Reasons why your hair isn't growing honey? You don't oil, your ends, making it hard for you to retain the length you take your protective cells out too quickly. You don't deep condition your hair, making your hair more susceptible to breakage. You don't soften your hair before taking down your protective styles, you use way too much heat and not enough heat protectant. Don'T worry, you're going to get to your gold length!

Gracie's Journey 💖😇: I oil my ends with coconut oil I soften my hair before taking down my protective styles I leave my protective styles for 4 weeks or a month I have never used heat on my hair since I started my natural hair journey in 2021 I deep condition my hair I use the lco method I don't manipulate my hair, I haven't even been to a hairdresser for over 5months, I braid and twist by myself These steps help me a lot, my hair goes down to my lower lip and believe me my natural hair has never been that long I've kept natural hair and relaxed it but then in 2021 I decided to keep it natural and it's even longer than wen I had relaxed hair I love black hair and it's beautiful and cute I know I'll get to my hair goal length ☺️☺️☺️ U r an inspiration Yinka ❤️ Thanks
