Hair Growth Tips & Tricks: Best Mixture To Make At Home

Hi guys welcome back to my youtube channel, so today i wanted to do something different um. It'S literally been trending on tick, tock and instagram um. I did a post on like hair tips for hair growth and hair loss, so i figured i might as well do like a full youtube, video, very detailed and obviously it includes all the different, obviously options and methods to use rather than having it in split videos And then you guys have to search obviously, which one suits you best. So i figured i might as well just do it in one youtube, video and then you guys can see all the options that you can do for hair growth and don't forget to subscribe to my channel okay. So first thing: i'm gon na start off um. If you live in south africa, you probably do have access to these prod products, which is the bergamot essence and bay rum. You can get this from clix or discam and they're actually quite affordable um, but if you obviously don't stay in south africa, i will give you other options, and it's on my amazon, storefront um i'll. Make sure that i put the link in the comment section so that if you guys want to access it, you can literally just click the link and all the products that you need for. Hair growth are there, so it obviously makes it like so much easier right. Okay, so, firstly we're gon na start off, i'm gon na start off with obviously the the way i do it, because obviously i brought these products when um. I left south africa because i use them and it's just really convenient and it's really it's really affordable. So i said you know what so, if you ever go to south africa, make sure you get these two products. Um i'll also put the links for it in the comments, so that those of you who do stay in south africa, it's easier for you, because obviously i'll get delivered to you. Okay, so, first of all, what we're going to talk about? Why bay, rim and bergamot essence so a bay rum actually has uh the the bay leaves um essential oil in it. That'S why it's called bay rim and then obviously it's mixed with a carrier oil - and in this case the carrio oil is um, is basically a type of ethanol, um and then with the bergamot essence. It'S bergamot essence is an essential oil um. So, first of all, what i do so for hair growth or even hair loss. This is what i've been doing and i've been doing it for years. So i'm going to start off with the best method. Um - and i know a lot of you are going to ask about um - why aren't you using placenta? Placenta is great. So in south africa, the placenta that was available, i think there's like two products, there's new hair and hr. Those are the only two placenta brands that i know in south africa. Those weren't halal as in like they use pig placenta, which is obviously a problem for me. So that's why i stopped using it, but then i have found a vegan um vegan placenta on amazon. Again, i will link my amazon storefront so that you can get access to that. So placenta is really great. Like honestly, placenta does make a big difference to your hair. It makes your hair like more silkier and more smoother, but again i had to find an altar. I couldn't use the one in south africa so now, i'm basically gon na have to get the one from amazon, because the placenta did it. It'S basically like the best serum you can buy for your hair and it's also protein. So protein is really good for your hair, so we're going to start off with obviously what i'm using so basically, what i do is i put half of the bay room, which is basically 100 ml and a full bergamot essence in a spray bottle, and then i Do add around because it's 100 ml so with essential oils, it is for every 5 ml one drop of essential oil so because i do have dandruff um tea tree is a really good, um uh, it's it's really good for dandruff and it really helps with dandruff. So, that's why i do add it to my um. Obviously, my little ointment spray so because this is a hundred ml. Basically, the barum acts as the carrier oil to carry all the essential oils so um with tea tree uh. Normally you would add 20. If you reel it one, if you really want it to be strong, i just add 10 drops because i don't want it to be too strong. But if you really want to see a lot more improvement in your dandruff, then i definitely suggest to add 20 drops of the essential oil and essential oils you can get it from clickstar discount there any brand as long as it says, 100. Tea tree essential oil. So again, full bergamot essence bottle half of the bay room, uh put it in a spray bottle and then, if you have dandruff, add um, add 10 to 20 drops depending on how bad your dandruff is, and then you can also add lavender eye at around 10 Drops of lavender, because it's calming and relaxing and there's also options of rosemary rosemary rosemary oil is also really good. Um, the essential oil and you also have ylang ylang, which is also an essential oil. You can also add that so again, between 10 and 20 drops um. If you really have, if you really have a bad hair loss, then i really suggest you add 20 drops of the rosemary and 20 drops of the ylang ylang. Just because, obviously, your hair loss is really bad, so you need to see more improvement. Obviously, the more improvement you see, the better right and obviously you'll see it much quicker. If you do obviously add all these extra things and if you can get the vegan placenta, you add one vial they're, basically like these small glass, glass bottles and you just break the neck and you pour it in so basically one vial and what you're gon na Do is the best way to see like improvements in your hair growth. Much like quicker and sooner is you spray this in your roots, on wet hair again in your roots, um and you let it dry so basically we're not washing it off and you just let it dry technically this this type of uh like um mix. It'S not it shouldn't make your hair oily, because it is a bit drying because of the carrier, oil of the bay room. So it shouldn't make your it shouldn't make your hair oily. But then again it all depends on your hair. So again, best method is to apply it um in your route, spray it in your roots after you shower and let it air dry. If you have blow dryer, you have to blow dry right, but the best part is the best part. Is it stays in your hair and that's how you get better results and there's many other different methods, obviously uh, depending on what suits you best right, so that method will probably be the best method. If you want to see quick results and you just have to deal if you get oily hair, that's honestly up to you and yes, there is a smell, but i like it. It does have kind of an intense smell. So i suggest you obviously make that make that um a little mixture and try it and see how you feel so. Don'T buy too much because how about if you don't like the smell, because i don't know it's up to you guys, but like i'm fine with it right, so the other options would be. The second option would be um like a few hours, or maybe the night before you shower wash your hair uh spray, your roots and then obviously sleep with it. Wake up the next morning and wash your hair um again as the mess. As i go down like different methods, obviously it's you'll see improvement over it'll, take it'll, take longer and longer, because, obviously now with this one you're spraying in your roots, yes, it does get absorbed, but then again you're still washing it off right and then the last. The last method would be um to take. You know that mixture that you made in your bottle pour a little bit of it in your shampoo. So when you're washing your hair, it's obviously you're mixing it with all those essential oils. That'S basically the last option, um. So again, the first option where you spray it after shower, is the best option and the one that will probably take. I think, even if you have, if you don't, have hair loss and you're you're like you're, pretty happy with your hair, and that then add it to your shampoo, like i'm i'm, okay, now and now i just literally put it into my shampoo because i don't have Time to do all that spraying stuff, especially after you have a kid in that, so i think i think, if you're, if you're not really worried about it, but you wouldn't mind like seeing a little bit extra hair growth after a few months or whatever, then just Put it in your shampoo right, but if you really need it use the spray method. First method is better than the second method. Obviously, first method is the one where you do it after you shower okay and then now we're going to move on to. Obviously the amazon product, so if you don't have access to a bergamot essence and bay area, we're going to talk about the amazon ones, so uh in my amazon, storefront um, i have linked uh, the bayern aftershave um and all the essential oils right and obviously the Placenta so with the berum there's a few bearings that i listed there, anyone is fine, whichever one you have access to and one you can order, depending obviously on your price point: either one is fine. So what you're going to do is you're going to get the bearing again for every five for every 5 ml is one drop of essential oil, so you're going to take your barium. I think one of them is around 100 ml, one of the bay rooms there. In the storefront so you're going to take the 100 ml you're going to add, there is the the bay essential oil so you're, going to add 20 drops of the bay essential oil um. You can add 20 drops of 20 drops of the ylang ylang and then a vial of placenta and if you have really bad dandruff, add 20 drops of tea tree if it's not too bad at 10. And then, if you want something, that's calming and relaxing add 10 drops of lavender um, so that would be basically the option if you're buying it from amazon. So again you can calculate it yourself. So if you get a bear, that's much bigger again for every 5 ml one drop of essential oil. I know i'm repeating it a lot, but i feel like i have to remind myself too.
