Hi guys welcome back to my channel if you are new, hey, i'm kenny in today's video we're going to be doing a protein treatment on my hair. Protein treatment is an essential part of natural ak. This is what we strengthen to reduce and prevent damage, and for someone like me, that's colored my hair and also uses a lot of yeast and just thousand restart my hair protein treatment is essential to prevent it from breaking and shading and also to strengthen it. There'S a lot of protein treatment in the market and i've tried quite a lot. However, these three are my favorite. The first one is the shear moisture, gbco, strengthening air mask i've used this for years, and i swear by it. This is not the ultimate protein treatment. I would advise you use and forget about it that your hair is taking care of. This is what i would use to top up the putting treatment in my hair every now and then anytime, i feel like my hair is shedding breaking looking door or they just feel like it needs some straightening treatment. The second one is the aphogee 2 in one reconstructor. This is the one that i've used for years and i swear, but it's this is the og. This is the ultimate protein treatment you can use for your hair. This can be a little bit messy. However, going past, the messes gives your hair that short of treat protein treatment that you would need, and the third one which i'm going to be using today is the aphrogene keratin two minute reconstructor, this kind of mimics, the first one, the two in one. However, it has a better consistency, less messy and kind of less effective than that one. This is what i've been using, however, i've been using it regularly. I love the consistency of it, it smells so good and it does a really good job as well of giving my hair the protein treatment, it needs strengthening it preventing breakage, preventing damage. It just does a really good job as well, and i've been using it for a couple of months now, and i really really really like it. It'S not going to replace the two in one. If i feel like my hair needs that short of ultimate protein treatment, i'm going to be using the two and one, however, if i feel like i need to do my pudding treatment regularly, i'm going to be using this one if your hair is a little bit Protein sensitive, you can try this one or the jbc or hair mask from sheer moisture. If you feel like your hair, does not react well with the two in one okay, moving forward this one, i really like it applies my hair generously. I go in with as much as i feel my hair need. I try to coat my hair really really well, so once i'm done applying it to the whole section of my hair, i'm going to cover my hair with a plastic cap and also with a thicker cap, and i'm going to leave this in my hair for 20 Minutes it says on the instruction to leave it in for two to ten minutes, but i'm not going to do that. I just need. I need every bit of first time in my hair, like i want my money worth and from it. So i'm going to leave it in my hair for 20 minutes and once 20 minutes has passed, you can see how it shrunk. My clothes together. You can see how healthy looking my hair just goes.
