Ayurvedic Hair Care | Diy Hibiscus Tea Conditioner + Spritz - Extreme Hair Growth

AYURVEDIC HAIR CARE | DIY Hibiscus Tea Conditioner + Spritz - EXTREME HAIR GROWTH:

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel. In this video, I am sharing two DIY-friendly ways that you can incorporate dried hibiscus flowers into your hair regimen for extreme hair growth. This Hibiscus Tea Conditioner and Hair Spritz are perfect for our hair because they help to prevent breakage, smooth hair strands, condition the hair, and stimulate growth. Hibiscus was one of the first herbs I started using for my ayurvedic hair care and I also find that it is way more moisturizing and initially less drying than some of the herbs making it beginner-friendly for those of you who haven't used any ayurvedic herbs before. You should be able to find dried hibiscus flowers fresh from your local grocery store or farmers market, but if for some reason you can't - click here to purchase from Amazon: https://amzn.to/37oaj8y

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel, it's a girl, ironically beautiful and in this video I'll, be sharing two simple and easy ways that you can incorporate hibiscus into your hair, regimen for longer, stronger and overall healthier hair strands so stay tuned. But before we jump in, if you haven't already go ahead and hit the subscribe button, as well as the notification bell to be notified every time, I upload a new video so for today's video I'll be using dried, hibiscus flowers, MSM powder, extra virgin olive oil and Some conditioner I'll also be using a mixing bowl, a strainer and some measuring spoons. Also, if you don't already have these ingredients be sure to check out the description box below for direct links to purchase these items at a great price from amazon.com, if you're not familiar with hibiscus, it is a flower that, when used aids in hair growth, because it Strengthens the hair, making it less likely to break combats darkness, which usually leads to breakage and prevents hair loss. If you've been on my channel for a while, then you probably already know that I infuse hibiscus powder into my deep conditioners every wash day, but some other uses are the hair spritz I'll be sharing today, as well as in shampoos, oils and hair butters. So the first method is a DIY hibiscus tea, infused rinse out conditioner. To make this, all you need to do is add about one to two cups of your favorite conditioner to a bowl then grab about a handful of jarda, viscous flowers and add them to an additional bowl or cup of hot water. Once the hibiscus tea has cooled completely, you can strain the flowers. Add it to your conditioner, stir it up and apply to your hair for rinsing out after about 15 minutes. Since we aren't adding preservatives and balancing pH levels, I would only suggest using the tea as a rinse in your conditioner due to its acidic properties. The second method is a DIY, hibiscus hair spritz. To make this, you will need to add the amount of dried hibiscus flowers to match the ounces of the spray bottle that you will be using, in my case, I'm using a little 2 ounce bottle. So I will only need a small handful of flowers once you've decided on a reasonable amount. You simply need to add the dried flowers to distilled room-temperature water and stir for about 2 minutes. Then add in about 1/4 TSP of MSM and 1/4 TSP of extra virgin olive oil stir once more and then drain the flowers. Then you can add the mixture to a spray bottle, I'm sporting, a protective style, but I'm still able to spray this directly on my scalp and hair shine and there you have it two simple and easy hibiscus infused DIY hair products. Ever since I started using hibiscus in general, I've experienced softer more moisturized and tangle free hair for longer periods of time. Remember that healthy hair grows and you can treat your hair with Ayurvedic herbs for longer stronger, healthier, hair strands. If you enjoyed this video and found it useful, don't hesitate to give the video a thumbs up subscribe to the channel and share with someone. You know see you in the next video a vertically beautiful

Afroniquelybeautiful c: Hi, Nefertiti here. Thanks so much for watching and don't just watch ...SUBSCRIBE! In this video I will be sharing with you 2 ways that you can use dried Hibiscus flowers - which are simple and easy ways to incorporate into your hair regimen. If you want to experience moisture for dayssss, then get you some! Have you ever used hibiscus for hair growth???

Abithanew: Do you rinse the spritz out when you are done? Also, if I add the hibiscus to a full bottle of conditioner would the preservatives already present in that mixture make it last until the bottle is empty? Or would I have to take bits out and mix the hibiscus with a bee batch every wash day?

Akua Serwaa Agyapong: How do you preserve the spritz?

Tyra High: Do you know if this is the best pH for hair since hibiscus is rather acidic?

Gullah Gullah: Does hibiscus color the hair? I have color treated hair for now but I am going back to my natural black color.

Brandi Jefferson: Does this work with the powder also??
