Hello, everyone, my name, is charity and welcome to my youtube channel, so guess what today is wash day. It is exactly one week since i washed my hair today is monday and i washed my hair last last monday. It is going to take me about an hour and maybe 30 to 45 minutes before we get started. I wanted to show you all all the things that i'm going to be using today: soil professionals, ultra sleek and smooth. This is going to be my shampoo and conditioner. This is going to be my detangler, so once i put conditioner in my hair, i'm going to use this to detangle my hair comb that i typically use to part my line really helps because i obviously can't see my back. So it's a really really good tool to have in your tools your natural hair tools, to help you do your parts, especially if you do your own hair, which i strongly encourage. I also i'm going to need my clips, because these clips help me to keep my hair away whenever i'm dealing with one section, so these are really really handy. I like to go ahead and add a little bit of coconut oil. This is what i'm going to use to moisturize my hair after i am finished, shampooing conditioning this is my homemade shea butter mix. Okay, this this is a microfiber hair turban. It'S called a turby twist. I got this from walmart after i get out of the shower. I rinse my hair. I get out of the shower. I will put this on my head. It really helps to absorb all of the excess water. While i get ready and then once i'm done, then i style my hair after i put that oil in my hair. Then, if i want a deep treatment, i'll put this bag over my head or just wrap it, and that really helps to track the body heat and gives the oil the opportunity to penetrate into my hair into my scalp and really help to moisturize the hair. Further strengthening the hairs, so so i need more shampoos in my hair. I think that sometimes, when you do like multiple coats, that's what you start experiencing some squeaky clean feeling, but, right now my hair doesn't feel squeaking at all. It does feel clean, but it doesn't feel squeaky if you know what i mean. Sometimes i will go in my hair and just kind of pull any shedded hairs which right now, i'm definitely feeling some shedded hairs. Since i don't have an extra clip, i'm going to manage to just use this one. So with my detangling, i like to always start from the front and make my way down. The first thing that i like to do is just to take my rough tail. Comb and i'm going to make a part and it's good because you get a nice view of what my scalp looks like and you'll, be the judge whether or not my scalp is clean. So basically, this is by section okay and look at my part. Does it look clean? Does it look clean? I hope so this particular section i'm actually going to split in half. Sometimes i just use my fingers, but this time i just want to use a comb is the section that we're working with right now? Okay, as you can see, it is a manageable section. Okay, it's not overly. I will not put a comb on this, because this has nothing in it and there are tangles in here. I don't want to break my hair. This is my conditioner okay and i'm going to take a generous amount, very, very generous amount, because i want to make sure that the section of hair is very well coated before i put a comb to it, because if it's well coated, it is going to really Help to ease the detangling process also, sometimes i like to well, preferably i really like to finger detangle before i put the comb in and with finger detangling. All i'm doing is just going into my hair and i just like try to get the tangles out right. So i just kind of go in there and just try to separate the hair like so, oh, my goodness, the hair back there is trying to disrupt me. I need to get more clips before you comb, your hair. You want to start with the bottom of your hair. Okay, you don't really want to start from here, because most likely, you have a lot of tangles going up here, so you always want to start from the about the bottom and make your way up. It makes it a lot easier, while you're combing, if you come across some tangles, some knots that you just cannot comb through it's okay, just hold on to the hair and then just comb out those knots. That is the amount of hair that i got from just detangling that section. At this point, i want to twist my hair, because if i leave my hair out, it is going to tangle up and i definitely don't want it to tangle up, because, if it tangles up, i am going to get myself in a lot of trouble later. Okay, because i have just finished um detangling - i definitely don't want to you know tangle it again by not twisting. I find that when i go over my one week, mark detangling becomes difficult because at that point my hair has gotten time to really tangle up. Quite well so, but i i find that if i stick to my my regular schedule, detangling is easier. I only detangle my hair once a week so within that one week when i wash my hair, that's the only time that i detangle my hair. I do not put a comb through my hair anymore and it's really good because the less you comb, your hair, the better because the less you comb, your hair, less hair, you are actually losing. So that's a tip for you. So i just finished shampooing the left side of my hair. It feels like i didn't get all the shampoo out now, it's time to detangle, so so i'm all done with shampooing, both sections of my hair separately, as you saw i've, also detangled. Both sections of my hair in sections, which is the best method for me for detangling my hair, there's absolutely no way that i'm going to detangle all of my hair at once. I'M going to just show you all what my twists look like. So on this section i have four twists. Okay, and on this section i have five, because this section of hair is actually bigger than this section of hair. Okay, so let me turn around for you all right, so i'm gon na apply a little bit of coconut oil to the hair. Okay, hello, everyone welcome again, so i have finished washing my hair. I finished shampooing my hair uh conditioning my hair detangling, my hair and i have also rinsed out the conditioner, and i also had a shower and so um. At this point i am going to go ahead and style. My hair 99.9 of the time i do twist when i style my hair. I have my turby twist on, as you can see and um it has absorbed quite a bit of water. At this point, i'm going to style my hair first thing: i'm going to do is apply some coconut oil. I want to seal in the moisture, which is the water that i currently have in my hair, i'm having some issues with my. So it needs to be melted, so it's not allowing the oil to come through, so i've got the oil in my palm and i'm going to apply it to my edges and to my neck. So i'm going to start with this section back here this section. I am going to part into two sections: okay, just a little bit of oil, not too much. I want to seal in that moisture into my hair. Do you see how bouncy my hair? Is? You see this? This is a wonderful indicator that your hair is healthy. This is called elasticity, okay and how you can get this is by regularly deep conditioning your hair. That means that your hair is strong. Your hair is healthy and your hair is able to withstand a lot of stress, although don't purposefully stress it out, but basically your hair is strong, sometimes i'll feel some shredded hair. So i just go in and i just take it out. Next is my homemade shea butter mix i'm going to take a generous amount and then i'm going to rub it in my palm it melts in pretty nicely and i'm going to apply it to the section of hair, i'm going to add just a little bit more. It feels soft it makes my hair feel really soft, alright. So at this point, i'm ready to twist my hair when i get to about this much, i like to apply a little bit more of my homemade shea butter mix just to seal my ends, um with our ends. We have to take extra care of them. We don't want it to become brittle and dry and break off. You always want to pay a little bit more attention to the ends of your hair, give it extra cream extra oil, and things like that. So this is what our twist looks like. It kind of looks a little bit uneven, so this is what it looks. I think i'm gon na just do a french braid for the back. Okay, i just have a word of encouragement for you, so the bible says by strength. Shall no man prevail? That means that, in your own strength and in your own ability, you really can't do much. You can't accomplish much, and the bible also says i can do all things through christ who strengthens me, and sometimes you know some of you, ladies may be looking at my process and maybe looking at my hair and thinking. Oh, my goodness, how did she get there? You know i want my hair to be long. How can my hair get long and one encouragement that i have for you today is to trust in the strength of the lord, you see that verse behind me. It says, but the lord stood with me and gave me strength when you trust in the lord jesus christ. He will give you the strength and the wisdom to be able to go through these routines. It doesn't have to be just like mine, but he will give you the strength to be able to take care of your own hair so that your hair can flourish okay. So i really pray that you are inspired by my process so thursday i will go in and just do my whole moisturizing routine and then i will retwist my hair talk to you later. God bless bye,

Uyai Umoren: ladies she uses sodium laureth sulphate to wash and use a conditioner with silicones. This I realised works for our hair and I guess we should all embrace this ,so simple and straightforward to follow.
