Hello guys welcome or welcome back to my channel. I am naya and i am super super excited for this video i'll be trying the maximum hydration method guys so guys. I recently came across this method and i was blown away. The results were amazing. I just had to try it myself to see okay and guys. I am curious to see what my hair will look like if it has maximum hydration. Like i can't wait. I am super excited and i also think my hair needs it as well, so guys i just finished unraveling my hair. I washed my hair. I think three days back or four days back and um right now. I don't have any product whatsoever on my hair. It is just in its, you know: how do you say it in its yeah natural state so guys? The first thing to do right now is just to make sure i go ahead and wet my hair with water, so i'm saturating my hair with water just make sure i have enough water on my hair, make sure my hair is soaking wet like when you make Sure i just make sure it is dripping so guys for this method. There is a lot of step is involved, which also requires me to do a lot of washing because i'm going to be applying lots um, you know a couple of products on my hair and i'm also going to be washing it out so guys on to the Actual step, which is step one first, i'm going to be up applying apple cider, vinegar rinse, so i just added half cup of apple cider, vinegar into a big um bottle, and then i topped it up with, i think: 200 ml of apple cider, vinegar, 200 ml Of water or more, i think the water is actually more about 300 ml and then i just added warm water yeah. I made use of warm water so and yes, i just put that in a very huge bottle like that and next i'm going to be. You know using this to rinse my hair, so i'm just going to be applying it onto my hair, i first of all section my hair into four parts and then and then apply the acv mixture on my scalp first, i start from my root to the tip And work it in and then i just twist the section out of the way and walk on the nest. Section um, yes, what's up next, is to just rinse that out of my hair, i just make sure you know i rinse everything and these things, oh, my god, my eyes was actually hurting and the smell guys anyways. We move so after doing that. Um onto the second step, yeah onto the second step, i'll be making use of a deep conditioner. So this is the deep conditioner that i've been making use of. This is the mega grow, deep conditioning, you know treatment and i'm just going to be making use of this and i'm going to be applying it in four sections as usual, and after doing that, i'm just going to gently make use of my fingers to lightly detangle. My hair, as you can see, my hair is not tangled up then i just make after that i make use of a you, know, tangle teaser, and just twist that out of the way and work on other sections. After doing that, i go ahead and then rinse it off, and then we move on to the next step. Okay, guys, you have to bear with me like, i said this is so many steps and i'm up for it. Okay, i hope you are too. Oh yes, and i forgot to make sure that i did not go right ahead to rinse. It off actually waited for about 30 minutes for the deep conditioner to sit and then do its pain. And then i just go right in and rinse it all off. So guys on to the third step, which is to apply a claymax, so the claymax i'm using is this indian healing clay climax and i think i added four to five six to five spoons of that and i added a pusida, vinegar and just make sure i Make that into a paste? Okay and after that, back to the bathroom applied that on my hair in four sections, my hair, like, oh god, i just i love applying you know stuff onto my hair because it just makes it slippery. You know enjoyable, but i don't like rinsing them off, because it's really cold. So, as you can see right now, i just finished. You know i just covered my whole hair. My whole hair is actually covered with this mixture. So next now is just to go in and just rinse it out of my hair. It has to go okay, so as you can, you notice that i am making use of a bow here, because i did not want this to clog my sink or my drain or anything. That is what i just had to wash it. I think it was when i was rinsing this out. I realized. Oh, my god like i was just looking up at my hair. I know you see it too. I know you see it. Oh, do you need to come closer? Okay, then come closer guys come closer. Yes, you have to come closer for this. Did you see that? Oh, my god, did you see the hydration oh like this is a before photo and, oh, my god, look at that controlled coils. Look at where is the freeze like? Where is the freeze amazing? Like amazing? I am blown a way my hair actually feels so soft like. I have never seen my hair, this very, very much hydrated guys. I'M surprised, okay on to the next step, which is to apply a leave-in conditioner. So i just apply that in four sections. Okay, i lied. This is not that much of a step. If you really think about it now that i've gotten, you know almost to the end of the video but yeah, it's not that much of a step. If you, though, if you know what i mean, so i just twist that up and just take my shower - and here i just came back to show you guys like i just had to record this for you guys. So after taking my showers, you can see that my hair is like a little bit dried out. Look what i did here. I just sprayed water guys just water, and i ran my fingers through my hair and wait for it. Wait for it wait for it, and, oh my god, guys look at my coils look at the coils guys. Look at my coils. Just water run my finger through it and bam like my coils were just activated instantly. It was as if you know i i defined my colors or used something or sorry um um battling with words. I just don't know how to describe it. My colors are really juicy look at that. Ah i love it. So let me know if you have come across this method: god bless whoever invented this method, because this is like mixture. Okay, i love this. Let me know if you have tried this before why, if you have, if you know about this method, why didn't you tell me sooner, like hello, anyways, i've come to the end of this video. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and, if you're joining us for the very first time hey. What are you waiting for join the gang subscribe to this channel, make sure to like comment. Okay turn on that bell notification, so you get notified whenever i post a new video, and i will see you guys in my next video thanks for watching bye,

M J: 1.Half ACV+More then half water and rinse 2.Deep conditioning 15mind and rinse 3. Clay+ACV and rinse 4. Leave conditioner

Betty Aspires: OMG THIS LITERALLY DEFINED YOUR CURLS!! Wow I’m definitely going to be trying this no jokes!!! And I really love the energy in your voice over!!!

Ntosh Nomb: Decided to give this a try. My hair felt so amazing: soft, no tangles (it was pretty tangled before I applied the clay), curls are popping (they never popped like this before ever). I applied it last night and braided my hair. I'll see how it looks when I take out the braids in a week. Made a mistake of applying the leftover clay on my face because I saw someone on YouTube saying it's good. My face was burning and became super red. I looked like I put a red mask on when I washed it off. I suspect it was the ACV that I was reacting to. Never making that mistake again.

PAPIEE'S MEATRO: the fact that you used affordable and accessible products are my favourite part of the video, too many people showing us great results with products we cant afford or even access.

Trinity M: If the hair doesn’t do this on its own after being hydrated, it potentially has buildup, especially if one uses silicones . Clay masks are iffy for hair health over time so it’s something to consider. People may just need to use a slightly stronger sulfate free shampoo once to twice a week in combination with silicone free products to achieve similar results without the risk of raising porosity down the line

AJR Kantu: Awesome result! Bentonite/ montmorillonite clay is amazing for clarifying hair, removing silicones and hydrating hair. One suggestion, use the clay mask after your shampoo and before your deep conditioner. Conditioning and then using the mask is backwards because all the nutrients you're adding will be stripped by the clay. Alternatively you can use the clay as a pre-poo but the curls will lose definition throughout the process..

M. Marvelous: As a German hairstylist for 11 years, I guess it’s because of the massive amount of acid you put in your hair. It’s straightens the cuticles. That’s means it’s actually like a anti frizz treatment and pleeeease be careful with the vinegar because it’s to much acid for the hair and if you use it to often your hair can over process of it.

Raquel Raquel: I am a licensed cosmetologist and I will still say everyone’s hair and skin reacts different. But in my experience using the ACV with the clay more than once a month for me causes my own hair to dry out and it thrives when I only use it once per month. It doesn’t seem to show any obvious or direct negative effect to my skin. But like I said all are different as far as reaction & results.

shay: For those of you that don’t know, Aztec clay can remove semipermanent dye

Tray Tyler: I tried this method a couple of years ago. I was praying it wouldn’t break my hair off. It did not. My hair was so defined and soft. My hair never looked so good! However, this method is not something I would do often because of the many steps and the possibility of it drying out my hair over time. Just my experience. Oh, and thanks for the great video. Your hair is popping!

Ifeyinwa Nzeka: I never knew clay could be used on the hair, and it instantly defined your curls.lovely video I love how you explained the steps very well

Nettie Mitch: I use clay every wash day (every 2 weeks) and it defines and softens my hair all the time. I've been using Rhassoul Clay for years now.

Tawonga Phiri: Girl, you're hair is amazing. And I mean before the treatment. So healthy ugh❤️

Midori: @Nya Nzeka BE CAREFUL WITH THIS METHOD! I used it for a year and my hair became severely damaged! I’m already low /medium density and I noticed the density of my hair disappearing. Yes my curls were popping but I had zero volume. My hair also did not grow a lot during that time. It took another year for my hair to go back to growing but my density remained sparse. I also noticed a lot of ladies who were making youtube videos and following the max hydration faithfully, stopped doing it. Even the original creator pinkatube has never done follow up videos and dubaidee4c completely stopped vlogs and making video. She actually used to do tutorials on max hydration

Holly Webster: I can't believe how beautiful this made your hair! All those perfect coils!

olasewa ogundiji: I don’t have a virgin hair but i love watching your videos. So much energy you put into your hair care❤️

Paradise Living In Purpose: YASSSSS. I'm def going to be trying this next wash day eeeep :) But instead of the clay mask I'll be using henna+fenugreek+amla powder mask (on an ayurvedic hair journey!!) <3 Much love and blessings to you. Love from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

K'cia Rahmaan: You and your hair are sooo gorgeous! I finally found someone w hair that kinda looks & behaves similarly to mine. I love your spirit, thank you for sharing your experience!!

Angie Sells ATL: You have such beautiful healthy hair already! Love the results. I can’t wait to try this.

Raven Garner: UM YES THANK YOU! I've been having so much trouble with my hair and just don't know what to do to moisturize it so this might just be the thing that saves me

Ahrayahahla Labayaah Yasharahla: Hey Naya Your hair was already Beautiful, but the process you've tried really defined your curls. Hava a peaceful & wonderful day❣

Miracle Kaye: This looks sooooo good! Yea ima try this out! I tried it before but I deep conditioned after the clay mask instead of before. The results still came out the same! Also I love your energy! Subscribing for sure

Kashanna Hinkle: Just a word of caution. If you have high porosity hair, bentonite clay can be super harsh on the hair because of it's ability to draw out water. It's extremely clarifying. For more of a conditioning clay mask, try rhassoul clay or kaolin clay. First step should be your mask (look at this step as your pre poo) and then after allowing the mask to work it's magic (20-40 mins) wash and deep condition the hair.

Miss Ann's Adventures: Just to be clear, there's nothing wrong with the before picture when her hair is fluffy. In that state it does styles that hair can't when it's weighed down or clumped with products.

Jijjys Maison: Go easy on the acid, I totally agree with Lara Marvelous. ALSO I agree with you on the clay max. I used it for quite a while. It really does cleanse as well as leave the hair still very moisturised. I would recommend using the clay max with aloe vera instead as a cleanser. The use banana mixed with aloe vera and amla or shikhaikhai (jesus.... whats the spelling) . Ayurivedic oils and herbs work wonders for afro hair. Also embrace hot oil treatments. Keep your hair strong and moisturised to retain length and health of the hair....

Nicole Kiesha: I did this method last year too and i got the same exact results . I stand by it too

Juanya: Randomly came across this video a few days ago and you made me order the clay! lol Trying this method in the next couple of days. Your hair came out so gooood!

CarolAFollowerOfJesusChrist: Yesss those curls are defineeee ! Your hair looks beautiful thanks for this to the point video I'll be trying this

Goldie Adeline: What this treatment did for your hair was amazing, gorgeous result and gorgeous hair.

Margaret Claypool: Hey there -- if you can get citric acid (it's a white powder that's often sold in the canning aisle in American stores), you can add it to water to get the same effect as the vinegar without the smell :)

Debra Hodge: Awesome defination. Clay will define the hair because it clarifies the hair by removing all of the build up from product, however, according to your hair type, clay will also cause the hair to become dry, brittle and cause breakage.

Jah Live: You hair is extremely healthy. I loved it before you even got started.

sumnfizzy: Your hair looks so like mine in the beginning I’m going to follow this❤ 0:49

CuteNobi: I tried mhm and loved it. It’s a regimen that I use only after long term protective styles or when my hair needs a boast of moisture.

Nusi Onitiju: Hello Naya, I’m a first timer here but I believe instead of ACV you should have used honey as it has much beneficial effects to the skin and hair. I’m a skincare therapist so I prefer honey when making a mask

bella: You are beautiful and I smiled the entire video "wait for it!". Your healthy thick hair and curls are beautiful also!

Rowoli: You can use Native chalk (Nzu) to achieve this. Just blend it up and sieve it, viola, you have a cheap hair mask. And you'll get the exact same result

Yolande Francis: You have beautiful hair naturally. This doesn't define curls for me because my afro hair type doesn't have such curls to define. However this process makes my hair nice and soft. And prepares my hair for twisting and gorgeous twist outs. X

Lady Elevator: Looks good and your skin looks amazing!❤️

Keshi: The look on your face at the end when those curls popped is priceless , your hair looks amazing

D M: I did the MHM maybe 6 or 7 years ago, it was a 5 days process. 1. Mask 2. ACV wash 3. Conditionner 4. Clay 5. Gel Il did helped my 4C hair being super defined. I did the method 6 months after. For the last 5 years I've been cutting my hair on the regular and the MHM became part of my weekly/bi-monthly routine. Hair still well defined to this day. The only issue for me is my hair is so curly now it tends to tangle a lot cause my curls are too tight.

Shootin the Briez: I will never forget the time I did Indian Healing Clay and ACV and then a leave in. Then I used a hydrating gel and my curls were so popping. I just let my hair air dry...the coils were perfect and no frizz.

Chris10 Iam: Hi Naya, don’t worry about your “English”You have such a good energy. I did enjoy your video. I have been using Rhassoul Clay for years, and it is great for my hair.

melissa Woods: OMG girl!!! You are so beautiful, your hair looks fantastic and you are so funny and a great narrator

AyYoKay: How long do the curls last though? I’d want to do this once a week to maintain the elongated curls look

Ms Tora Elle: I can't wait to try this, I just found out I'm Nigerian through Ancestry, my mom and siblings all different names but came back the same...I once went natural and my hair is similar to yours, now I will find the products and try my hair, so exciting

Grace Found me: Yes I have tried this too, but I didn't go through all those processes, I just shampooed my hair, after that, I went ahead and applied the mask, it always define my coils anytime I applied it

Jay Maison: Both AVC and Clay define curl patterns and clarify hair. Nice work.

shass💃: Damn that looks good and I'm off to trying it out Quick question though am I supposed to do this every day or I can do this once a week and the curls are still defined

Keana Ramchatesingh: Your hair was beautiful the way it was before, no need to change it.

Ikhina Rafatu: I will definitely try this method out. I do suffer from frizz and extreme shrinkage. Love your video ♥️♥️

Doris Adusu: This is amazing. A mixture of mayonnaise, eggs, banana and olive oil as deep conditioner gave me similar results. I will try this too. Thank you Naya.

Phiona Katz: Oh yes. Bentonite clay is amazing. Even on dreads, it will have your dreads clean and shiny.

Nashleyism: Love the energy in your video :)

Rajai Gai Sogono: Yes I have tried this Indian clay mix and it really works. I tried it a couple years ago, can't believe the result I was just like you blown away. Oh yeah I just ran across your channel, if I had ran across your channel a couple years ago I would have told you a long time ago. Your hair is going to stay like that. Enjoy your video very informative hope you're having an amazing day. One love

TheMangoDiaries: First of all when are we gonna get a skin routine video because you are glowing!❤️❤️❤️

Aniyah Diloveli Lioness: YOUR skin Is SO radiant!!! ❤️ YOUR Hair Is !!!! Love it!

Empress: Could you try a 14 day try out before and after on Cuctus water ?

Dian Powell: Its the leave in conditioner that does the trick. Try washing your hair and just condition it rinse in our after 15mins then add some leave in conditioner and you'll get even more curls.

Jameelah Lowrey: Your hair is gorgeous and very healthy. Good Job!

Marley Hill: I know about the MH Method but I've never done it on my hair. My hair and scalp is very sensitive to DIY ingredients so I stick to store bought products. My trichologists make a hair mask with clay so I use that instead.

Aaliyah Banks: Back when I first became natural they used to go crazy if you tried this method the natural hair community it was almost like you were getting a perm I don't see anything wrong with it it's beautiful

Mwana Lesa: Your curls look great! I'm wondering whether it's possible to do this with just the clay alone & leave out the Apple cider vinegar because I do not want my hair pH to be affected.

Afro-dité: This is been around a decade but the reason you don't hear about it is because hydration fatigue is v real and you run the risk of mass breakage in the long-term

Allison Matthews: I've done a Max Hydration Method with a Cherry Lola Caramel Treatment in my 4C hair about six years ago. It looked and felt very good for about six months. Then it became hard, dry, and thin before one year. Eventually, I cut it off. Some of your products and process are different. I will continue to follow you to see your results.

Zanie Lasnick: Thanks dear, I love the way your video is summarized and the fact that you do not make it look complicated

MsVamPireChic: Do you have a video on your regular hair routine? I’d love to have even your natural hair

Naturally-Roshani LifeStyle: WoW your curls were so defined! I will definitely try it soon.

Je’La: Love this! I have to try it. I have so many different textures, I wonder what my results will look like …☺️✨

Esther Eze: Your curls are popping!

Rachel Oshaks Music: You are so pretty! look like a model. Your curls turned out so defined!

Robert Guillen: Your natural curls/waves are Beautiful

LynCaren: Am gonna do this,I love the end results

Ashley Payne: Your voice is so beautiful and so is your hair!

Calisha Wood: Love and very much respect queen I appreciate your help and enthusiasm hydrating natural Hair. Our hair is very Similar when properly moisturized but I want to ask if this method works out for lo porosity?? Thanks again for your help!!!

Allison Matthews: Your hair looks beautiful!

Jennifer Arum: I remember trying this method on my 4c 4z hair it was a disaster. OMG! I later got to realize my hair didn't like the ACV. I'm relaxed now but I still do clay washes I mix with water or aloe juice Instead of ACV. Your curls are lovely. ❤️

gerda vandersan: Great video and no I have not tried it,but as my hair grows longer I will try it for sure Thanks Naya.

Life of Lioness Davis: It's better to do a wash and go. Over time apple cider vinegar will be way too harsh on your scalp and hair's ph levels. And you can get very dry and brittle hair. You can get better and healthy curls with a wash-and-go. I do them all the time.

Growing gracefulness: The hair and the skin

Shauna Brown: I haven't done the MHM in about 5+ years. I got mad because I clogged my bathtub drain. I might start doing it again like you did and then just dump it outside

Sam Sam: A Apple Cider vinegar rinse is good for body for the hair … but once in a while Good video

Tawonga Phiri: Okay so how long did the whole process actually take? How long does the effect last, and how does it look when it dries?

E-Pelumi Badamassi: The part where you used plastic wrap! I do this a lot as well it’s like putting your hair inside an oven to cook

Smaphy Trania: I've never used the method but am giving it a shot your hair looks amazing

Charly Browne: It was the clay mask. It already has the vinegar when you misx it... Beautiful

iyabo Last: Loved the voice over!! This was beautiful! Imma have to try this!!!

Damilola Kolawole: I was on YouTube for over a month looking for such video, anything that could help me get curl hair. And in just a week of cutting my long natural hair, without searching, I find this video and it's really so painful. Well now I know

Ainsley Jordan: your hair looks amazing, but i’m obsessed with your accent
