What'S up guys so in today's video I'm going to pre pull my hair, I've had it in this middle part. Ponytail! All week my Gray's looked a lot better cuz. They were like smooth down. They don't look so hot right now. I need to prep my hair in twists, so I figured I would just show you guys how I do that on camera and, of course this is going to be done with the new melanin hair care, multi use softening leaving that combed ischial nad. I'M also gon na use the melanin hair care multi-use pure oil blend. If you guys have received your pre pues, your proof is, if you guys have received your pre-orders, they started going out last week and they're gon na continue going out until they are through. So you guys don't worry, we're a small business. You saw the note on Instagram, you film me, but if you guys got your package already in the package, we sent an insert on like different ways to use our signature trio products and one of the ways was to prepay, with the softening leave-in conditioner and the Pure oil blend and the reason I like to do this is because this is just a great preview anyway, but just adds like even more slip more moisture and, if you're, using a shampoo that might be a little bit more stripping. These really help to moisturize your hair. If you use that shampoo after pre pooing with these two products, your hair is going to feel less stripped and they're really great for your skin. I am going to start. My hair is a hot mess like I said: I've been wearing it in a ponytail all week, I'm on the East Coast and is snowstorms and wind chill and I'm literally just wearing my hair out not covering it. I mean I did wear my satin scarves. A couple days, but in the ponytail I just kind of wore it out, and so it's like super super dry look at these chunks here I had it in twist when I was wearing my head wrap and then I took the twist out for the ponytail. So he's still got like a little twist chunk here, it's just like very knotted and look at that needs to be detangled, I'm also not wearing makeup. Today, I've been doing that for a lot of videos. Recently, I don't know if you guys have noticed, but I just really don't care, especially on the videos where, like my hair is not even done like, I just don't care like it's just a lot faster. If I can just get the video done, which is what I used to do back in the day, and I'm just trying to return to that like I don't want to put on a whole face of makeup to do a video about hair. It'S not even about the makeup, hope you guys don't mind. So I'm going to start by adding a little bit of water a little whaaaaa, I'm going to just put it into three large twists, cuz! That'S how I like to wash my hair so working that water, through I'm, going to take three or four pumps of our multi softening leave-in conditioner. Just three the great thing about this leave-in conditioner is: if you read the insert or the back, you know that you can apply this on dry or wet hair. If you need more slip, just add a little bit more water and you'll activate the leave-in conditioner. To give you even more slip, it has a lot of slip on its own, but if you do need more, just add a little bit of water to help activate it. My hair is super tangled, but, as you can see now, I'm able to just detangle with my fingers and work. The knots out that were there shed hair is just gliding out like this guy. Here you see this knot right here. I could continue working this up. I just want to show you something - maybe that's a little too much, but I'm just gon na put that on that's a little bit much but look put that on and look at how it look, how it just melted, literally melted that tangle apart, you guys did You see that and there's that section that was just tangled and here's a shirt hair. So I guess I'm showing you how I detangle and pre-poo, so I'm gon na add one more pump just to get the roots, I'm going to add a little bit of water. Just to activate any more yeah look at that it has a ton of stuff already again, but you can get even more with water. Can you guys see this this knot right here, I'm just kind of working that knot out anytime. I have a knot. I just isolate it and just work it out like that gone gone, tangles gone, I'm so happy to see all of your reviews coming in just to see that you're experiencing the same things that I'm experiencing and just to have people cosign just feels really great. I understand people being like weary of youtubers. Unfortunately, there's a couple of bad apples that can give us a bad name. I'M one who's been here for a while, I'm always doing everything with integrity, and so it just feels really good to have you guys, cosign on the conditioner that it's actually doing what I said it would do, and I would never put something out there or promise Something did something if it doesn't do it. I would never risk my reputation for that so to see that you guys are loving this conditioner as much as I do just inside. Thank you. I like to shampoo with dear white african black soap shampoo. It can be a little bit stripping. Sometimes I love to use this beforehand as a pre-poo and it doesn't feel stripped when I'm done. It feels super moisturize that, after I shampoo my hair, so it's just really great to protect your hair. All right got all that out from finger detangling. Now, I'm just going to add a little bit of the most used Pro blend just a little bit, and this is going to help to detangle. Even more look, my fingers going through you're gon na bring it up to the roots. These two works so nicely together and you can just pre-poo with you know, one or the other either you don't necessarily have to prepay with both. If you don't want to all right so now the hair feels and looks nice and juicy detangled, I'm just going to twist. It up now wrap it into a bantu knot. That'S what I like to do to keep it stretched. I just like stretched hair because my hair is so coyly. If I don't stretch it out, it can tangle up on itself, but also, if I get tired tonight and don't wash it, it will lay flatter on my head to wear under a head wrap. If I stretch it rather than a letting it you know puff out no strands left behind there, we go, we uh pre-poo and detangled, I'm gon na twist the stuff. The other good thing about this is, if you are somebody who uses a conditioner as a pre-poo, the multi softening leave-in conditioner is a great one to use, because not only is it chock full of hair and scalp healthy ingredients, but it's also strengthening and healing. So it's a great one to leave on your hair. All of us are busy things happen a lot of times we pre-poo our hair and then we have to go, run off and do something else, and then, by the time we get back to it's like late. At night and we're tired, we don't want to rinse the stuff out of our hair, but we know we can't leave the conditioner in our hair, but the multi-use softening leave-in conditioner is a leave-in. So it's not gon na irritate your scalp because it is actually made to leave in your hair. So you have a lot more options with your time and your wash day schedule. So that was one section. I'M gon na grab one more and repeat that same process. Look how fast I was able to datang -- gel that and there's a little knot here. I'M just gon na isolate it and detangle, and that's it there's a here, I'm so happy! I love this conditioner. I love it. It'S I'm so proud of it. Now we're gon na steal that in seal the deal, the multi-use pure oil blends, hair hair is nice and detangled, and now we're gon na twist. It up the other great thing about using the multi softening leave-in conditioner and/or, the multi-use purulent as a pre-poo. Is that if you are using a cleanser that doesn't really have a lot of slip in that again is kind of drying? It'S gon na add slip to that cleansing process so that your hair doesn't get as tangled. It just gives you options like. I love that I can leave this in and just I don't have to be a slave to my wash day, so I actually had gel in my hair this week for my ponytail, so I'm gon na put this right over the gel just wetting it a little Bit to get the gel bonds to loosen up, I'm gon na add three pumps, starting at the bottom and working it up, you're still able to detangle through that gel cast. That has literally been on my hair all week, nice easy simple pre-poo with the melanin hair care at multi-use, softening leave-in conditioner and the melanin hair care at multi use pure oil blend. Our products just make washday a breeze, they're, just so simple to use and they really improve the condition of your hair, really proud of them. I know I'm biased, they're my products, but I'm not gon na say if it's not true, alright guys, so I am done. Pre pulling at my hair so now I can just let it sit for as long as I want really and then go wash my hair whenever I'm ready or if I find later that I'm just like exhausted and I just cannot do wash day today. It'S fine because this is a leave-in conditioner and I don't actually have to rinse this out and I don't have to rinse out the multi-store oil blend either. So this is a great duo or you can use them by themselves. So I hope this video helped for you guys to see another way to use the melanin hair care products. I'M really I'm just so proud of our line like we just worked so hard on every single product, and we just want to provide you guys with such high quality products at affordable prices. After I was done using the leave in, oil and twisting cream my hands were so soft I literally rubbed the remaining moisture on my body . The twisting creme keeps my blown out hair pretty moisturized and pliable. The oil is lightweight and makes your hair feel so soft. It really locks in the moisture well. A little goes a long way with both of these products. However I don't like the smell of the oil and leave in in my hair. And the smell lingers. The leave in isn't thick enough for me and it doesn't last as long as the other products do. I don't like the leave in but I think it's because my hair doesn't like Aloe which is higher up in the ingredients list

I've been using your multi-use softening leave-in conditioner and twist-elongating cream for about six months, keeping my hair twisted and protected since working from home (shelter-in-place). Mo Sunshine: Hi Whitney ❤❤ I neglected my hair for a couple of weeks because I started school and was struggling with time management. Because of this, I would try to make up for it, by deep conditioning it more often than usual, and would clarify my hair every single time... on top of lack of moisture on a regular basis, as you could imagine this dried out my hair even more. (I also think the protein intake was a bit overwhelming) AND I would sit under a dryer almost every morning to dry my hair in time for school = MORE DRYNESS. My hair went from being soft (as I have been vigorously taking care of my hair after my big chop last year) to A BIG BALL OF TUMBLEWEED LMFAAOO. It felt like the steel wool you would use to scour your pots and pans. Then the Melanin conditioner & twist cream finally came to the rescue after I pre-ordered them in December. Perfect timing I dedicated myself to moisturizing my hair everyday for a week, and my hair is not 100% restored but it's definitely on it's way and almost there. God is so good Aside from a consistent routine, and listening to my hair (the curl cream would get too heavy after a couple days. I would suggest jot using this every single day), your products have significantly improved the texture and condition of my hair in only 1 week. Sidenote: I decided to do this 1 week challenge after watching a review from StarPuppy, here on youtube, and it actually worked. I love you!!! You and your sister are doing something big. Thadis Bostock: I received my Multi-UseSoftening Leave In Conditioner! I love it. I used the elongating cream, Multi-Use Leave In Conditioner and Melanin oil and did a simple two strand twist. My hair is so soft. I left twist style up for 4 days then I re-twisted with leave-in and Melanin oil. It was even more softer. I love this product line.

The only thing that threw my off was the smell of the conditioner, it reminded me old spearmint gum however the smell didn't linger. MsHoneyFly11: I got my stuff about a week ago. You certainly came through for a type 4 chick like me. I got the leave in, another cream cuz I had used it all up and I still have some oil left. The conditioner is so bomb . Works so great with the curl cream. I used it as a prepoo with the oil and then a leave in with the cream in order to style. My hair was so moisturized, nourished and tamed and it just drank the products up. First time using the oil on my scalp to soothe and nourish after an Ayurvedic treatment (the Amla and fenugreek always makes my scalp feel a little bit raw or just dry). The oil was just what my scalp needed. I did a scalp massage and it felt so good . As a fellow diy chick, I am so proud of you. I will buy these products again and again. Seilaila: I love the conditioner SO much. A little goes an extremely long way. I use it as a leave in and moisturize to refresh my puff. I've even noticed that I don't have to wash my hair with a cleanser nearly as much and to get the same effect. Normally, I washed my hair every week because of the product on my hair or just the dry feel of my hair but my hair has yet to feel dry even after using the conditioner as moisturizer one time after initially washing it (don't worry, I'm washing it this week lol). With highly textured hair, it's nearly impossible to see when it's moisturized but you can feel it and this product definitely does just that. I'm getting the elongating creme and the oil to see if it will enhance this as well. Thanks for all the hard work you've done over the years!
