This it's a ten that shampoo that I talked about and this next product I'm about to talk about is a must-have when you have the condition that I had or when you have super super damaged, hair, hey guys! Welcome back to my channel your virtual ticket to Japan today, I'm going to talk about a topic that people have been requesting and requesting requesting, and I haven't had a chance to make it until today. So basically, this is all about my hair. I just wanted to make a quick announcement before I start this video. I am on patreon now a while back. I was doing it, but I was so busy with music and now I am not doing music any longer. So I'm focused on my channel and my blog. I made some room for my patrons again, so if you were interested in donating that will be in the link down below. So if you guys have been following me for a while about a year ago, I made a video about my hair, so I ended up getting telogen effluvium and what telogen effluvium is is when your hair starts to thin or fall out, because you are under a Lot of hormonal stress or just stress in general or medications, and then what can trigger it is a lot of hair dye and things like that. So, basically about a year ago, I was living in an apartment full of cockroaches, where I was to the point where I would see about 20 a day, and I couldn't sleep. I wasn't eating right. I wasn't healthy in general and because I was living in that situation. I was under a lot of paranoia and stress. I was spraying so many chemicals in my apartment to the point where I just felt sick. So I went to the doctor. I got blood tested, everything seemed to be fine, but because my hair was falling out at the root that suggested that I was under this kind of stress and in my situation it was causing telogen effluvium. According to the doctor, after I was diagnosed with that, I was scared because when you have telogen effluvium, some people just lose a ton of hair to the point where they look like they're balding and it's so scary to a woman when your hair is falling out And to this day, like my hair, is still thin, it's it's definitely thickened up, it's definitely getting back to normal, but it took about a year to start getting back to normal. I was under so much stress and panic from the fact that my hair was literally falling out like if I took a shower, and I ran my my hands through my hair and pulled chunks of it would come out now today. I'M wearing extensions and these extensions are from gsella so shout out to Zola. This is not sponsored, but I really wanted some extensions. I had some tapings before and they just destroyed my hair and it was a lot of maintenance, and I just I couldn't I couldn't deal with it anyway. I got these because I just felt beautiful again. I guess I don't know. As a woman, like you, it sucks when your hair thins out - and I do have some beef with Nalu salon - I'm not gon na even sugarcoat it, because everybody knows that I went there and I was sponsored by them a lot of the influencers that do go There do get their hair done for free, but I also liked how they did my hair in the beginning, and I I didn't have a problem with them, but I wanted to get extensions, so I got extensions, but none of the extensions matched my hair and he Did my hair and went platinum blonde, it looks really pretty. He did the highlights on the top. Instead of dyeing the whole thing. My whole scalp. I really liked, and the first time that my hair was done was great. The tapings were taken out professionally. Everything went really well. The second time I came back, I was like okay. Well, I need to get my roots touched up and I need to dye my hair again, so he put the dye on directly on my scalp on the top, which was confusing me because I was like thinking the first time we did it. We had highlights on the top, so I just trusted him that he knew what had happened. What we did before he never asked me or anything. I don't know if, like hair stylists, have like a record of like what they did to their clients hair, I guess I just assumed that he brought out the dye, the bleach and just dumped it on the top of my head and it looked so bad when It came out, but it was so super busy and that's the other problem that I had with the salon. As I was constantly waiting, it took like two hours to get my hair done and it usually takes like an hour. So so it sucked to just sit there wait and there was a time when it was so busy to the point where he just, I feel like he kind of forgot about me in the chair and my sculpt started burning. But I read online that some people feel pain or like burning when they get their hair done. So I thought everything was gon na be fine and he knew what he was doing. So I trusted him and then he wrists it out. My scalp looked really. Oddly blond, like it just didn't, look real and the other thing that I had a problem with was the fact that foreigners would come in and they wouldn't know how to speak. English and the fact that this salon is being promoted as an english-speaking salon was confusing. To me this one girl comes in and she's like. Well, I don't know what I want for my hair and like do you think this would look good and like asking me and they kept looking at me like I could translate what they wanted to express. I just oh, it was a stressful, it often happened and it was a very stressful time and that's lon, so I decided to quit using that's a lot. I feel, like the the bleach really triggered that telogen effluvium to happen, and so my hair was coming out. More and more and it looked like little ramen noodles were coming out of my head, so it was like a combination of breakage and hair coming from the roots and it was just a nightmare, and so I am NOT going back to Nalu salon. I go to OneWorld salon now and that's in Izapa juban in Japan, I'll link that down below, if you guys, are interested, there's a girl there named Kay who does blonde hair super well. This salon actually takes English lessons every once in a while or I think, every week or something like that. They all have a meeting after work and they study English and I think that's really awesome that they do that, because it really helps them connect with customers and everything. I always have such a relaxing experience. I just I just love that salon, so I always go there now. That'S all I'm gon na say so. That'S my story. Um today, I'm gon na tell you what I did to get back to normal. My hair is no longer coming out in chunks. It still comes out. My hair is always falling out a lot, but it's been back. It'S gotten back to that normal state, where it was like how it was before, and I'm gon na say it took about eight months for the chunks to stop falling out. After that, it took like another almost enough year for it to get back to start getting back to normal. So it's a very slow process. If you have this condition - and it's not gon na get go away like in an instant, the one thing that you need to do is to stay calm, which is the hardest thing to do, because stress can really make it fall out faster and how I knew It was starting to fall out or more hair was starting to fall out was, I would feel tingling on my scalp and then I knew that those hairs were gon na just start coming out. It was awful guys. It was awful like I'm really lucky to have these extensions um. I'Ve always wanted some, and I think this is the safest option, especially like these are so lightweight. So it's not gon na ruin your hair okay. So I'm gon na go through what I used products. Japanese and American products, one particular product that I'm going to talk about in this video - that really 100 % brought my hair back to its natural state, and it is a Japanese product and I'm going to share that with you today. I used some of my normal everyday shampoos, but I didn't use it quite as often as this stuff, which I actually purchased this for the third time. It'S called. If I can hold it up, it's called hair rescue, thickening treatment. It has biotin b-complex and caffeine and zinc in it. It volumizes and controls itching and flaking, because I have some dandruff so and Sarat a little bit of psoriasis on my scalp. So this helps for noticeably thinning hair. It cleans your hair very well. It doesn't have a scent to it, which is little weird cuz. I usually like the sense, but this one doesn't smell like anything, it's strictly for thinning hair, and this has done wonders for my thinning hair, because I think I feel like this is part of the reason why my hair has started to grow back. I started to see baby hairs after I used. This shampoo also didn't use heat products and, if I did have to blow-dry my hair, I would wait to the very end where it was like almost dry and then just kind of put it on low. My hair dryer on low and then dry it I tried to cut off as much of the blonde and bleach that I had before it sucked because I loved my long hair. So I like wanted to cry when she was cutting my hair. I was in such panic mode when I went to the salon. She'S like it's. Okay, don't worry, I'm gon na help, you fix it! So sweet four conditioners, so my parents had sent me like a zillion hair product, and this is the F og serious care and protection balancing moisture. I only use this from this this brand because it really really helps with balancing the moisture in my hair and putting that moisture back into my hair cuz. You want to moisturize your hair. I used coconut oil for a while. I slept in coconut oil. I put it on my hair before I went to bed and I wrapped it up with like a towel or you can wrap it up with saran wrap. There'S lots of videos online that I checked out to make sure I was doing it correctly. Did that for like every week for a few months, so I would put this on the ends to add protein. What you really want in your hair is protein, so any products that had protein in it is something that I bought. So I used this and then there are two other treatments that I use and I use those once a week as well in the beginning, and I will show you which ones I use. I would do a treatment a week whether it be coconut oil, no coconut oil choose between the two, so coconut oil, or this is from Japan. I don't know if they have this anywhere else, it's by the brand LaBelle and it's rice protein. They also have egg protein conditioners, so this is like a treatment. / conditioner that you put in your hair. You leave in for a few minutes, and then you rinse them out rinse it out what it looks like it comes in a small bottle. This is pretty expensive, but it definitely helped bring my hair back to life. The other thing I have is was sent for my family. It'S a beta damage, remedy intensive, restrict restructuring treatment. So this is what I used every once in a while. How much protein can be bad, so I just use the treatment as my protein products moisturized fo g4 moisturizer, and then that shampoo that I mentioned before. Okay, as for conditioner, besides the fo G, I would sometimes use Tsubaki. I you can get this online in the states like Tsubaki extra moist conditioner. They also have a shampoo, the two, but I'm still using this, and this lasts forever and it's super cheap in Japan. So I use this to moisturize my hair as well, and I only put that on the end, this product, if had to recommend like out of all the products that I used for moisturizing and getting my hair back to health with damage, I would highly recommend it's A 10 it's a 10 miracle, leave-in product, so it repairs, dry, damaged, hair, adds shine, detangles controls, frizz seals and protects hair color prevents split, ends, stops hair breakage, creates silkiness, enhances natural body, Flatiron spray and thermal protection. It is a miracle like this product is one of my favorite products. I highly recommend it. I ordered this online from America, so it's kind of expensive but worth every penny. It'S almost gone. Actually, I'm like down to here with it I sprayed it after I got out of the shower, ran my fingers through my hair. Let my hair dry. It was soft and beautiful. It is the best product. Okay, so there's a specific oil in Japan. You can, I think you can get it on Amazon yeah. It actually says on here that you can get it on Amazon. Put a little picture here, and this stuff is great because it's not super oily. So after I did like it it's a 10. I would put some a little bit of the Camilla hair oil at the ends to repair the split ends. This would definitely help bring my hair back to life as well highly recommend this. It'S moisturizer for your skin, your face and your hair. It'S great oil. This stuff is super popular in Japan. So there's no like extra weird ingredients in it or anything like that. So it's only $ 16.99. Super cheap goes a long way lasted me for a couple months. So now there's one more product that I really want to talk about and it is called Shiseido, hair added, novel, add an innovate. I can't wow these words add an OP it'll scalp essence. So this stuff, this stuff, is great. It'S by Shiseido. I think you can get it online. You can get it on Rakatan, which is kind of like the Amazon of Japan. This stuff was great as well. It stimulated my hair growth, 100 %. This is when I started actually noticing baby hairs, as well as that shampoo. That I use you just take the spray you can use it in damp, hair or dry hair, and you just spray it on different parts of your head of your scalp and you massage it. I wouldn't use all these products ever like. I would switch between the two every other day, so don't think you have to use all of these products at once, but yet you would massage this in your head and it's supposed to be soothing and stimulate the hair growth process. This it's a 10 that shampoo that I talked about and this next product I'm about to talk about is a must-have. When you have the condition that I had or when you have super super damaged hair, it is by the brand Wawa's a --. Now I don't have the actual product anymore, because I used it all up, but I'll put a picture here and you can get this anywhere. I thinking I think I got it on the actual website, but it's a Japanese formula that is meant to grow back your hair, like it's meant to really stimulate that hair growth and this stuff is absolutely disgusting. I'M just gon na say that it's gross, but it's it works hundred-percent and things that aren't the most comfortable and usually are the most gross, are probably the things that are gon na help you the most now I'm gon na, say in this product. There is only a few types of seaweed, so the actual ingredients are is seaweed, it's just seaweed or different types of seaweed, mixed into a powder and that powder you put in a container or a glass container, and you put in some hot boiling water. Let it cool a little bit mix it up, don't put it on your head when it's boiling hot and then you can mix it with your shampoo different ways to use it. It says in the booklet that comes with it, I would mix it with the shampoo that I bought from herb and then I put in my hair. Let it sit and then I would rinse it out it smelled absolutely horrible, like it was the worst smell ever once you rinse it out, you're, not gon na smell, but when I was putting in my hair it smelled. So don't worry about the stink. It'S actually not gon na smell, like that, when you can't have a shower, but I used it religiously every single day and once you mix it up, you can put it in a container of your own and then put it in the fridge. Don'T forget to put it in the fridge. There was one time I put it in a small bottle left it in my shower and it smelled so bad, there's, no other great ingredients and it's seaweed so put it in the fridge. But that stuff was the saving. Grace for my hair to come back to its normal state, the stuff for the hair is about $ 30, but it lasts a very long time. It'S like haier detox. So I highly highly highly highly recommend this as your number one product to get when you have telogen, effluvium or extremely damaged hair. Try to get your vitamins in. Naturally, I really highly recommend. But if you need to up anything, go to your doctor and find out what you need more of what I use is the stress B, complex vitamins, also Omega threes, definitely recommend those vitamin D very important. I didn't use so much biotin like I didn't really think it helped me that much. I used a one-a-day vitamin, of course, and probiotics so yeah. I would check with your doctor I'm not a doctor. So please go to the doctor. That'S very important! Get blood tested to make sure it's not, but something serious, which is what I did. I will dry your hair, Pat it down. Don'T rub your hair or anything like that, be very, very cautious. When you do do your hair don't be worried if the hair salon blow dries her hair, I let her blow dry, my hair and everything like that, and it actually got rid of all the hair that was gon na fall out. Anyway, it's less traumatizing because for a few days after I got my hair done, I wouldn't see any fallout. I hope that this has helped people out there that have had has had this kind of condition is pretty traumatizing, not gon na lie. Telogen effluvium is temporary as long as he can control it so control your stress practice, good hair habits and yeah you'll be fine. So I hope you guys like this video. I'M always active on there, especially Instagram, so you guys can find all of that down in the description below and yeah. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them down below and I'll see you guys in the next video bye

KamanGround: I went to Nalu because of all the youtubers that had awesome experiences there. When I went, I felt so unwelcomed. He was super busy and didn't really care about me. I wasn't even impressed with my cut. Definitely, would not consider going back.

Sarah t: your hair is falling and dying and you get it bleached?? why

Hoigwai: It's upsetting for men too, everyone thinks that guys just deal with it cause its normal but we get angry that our hair thins and we go bald. I'm glad you found a solution.

Aleen R: Hydrolyzed Collagen powder is really really good for hair, nails, skin and joints. Your hair will grow faster and fall out less. I would recommend Marine or Bovine collagen, there’s also poultry and porcine. I take 1-2 tablespoons a day, I mix it with tea. You should read some reviews on iherb or amazon and do your own research yourself. It only took 2 weeks to start to see my nails growing faster and stronger. ❤️❤️❤️

Nicholas Klouda: I went through a particularly rough break up (3 years) and was starting an incredibly stressful semester and moved as well and recently started losing my hair and was really--really stressed but your story and journey have really helped calm me down. Thank you.

Anna M: Do you have an update on your hair situation? I'd love to know. I was looking for this video as I found it helpful last year or so

Kyla Noble: Thank you Thank you Thank you for this. Literally since coming to Japan, I have been losing mass amounts of hair and I thought it was maybe because of water quality and or something. So I will ask a doctor and I'm happy to know this isn't just a me problem. It isn't quite what you described -- it feels like my hair roots are just really shallow now. If I run my hands through my hair, then I get a bunch of hairs all over (not all in one location) that just pop out at the root. If anyone has experience with this, please please give me advice because I'm low key freaking out. PS I wouldn't say Nalu is a great "English speaking" salon.

PREPFORIT: Great Info. As a Guy I never really thought twice about my hair but I also experienced / had Telogen Effluvium I was on a dialysis machine for many Years till I finally had a Kidney transplant. Yep = Mega stress. Thank You so much for the Info about different products. This guy watched the whole Video.! + Your Hair looks Super Healthy and If you did not mention Extensions I would Never of guessed.

Trinity Reisinger: Over the past year I’ve lost about half the thickness of my hair, because of celiac disease. So this gave me some hope that my hair will come back

Rumeysa Nur Ercan: Gosh, my problem, I couldn't solve it for years and I'm tired of it. I've got to the point that I don't care anything at all, not my weight, not my hair, not my clothes. I guess I've lost my life energy. :(

Kelly Morita : For those of you who are wondering. The salon I went to isn't bad for everyone. I just had unpleasant experiences and refuse to continue promoting something I don't like. I sacrificed getting my hair done for free (keep in mind in Japan...getting your hair done is expensive) to move on to something I am happy with instead of lying to myself and my audience. I will always promote places and products I LOVE and be honest. But, there are influencers who have been going there for a long time and love them and others who quit just like me. It's all preference and what you experience! :D

Victoria Rawski: i’d love to see a video on your hair tutorial for this look (curling/ styling)! ps i love all your videos!!!

Michelle Lilley: Thank you for your honestly about Nalu! Your hair looks beautiful now!

Jasmine Lee-Yaw: I was watching an ad about hair, I thought that was the video.

FlyingMonkies325: Stuff with Argan oil is also good for hair thickening and also it helps your hair grow faster so i would recommend try using that as your regular shampoo, you could just get the oil too and put it in your hair i've seen a few things about it even men using it to help thicken and grow their hair and it works really well.

Sharday Cota: Is your hair still falling out

Chie Tk: Omg 10 mins Leave-in conditioner is the best!!

obsidian: Thank you so much for talking about this. I felt very alone. I ordered a couple of the things you talked about and here is hoping they work to bring my hair back!

Jessica Ortman: Dang dude messed up your hair. Your beautiful glad you're scalp and hair are healing.!

Soyolchimeg Baasan: Thanks a lot♥️ I think I have same condition I’m happy to try out your product. Hope for the best ✨

V P: With that much info, you should write a book. You look great, as always.

shermanowney1971: So beautiful and gorgeous

Sophia Larkin: I also felt the tingling

オートミールIlikeoatmealmorethanyou: Those extensions match your hair so well and they look so lovely!!! also, it’s a 10 leave in conditioner is literally a godsend

RandomIsMyLif3: Yup the tingling and itchy hot feeling before a shed was the worst...mine was a stressful job and anorexia recovery shocking my body..as a anorexic for 3 years my hair thinned out a little..but when i went into refreeding syndrome in may 2017..my hair fell out in clumps at the end of august 2017. .hair takes 3 months to shed after a shock or trauma to the body. ..i regret not going inpatient...i gave up mybed because i thought i could recover vegan at home

Vicky Gazerock: Thanks so much for this!

Kayla: I love it’s a 10 leave in. I use that on my super curly, coily hair when I went to blow dry it. It’s a good extra layer of heat protectant. I also love that cameila hair oil. I used that on my face too when I lived there. Honeyce has a really good treatment for damaged hair. I used that to help get my curls back and I am going to stock up on it when I go back to japan in a few days. I understand the stress-induced hair loss. I definitely had that senior year of high school. My hair was noticeably thinner compared to the year before and ya taken a while to get it thicker and to deal better with stress. My hair is as thick as it was, but it’s getting there. Losing hair is stressful.

Raven M: Some salons do keep a record. My friends kept a record in her small salon here in the US. For salon stylists: I know it’s tedious but it really is important to keep a record for regular clients. We aren’t experts. It can be difficult to explain what you did the last time. But it’s good because it helps with consistency and it’s a simple reminder. That way you don’t have to remember too much either, especially if a client hasn’t been in for a while.

Ivonne vargas: Samething happened to me in a salon and now im terrified to trust. They distroyed my hair and said they didnt touched my whole hair just my roots

D Lee: I'm writing this for any other late comers. Thank you so much for doing this video for anyone suffering with this head, hair condition & stress in their lives !! The hair is a woman's most prized possession ! So I hope this helped many out there !! And thanks for those of us who just need a good hair strengthener or moisturizer ! ♥️‍♀️

Classykisses: I’ve had a lot of stress, surgeries that contributed to my telogen issues, etc etc.But I know your pain I had an apartment infested with thousand legs and It was a nightmare.

Kristin PM: Hey girl I have had some hair issues too. Viviscal has saved my hair. Look into it I’m moving to japan in January! I’d love to meet up! I found your channel a few months ago ☺️

D Astantine: Nice BGM when you just start to talking about the products Haha, it reminds me of my childhood because it sounds like the background music of some old pixel games that I used to play when I was still a kid. Have you chosen the bgm yourselve hah, it is relaxing and appeals to me XD

Nadra Abdalla: She looks like Nancy from stranger things

Aneta eS: Hi, I know this is one of your old videos, but Thank you for that! This is very helpfull!Stress is a Main reason why my hairs are falling...

Lisa Gardner: I have telogen effluvium too ans it’s been two years I also have seb derm so I’m dealing with that on top of the te , what did you do for the te

Гарик: I already commented about Nalu in your previous video about them, but it's amazing how similar our experiences were. It's baffling how they advertise themselves as an English-speaking salon, while the main guy in there leave alone the rest of the staff only understand very basic English. I came there after watching countless sponsored videos on You Tube and hoped to get a consultation, but the dude wasn't helpful at all, seemed really uninterested and also asked another client to translate what I was trying to convey into Japanese. They kept going back and forth between several people and just left me there in the chair waiting for their famous treatment to be performed on me (without a good explanation on what it does and how it's different from their other treatments) without saying anything substantial. I ended up under so much stress that it made me cry and I just left. Now I'm happy I never ended up getting my hair done by them.

Shimizu Yui: I love your voice... Thank you so much for the suggestion!!!!!!

Reza Lah: im using kino hair treatment to prevent psoriasis and its damn totally working out.

katarina: This is my 3rd video of yours I'm watching today. I relate to you so much! I also had a very similar experience.. 2 full bottles of volume 40 bleach directly on my scalp for way longer than the recommended amount of time. 6 years later, and my hair is okay. It's still not where it was pre-incident.. but the road to recovery is a long one. It's sad that we must do our own research, and cannot trust "professionals."

Rebecca O'Farrell: I’ve been living in japan for 3 months now and have experienced a lot of hair breakage and hair loss... I also find that the shampoo here really dries out my hair. Has anyone else experienced this or can help? I’ve been using hair masks but hasn’t really helped

Cathryn Peters: Please be careful to all of us all ladies to brand on japan my hair is so hurt now

Francine Pereira: Hi! I live in Japan and had the same problem with my hair. I started to use Uruotte Essence, massaging the scalp with it after washing my hair, and it reeeally helped! (It sells at Tokyo Hands) But as you said, it's a process, I still have some problem... I will definitely gonna try the Shiseido Scalp Essence. Tks for sharing :)

nurulabdullah90: still battling with t.e since my sister passed away in 2017..so depressed & so much money & effort wasted..feels like giving up every single day..

Ola Kraszewska: Oh baby.... that flat situation must have been a hell!! I can't imagine living in such conditions. Thanks for the hair product tips. My hair is the same length from years.... it grows but it crumbles so much from heat and chemical damage that I'm putting it through - duh!

Saima Younas: Where is the link?? Any one can guide me please??

Valérie Pic: Thank you very much for sharing! Do you think it would help for ezcema? It's very tough for me to treat it since I have long hair and I can't seem to find something what hydrated my scalp enough... Anyway thanks for the video :)

Suzanne Tol: This was really helpful. I've have noticed I'm losing a lot of hair when I take a shower, with shocked me a bit. So I will try to see if I can get my hands on some of this products. I do love shiseido products. I use a lot of their makeup and facial products, so those should be easy to get in my local stores. Thank you for this lovely video!

Hang Tuah: Yik, I am so frightened of cockroaches as they are dirty and smelly when squashed.

Mary Reynolds: I love “it’s a 10”!! Anyway, how do you know if you use too much, or my products I use daily have too much protein? Hope that makes sense..lol Anywho...I know this is an older video, I was actually looking for a video all about the hair. My hair is down to my butt, I want the ends to look great! I know it a 10 will make my hair look great, but it’s good to switch from time to time. Peace

PRITI SHARMA: How much time it took for tingling and scalp.pain to go completely?

Aleen R: Are you going to grow out your natural hair colour?

kalisteau: :O when you doodoo your hair??? what doo you mean? hehe... nice video thank you for sharing

Ms. Understand Japan: First, I think you're really brave to openly talk about problems you've had with your hair. I feel like a lot of women might be too embarrassed to openly point out that they've had hair loss. Second, I'm so sad to hear that you problems with NALU. :( I've always had positive experiences, but I've only gotten the straight perm and a cut. They always ask me what we did last time when I come in, and the woman who does my hair speaks English fluently (it does seem that when foreigners come in she often gets pulled away from me to consult with them in English, so maybe not all of the workers are fluent in English).

Bappa Biswas: Are you consutent?

Avanna Ellormie: Where is the blanket from tho I’m happy that your hair is better and this is very helpful for me :)

Miki Honoka: Just sent this to my roommate who is having a similar experience that you did. She can't visit her doctor because it's expensive so I remembered you speaking about your hair before and told her about you.

Tea Tea Oh: You look amazing! Love your makeup by the way. and thanks for keeping it honest in your videos :)

Angry Dalish Elf: I think a good salon in Japan for you would be hayato! I go to hayato in nyc for my Japanese hair straightening but the stylist who did my hair, daisuke, he moved to japan so you would be able experience his amazingness. But the salon in nyc is really nice and the hair stylist are the best I’ve come across.

Anna M: I feel you. Thank you for your tips. I will try out the sea weed thing. What helped me so far is indeed what you mentioned! I took vitamin D (first, 20.000 I.U. every day for a week, then weekly, not kidding), omega 3 and a vitamin b complex and I would say, after a year I saw a real difference. The tingling for me was a sign that new hair was growing! The little small hair looked like a "halo" or like I haven't brushed my hair, it stood all up but I loved it cause it meant, new hair was growing back

Luna M: I know who she reminds me of! Katy perry

D. Ghost: 557

karineekg: Biotin is a B vit. Which is probably why you didn't see a difference when taking on its own, you were already getting some in the complex. So your body was just flushing out the excess

Roxanne Dare: Yeah I went to Nalu because so many youtubers liked it and said it was good. I got my hair permanently straightened and I had to wait like almost 3 hours because the lady would just walk away and do something else even though there was about 5 workers and 3 costumers including me. Like 3 weeks later I had come back to America and my hair was no longer straight, even though I would blow dry it or brush it after showering it just curled again smh waste of my money

AM T: Don't sleep with the any oil, it will increase the dandruff in your hair.

Akira Sato: It's better to ask someone who is fluent in Japanese when you need to talk to hairstylists or doctors about detailed things. I went to hair salons with my foreign friends to tell hairstylists how they wanted to get their hair done. They are a few Japanese who can understand your English perfectly here in Japan.

Aelia Z: I had problems whit my hair falling and some psoriasis on my scalp, also my hair is really thin and tends to break. One thing that worked for me is henna, not the colored kind, just the natural one. I use Nupur brand which also contains other herbs and the results are amazing, my hair gets thicker and falls a lot less, also now I have less psoriasis and my roots are less grassy, while my hair ends are softer and hydrated. But henna won´t be for everyone because it is somewhat messy to apply and also colors your hair, for brunettes and dark hair puts some reddish/dark orange shine, but for blond hair it will make your hair kind of orange. I know there is neutral henna that is supposed to have no color, but never tried... :D

S k: Hi Kelly. Thanks for the video. I have TE past 6 months and its really depressing. Your TE slowed down after how many months and did it slow down gradually or stopped suddenly. Your answer would help.

Crystal Miller: I know I'm a month late to this but I really want to know which conditioner is your everyday conditioner. I watched a few times and got a little confused as to which you use. Is it the Aphogee everyday and sometimes switch to Tsubaki?

coconutpanda: Thank you so much for sharing this! I have this condition also - mine is caused by medication and I'm sure it is exacerbated by stress. I was told that once my medication dosage was stabilized, my hair would grow back. It did eventually stop falling out in clumps, but it has never grown back. I will definitely try some of these products.

Jenna Chan: I am going to have to check out some of these products. Thank you for sharing what you all used ^-^ I started having a host of health issues 3 years ago and my hair is starting to coming back, but it could still use more love! Stay beautiful ❤ inside and out!

Kate D: Thanks for the info-I have very oily fine thinning hair, with some dandruff and psoriasis. I’m definitely ordering myself some of that shampoo! I really want to get some body back.

miguelv: I know this was last year's but did you color your hair while you have the Telugen? Did you notice more hair loss after doing that?

Jenny Silver Japan IRL: Your hair looks great and you’re so kind/brave for talking about what happened. Gonna buy EVERYTHING now lol! How often do you wash your hair? (If you don’t mind me asking)

Que Sera Sera: Oh my i had the same experience with a salon as well that seem to triggered this telogen effluvium that i have been experiencing now. Its been 2 years already actually

Sophia Larkin: You have been miss informed. It’s not at all trigged by hair dye. It’s relate to stress and/or diet, or even mediation or an operation.

Mei Chen: I can relate to your hair loss. Everytime I go in the shower my hair can be falling out so much it can form of a fur ball. I'm hoping this shampoo would work on me because I mostly tried out American shampoos.

Melissa Allen: Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't know what to do. My hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?

Candece: I think the key to all of these is to take care of your scalp. Dry triggers (weather, hormones, hair dye or even a change in shampoo) it all grows back. Keep trimming your hair every 6 weeks. I use John Frieda Frizz Ease Daily nourishment leave in conditioner. Spray bottle easy to use and does not weight my hair down. I have very fine hair. I just had a fall out. WORST one so far in my life but have big stress and bad hormone balance right now (menapause) so I'm scarred on how it will turn out. I see a lot of old ladies with thin hair and I don't want that. Ugh!!!

Bappa Biswas: Hi

Har Shani: please tell which doctors are good in japan to go and consult hair problems.

cimajeen Vet: Actually Funori is the last thing people imagine it for hair treatment O_o As you mentioned it is edible seaweed and essentially carrageenan so must be very safe. I have an experience of harvesting it at the seashore and cook it. Yes, it smells somewhat weird^^; I am really surprised that you can buy Funori products in Japan these days. Goooood information, thx!

Kelly Morita : ALSO! You can get all these products on Amazon in the links below! Even the Japanese ones!

Hanii: Watching this over a month after but it’s a 10 massively saved my hair too. I have very thin hair but I love coloring it. The It’s a 10 product got my hair through VERY rough times. Going to try that natural shampoo (i have eczema on my scalp and am still looking for a solution bleh! But we will get there!!!!). Thanks for the awesome recommendations!!! :) I’m so happy you have been able to save your hair.

Chiyubelle: Hey Liz think the girl you mentioned was me don't know if you remember me? I am sorry if I stressed you out asking for your help when I went there >_<

Unholy_ Child: Ppl in 2020 trying to do a glow up bcuz 2021 is almosg6jear yet u didnt do a glow up yet cuz u dont trust urself

Sophia Larkin: Hair dye is not a trigger!!!

Donski Dons: I really needed to see this...I am a new mother after having my daughter i had the contraceptive injection and wasnt told that a common side effect to the injections is alopecia. I was just told that it could give you migraines and mess with your cycle and a little hair loss is possible. Anyway combined with postnatal hormones and the injection my hair has been falling out like yours by the sounds of it. I became frightened to wash or even brush it. Now the injections is out of my system i can see baby hairs growing again. I am going to try this product you have recommended. it is sp upsetting when you have nice hait and then it falls out. Your hair is looking really good :) Anyway thank you for this....ive reached out to so many hairdressers on here and none have responded. Xxx

Hisham Safuan: Hi Kelly, want to ask whether do you experience any bumps on scalp?

Vi: I’m so grateful for this video!! Glad to hear your hair is doing well. I tweeted you back then like super emotional over this, lol. My hair is still thin. Over the last couple weeks I’ve been staring at other women’s hair and just getting jealous. I’m trying to get my hair to grow back with supplements, (b12, d3, probiotics, barely biotin, some collagen) minoxidil, special shampoos, and maaan Im just tired. It’s been a year now and I’m not seeing improvement (yet!) and my hair has never been thinner. I think I’m ready for extensions. How much were they for you? Is that okay to ask? lol Thank you for hair recommendations!!! ❤️ I used to love the it’s a 10 product too but it made my hair so oily so fast. :( I’m going to get the seaweed stuff ASAP!

joyjo: The cockroach thing is horrible! I lived in one that was full I could not sleep either! We had to use those raid bombs and leave the house. Then we found the best solution which was to seal ALL cracks and plugs and use stoppers in the sinks and tub we also used this powder and it killed them all they never came back also keep the place cold but yeah I can see how that stressed you out

AM T: I recommend using virigin coconut oil + egg (both Yolk and white ) mask every week/two weeks. It will do wonders. Bet anyone if doesn't work. Remember only to use a mild shampoo(Daily usable shampoo/Baby shampoo) to wash off the mask, it will remove the Yolk smell from your hair. Yolk contains proteins so, don't avoid it. It is important to grow your hair back. Egg White does a conditioning to your hair.

Christina Jones: How do you know which product helped your hair if you’re using like 10 different ones?

maribel reyes: When your hair was as its worse, did hair conditioner increase your hair loss in the shower?

Mudo: Okay if any of you guys are going through Telogen efluvium (T.E) then you have to know that T.E is not caused by hair dyes.. it's triggered internally from our body. Like if you have severe stressful episodes or physical traumas or injuries or vitamin deficiencies or problems with your gut or malabsorption or celiac disease then it can result in T.E efluvium. Hair dyes do not trigger T.E, what she said was misinformed.

JuliAna Beautiful: Not to be rude are you wearing extensions

siti fatimah mustapha kamal: "it's super cheap in Japan" urgghhh.. It's not in malaysia.. But still affordable tho for someone employed... Since i am still a fresh grad, tsubaki is my dream brand shampoo.. Crying on my bed.. T^T

Ivegotsometeahere Dontspititdrinkitlikealady: I downrated this vid because you dont even show the ingredients. Maybe you should start to check chemical substances not to buy some random experiments. I wouldnt recommend this video to anyone.
