At long last, the sisters are back with a fragrance-free curly hair routine. What'S good everybody, do you smell that? I don't smell anything! That'S right! Now that we're on the topic of fragrance. I know there's a lot of people that are very sensitive to fragrance. If you know any curly hair products that are fragrance free drop them here, so i can review them because there is just not enough fragrance free options out there, especially for curly hair. Nor is there enough information about fragrance free, so we're here to bring it to you. I am so excited about this, because i've been trying to find some fragrance free options for anyone that is sensitized to fragrance, and these are amazing is this fragrance free. It is fragrance free, it smells like a whole lot of nothing now. We personally don't have any fragrance allergies or sensitivities, but for months now we have been on the hunt for some really great fragrance free options that we can recommend for you, based on our own experiences, so we'll be sharing our best routines for amanda's hair, which is Of course it's a bigger curl, she's, medium ferocity, we know her and then me i smell and i've got a tighter curl, a higher porosity and find your hair that can be easily weighed down. After all, the products we've tried. We are really excited about the routine that we're about to share with you, as well as what it really means to be fragrance free. Why are there not enough fragments free products out there and ultimately, what's the t should we all be avoiding fragrances? Well, stay tuned for all this and more without further ado. Let'S get to it, alright! So, to start off this routine, like any routine, we needed to start with a good wash, so we've been testing some private spray shampoos and conditioners for months and the ones that we're sharing today are the ones that we like the best these ones are from scene. I actually shared my first impressions of these on my instagram stories and you know what we'll just just check out those reactions there. We'Re gon na do a quick sniff test because i actually have not yet sniffed them and fragrance free. I expect to smell nothing, but let's, let's just see it smells like a whole lot of nothing. That'S awesome! Now, let's whiff, the conditio zero! This is amazing. I'M excited this could be a great option, let's go ahead and give them a test. Welcome to my layer, shampoo, i'm only going to use a little bit. I want to see if a little bit goes a long way that ladder, though it's already starting to lather in my hands, so i definitely got like a squeaky queen queen, but without feeling stripped. So that was good. Sorry, i can't speak, but let's hope that the conditioner gives the slip to fully detangle. So, let's see i'm going to go in with this much so far start very, very silky, very, very silky, smooth, let's apply it, i'm getting really excited. Oh, my god, no for real for real! Let me get my brush guys. I am very, very excited that was an incredible first impressions. My hair feels incredible what is in here. Obviously, for me, this shampoo and conditioner was like love at first sight. This shampoo conditioner isn't specifically for curly hair. I also don't find it to be heavy at all. So i could say all hair types could use this and i do really love that the brand scene was founded by a board-certified dermatologist. There'S no coconut oil. In here there isn't any proteins, additionally, they're color, safe gluten, free and they're, also vegan formulas. So after hearing mel rave about these products, i finally had the chance to try them for myself for the very first time today and i filmed my first impressions for you as well. Personally, i'm very picky, especially when it comes to my shampoo, because my hair is so coarse. I usually find sometimes that if a shampoo doesn't lather very well it's hard for me to work it through my hair, because i have so much of it now immediately when i place the shampoo on my head, it did set up right away, which i really really Enjoyed and it was really easy to distribute in my hair - and i felt like i got a really thorough cleanse, although i still personally tend to use fragrance products more often just because i like that experience better. Obviously some people don't have that luxury. So i think this is an amazing option, because i think it really compares to one of my favorite shampoos and conditioner that does have fragrance and that's the verb. Ghostline and yeah i mean i, i couldn't love it enough. I reached out to scene immediately after trying them and i was like listen. I love these and i will be sharing them ferociously with with you and they love that they love my first impressions. They were kind enough to actually share a 15 off discount code. For you to try, if you wanted to get your own first impressions of these we'll link it in the description box below, and you can also find all the other products that we're going to use, but we actually have some different products to use now. Okay, we're very very good hair is wet, it's very moist, so we're going to be following the prep style, finish method, as always to style our hairs and we're going to prep using scenes curly cream. This is the only curly product that they have so we have others to share with you. But what i will say about this cream and let's start, let's get it going put a little bit on our hands here, you're going to need some more. This cream is again very moisturizing, very silky. It melts right into the hair, provides great sludge just like their conditioner. However, we need a little extra, so we will be applying just some some gels and some other stylers, but that's because we're extra, if you're very simple, you will probably really like this curl cream on its own. It'S not irritating non-comedogenic fragrance free, sulfate, free silicone, free phthalate, free, no parabens, no dyes, no animal testing, color safe gluten-free vegan. It is also coconut oil, free protein, free and glycerin free. You don't know what that means. It'S so many things that can yeah. You can easily transition into the winter with the winter humid. Summers like this can be used year round, so we're just distributing the product now with a detangling brush. This is one of the only products i don't mind. If some gets on my scalp hair products, don't usually belong on the scalp, but these are dermatologist made they're not irritating, and your scalp really shouldn't break out if this gets on there. So if you need some moisture at your roots, get in there get in there. So moving on and again because we're extra we're going to section out our hair to apply a little more product to give us a little more hold a little extra styling. So like one step behind me, oh because i have more hair, okay yeah now, normally when i am styling my hair, i would apply a little bit more product to each section, just because i have so much hair and i want to prevent any frizz. But with this product i really don't need to do that. It'S such a high performance product. I do not need to go in with any more and i will not be going with any more because i still want to have a little bit more volume in my hair. I don't want my hair to be weighed down. I mean your hair because it's so long, it's waiting, it's already, naturally with you yeah, but i feel like you need it. Okay, i know continue so to style, we're both going to be using the d4 9 row brush. You don't usually see us using this denim brush to style, but we are today because we find it actually makes our curls a little bit tighter and we'll briefly explain why, even though we've gone in depth about this in our brushes explained video because there's more rows, There'S going to be more tension on your hair as you brush it through, which causes your hair to almost have a ribbon like effect and a little snap back. Beware if your hair is very fragile, but our hair is very nicely balanced, we're both in a very healthy place. It'S just easily going to glide right through our hair. Okay, now hold on. Do you smell that smell it? No something smells a little funny hello. Is it me your sniffing fore, it's you hi everyone, scientific smelly here and we're going to get nitty gritty and scientific about fragrant seeds. So with fragrance there is a lot of tea. There is a lot of misinformation in scientific and a lot of myths that fragrances are very bad and let's just say that the bottom line is you're, probably going to be okay and we'll get into that. But let's talk about really. Why is there fragrances in our products? Fragrances? Plural, because in a fragrance ingredient, there's actually many different ingredients to make up that smell our put in products to provide the consumer with a an experience like no other literally no other fragrances and products help brands to protect the intellectual property of their product, which is Essentially the secret sauce of their formula. Now i know what you're gon na ask: what does fragrance do for me, why is fragrance in my products? Isn'T fragrance bad and well actually for the consumer. Fragrances are preferred in products because they give you that nostalgic scent, that smell to remember. That brings comfort, awakening and appeal to the senses. Fragrances are not only added to a product to add a perfume, but are also in products to help with deodorizing and masking scents of the raw ingredients that make up a formula that don't smell. Well, they smell also fragrances. Keep you coming back for more from your favorite brands, as they can literally be known for having a certain unique scent that gives their product distinction in the industry, and so a really big question is: why aren't the fragrance ingredients listed on the bottle? Isn'T that sneaky are companies hiding chemicals that are harsh and gon na kill us in the products hidden in that little fragrance ingredients and well, when you're shopping from reputable brands that have been around for a long time, they're multinational corporations? Does it really make sense for them to hide harmful chemicals in their ingredients that will cause backlash it? Doesn'T it doesn't they don't want to do that, but what they want to do is protect that ip intellectual property that we talked about. Otherwise, their product and unique formula that they may have put tons of research and come up with on their own can easily be replicated counterfeited, ripped off, duped and stolen. This right here is why companies put [ __ ] tons of fragrance in their products. It'S really a shame, and so from a formulator's perspective, it makes sense to add a scent to our products now as youtube finish just to clear up a little more information or misinformation. I would just like to quickly note that there is a difference between fragrance free and unscented. Fragrance free should mean that there are no added masking ingredients or any types of fragrances added to the product, whereas unscented would mean that if you sniff, you don't really smell anything but there's fragrance ingredients in that product to cancel out and neutralize any nasty smells that Are naturally in the product, so technically that still has fragrance, so do be aware of the difference between fragrance free and unscented and the marketing of products. Now, unless you are a cosmetic formulator or you really don't care for sense, you may not give a stink about any of that. Your only concern is. Is it going to be harmful to my hair, my skin and my health, and to that i say, consider the following and disclaimer? I am not a doctor, this is not medical advice, but this is some reputable information as found on the web. For you, for most people, fragrances do not cause any concern, however, fragrances and the many different ingredients that offer a fragrance that is including, but not limited, to extracts essential oils and both natural and synthetic aroma compounds are listed as common ingredients for irritants in people. That can cause contact dermatitis or, in other words a rash. Now i would like to make this part very clear. These reactions are often personally misdiagnosed, and so i want to explain the difference between an allergy and an irritation. An allergy is an immune response. It can cause irritation everywhere, so allergen contact dermatitis can occur when a substance to which you are allergic to triggers an immune reaction in the skin. Now it usually only affects the area that it came into contact with, but what's important is it doesn't always show up right away, whereas an irritation does react right away. So an irritation contact dermatitis is actually the most common contact dermatitis. It'S a non-allergic skin reaction that occurs when a substance damages the outer layer of your skin and for more on the differences of an irritation and an allergen. Just take a look at this chart screenshot. So here's, where things get a little bit iffy the thing with allergies, is that usually you won't actually have a reaction, the first time you're exposed, but with repeated exposure you can become sensitized to the substance and what at first may just seem like a mild reaction. Can over time develop and get worse far worse and then once an allergy is triggered, it's a lifelong condition. That'S just gon na keep reappearing every time you are exposed. Now this is worst case scenario which we would like to avoid. So i want to leave you with a couple of tips to help you protect yourself when shopping for fragrance free products, first, which everyone should always do, is patch test. How to patch test apply here here or here. A patch test is simply taking a small amount of product, concentrating it in one area of your skin and, for example, covering the area with a band-aid. You want to let this stay on the skin for 24 to 48 hours, 24 hours later, after which time if there appears to be no skin irritation or reaction, you may proceed to use the product if there is a reaction, even a mild. One discontinue used immediately immediately disclaimer if you are patch testing a rinse off product but you're, leaving it on, for example, a shampoo that has cleansing agents that aren't meant to be left on the skin. That will cause irritation. Your results might be skewed, so just keep that in mind, or at least try before you buy. This is why i always love and always recommend if you can to get samples of a product before putting your hard-earned money into something and then eventually wasting it. But besides that bottom line we're almost at the finish line. If you use fragranced products and you don't have any issues with them, there is no need to actively avoid them. But if you are interested in limiting your use of fragrance products, rinse off products like shampoos and conditioners are not nearly as much of a concern. If you are concerned about fragrances, just know that natural fragrances are not much better and if you feel like you are at a loss, you are unlucky with any products that you try do see a doctor, so they can diagnose what you are allergic to, especially if The rash has become so severe that you are in pain. You are losing sleep, the rash isn't going away after three weeks and, of course, even more severe run to the er. If your skin is looking infected or if your lungs eyes and nasal passage are closing painful, and in plain this would be an extreme allergic reaction and you need medical help again at the end of the day, are brands trying to poison us through their fragrances in Their ingredients highly unlikely when we're talking about the risks of fragrances and the ingredients the dose does matter. The dose always makes the poison and typically fragrance, will not exceed anywhere near two percent in wash off products and for leave on products. There'S typically less than point. Five percent of fragrance in a formula for me, i will continue to use my fragrance products because i have never experienced any irritations. But if you are looking to limit your exposure and use more fragrance free options, amanda and mel you're doing great easter's you're doing great they're going to be sharing lots of different fragrance free, curly, hair options for you. This has been your nitty gritty science, sniffy smell and i'm out peace. Having said all that, thank you. We have all of our fragrance free products that we tried in front of us and we're going to snip them with you. You know these are other options as well and also explain why we didn't choose to use them in our routine today with you, but we'll first apply our gels, because the gel does need to be applied to pretty wet hair. So what you're, using so i'm going to be using the jessie curl spiral, it's just styling gel. The reason why i'm using this today is because this definitely has stronger hold than the gel that mel is going to be using, but that doesn't mean i don't like stronghold. I really like this gel. I think it's a great option as well. Now of all of the jessica products that we tried, this has to be our favorite. This gel is kind of a simple formula: there's not many ingredients, it does not contain any protein, doesn't have any coconut oil and, of course, no fragrance added. So amanda's going to go ahead and apply that if you look at it, it's actually a pretty creamy gel. How would you say it smells no smell, i mean it doesn't have a scent. However, the gel i will be using today is one from curl mix. You may have seen us use chromics before on this channel. This is part of their sensitive line that is fragrance free and this gel is flaxseed based. So that's where you're getting the hold, which i find to be a little bit softer it's more of a medium hold gel. So i can get away with using this in my tighter curl pattern. So i'm going to pump this into my hand, but something to note this also looks very creamy. The third ingredient is sweet almond oil, which naturally has that almondy kind of scent very light, but if you're allergic to nuts, if you're allergic to almonds, this may not be the option for you, but the gel also contains vegetable glycerin after almond oil. It has vitamin e and, of course, brown flax seeds, which is the second ingredient, are very rich in omega fatty acids. So it's a very nourishing type of gel. You can see how nourishing it is in its consistency and its texture, i'm going to go ahead and apply this right onto my hair. I'M already done all right well, give me a moment just to reiterate the purpose of a gel it's to give a little extra hold and styling to your curl. It will give more definition, but if you're someone that does prefer big fluffy volume, gel may not be for you and after we dry our hair, we're going to go ahead and diffuse, we will come back and show you our results and go through the rest of Our fragments free product options that we have tried and we'll let you know what our experience was like using them so more products to come and we'll of course, have to finish our styles and show you guys. The results very excited we'll see you very soon and we're back and dry believe it or not. I know my hair looks a little wet, so i want to mention this quickly about gels. Just because it feels crunchy doesn't necessarily mean it's stronghold. The jessie girl, jello man, has in her hair is strong hold, but it didn't leave her hair super crunchy. You also may have been manipulating your hair more as with your eyes, yeah. I really just covered diffused, did not manipulate my hair at all and you can see uh. It'S got a little crispy effect to it that will soften out beautifully with our finishing product. So to finish, we're going to use this serum from curl mix. This is a fragrance free serum that they offer and it comes as a spray bottle which is really nice, especially for refreshing purposes. Now, what's very interesting about this, is it's actually a very multi-purpose oil blend? It'S really just an oil blend. It'S got sweet almond oil. Also organic apricot oil and organic argan oil, and even though right now we're going to use this to scrunch out our crunch and to seal our style in. You can also use this as a hot oil treatment. Makeup remover for skin scars and stretch marks a finisher for shiny hair, scalp, massager and also a pre-poo, so it's a very versatile product for anything, there's, no fragrance added, but again i'm going to spray it on my hand, because it does come out a little bit. It'S going to hit your shirt yeah. I know no! Thank you. I'M going to spray a couple drops of my hand as well whoa. That'S how you aggressively it squirts out it squirts out. It'S not like a spray spray; either! Don'T just spray it onto your hair spray, it into your hand. We only use a little bit. You smell, you smell the almond, you smell the almond, you smell the almond and we do use an oil heavy product like this at the end of our routine, because our hair is already moisturized and hydrated with water. This is going to help to seal and lock it in so you can see we're very gently kind of smoothing it over our strands and then using it to scrunch, and my hair is no longer feeling crunchy. My hair feels so moisturized. I wish you could just touch my hair through the screen you, you can put your baby no and then these are the results all fluffed out. What do you guys think of the results? First of all, who did it better, amanda or mel? No, let's not make this a competition, that's what sisters are for so out of all the fragrance free products that we've tried. Although they're not many options, we did try our best to try as many as we could and we feel the most confident in this routine. We hope you guys really like the results as well. That being said, we did try a lot of other products along the way and we do want to share them with you sharing some benefits why you may like them, although they may not have worked the best for our hair, we do want to provide you guys With more options, because if you have a fragrance allergy, you probably know how difficult difficult it is to find it. Tough, it's tough and we'll also list everything that we have used and talked about in the description in the order as you've seen them appear in this video to make it easy for you as well to look more into them. So, let's first start off with some more shampoo and conditioner options that we've tried and if you follow me on instagram, you saw my first impressions of the new briojio, be gentle, be kind aloe, plus oatmeal, ultra soothing, shampoo and conditioner. So there's no sulfates, silicones, parabens or fragrance in both of these products. Both these products also don't contain proteins or coconut oil. Just in case you were curious. I thought the products worked well again, i'm very picky when it comes to shampoo, particularly - and i thought this had good lather - i didn't have to use a lot of product in order to get a really thorough cleanse. It didn't really feel stripping on the hair. Now the conditioner not that it had a scent, but it almost had a plasticky chemically smell and there's a reason. For i mean i mean typically, these types of products, the ingredients that make them effective. Well, it's just that it's not as pleasing to use, and that was the thing i found it a little unpleasant. Yes, i guess my overall impression was they worked well um. They weren't amazing. They did the job. I think if you bought these products - or you already have these products you shouldn't be concerned - they'll definitely do what they need to do. It'S another fragrance free option and we appreciate that so now, the other shampoo and conditioner that we use that i tried and i gave a little kind of mini first impressions. Actually in last week's video was the curl mix, shampoo and conditioner. Here'S the thing with the shampoo and conditioner, i think they perform well, it does say clarifying shampoo, i wouldn't say it was like it's not like a chelating shampoo. It wasn't. It wasn't extremely clarifying. My issue is, as you go down the list of ingredients it does have fragrance now. Does that mean that it smells what's up so sorry in your pants, i'm so sorry they smell like almond a little bit, and that was my first impression. My first impression was: oh, it smells a little bit almondy, but this one actually doesn't have almond oil in it. Like the other products we used. So what's the tea here now, the fragrance that is in here would be called a masking fragrance. It'S only in there to get rid of that stank chemically smell that i see in the brioche product that a shampoo and conditioner would kind of contain. So it's only in there to neutralize that, so it doesn't really have a nasty smell. Nor is it fragrant, but technically this should probably be labeled as unscented or scent free. It is something to be noted as well as in the conditioner. The second last ingredient is fragrance oil. It does make know that it is phthalate free, but that's my take on that, but otherwise i get performed they perform. We do like chromix products just a little misleading on the label. There be aware moving on to the other styling products that we had tried. This is briojo's, be gentle, be kind aloe, plus oatmeal ultra soothing, detangling spray fragrance free edition. I use this for the first time again on my stories on instagram and initially i like the product. However, however, however, as i was working through my hair and working through each section, as i do style my hair in sections, i found that the longer that this product sat in my hair, it actually tangled my hair. Even more my hair, no longer felt moisturized. It was just very coarse and hard to work through, so that was a little bit of a concern for me. I'M not really sure why that happened. Do you have a theory uh? Well, it almost seems, like you, had a flash drying type of experience which can make the hair kind of seize up and feel pretty coarse, as you mentioned hard to detangle, which, as a detangler, it's a bit of a weird reaction. Does that mean it's going to happen for everyone? Absolutely. That was my personal experience. That'S what happened on your hair, which is coarse, which is color treated yes and and curly. Yes, you're also medium porosity. If i look at the ingredients, there's nothing particularly right now that i can say would have a negative reaction to your hair. Besides the fact that there is aloe leaf juice, which a lot of people experience, flash drying with, but you've used aloe in a lot of your products before and you've never really experienced much of a problem. So something to be aware of that was your experience. My experience was, it was okay, very light, very milky. It does have oils in it. This could be for all hair types by the way, not just curly hair, but now that we're on the topic of flash drying and also aloe vera, we did use some more fragrance free, styling products, a lot of them being from jessie curl, which we mentioned of All of the ones we tried, the spiralicious gel, definitely our favorite, but we did use a couple other stylers that actually gave me a little bit of a flash drawing experience at first use. Here i have the samples of the jessica products. One thing i really love about jessica products is that they do offer samples of their fragrance free products, so you can test them out before committing and we're going to do a little sniff test of these right now. This is their confident, coils styling solution. It has some aloe leaf juice, but another ingredient in here that may cause flash drying or just dryness over time in coarse hair, like my sister, has a taste is they do contain magnesium sulfate. Now this is an ingredient we haven't talked much about and we will dive into this in a future video. But essentially this is a curl enhancing ingredient. Magnesium sulfate can really help to enhance the curls. However, it can cause dryness, in course, hair types like my sister, so both of these products, the rock and ringlets styling potion and the confident coils both contain that magnesium sulfate and the aloe leaf juice. But they are fragrance free. So, there's that - and i don't know how does it smell it - smells like green tea, yeah a little bit yeah. This one has literally not a scent to be found. I think these products are very unique. My first impressions that i shared - i was a little confused when i was using them, but all in all, i can definitely recommend them. I think that they are very effective. I think you just need to pay attention to what your hair type is and make sure you're using them correctly, and the last thing that i'll say is, i like it did come with a little pamphlet for when you get the products, if you're not sure how To use them, they have like a whole info pamphlet, telling you how to use the products and the last product that we tried is the pure avocado moisturizer from curl mix. This is also a fragrance free, moisturizing styler. It is a very oily product. All of the chromex products are very rich in oils, so you need to make sure that you're not applying too much if you have fine hair because it may cause it to weigh down that's why. Personally, if i was using both of these together, you would want to be very sparing use it on very, very soaking, wet hair. That'S what they recommend, but i find my results of the scene cream, plus the flaxseed gel on top the best they were the best for me. We hope that you love our results and you appreciate our recommendations and reviews. We really did take the time to really ensure that we created a routine that worked the best for our curl types, especially and hopefully it was helpful for you as well. If you have fragrance allergies or you're extremely irritated by fragrance. I want you to know that i feel for you and hopefully you can find some good options that work for you. Let us know if you have any questions again, we'll link everything in the description box below, and we want to. Thank you so much for watching today's video stay tuned, because we do post videos like this every texture, tuesday and next week you can expect a video dedicated to frizz. It'S really informative. I'M really excited to share with you all this song. She did a great job. So make sure you stay tuned turn the notification bell on, so you don't miss it and we'll see you guys next in every single texture, tuesday, peace, i'm here. So how was your first time? Did you love it? How am i supposed to reply to that? So to finish, we're going to be applying this serum from fragrance. Also don't look on the inside of my collar, because if you look on the inside of my collar, you can see it's quite colored, oh she's, naturally blessed i will live inside you forever. It'S not true, i'm sorry, you can tell i've been on teach talk forever, so to finish we're going to use so to fit. It stop. What'S up a disaster honestly, i am r.i.p tick-tock in the states can't relate yeah, if only you could smell her through the screen. I wish i didn't have to there's nothing easy. You hit small. Manes by Mell: HI I wanted to say thanks for all the love on this video! We worked long and hard to share this information, would like to again credit some more fabulous educators on YouTube, make sure to check out @CassandraBankson, @LabMuffin and @TheEcoWell, they have great videos sharing more on this, videos are linked in the description box as well as my references and the links to all the products we use! ALSO I missed the ingredient so I have to correct myself but FYI there IS glycerin in the Seen Curly Cream!! Apologies for not catching that sooner but I made note in the description box as well. Still an absolutely fabulous cream, and when you seal with an oil following Prep, Style, Finish and HHEO (hydrate, humectant, emmolient, occlusive) you will be good to go! Also, the JessiCurl Spiralicious Styling Gel Amanda is using is glycerine-free so another great option to apply on top of the cream Leave any more questions below and I will try my best to answer it!

pinkcinderella07: This was a great video but I do disagree about the fragrances basically being no big deal. I promise if you detox from fragrances you will be shocked at how you feel to re-introduce them to your routine. Especially if you have deal with light headedness, fatigue, racing heart rate, headaches, etc. All my symptoms went away simply by switching my products and now if I’m around fragrances at all I get an instant head ache. It’s bad for you even if you don’t realize it.

Rouane B: My asthma gets set off really badly by fragrance/perfume, I'm so excited to see people talking about products I can actually use!

Stephanie Chaparro: The fact that Mell was wearing a white polka dot bathing suit and a white polka dot shirt to match, whereas Amanda had a black polka dot suit with a black polka dot top just shows the amount of effort and thought you two put into the videos you make for us. Noticed and appreciated!! Love the seesters!!

Amanda Guido: Happy texture Tuesday everyone! This routine has been a long time in the making and I hope you enjoy it ❤️ Ps we did have some technical difficulties when uploading this video so thank you for your patience

Tracy Kinney: Finally!!! I’m allergic to fragrance and the struggle is real!!! THANK YOU!!

Casandra Becerra: All the good curly hair products are either packaged in a lot of plastic or they're insanely expensive so you trying a zero waste curly hair routine would be absolutely amazing!!!

000snow000: If you're experiencing unexplained hair loss, itchy scalp or flaking, you might be experiencing irritation from fragrance or essential oils.

Katerina K: I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO FOR AGES!!! I suffer from migraines and they get worse when I use products that are somewhat fragranced. It sucks because if I get a migraine I then need to wash it immediately when all I want to do is lie down and cry. Hopefully, these products will make those times a little bit easier :D Thanks Mell and Amanda!

Anisa A: Hey seesters! Can we have an update on Amanda’s routine because her hair transformation is probably the best I’ve seen

Andra: Amanda s journey is wowww...such an amazing transformation I remember the times she just "started" and her hair was not even half this curly...love itttt(love mell s too,but my hair is more similar to amanda s)

GeeklingNo1: Girl yes! I’ve had scalp breakouts for years! I have severe eczema and im so careful abt my skin products! Love your channel, you helped me make my hair beautiful again!

Bec Diane: This is actually super helpful for people who work with neglected kids who are triggered by certain fragrances. Thank you!

Alyssa Woodruff: Thank you so much for doing this video! Lingering scents are a huge migraine trigger for me and I have to use unscented products. It’s so hard to find good ones! I use a lot of Jessicurl and Carina Organics. Looking forward to trying SEEN!

Wilson Watson: Mell can you do some low-porosity product recommendations? I have low porosity hair, I've watched your old and new protein-moisture balance videos, and apparently my hair is dry and brittle!! But I'm using protein-free deep conditioners every week and it seems like nothing is working! I'd like to see a video on maintaining moisture with low porosity/protein sensitivity hair or something like that if possible. Thank you!!!

Pause and Think About It: There's more to fragrance issues than contact dermatitis. I used to require emergency medical care for severe bronchitis and lung issues 2-3 times a year. Almost 4 years ago, I started eliminating fragrances and other lung irritants from my life. I quit shampoo cold turkey. I haven't had to see a medical professional for respiratory issues since. So, thanks for this video. I really do appreciate it. I just wish more people understood that there's more to allergies and sensitivities than getting a rash. Lung issues and scent induced migraines are more common than you might think. Fragrance isn't the only culprit, either, but it's a big one.

Therese Allen: Thank you! I am truly allergic to “fragrance “ and have had a hard time finding products that don’t contain fragrance for curly hair.

Ashley Lindstrom: Thank you for doing fragrance free. I am super sensitive to fragrances and try to find ones that are lightly fragranced or no fragrance - it's really hard!! I have found some products with fragrance that don't bother my scalp as much as others - I also look for cruelty free and no scary ingredients. I am really liking the Raw Sugar brand - have you tried any of those? Also, the best fragrance free shampoo I've ever found so far is by John Masters. Thanks!

K whatever: Jessicurl is the best! I've been helping friends and family with curls to take care of them and having products that have fragrance-free options for men who don't want to smell like coconuts of flowers, people with allergies or just plain picky people is great, plus they have a great mix of products.

Rachel Smith: Thank you so much for the fragrance free recommendations! My skin is fine with fragrance, but fragrances always give me migraines so it's been interesting trying to find fragrance free products for my curly hair!

Adrienne Hood: No joke, I had just placed an order with Jessicurl for fragrance-free products and then clicked over to see this video. Thank you! Scents can be lovely but most, even ones I actually enjoy, give me a terrible migraine. Love your videos!

Christi Farris: I loved this video! I don't know if I will ever need to use fragrance free products, but I SOOOO appreciate your taking the time to find us all of this info. You ladies both ended up with GREAT hair days, btw. Nothing cures a bad day for me like a Texture Tuesday video with two lovely ladies wearing smiles, beautiful hair, and coordinating outfits! You are the best! Much love!

Malek Mohamed: Omg. Mell and Amanda look STUNNING and the hair is on point like always

Heidi Rosin: First I adore you two and I love the fun yet educational content you work to provide. I really want to better understand flash drying - would love to see a scientiffy video on what the heck it is! Thank you and keep on keepin' on

karinac1999: Wow! You ladies really went all out in this video. Thank you for all your hard work! I'm lucky I don't have a fragrance problem, but my sister does and she will definitely benefit from this video. Now I'm super excited about next weeks video

Melissa Santana: Yay!!! Thank you!!! You guys rock! I’ve been searching for a video like this! It’s so hard having an allergy to fragrances! I’m literally crying from happiness. All of the fragrance free products that I’ve tried are usually so drying. I can’t wait to try these products! God bless you guys!

nancy torres: Thank you for clearing up the difference between fragrance free and uncented . I learned something new today

AquaMoon: Just ordered my SEEN shampoo and conditioner. I can't WAIT to try them! Thanks for the discount seesters!!

lobaluna13: Love this as some one with asthma and allergies ❤️

Karissa Thiele: Every texture tuesday I get soooo excited! Your videos are so helpful and amazing, and your hair looks great! You guys have no idea the impact you’ve made on my hair! i used to brush my hair dry and use head and shoulders products my whole life. I never figured out how to take care of it until i found you guys! My hair is now curly and bouncy! You two are superheroes!♥️♥️♥️

Heather Steffen: Happy texture Tuesday. Love the polka dots. Glad to have fragrance free recommendations for clients.

A B: YES!!!! A while back I was looking for fragrance free hair products and they are really hard to find! I always try to keep everything fragrance free! Thank you!!!!

Anna Abroad: I'm not avoiding fragrance, but I couldn't tear myself away from this video. So much great information. Thanks for helping us all learn!

Ask Coach K: Great video, im allergic to only certain fragrances, mostly flowery smells and 100% perfume type smells. I immediately get headaches or migraines or worse excema breakouts if I don't catch it right away! Sometimes its the combination of using different products and the smell build up... whew, too much.. the very light yet fruity or sweet smells, warm smells like vanilla are fine (curlsmith, and most Shea moisture products are all great for me)... Thanks for all you ladies do to keep us informed bc in a lot of cases fragrance free is a winner with me so i don't have to worry!

Clau Panquecito: Here for the weekly teachings!! and OMG! Even their swimsuit tops match!! Btw, am I crazy, or is Amanda's curl pattern like more tight??

Lissec Medrano: I just love you gals!!! The seesters are the best!!! I don't need fragrance free, but just because Mel is recommending these and her experience with the conditioner was like, wow I'm going to need it!! You are my holy grail and part of my hair product shopping addiction! LOL

Valeria Almeida: I love how Mell makes these videos so informative and I love how she told Amanda to pay attention.

Erin Chard: I’m still on my curly hair journey and figuring out what my hair wants/needs.... but I’ve been bingeing your videos for a bit now and just love you and your seester and tips and tricks. So far I’m loving Verb and curl smith... just figuring out the best method for what I’m working with

Frances Keller: Happy texture Tuesday on a Sunday lol! I would love to see an update on Amanda’s routine too because her hairs are looking BOMB! So are yours Mel

eobrien1: Thanks for doing this! I really appreciate that you guys are so open to making content your viewers ask for. I do not have a fragrance allergy, but I have rosacea, so I avoid fragrance always on my face (so having hair products without helps) and I have a super sensitive sense of smell, so anything but shampoo with a scent will actually almost make me feel nauseous if I have to keep, for example, smelling my conditioner all day. (Also, shoutout to these companies making their regular products & adding in a fragrance free option, so we can all enjoy them!) Thanks again for the great video!

Nevada Bigbey: Love the video!! Thank you can’t wait for the frizzy video, my hair is super frizzy no matter what I do and I’ve tried lots of different stuff !!! Of course I am transitioning from straightening with chemicals for several years so hopefully it will get better over time. Can’t wait to see your suggestions about it !!!! You two are so fun to watch ❤️❤️

Alice Runion: Hey @Manes by Mell and @Amanda Guido, thank you so much for this extremely informative video!!! I've been sensitive to fragrances for most of my life and have always had challenges finding products for my wavy/curly hair, so this was really helpful for me. With the SEEN shampoo, I noticed it has both citric acid and EDTA ingredients. Based on the video you did about chelating shampoos, does this mean if you use this shampoo that you should rotate it with another shampoo? If you should, would you recommend the Briogeo line to rotate it with? Also, I've tried the Jessicurl and CurlMix products. Jessicurl was okay, although I didn't find the shampoo to be too cleansing against the hard water in my area, and the daily conditioner wasn't great at helping my curls clump. CurlMix worked great for my hair (especially the conditioner), but I found I got a LOT of hair fallout when using the whole line, and it's kind of made me scared to use it again. :/ Thank you for reviewing those lines, though! It's helpful to hear about other people's experiences. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into your videos!

Michele F.: Omg you guys are hilarious! I was expecting to hold back eye rolls, but it never happened. Great info, well researched, very helpful. I've wasted so much money on products that I had to throw out because of too strong fragrances that gave me headaches. My hair isn't as curly as yours, but I'm gonna try a couple of these and see what happens!

nucomeon: I can’t share enough thanks for the two of you. I am allergic to fragrance and this video is a gift. You are amazing and thank you so much for thinking about the others, spending the time to research and understand it, try it, and video it! This is just incredible and your hard work on it is so much appreciated. I will share it to help others! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Amanda Sjöberg: I haven't even watched it yet but thank you for making this video, I'm so happy it exists! It's so hard to find fragrance free hair products that are good, especially for curly hair. My nose itches every time I wash my hair and sometimes my eyes do as well. I am in serious need of some fragrance free products that also make my hair look good!

Ericka Medina: Hopefully your next frizz video explains “wet frizz.” I know you talk a lot about balance between hydration and protein. But I’m not sure if my hair is unbalanced or if the different curl patterns in my hair could have a different porosity. The hair at the back crown of bad is always dry, no matter what. Deep conditioner, clarifying shampoo, vinegar rinses, applying more creams and leave ins to the area. Nothing works! The second I’m ready to style my hair, it begins to dry quickly. Is there anyway to fix this?

Stella Speaks: I really appreciate this! I actually love fragrance, but now that I am using tretinoin, I am trying to eliminate fragrance all over so that I am gentler on my skin. I'm also vegan, CGM, and a princess, so it's been a journey. So far I really love all the Jessicurl stuff I've tried.

Alexandria: Thank you for making this video and always being so informative! I recently received a new diagnosis, and one of the recommendations was to use fragrance free hair products. Y'all know it's a journey to arrive at current products and routines, and this video really helped center me and give me a starting point. <3

Tiffany Pappas: I just have to say THANK YOU for doing this video!! I've been searching for a good fragrance free haircare line for a while and the seen products have saved my life! My head was constantly so itchy and im finally getting relief after using their products. THANK YOU!! Oh and of course I used your code ❤

RagazzaIrlandese: THANK YOU for doing this! So many friends tell me "the fragrance is light", "it's all natural", or "it goes away". The issue is light is relative, natural doesn't make a difference because I still get sick, and *even if* the odour goes away I've got a migraine by the time it does. Also, I can't stand at the store sniffing things because I get sick. Almost every time I find something that works it gets discontinued.

Sara Neu: Hi seesters! Thank you so much for your wonderful content! I have used your past tips and been on the search for any fragrance free products with ingredients I need, due to my family’s fragrance sensitivities. I would love to see another fragrance free video in the future. Check out the No Nothing salon brand at nonothing.us. They have some conditioners with and without protein, dry shampoo, deep conditioner, etc. I’ve also used a lot of Free and Clear shampoo, conditioner, and gel in the past, those can be found at vanicream.com. I have been searching high and low for an oil/serum that meets all of my families’ allergy/sensitivity requirements and found a ouidad shine serum that appears to have no fragrance, but haven’t tried it yet. Keep putting out the great content curly queens!

Heloisa Sá: You girls are so so good! Thank you for this and so many others! I actually don't come here only for awesome information, but also for some fun!!!

Fatimah Ibrahim: PhD chemistry student - magnesium sulfate is a drying agent, it's used to remove water from organic (oily) solvents. It holds on to water really well so it's used to keep moisture in your hair. Not sure on what to do with flash drying though.. maybe add more water and seal it all in with an oil?

Reservechic: I’ve tried Jrssicurl’s fragrance free products, and they started to dry my hair out, didn’t leave my naturally wavy hair looking it’s best, also their products didn’t even stay fresh on me for a whole year, they would start to go rancid on me. And, I noticed that their cleansing cream was starting to leave my scalp itchy afterwards. So, I decided to pre-poo with coconut oil to see if I would still experience the itchiness to my scalp with that cleanser, however, I didn’t find it to be worth continuing to use, because the Jessicurl line just isn’t for me. And, there is something that is in that cleansing cream that started to cause my scalp to become itchy. Plus, the products are very pricey, and they just didn’t give me the results that I had needed. Also, I didn’t find the products scents to be all that pleasant at all. I could actually smell a hint of alcohol in their spiraliscious gel. Also, that gel left my hair looking and feeling like straight up hay. I had nurse my hair and scalp back to greater health after using that line. Now, I have also used CurlMix’s fragrance free conditioner, moisturizer, flaxseed gel, and hair serum. Out of it all, I like the conditioner best, but they need to change the packaging for it, because the stuff is thick, and I have to work real hard just to get it out of the bottle. I don’t find the moisturizer to be very moisturizing I’d have tons of slip and when I pair it wit the gel, I will get flaking after my hair dries, no matter how small of an amount of moisturizer I use. Also, I found the moisturizer to have an oily smell to it as well. Also, the moisturizer had gone rancid on me way before a year’s time was up, and I had contacted CurlMix’s customer service about that. I found that i didn’t have to deal with flaking issues to the same exact extent that I did when I paired the flaxseed gel over the moisturizer, however, sometimes the flaxseed gel would falls on me a bit, and then other times it wouldn’t. However, this gel is not one that I found that I could just apply in my hair and my hair would last up to 5 days or possibly more without needing to be refreshed, Also, I found it to be very drying to my hair and it would Lea a my hair feeling crunchy. I never experienced any frizz with it. It wasn’t very defining to my wavy hair, and it doesn’t have hardly any smell to it, but the longer I had it, I would start to notice this breakthrough oily smell to it. I can’t speak on the hair serum, because I have yet to use it. But, I can say, that I like I just don’t find that line to best suit my hair’s’ needs. The gel is cool to use during hot and humid weather, but no way could I use this stuff year round. It would leave my hair dried out to the max. The only thing that I would possibly purchase gain from the line is their fragrance free conditioner. The rest of the stuff, I just don’t find it to be an absolute must did my hair. I had tried these lines, because they were fragrance free, however, I have found more success with Innersense, when it comes to fragrance free lines than any other one. I personally don’t mind using products that have fragrances to them that I am able to tolerate, that doesn’t give me a headache or cause stomach upset. So, I do go back and forth between using fragranced and fragrance free products in my hair, and I just stick with what I find works best for my hair, just trying to keep my hair both it’s healthiest and happiest!

Raechele White: Thank you so much for doing this! I have been having terrible skin reactions and I think it might be fragrance. Looking forward to trying some of these.

Marissa Santa Cruz: Such beautiful Seesters So grateful for the hard work y’all put in for us! We appreciate you taking the time to not only test the products, but educate us on them along with the pros and cons of using them

cusinator: I love you guys. Making Canada’s curly girls proud!!!!!

NiftyKeisha: I've recently had to stop using fragrances due to ezcema but also because they can be endocrine disruptors, so women who have auto-immune conditions need to be careful about the chemicals found in fragrance. I just bought the Jessicurl conditioner but haven't tried it yet and I love Curlmix!

Sarah Morley: You girls look beautiful as always. Both of your finished looks are amazing, perfect curls!

YouTubeis GODsblessing: Hey Mell! I recently tried out a whole line that was fragrance free: Briogeo Aloe + Oat Milk (NEW). It's not bad, but the condition smells like rubbing alcohol.

rurtsy2: Thank you for this! I do better with fragrance free products since shampoo and even conditioner tends to get on my sensitive skin in the shower. I have really enjoyed Jessicurl! A bonus is that it is certified gluten free. I got their Light and Luminous Kit for wavies and I tried a few more products until I found a combo I like for me! I use Gentle Lather Shampoo, Aloeba Daily Conditioner, then Rockin' Ringlets (great curl enhancer) scrunched into wet hair in the shower. After I get out, I use Confident Coils and then that wonderful Spiralicious gel. It's a winning combo for me that lasts a few days, and I love that it's all fragrance free. I have wavy (2a-c) hair, medium to high porosity, medium to fine texture. I often add a little CurlKeeper Tweek cream hairspray for hold and volume at the root, and Ghost Oil on the ends. I am trying a lot of fun new Verb products thanks to your videos! Really appreciate that!

grinspoongirl: I've had eczema since I was a young kid. It comes and goes but I still haven't really figured out why it happens. Love you guys. ❤️

Belinda Angulo: Omg did I hear that right?!?!? When she was talking about fragrance I heard her say “from a formulators perspective” was that a hint? Is she....WORKING ON HER OWN HAIRLINE?!?!?!?!?!?

Annette Mead: This is my first comment on YouTube ever! Mell, you are an inspiration and you give me so much hope for my curly hair. You have basically introduced me to YouTube, and the last two weeks I have been watching all your videos! I've struggling with my curly hair for years (long, high porosity, fine and low density 3A/B curls), done so much wrong, and had a lot of hair density loss because I didn't know what my hair needed. You're making a difference in so many people's lives! Thank you!!!

kateri17: I've been using Seen since you guys first put this video up and I really love it. They just came out with a new Deeper Conditioner and it's GREAT for even my fine, but really dry greying hair. A little goes a long way with these products too, which makes the price more palatable.I long the curl cream too. Great stuff!

yensid: Thank you so much for this. It's nice to have options. I've mainly been using Jessicurl shampoo/conditioner since they offer all their products fragrance free. To anyone who can't seem to shake an itchy inflamed scalp I would recommend avoiding added fragrance/parfum in your shampoo & see if that helps.

Margo Steeden: Thanks for the great video, seesters! The 'flash drying' has happened to me on a few occasions - I too have coarse hair. Products that have caused this for me have contained aloe leaf juice or mango fruit extract - high up in ingredients list. But not all products containing these ingredients would cause flash drying in my hair, so it is definitely the formulation that is significant.

Becca Free: Can’t for the life of me get through a 33 minute video, but y’all’s matching outfits are super adorbs. The polka dots have Mell looking especially beautiful!! And Amanda looks like a cute kindergarten teacher!

Aneta Magneta: So excited to see some fragrance free products for curly hair!! Happy Texture Tuesday!! <3

Sarai Black: Thank you so much for this, I know that you were upset at not uploading the video you have planned but I literally squealed when I saw this weeks video. I haven’t been able to use fragrance free products for years and although I have tried many I’m always on the lookout especially for stylers. So thank you thank you for this video.

T H: Thank you for this! I ordered Seen based on your recommendation! I am curious what is in the Briogeo product that is not so great. It is my first fragrance free line so I don’t have anything to compare it with (yet) and would love some insight from you!

Veggie Queen: Thank you so much for this video! My skin very sensitive to fragrance/perfume and this has carried over to my new curl hair routine products. I’ll have to check these products out.

Paula: Thank You !! Every brand can and should product a "fragrance free" line that works. Frankly "fragrance free" is all I'm buying from now on.

Celeste: Thank you for posting this! I developed fragrance allergies while in quarantine and I had to get rid of all my skin care, hair products, and makeup. I am slowly buying replacements and it is taking forever since there are so few truly fragrance free products :(

Lanie R: Year round allergies here. Thank you! Both your hair looks extra great today!

Shalikka Jude: Ahhh love thissss I have a question! So I’m slowly transitioning into my natural curly hair and I find that the bottom of my hair is always frizzy and dry by the end of when I style it, but the top is always perfect (my hair is like Amanda’s). Any suggestions?? Btw love you guysss ❤️❤️❤️ you guys have been my source of inspiration for my curly hair journey ✨

V PVG: I usually love your videos that address brands and why it doesn't make sense for them to WANT to damage your body - but this one rubbed the the wrong way slightly. Its been proven time and time again that companies will use unsafe products in their merchandise. Johnson and Johnsons baby powder, asbestos, lead paint, roundup, DuPont Industries - the list of products that were knowingly poisoning their consumers is looong. I sincerely hope the Canadian experience is different than the USA and EU. Theres a netflix documentary series about how unaccountable brands are for the toxic garbage they can put in your clothing under loose regulations. The youth fashion brand Justice has been repeatedly busted for having illegal, toxic, carcinogenic additives in their childrens sleepwear. Dupont knowingly poisoned employees by giving them free cigarettes laced with carcinogens. They let pregnant employees continue to work with chemicals that they KNEW caused birth defects. They should have to disclose the ingredients 100%. It felt like you were supporting their right to keep ingredients hidden - and thats the only thing that bothered me I love your videos and I look forward to seeing more of your content in the future - but please stop acting like corporations are your friend. If human sacrifice improved profit, they'd be doing it.

Klára Ticháková: Amazing video, thank you ♥️ I am very fragrance sensitive. I usually start sneezing as soon as I put something scented in my hair. However, I used to cheat a bit, I simply could not resist using some products, even though they were fragranced... But now, being pregnant... All my former faves are my enemies. Anything even slightly parfumed makes me literally sick. Fragrance free products are life-saving!!!

Emma Swan: Hi Mel! I watched this video first time you posted and wanted to say I love it! Super informative and great product reviews ❤️

Kayla Putnam: Thank you so so much for this. I have an anaphylactic reaction to fragrance and can't go out in public without a filter mask (even before covid) My hair is naturally curly but I couldn't even find fragrance free shampoo and conditioner until very recently.

Dozey Mare: Ah, glad you got it sorted, you both work so hard to create the content that you do, that's really evident, thank you

Lydia Ann Foxley: I absolutely love watching your videos, not only are they educational and informative, they're funny and enjoyable in every way! Thank you both for making them! I have a question, I started my journey back to natural curls a few months ago and I've been trying to figure out whether my hair needs protein or moisture but I'm a little confused and I don't know if it is something else entirely but my hair feels very soft, lacks some definition and hold but it is also very frizzy. Is it just because I'm still getting to know my curls and what they need?

topaz171: This video helped me out alot! Recently I restarted my natural hair journey from scratch, and products I've used highly irritated my scalped causing uncomfortable burning. I'm not sure if it was the fragrance alone in it (which was super heavy), but whatever it was I immediately rinsed it and got rid of what I was using (which was creme of nature argon oil and carols daughter black vanilla if anyone wants to know). I do have eczema, so trying out fragrance free products would definitely benefit in more ways than one for me. Thank you so much for taking the time with sharing your honest reviews on these products!!

o0oTyPo0o: I got samples last week from SEEN. Iris was so kind to respond to my email so fast! She sent the FF shampoo and conditioner and the blow out cream. The cream I did not use, but the S & C.....I love!!!!!! I wish she had a sample of the curl cream.

Rebekkah Ray: Hey, Mell and Amanda! Love your videos!! They have changed the health of my hair completely! I was wondering though, do you have a pre-poo treatment? I'd love to see the video! Anyway, thanks so much for doing what you do for all of us. It's so appreciated! Thanks for your time! ❤️

Star 123: The coordinating polka dots are ADORABLE ! I used to dress up my daughters in matchy outfits and take their photos ALL THE TIME. They played along until the oldest one got tired of matching her little sister .

Cathy H: Thanks for doing this video. I have to be really careful, but I've found a few products with scents, but my son cannot seem to handle any fragrance without getting wide spread rashes. It's hard living with allergies.

To Pin or Not to Pin: Thanks for this video. I have asthma that gets set off by fragrance and have found hair products are the worst offenders when it comes to fragrance. Recently, I decided to let my wavy hair do it’s own thing (been straightening it for years) and had to change my routine. You are right! Fragrance free curly hair products are hard to find. I really appreciate your reviews and am going to try some of these products you’ve listed. Thanks!!!!

Remyredd007: Thank you for this! I don’t understand why they can’t make the EXACT same products…. Minus the added fragrance! Everything I have purchased in the past, leaves my hair feeling like straw…

K. N.: Love this thanks ! I needed to find a gel! A good fragrance free line for coily/curly/wavy is the s+c and styling cream by Lus brands.

Alex Rader: You know, it's frustrating. I've been on this journey to accept and style my naturally wavy/curly hair which means heavier products that my hair loves. Bad side... it gives me acne. I think I'm gonna try the seen line. Wish me luck!

Emily: Thank you for this video. I’d love more on them. I have Mast Cell Disease, basically it’s allergic to life. Fragrances are a major trigger for anaphylaxis for me. These help me not to waste more money or need more epipens.

Montecristo Travels: THANK YOU SO MUCH for this. I am VERY allergic so this ... this is like finding the holly grail. I have ordered. Stay tuned. (not as a silver fox ... to find a purple conditioner with no scent)

Maytal Silberberg: Thank you so much for this! I recently found out I have a limonene allergy and I am really struggling to find new products. I would love more videos like this! Perhaps a review of products from free and clear the inkey list? Also, what do you suggest to do in terms of clarifying / deep conditioning? Will the SEEN products suffice? Thank you again, beautiful seesters!!

PurpleRainLovee: i'm so happy you posted this!! i have migraine that gets triggered by strong scents, so this is amazing <3 what lip color are you guys wearing? they're so cute!

enigmaticdreams: I am super thankful for this video because I'm super sensitive to smells and some products are so overwhelming they make me nauseous! Thank you :)

Karina Yeager: I love fragrances but as I've gotten older my skin has gotten very sensitive to them :( to the point of getting rashes and burning my skin. :( so my laundry detergent is fragrance free, finding hair products that are fragrance free for curly hair is not easy! I look forward to trying these!

tia: This lack of affordable fragrance free products is the reason I decided to loc my natural curls. Earth science has the best fragrance free conditioner I've tried.

Sol: You seesters give us in depth info that’s so needed & helpful. Ty! You both look beautiful like always . Violet

Lindsay Coleman: So, I have hair that gets oily really quickly, so I try to use dry shampoos so I don't have to wash as often. Do you have any recommendations that work well and don't leave too heavy of a white cast?? Thank you! I live watching your videos, they have absolutely changed my curls!!
