I wash my hair every 3 to 5 days. I work out and rinse my hair after workouts. As a result I can’t let my hair rest for 3 days after using heat. Any suggestions?

Narayani Ji: Hi Chris, Can you help someone like me who's sensitive/allergic to strong artificial fragrance? I'd love to follow your system, but pureology leave in conditioner smells too strong for me. What other leave ins would you recommend instead? I have fine, bleached, wavy hair that gets poofy and frizzy. Thank you so much

kathrin marie: Hello! I love watching your videos, they brought my hair to the next level. But sadly none of your most recommended products (the leave in Conditioner and the Redken blowout cream) are available in my Country.(Austria) :( Do you have any other recommandation on those two? I have medium, blond(balayage), a little dry but not unhealthy hair if that makes sense. It would be a huuuge help!

Kat: Sweet! I’ve been doing this for years and my hair is healthy

Susana kalho: Girls plain and simple thank you!!! For your honesty ❤ and sharing information that works

wenneebee: I’ve Been receiving hair compliments following your advice. I just referred you to my friends!

Lis Engel: I have tried several times to find the list of your recommended products - and I have checked the spamfilter - unfortunately it does nor seem to work. But thank you very much for the very interesting info in the videos you share. I really enjoy them. They are very inspiring and motivating to find the very best hairoutine and get a healthy and beautifull hair

Anamarie Hajiyev: What do you think about modern perms? Any advice on how to maintain freshly permed hair? What products should I get to help? I have naturally thin, fine, straight hair, and had a permed done a couple of days ago and I want to get it right!

Kim Rouwhorst: Hi Chris, I bought these products and my hair has never been healthier! But I have been air drying my hair all the time and I really want to actual style my hair. Should I get the revlon heated brush? (I am kind of on a budget and I dont want to waste monney)

Elisa Sanchez Correa: Hello! I've never considered using a leave in conditioner because I was already using a regular conditioner and I thought that was enough, but after watching the explanation in this video I will add this to my routine. My question is: what is then the purpose of using a regular conditioner if you're going to use a leave in conditioner a minute later? Could someone please explain?

Lau Rebollo: Hello! Loved this video but still have a question... I train 5 days every week and get all sweaty so I always wash my hair after the gym. Any advise?

ryan howard: Love your videos straight to the point and genuinely held I’ll! So I’m new to leave in conditioner and oil do I add the oil to the ends right after the shower while hair is wet and then add leave in conditioner? Does the order matter?

Laura Frey: I am just starting your protocol to restoring my very badly damaged hair. My question is, should I stay away from all heat for a while or should I just use it less often while in the repair state. My hair has a big section that is so frizzy is like little zigzags. That is where I have used the flat iron the most in the past. I also get color on my roots every 5-6 weeks because of gray.

BeBe: Do you also need a heat protectant on top of the leave in conditioner or does this product cover that? THANK YOU!

K C: Hi! If you use minoxidil? Wouldnt you have to wash more often to remove buildup in the scalp? I'm afraid that without washing the minoxidil won't absorb and work. Also, I'm in a location with very hard water so that also accumulates. Any tips?

penmmu: if you wash your hair every 3 to 4 days, how often should you apply hair oil to your ends? once after each wash or everyday?

Carol Manning: I took your quiz. I do have fine hair and it is wavy. It never gets oily tho. Do you still recommend the Redken Shampoo? Oh, I should tell you I’m 61 and I have been coloring my gray hair my natural dark blonde with foiled highlights. During covid of course I couldn’t get it done and the gray started growing out. Then I had it colored a few more times. It always looks great for a couple weeks, but my hair seems to grow fast and the gray starts showing. Now it’s been 8 months since I’ve had it colored. I’m so over needing to get it colored every 3 weeks. Of course, I don’t feel like this is healthy for my fine hair. So it’s a mix of light gray and almost a charcoal gray and my natural very dark blonde underneath in the back. But the color just looks flat. Not shiny and healthy. I usually let it air dry and occasionally diffuse it. You don’t mention any styling products. So I’m kind of lost. I really want shiny, large clumps of curls, but all I get is fine clumps with the beach wave look. 1. Is the Redken Shampoo & Conditioner appropriate for me? 2. Should I use some kind of styling product? I used to used the Moroccan shampoo, conditioner, intense curl cream, and hairspray. It got hard to find for quite awhile even from my stylist. Since then I’ve jumped around and my stylist quit carrying the Moroccan line. For awhile a used the Young Living line of natural shampoo and conditioner, but feel like even the moisturizing formula leaves my hair dry feeling. Currently I’m using Ouidad products. I’ve tried quite a few of them, but no miracles so far. What do you suggest?

Claudia Fernandez: Can you do a video for older women in their 50s with menopause and hormonal problem hair: dry, frizzy how to treat this kind of hair?

Jenny Bee: How healthy is hair grease? I have thick course hair and normally use hair grease as the final step after applying my leave-in. Should I be replacing it with a hair oil or do they work similarly?

Christine Stewart: I already do all 3 of these every wash :( My hair is still dry and damaged. I use Olaplex 4 and 5 as well

Lori Scott: Question: almost every leave-in I look at contains Keratin. This makes my autoimmune super dry and fragile hair even more brittle and dry. How much Keratin in a leave-in is safe for hair like mine? Which leave-in is best for me? P.S. I cannot tolerate any Olaplex other than the oil. It makes my scalp breakout immediately upon contact.

M X: luv your tutorials, to the point, well delivered, points a salon doesn't share, subscribed.:) Clearly you are not sponsored by a brand company, very much appreciated wish I had found u sooner! So thank you... Unfortunately your links to product suggestions all say out of stock. Will do my homework, trying to order from Canada. Looking forward to more .

IllyrianPrinces00: What clarifying shampoo do you recommend for colored hair? I have curly fine, postpartum fallout, hair and any non clarifying shampoo weighs me hair down.

Adriel King: Hi Chris! I want to try the Redkin volume shampoo for my fine hair but i see that it has sodium laureth sulfate in it and I was always told those sulfates strip hair color. What is your opinion on this?

hopeurot: how often do i have to oil my ends ?? (: after i washed my hair, i tried the leave in conditioner, let it dry, then added oil, and my hair feels sooo good !! thank you.

Miss Eddie: Hi Chris, my question is this, I am using the shampoo, conditioner and/or hair mask, leave in spray, and blow dry cream, but my hair is still getting oily after day one, and I'm not sure why? I have always struggled with oily roots so that isn't a surprise, but why is it still happening after using professional shampoo and conditioner? Maybe I haven't been using them long enough yet? Also, I get a ton of bubbles on my first wash, right away, and I know you say that that happens with cheap shampoo, or I'm not going enough days between washes, but I am still getting oily hair. Why and what should I do?

Brie Pasos: I do have a question?? I am a fitness instructor and obviously get sweaty everyday. I bought the shampoo conditioner you recommended for fine /med coloured hair. Am I able to wash each day or should I just rinse. Also do I need a clarifying shampoo once a week. ?? Thank you. Love your videos. ♥️

Veronica C Page: About three months after I had Covid in October of last year my hair started falling out and breaking off in clumps to where people actually thought that I was going through chemo.

Lydia Roberts: Hey I was just wondering when do you put the oil on before or after wash and on dry or wet hair? X

Arden Mcanulty: How often do you use detangling spray and oil? Is it only after the wash or through out the week?
