5 Alibaba Private Label Vendors For Hair Care, Skin Care, Or Cosmetics

Hey guys, what's up welcome back to another video, my name is vanessa and if you are new here welcome to my channel on this channel, i teach entrepreneurs how to start their own hair care line, skincare line or cosmetic brand, and today i have a very special Video for you guys there is a new shipping option and i want to share it with you guys, because if you are looking to start your own hair care line or skincare brand and you guys are needing your guys's private label products in a snap. I'M here to show you guys how to get it and i'm going to be providing you guys, a five vendors that you guys can go ahead right now, contact and get started on trying to find products for your hair care line or skincare line. I will actually be jumping into my computer in a minute and showing you guys walking you guys through the new ready-to-ship option that alibaba.com has offered to all of us. Even drop shippers like even if you're, a drop shipper and you stu, and you stumbled across this video and you're, trying to figure out how you can start drop shipping. I will show you guys how you guys can start drop shipping and how you guys can find your products for your hair care line or skincare line to private label. Okay without further ado, i don't want to make this introduction so long. Just make sure you guys check out all the links and follow me on instagram check out my brand support. If you want and let's get straight into this video so first off, i want to let you guys know if you guys didn't. I have recently posted a couple other videos regarding alibaba.com and how you can find vendors, how you guys can get your own customized, eyeshadow palettes and just so much information on alibaba.com. But today i wanted to create a whole separate video regarding finding private label vendors for your skincare or even hair care line, because they both go hand in hand and finding them is the same way. But because there is this new ready-to-ship option on alibaba.com. I really want to show you guys how to do it so that you guys can find the fastest shipping for your guys's products, because you guys know if you're ordering anything overseas. It can take weeks like four to eight weeks for your products to get to your doorstep and now, with this new ready to ship option, you guys can find vendors that are ready to ship within days with a low moq, which is minimum order quantities. And it's just like so much easier for you to get your product so much faster without having to wait weeks and weeks and weeks to get your products. So i do want to show you guys in my computer how to do it, because i don't want to just sit here and explain it to you, because it's so much easier. I'M a visual person and i like to get i want. I want to see how to do it, so i will be showing you guys and walking you guys through the computer, how to one find these ready to ship suppliers to how to find the correct private label, vendor verified suppliers and three, how to contact them. And my recommendation on how many um vendors you guys should contact. I recently did a video like i said about alibaba.com and talked all about. You know how to contact these vendors and everything, and so, if you do want more in-depth information, make sure you guys do watch that video it'll be linked down below as well all of the alibaba.com videos that i recently did will be linked down below, so that You guys can just get more information, more knowledge, but make sure you guys do watch this one all the way to the end, because there's so much information regarding the new ready to ship option in alibaba.com, and i don't want you guys to miss out on anything. So if you guys didn't know, alibaba.com is one of the largest business to business e-commerce platforms, marketplace where you guys can find hundreds of thousands of vendors and products. So you can start selling and creating your own brand, and you know what this video is specifically for. Hair care lines and skin care lines, but literally, if you wanted to sell pens, customized pens or balls like you literally, can find it on alibaba.com in may 2021 alibaba.com expanded their services to be able to support dropshippers. So if you guys don't know what drop shipping is, i actually have videos like probably a year ago about drop shipping, because that's that that was one of the business ventures that i actually took um that i actually started like. I had an online boutique and was drop shipping random things, random beauty supplies. I was drop, shipping, random um, just like tools and accessories and apparel, and you and now you know - and i wasn't buying them from alibaba alibaba.com because before alibaba.com always required, you guys to have like large moqs - and you guys already know this because in my past Video a couple months ago, i talked about how sometimes you do. There are high moqs when ordering on alibaba.com, but since may of this year they have expanded their services, so that drop shippers, people who are just you know, and if you i'll give you guys a quick definition. If you don't know what drop shipping is, it's literally like you have a website. You have products on the website, but they're, not in your house. Your supplier has them in china and when somebody orders it off your website that china supplier will send it to whoever it is that ordered, and you really don't have to do anything and if you have like other apps like oberlo and things like that. It just automatically fulfills itself and literally you make money in your sleep with drop shipping. Really it just changes the game so much and i'm really excited because, if you're looking for other streams of income or just other business ventures like you guys can be selling, you know combs or brushes or beauty tools that i'm going to show you guys later. How to find on your, you know, shopify store in line with your other products, and it will be sent directly to your customer, so i'm gon na stop talking because, like i said, i'm a visual person instead of me telling you guys, i would love to show You so, let's get into my computer, so that you guys can figure out how to find these five suppliers for your on your hair care line or your skincare brand and how you guys should be contacting them and making sure that you're, finding one verified suppliers and Making sure that you guys are doing the ready to ship option so that you guys can actually get your products within 7 to 15 business days rather than 15 to 36 business days. Okay, so let's just get right into it. All righty, you guys! So here we are in my computer and i am on alibaba.com, so this will be a mini tutorial of me, actually walking you guys through the process of how you guys should be finding these vendors, because it is very specific in the way that you find these Products you guys know, alibaba.com.com has so many different products and it is really easy to get lost in here. So i'm gon na just you know, take you through the steps. Okay, so step one! You guys need to go. If you don't already have an alibaba.com account to go ahead and register for an account okay, so if you guys don't have an account, you guys need to create one okay, okay, so the first thing that you guys need to know like i was talking about in The introduction is the ready to ship option so you're gon na come right over here before you even start. Looking or searching you want to go to the ready to ship option. Okay, as you guys can see, it opened up a whole separate window. So that's what i'm saying it's two separate different kind of windows and shopping experiences and the reason why you want to go to ready to ship is because one it's ready to ship. These products already already created just needs to have a logo stamped on, and then they will be sent to you. It is low moq. So, just as you guys can see, you can see the low minimum order quantities rather than other. You know vendors, where you have to order like a thousand units just to get that product, so the new ready to ship option does offer low moqs order direct, so meaning you can directly order without having to really um. Do anything extra. You know. Sometimes you have to message a supplier which i always recommend, and i will talk a little bit more later about that and then the fast dispatch, okay. So it's dispatched within seven days all right. So now what you would do is just find the type of products that you're looking for. So what i would recommend is just coming down here, since we are looking for something that we can customize and put our own logo on. I would start right here with moqs of less than or equal to 50 units fast with fast dispatch, and you know delivered within 7 to 15 business days, so you can also come down here, as you guys can see. They also show the categories and you guys can choose packing and printing beauty and personal care or more like i said you guys, can create so many different products here you can just scroll and see what they have to offer if you're not really sure about what You want to do because maybe you're a drop shipping website and you kind of just want to know what is hot on the market at the moment what products are selling then. I would definitely recommend just coming in here and looking through everything, but what i am going to do, since we are looking for private label products that we can customize with fast shipping, with an moq less than or equal to 50. You are going to choose a source now, okay and when we are here in the source now - and i did want to mention - because i did talk about it in my other videos when you are looking for products, you want to make sure that you have these Buttons turned on trade assured, varied or trade assured and verified a supplier, and this is going to help filter out those vendors that aren't trade assured or verified suppliers. So you guys can get more in-depth information about this. But right now i want to show you guys how to contact these suppliers using the the ready-to-ship option and what you should be doing to do this. So just by looking, you can see you can get this palette. For you know this price with for 20 units and so on. You guys can see everything else. So what you guys want to do, if you guys aren't 100 sure what it is. You want to do and you're just here scrolling and trying to figure out what you want to add to your collection once you find something like this looks very like. I would definitely start with this, like i like this, i'm looking for something that i can actually um add to my brand like this, and i was thinking about making it, but it's hard sometimes to find the packaging that you want so being able to go to Alibaba.Com and find a vendor and a vendor that will actually create the product package in a packaging, a package that you like. I'M sorry, and not only will they do that and add your logo to it, but sometimes they have accessories and they also will create the box so that everything is ready. Your logo and ingredients and everything artwork is on your product and your box. Okay, so once you've figured out what you want, you've read: reviews you've seen that they have buyers. You know that they're trade assured um and they are a verified supplier. By looking right here, you can see all about their their factory by just clicking on them or just going to their store. You can always open it in another tab, so you can come back later, but first what you want to do, and you can see here - trade assurance and more information about about it. It'S like i said in my other video. You need to contact these suppliers. If i want a what is this called a body shimmer oil, i will re, i will reach out to at least five to ten different butter, shimmer oil cosmetics suppliers to see who will offer me the best deal, the fastest shipping, or anything like that. Okay, just because you know you don't want to just you know, go with one supplier and you don't know what your other options are. If you are talking with your supplier, which i highly recommend you reach out to them before you place an order, because you just don't want to spend so much money purchase something overseas and not be what you were dreaming of, then i would definitely contact your supplier. Okay, if you want customized packaging um, so i'm guessing that it just comes in a white box with your logo, but i'm guessing. If say you want it all over print, then you might have to pay a little bit more or have a higher moq. But obviously, that's why you need to reach out to your supplier, talk to them and ask them these questions so that you can get the best deal before. I show you how to contact them. Make sure you guys always come down here and read all of the information about the the company about the product about you know anything that they are offering to make sure that you have the most information, and i would always ask them to if you are able To use their product photos for your own um, you know website and things like that. Sometimes they have accessories that you can also put your logo on. So it's always good to do as much research as possible, um and, as you can see they can. They are also, you know, adding other products where like, if you wanted to create a whole bronzing beauty brand, you literally can just order from one supplier and have all of this ready for you, okay. So this is the first vendor when it comes to finding cosmetics products for your business. Another thing to look for is the quality assurance. You want to make sure that everything that this, if they don't have the ingredients which i always always will ask my supplier for their ingredient list, even if it is listed on their website, just to see if they will take that time. To message me back and like i said in all my other videos, you want to create a relationship with these suppliers so that they trust you and they don't just treat you and so that you don't feel like you're, just a customer purchasing something from them. You want to feel like this is somebody who you can trust that you're investing your hundreds of thousands of dollars in so that you can come back to them and i have to spend all the time finding another supplier. So once you decide, this is who i want. I want this product, i might buy more products from them. Then you are going to send them a message. Okay, you can do it at the bottom, like you guys saw, or you can do it right over here. It says it will ship to united states. It takes three days to process and the shipping time is within five to nine days, because you have that ready to ship option. This is it within that 7 to 15 day window, depending on how fast you are replying with your supplier and if you give them everything in advance, like i like to do, when i talk about my other videos, tell them what you're. Looking for how many you want the color send them the logo, ask them any questions that you want to ask them all in one time, so that you don't have to keep going back and forth and so that you can get your products as fast as possible, And you can see always even on other products, that this product is ready to ship it's in stock and it has fast dispatch and it's a hot sale product. So you know it is something worth buying, so it's gon na oops. These are my other messages, so you're gon na contact supplier and you're gon na tell them what you want so like. I said you wan na reach out to five to ten different vendors that are selling this exact same product to make sure you're getting the best deal for your buck. So you're just going to you, don't you don't really have to put all this in. You can just say you know you would want to know which color, obviously it is you want just so that they know, because they're going to ask you honestly like it says they already have it on their information, but you can always ask them if you want Them to answer it back to you, so you're gon na tell them who you are what you're. Looking for i'm looking to private label, this body shimmer oil color. I forgot what it was. Oh luna, i'm looking to purchase 50 units with my logo on the bottle and packaging. Can you please share your ingredient list? I have attached my logo for your reference. How long will it take you for to process? This request? I would also ask: is the box included in the price i look forward to talking with you? Okay and then you will send the inquiry. Well, first, you have to add your logo, so i would go here and add the attachment for your logo open the logo. Just to see so that they can see what it is and i would recommend uploading a png logo and then send the inquiry. Okay. Moving on, let's come down here, we already got a cosmetic one: let's go by searching beauty and personal care. Okay, so here is more beauty stuff, i'm looking for a hair care, let's see if we can just search what are you looking for private label, skin care, um and then, let's see we are looking for trade assured because it looks like it came out of that. Little channel verified supplier and ready to ship so just to make sure that you are in that ready to ship channel okay and then you can see all the all the skincare lines that are ready to ship skin care products. So say you wanted to add a facial, a facial mask to your skin care line. Okay, and you don't want to go through the process of making it, then you can come here. The same thing you are going to say, which one that you want make sure that they're verified supplier make sure you've done all your research, then you'll be ready and then make sure that you guys do contact the supplier asking them. The correct information telling them that you what you want, sending them your logo, letting them know how many pieces you actually want. Even if it's like 30 pieces and the mlq is 50, sometimes they might work with you because they honestly just want your business. Okay say that you wanted to actually create a hair accessory for your hair care brand, so this is like a hair straightener or something like that. You can also find these type of items on alibaba.com, so here say i wanted to add this multi function or hair brush one step, hair, dryer and straightener for curly hair, combs. Okay, you guys have probably seen this around before you can go ahead and order. It'S ready to ship in stock has fastest, patched is a gold supplier, and what i would recommend is if you are also looking say you, you don't really like what this vendor has to offer. You can also come down here and see the other uh products that alibaba.com is recommending to you, but then i would go. Do the same thing: contact the supplier reach out to five to ten other hair accessory or hair tool, supplier and contact them. Okay. Now, let's go to private label hair care, so hopefully this isn't getting repetitive, but i just want you guys to understand how to find these suppliers and to make sure you guys are going through all the correct steps if you're not searching through that channel - and you Have to search the product to make sure that if you do want to get your products, you know sent as fast as possible that you are using that ready-to-ship option and then messaging them. Okay. So if you want to do a hair mask this, one is a whole collection. So let's see here's another vendor, but here this supplier is offering a whole entire collections of products, so they have a whole baby care collection. They have a whole 3c hair care collection. 4C, hair collection, edge collection, men's collection, and you can literally go there for one set. It'S going to cost you 20., like that, is literally a steal: okay, it's ready to ship in stock and has fast dispatch. So i did want to touch on an event that alibaba.com has monthly alibaba.com celebrates 10 global suppliers for their technical, excellent and brand capabilities. So the selected elite partners usually are or have been. They are verified suppliers their overall average. Overall rating is a 4.81 out of five um, the average on-time shipment rating is 4.82 out of 5 and their average response rate is usually at 90 percent and they usually have over 5 years of experience. So alibaba.com has now been highlighting and pretty much promoting these suppliers when you are looking for your suppliers on alibaba.com, so that you can make sure that you're getting the best suppliers. Okay, so that you are able to start your brand, and you know that you are going to find people who are going to ship your products on time where alibaba.com is going to protect you. If any way, if anything happens and they aren't um, you know staying up to their standards of uh shipping, your products fast and everything like that. Alibaba.Com will help you out and they are protecting you as a buyer. All right, you guys thank you so much for watching this video. It takes years to find really what works and really that's where i'm at in this journey is just trying to see what's working and what's not and how i can improve myself. My mental health, my spiritual health, my emotional health, because it ain't easy being a mom and a business woman and a wife and just everything: okay, so if you're out there struggling to or you just don't know where to go with your whole entrepreneur life just remember It ain't gon na be easy, but you can do it if you just stay consistent and, like i say in a lot of my videos, doing one simple thing: every single day is going to get you closer to your goals, even if that's sketching it out on A piece of paper writing a name of a new lip gloss that you want you're, creating your reality and one day that reality will come true, and it is so true because, even being a young kid, 16 years old, having dreams of being a dance choreographer, a Cosmetologist, a salon owner like it's crazy how the universe puts those opportunity, opportunities and positions into your life. Even when you don't even think it's a possibility, or even when people around you, even in your family people around. You are telling you that it's not a possibility or that it's not gon na work, god he has your back and somehow it always works out.
