How To Add Shine To Dull Hair | Professional Shine Treatment

Hey pros crystal here from elite haircare, usa. So today we are doing another professional treatment for you guys um on my client here who has short relaxed but very dense hair. So we are doing an elite shine, boosting conditioning treatment to her hair and we're going to start the process by shampooing, her hair. Of course, you always want to start with the warm water, and then you will clarify her. We are going to use our elite clarify shampoo. That will be restocking within the next couple of weeks. Super excited but of course, our goal is to cleanse her hair and her scalp gently and get up and get out any excess product from her hair and get her ready for the treatment shampoo. So let's talk a little bit about the elite shine, boosting conditioning treatment. This is a temporary shine, boosting conditioner it is. It does serve as a deep conditioner for the hair. It can be used, no matter if your natural relaxed high low medium porosity, curly straight whichever it does not matter you guys. This treatment is going to leave the hair with its natural glow or natural luster. It does not build up on the hair, it does not change the curl pattern in any way, shape or form, and it is extremely healthy for the hair and at the same time it can be paired with any shampoo of choice. You can do your pre-treatments whatever, but what it's going to do is give the hair the appearance of healthiness, even if the hair is healthy. If you already have color on your hair, it is going to enhance the shine on that color or, if you've never had a color on your hair, and you just want to enhance that shine on the hair. This is going to definitely be the treatment for you. So for her shampoo, i used our hair repair and restore sulfate free shampoo to shampoo her hair. As i said, with the shine boosting treatment, you do not have to use a specific shampoo or i'm not going to conditioner i wanted to, but you don't have to use a specific, shampoo or conditioner for this to work. Okay. So now what i'm going to do is towel dry, her hair and i am applying the shine, boosting treatment to her hair without gloves, because i wanted you guys to see that it is not something that is going to damage yourself your hands or your hair. Okay, this is a temporary treatment. It lasts anywhere between two and six weeks, and you can do it as often as you like you guys, okay, so what i'm doing is applying the treatment to her hair. It is not in the right bottle. Okay, that is my salon bottle that i'm using, but when you're doing this at home, it comes in a bottle already with a dispensing nozzle on it. So once i put the treatment on, i just went through and used a comb to comb through her hair and distribute the treatment all over her head. This is also a deep conditioner, so it is going to for um to work as a deep conditioner. All at the same time as being a shine treatment, so you do not have to do another deep conditioner with this process. Okay, so what i'm doing is just going through and just distributing the product through her hair, making sure that i get all of her hair, because i want everything to have that shine to it and then what i'm gon na do is put a processing cap on Her head put her under the dryer for 10 to 15 minutes, and now we are going back to the shampoo bowl. So now what i'm doing is rinsing her with cool water. Okay, no matter, if you are doing um the shine, boosting treatment or any conditioner, you always rinse with cool water, because this is a conditioning treatment as well. Okay, so once i rinse off the shine treatment, if the hair is still feeling a little too rough for your liking, you can condition again using our moist me mask or any one of our other conditioners, but in her case it was not needed now, for i Sprayed on a little bit of our hydra strength, leave-in conditioner. It also helps to detangle the hair and soften the hair, and now i'm just going to mold her to put her under the dryer. For the sake of this video, i wanted you guys to really see how well the shine boosting treatment works, so i am not going to be using any additional styling aids after her hair is dry. We are going to go straight from the dryer and the mold go directly into the curling of her hair. I did keep the camera on, so you guys could see me doing her mode. I did do some very loose large waves on her because i plan on doing a wave style anyway. So that's another reason why i kept filming this part of the video and also i'm using the elite. Silk wrap foam to do her mold. We did not do any form of relaxer or anything on her and let me just clarify a couple things with the shine, boosting treatment. You guys this treatment is a conditioning treatment. It is not a keratin, it has no form of chemical straightening to it. It will not alter the curl pattern. Let me say that again it will not alter your curl pattern. It will not add more damage to your hair. If anything, this treatment is going to give your hair the appearance that it is very healthy, that it has a beautiful luster and that the hair is in a very um put together state. In regards to that shine that you're going to see - and when i say shine, let me break it down when hair has a shine or a luster or a sheen. It is not shiny. Like a coin. Okay, it just has a glow to it. Okay, so that is exactly what this treatment does. It is going to put a nice glow on her hair. It is also going to give her a nice luster, which hair cannot shine. Naturally, you guys. Okay, hair has its own luster, of course, but most of the time when you see people walking around with this beautiful lustrous hair, that's usually a styling aid that they have placed on the hair outside of what they're doing. In this case, the shine treatment allows you to now have that luster on a regular basis, when you are doing your styling without having to add an additional product to make it have that luster. If that makes sense, i hope i didn't confuse anybody, but you will see exactly what i mean when it is time for us to curl her up, because that is where you see the magic happening. Once i put that heat to the hair that it has. This immediate luster to it now, let's say you're natural and you are not putting any heat to your hair. Then it's going to have a luster or a glow, but it's going to look kind of like where she is right. Now, where it has that mild luster and then you know you didn't really do anything else to it. But i want you guys to pay attention, because i am literally just blow drying her hair and even in the blow dry process, i started to see that luster on her hair already. Okay - and i haven't done anything so if you guys look at the hair, her hair already has that luster to it and all i'm gon na do now is go through and curl. Her now keep in mind you guys, as i said, i have not put any other products on her hair. I am literally curling her right after blow drying her, and i want you to pay attention to how that hair just sticks right off the head. In regards to the shine itself: okay, absolutely love! Love love, live this treatment. I'Ve done it to myself and i did it to a couple of other clients, because i wanted you guys to see the difference in the hair when we do the shine treatment rather than me, having to spray on additional product to give them that luster or that Temporary shine, so this is going to last over weeks rather than over minutes or even seconds or even days now. I won't say that this is a heat activated treatment, but it definitely has a plus to it whenever you're curling your hair, for those of you who um have shortcuts, or whatever you like to curl your hair, you like to press your hair. This is definitely going to make a huge difference as well in regards to the appearance of the hair, and i have not sprayed on any glossers. You know if you like, to use a little bit of hair grease. You want to use a little pomade or edge control.
