Finding Vendors For Your Business-Part 2|Start Your Own Hair Care Line & Cosmetic Brand In 2020 Ep.2

Previously on the boss, queen series, hello and welcome back to my channel, my name is vanessa and if you're new here welcome to my channel and welcome to episode 2 of boss queen series how to start your own hair care line and cosmetic brand in 2020. In this video, i'm going to show you where you can find cosmetic packaging labels and bottles for your cosmetic brand or hair care huh do where can you find bottle packaging labels for your products, your cosmetic brand, for your business, for the packaging for anything? So, first off, if you did not see the first video i kind of gave you guys a surprise, i am, i created a website, a network where people who are following the boss, queen series and they're starting their own online business. Obviously, like i said, i have it on the beauty packaging hub as where i find my pack my stuff, but it's because i source those products, but i source those products from china, okay, so for bottle packaging i always go to aliexpress. I usually find everything that i need from aliexpress when it comes to my bottles and my packaging. They have so many beautiful styles like if you have a lip gloss line, you can find so many cool, unique lip gloss, designed bottles. If you have like a haircare line - and you need bottles like you know, twist tops if you want gold. If you want a um, you know a cylinder. If you want a what do you call those a bullet like they have so many different options on aliexpress? I always go there for bottles and packaging. If you can't wait the 15 days shipping or like now, because coronavirus the month shipping for those products, you can source them on amazon, but as well as with coronavirus, you're, not getting anything really in two days, shipping you're getting it in about a month. So when it comes to suppliers - and if you, if you can't um source from overseas from like china or something you can source from the us, so all these suppliers i'm going to share with you today, are from the us. So the first one would be us plastic corpse now i don't know how i feel about me even sharing with you, because i literally just placed an order for some bottles that we needed for the curly queen kit and because of coronavirus. I understand things are taking longer, but i mean two weeks went by and i reach out to them to see when the order would be planning to ship. So i can decide what i needed to do. They told me that my order was on back order and that they weren't getting in the items until august, it's april like fourth or something so i was like. Are you kidding me? How come you say that your products on your website are in stock when other products say they're out of stock? But you left this on saying: there's no stock. When i ordered it and then my orders on backorder not till august, you don't even notify me and then, when i go onto your website to see if it really is out of stock, it says it's in stock, so that means people are still probably making orders. Thinking they're going to get it in maybe two weeks a month, but no they're not getting it until like the end of summer going on to there. That was the first time i actually ordered from them, and so far i haven't had any good things to say and that's just because chrome rowers probably, but they are a website where you can find pretty much any packaging that you want and you can usually buy Them in like single quantities, whereas other places you buy them in, like you know, six 10, 25 50 100 units so really just depends on your business and how much you know, products and things that you need so the other products, the other websites is called juvedes Mo yo natural labs, grand perfumes and beauty calm, so all these websites, which i'm just you know showing you guys what they look like right now. I found all of them from amazon so, like i told you guys when it comes to aliexpress in the first video like messaging, your suppliers, this goes with amazon. So if you see something packaging or anything on amazon - and you like that product and you don't need it in two days - i would go straight to that supplier or that store and amazon and try to find their contact, information or their website and try to order From their website, because most likely they can give you a wholesale rate, they can discount it for you, if you need more, so always do that, because all these four um brands that i just mentioned, i found them through amazon, but i purchased through their website and Sometimes like through invoices, because they give me discounts, so i always recommend doing your research. Not just saying this. Is it and this is it always try to dig a little deeper and try to always save your money like if you can save like 10 to 50? That adds up in the end, so highly recommend doing that when it comes to trying to find your supplier a couple other places where you can also find packaging, which is kind of like the us plastic corpse, is sks packaging, packaging options, direct and berlin packaging. So i've never ordered from these packaging stores before, but i know that they are, i think, i'm pretty sure they are u.s suppliers kind of like the us plastic corps. I think you can order a lot of these websites with single units. Some of them. You need really high moqs, so you got to do your research, but i just gave you a bunch of places where you can start getting your packaging. Remember, though, if you reach out to me through my email down below, i will be able to help you out when it comes on into sourcing the bottles, so that i can help you. You know not have to do all the research, because i do have a supplier and have pretty much access to any type of bottles and, last but not least, a really big one for like tools so like packaging supplies. This comes down to like bubble, mailers boxes. Anything that you literally need to ship or even bottles. Sometimes they have. You - can check out uline.com um. I used to order my boxes from them before i got the customized curly queen kit. I just would get the white boxes from them. They are really amazing because you get two days: shipping, their prices are pretty pretty good, so check them out when it comes to anything like bubble, mailers or any like bulk uh shipping products that you would need to actually put your products in to send to your Customers another place where you can go and get free shipping supplies is the usps website. There is a bunch of flat rate envelopes and boxes that you can get for free to ship products for your business as far as customized boxes or boxes that i use for my curly queen kit, i use boxup.com um here. You can see kind of like a design that i used from their database. It was like a template and i just changed the colors and added some more customization, but i really love box up. I'Ve been ordering from them for a couple months now and because i use crate joy with my subscription box business, i get like a three to five percent discount. Always so that's pretty amazing um and i will be making a video about all different type of marketplaces and places where you can be hosting and selling your products. So look out for that. I think that's going to be the next video we'll be like which type of website platform you should have, but i also get my product labels, as you guys saw in the beginning of the video i get. Those royalty, curls labels from a label company called leapin lizard labels, they're right here on the video as well. So their labels are pretty amazing. They do pretty much any size if you reach out to them the way it works with them. Is you reach out to them for a quote and you send them your um, your artwork they'll. Send you back a proof and then you confirm it and they'll give you an invoice and then you just pay for it and then it's all ready to go. I'Ve been ordering for them pretty much every month for the last uh three or four months now, and i love their labels. The quality is amazing, the shine and the gloss and everything is just perfect. When it comes to your labels and your boxes, um and worst case scenario, if you're not able to buy any labels or boxes because you're just starting your business, you can always print labels from home, like if you have a lip gloss brand or you just need Basic labels, you can get some labels from staples or office depot and or avery. You can upload your artwork and get it printed. You can print it yourself in your own printer, and i have done this myself before or you can actually have avery print it and they will ship it to you, which i also have done before it just takes about a week to get to you um. But if you just need a basic label, then i just recommend just doing it yourself and printing it in your late in your your own printer. But you can also check out you know your local office supply stores and see if they have any printing services and see if there is anything that they can help you out, because most likely there is look on those websites.
