Hey guys, I'm back with another pampering shower routine. This is my ultimate self-care beauty, routine. I'M going to be using my all-time favorite skin and hair care products, and, as always, the products I'm going to be using are natural and organic, and I absolutely love them. Self-Care is so important, even if you just take 20 minutes out of your day, to show yourselves some self-love and care it'll make a world of a difference on both your physical and mental health. So I hope this video will inspire you to spend a little time. This week doing something for yourself, because you deserve it, so I'm starting off by brushing my hair with a wooden bristle brush to get the knots out, distribute my scalps natural oils and massage my scalp. I always make sure my hair is untangled before doing any sort of hair treatment or washing it, because trust me, this hair is not fun when it's tangled now, I'm going to use my all-time favorite hair oil. This is the blue, beautifly organic almaleki, scalp oil serum. If you've seen my videos before you know how much I love this stuff, I just use the glass dropper and apply it directly to my scalp and then give my head a nice massage to help bring circulation to the scalp it contains. So many nourishing herbal extracts and oils and essential oils, and it's just really great - for conditioning the scalp and promoting healthy hair growth and helping with things like dandruff or dry itchy scalp. I also love using my electronic scalp massager. You can totally just use your hands, but I have to admit this. Electronic scalp massager feels so good. It'S like getting the best scalp massage ever and apparently you can even use this in the shower, but I haven't tried that yet I'm kind of scared - and I also like to apply some oil to my ends - you can really use whatever oil you want for this. I just like to bring some extra hydration to my ends and then I twist my hair up into a bun and secure that with a claw clip and then I put a shower cap on and then I put my hot Headz thermal heat cap on. It'S filled with black seeds and you just warm it up in the microwave and the heat helps your deep conditioners and oils work better. So, while my oil is working its magic in my hair, I'm gon na go and take a sauna. So since I'm visiting my parents, I get to use their amazing far infrared sauna. This is the perfect way to warm up on a really cold chilly Canadian winter day. Taking a far infrared sauna has so many benefits, it's a great way to detoxify and sweat out. Impurities through your skin, it also brings circulation to the skin, so it can help with skin problems like acne, and it's just a really nice way to relax and while you're in the sauna you can read, you can write you can. You know just get away from the electronics and try to take your mind off things and relax. I also like to drink a big glass of lemon water, while I'm in the sauna. That'S just gon na help me keep hydrated and flush out toxins because we want to beautify from the inside out and of course I have my little guard dogs sitting outside the sauna to protect me from intruders and once I'm done with the sauna. It'S time. For my pre shower skincare, this is a full-on pampering routine. You guys so I've discovered the best cleansing oil in the whole entire world. It'S the blue, beautifly, organic calendula, cleansing oil and, if you're a fan of doing the oil cleansing method like myself, you need to try this product. It has so many nourishing ingredients for the skin, like castor oil, apricot kernel, oil, jojoba, oil, calendula and turmeric. So I just gently massage a few pumps of that onto my face and neck and once I'm all oiled up, I do a bit of Gua Sha, massage Gua Sha. A facial massage is the technique originating in China and it helps relieve tension in the muscles of the face. It helps boost circulation and it encourages lymphatic drainage. So I'm using a rose, quartz Gua, Sha tool today, as you can see, it just looks flat like this, and I have a few different shapes you can get them in Jade in rose quartz or some people even just use a ceramic spoon. So I just start by scraping my neck. I just scrape it along the skin around three to five times for each area. I also like to do around my shoulders on the back of my neck, just anywhere where I hold tension, I try to massage that out and then I move up to my chin and just kind of glide the tool along my jaw line. A lot of people say this helps contour their jaw and I really like to focus it along my cheeks, because that's a big problem area for me and I really like to get into my temple area and along the sides of my cheekbones and kind of scrape Along there bring the circulation to where all my indented acne scars are, and then I just keep scraping my skin with this tool in all the different areas of my face. I love doing this. It just feels really nice and it feels like you're really doing something for your skin. So I love that and then I just finished my Gua Sha facial by draping, a hot wash cloth over my face and just wiping away the excess a little. It'S like doing. The oil cleansing method, plus a facial, massage and you can kind of tell my face - is flushed and a bit red from the circulation boost to my skin and also before I get in the shower. I'M gon na exfoliate my skin a bit I like to use some sort of enzyme exfoliant at least once or twice a week, just to help brighten my skin and get rid of any dead skin cells. So right now my favorite exfoliant is the blue beautifly pineapple enzyme exfoliant. It smells like a tropical fruit platter and I just want to dig in and eat it. So I just massage that into my skin and leave it on for a few minutes, and then I can jump in the shower and just wash that exfoliant off right away. So now I can wash this oil out of my hair, I'm using michaelia hydrating shampoo. Today, I've been using the hydrating line, all winter and, if you've been following me for a while, you already know that Kalia has been my favorite haircare line for so many years. Their products are made with gentle natural ingredients and they just work so well with my hair and I'll also mention that I have a whole video on how I wash my hair. So I'm gon na link that down below, because I go a bit more in depth in that video and next I'm gon na condition. My hair with the Kalia hydrating conditioner, and I focus my conditioner mainly on my ends and let that just sit in for a couple of minutes and while I let my conditioner sink in, I like to wash my body and shave my legs. So I'm using my Pune noni plumeria scented body wash today. This is another brand. I love their products are made locally in Hawaii from natural ingredients and they smell so good and I'm gon na shave my legs. So I have my rose gold. We razor, which is a safety razor I'll admit. This is quite a luxurious razor, but come on. It'S rose gold. I needed this in my life. It did take me a while today used to using a safety razor but they're awesome, because then you don't have to buy plastic razors that you just end up throwing away. So I'm never going back to regular razors. Now that I have this, another healthy hair tip is to use a shower filter. The one I use is by sprite and it just removes things like chlorine that can strip and damage your hair and skin. And lastly, I do a apple, cider, vinegar, rinse. So today, I'm using one that I infused with lavender this past summer. It'S such a pretty color and it smells so good. I feel like I can barely even smell the vinegar because it just smells like a lavender field to me. So I just dilute a little bit of that with some water and then dump that over my scalp and let it sit on my hair for a few minutes. And then I just quickly rinse it out again and I feel like the lavender just softens. My hair and the scent is just so relaxing I know that my shower is done. I just put my towel turban on, so I can let my hair dry a bit and it's time for my favorite part, my after shower skincare routine, and to really make this feel like a spa. I like to put my diffuser in the bathroom to get some aromatherapy benefits going and today I'm using was Kalia essential oil blend called tranquility oil. This one contains lavender peppermint, frankincense and orange. This tranquility oil and my five thieves oil have been my go-to, essential oil blends for this winter and when I get out of the shower, I like to moisturize my body a bit, especially after I shave. So I'm going to use the blue pita fly, lavender body, massage oil, I've been a fan of their organic arnica body oil serum for years. So I'm really excited that they added this one to their line and the lavender scent is just so lovely for relaxing. After a shower so to begin my skin care, I start by toning, my skin with this pure rose missed, and I just spray it all over my face neck and chest: it just has two ingredients: organic rose nectar and organic Bulgarian rose oil. The smell just calms me so much it's like sticking your nose into a bouquet of roses. Now, I'm applying a pump of the blue beautifly rose higher lonex serum. This contains rose higher, lana acid and marine pine bark, and i just find it really hydrates and soothes. My skin and then i apply a bit of this blue beautifly, organic chamomile night oil, serum it's another one of my all-time favorite skin care products. It smells so good. I could just sit here and sniff the bottle all night. It contains so many beautiful oils like chamomile sea buckthorn, Manu Argan calendula. The list goes on, so I love using it because it just contains so many oils that are good for acne scarring, and then I just dab a bit of this green coffee eye moisturizer around my eyes to just get the delicate skin around this area. Some extra hydration and then another one of my favorite parts to soothe my skin, I'm just rolling my face with my rose quartz face roller and I like to put it in the fridge and then just cool my skin down after doing a facial - and you know Me I jump at every opportunity to put gemstones on my face and then I'm just applying a little bit of this herbal sage deodorant to help prevent stinkiness, and then I always brush my teeth after I have a shower and I actually look forward to brushing my Teeth now because my mom bought me, these awesome crush and brush brushing tablets from nelson's naturals. It'S a really nice Canadian brand that makes natural toothpaste and then you just take the tablet and put it in your mouth and chew on it. And then you take a wet toothbrush and just brush your teeth and it kind of pisses in your mouth. I just think there's such a cool idea and I actually look forward to brushing my teeth now and then I'm going to apply my favorite lip product ever this is the thick glow Beauty night lip serum. You guys know I'm a fan of their color lips. So this is just the clear version for nighttime: it is expensive, it's a total luxury, but I just love it so much so now, I'm just taking my hair out of my towel turban and I'm gently detangling it with my detangler brush, starting from the ends and Working my way up and I'll just let my hair air dry and then finally, I have one of my all-time favorite moisturizers. This is the Kalia intensive facial cream with rose geranium and Alyssa's. It'S a base cream, but I use this all over my body. I don't know how it absorbs and so well, but it's basically the only thing I use as a hand cream, because it just doesn't leave my hands feeling oily or greasy and it's packed with avocado oil, sweet almond, oils, sea, buckthorn, oil and more so I hope You enjoyed getting pampered with me. You can follow me on Instagram for daily photos. I'M gon na link that down below in the description. I love you guys so much and I'll see you in my next video bye,

maddie_6265: She literally has the most gorgeous hair I’ve ever seen

acacia yoon: I really love how even though she's rich, she doesn't brag about it. She says things like , "A less pricy version," or "a total luxury" or doesn't say anything about the price. Her voice is also soooo calming. Keep up the great work!!

Manideepa Banerjee: Guys she said *"Ultimate Pampering Routine"* okay? So *STOP* bashing her about the expensive products because *she's made DIY videos for all of us too* and she never brags either. Also, for people who are trying to save money, *like me* you can get a bunch of essential oils along with like 2 or 3 carrier oils (like almond, coconut or Avocado) and make your own oil blends and store them in glass containers. That's what i do! I make my own Hair oil and Skin oil blends. The ready made options are always pricier. It's not the stuff that's expensive its the blends and packaging and branding that takes away all the money. *Besides we all know that buying basic grocery store brand stuff is actually good cause many of us look for packaged products and a lot of time we are given lesser than what we deserve.* Look for *cold pressed* oils, you guys. It's really great. Coconut oil + Castor oil works really well at making your hair longer. Do this *every sunday* Oil massage your hair and scalp (leave it in for 3 or 4 hours and wash off) for 3 months and you'll see the difference. Step up your *shampoo+conditioner* and *oil* game every once in a while because if your hair gets really used to it, it'll stop working. I wash my *SUPER* long hair twice a week and I have a milder shampoo for when it's not oiled versus a more heavy duty shampoo for when it is oiled . I change my oils every 15 days, like if the first two weeks is castor+coconut, the next two weeks I use my homemade multi herb oil blends, once a month I use a homemade hair mask of egg and yoghurt with fenugreek extract. None of these are all that expensive for me because I am a very basic woman, I get grocery store brand stuff, it's pure, it's genuine. I don't care for fancy packaging - *I've seen that there's two levels to this* 1. *The really really expensive packaging and product with super exotic stuff (this is variable based on country) like Roe infused stuff. That's a kind of fish egg that's used for fancy skincare products. I may be able to afford it but I'd rather get 5 more affordable products that are equally good and natural and lesser exotic because all you need is that vitamin and protein really. Your head won't care if it's Roe eggs or just an egg. For people who can afford this, good for you guys <3 <3* 2. *Middle class packaged fancy stuff for commoners like us, but here is the thing, we suffer a lot here cause they don't always give us what they claim to be giving. And that's why I just stick to basic raw materials. You can't go wrong with that.* I don't have a lot of money, but I want to feel confident and beautiful too, and a lot of times, *money may add to the glamour but it isn't always the answer. There are always alternatives.* *I'm sure all of you agree* Thank you for reading! And have a nice day!

Cheyenne Howell: I have been seeing so much hate for no reason. Shes successful sure but she also tries to put in things that everyone can afford. She shows you how to properly take care of yourself and she also gives you tips in every video. It's very informative

Anni Doan: I'm so jealous of how well behaved your hair is... It's so pretty.

Kim Jones: This video made me realize how much I've truly neglected myself over the years. Hoping to do more self care

Lenori55: I love how everyone is saying that they’re too poor, but to be honest, although she does have some expensive products, you can buy products that do the exact same thing in Walmart. And I’m sure it took her some time to acquire all of those things, that she didn’t go on some shopping binge and bought it all in one day. And she’s just saying to take one day to do this. This isn’t her everyday routine.

Cecelia Ortez: Everyones so jealous but personally I found this video satisfying to watch. Also you can get cheaper alternatives at Walmart or the Dollar Tree. Great video!

Shakira: It really makes me happy when women are taking time to care for themselves. People like my mum spent their entire life just caring for their husbands and children. Now she's so worn out. It just hurts tbh.

Barnali Bhattacharya: Step one:be born with genes Step two:be rich Step three:be born lucky

AvanthikaS: I would just like to say that this lovely lady is only sharing what she does that help her and her favorite products that she uses. She isnt saying that this is the ONLY way. Whether shes rich or poor, she is just sharing what she loves to do. She suggests alternative options in other videos too for people on a budget. I personally dont own a sauna, nor all these luxurious products and I am definitely not rich. But I love the ideas shes throwing out here. And actually if you use her code, you can get some of these high quality products for a little cheaper, in case anyone is still interested. Even though I cant afford to buy all these at once, I definitely want to purchase them over a course of time. I've been using her tips and advice and they have really been helping me! Thats not to say other products work just as well. Do what works best for you! Anyways I'd appreciate if people would just stop bullying her for having pricey products or so called sponsored videos, shes just trying to share something that makes her happy. Thank you holistichabits! You have really helped me with my anxiety and self care routine! You have all my love <3

Shivani Parthiban: I sometimes find it hard to even shower

Katie Small: Thank you so much for showing us your routine! I read a few really hateful comments and I’m surprised. I love to watch your videos to start to get ideas to build my natural beauty collection. I hope the negativity does not discourage you from continuing. I find you very relaxing and genuine. Much love! ❤️

Grace Quezada: I can only imagine starting this fabulous routine and two minutes later my four kids banging on my bathroom door

Natalia Herrera Arias: Please close the running water while you apply your products. Water is so important and we mustn't waste it.

Kayla Joe: This looks lovely! I'm going to find products similar in my price range. Definitely one day will want all this lol. Thanks for the video!

The Meg: That shampoo is amazing! Finally was able to invest and it’s worth it! My hair has never felt or looked this good calia!

Amelia: I actually found this so calming!

Anna Volkova: Thank you very much, Sarah for such an inspiring video! In a hectic life we often forget to take care of our physical bodies, but it’s important. I appreciate all the work you do!

Blondiescakeface: Everyone complaining about being to broke to pamper yourself is just dumb. This is how SHE Pampers her self NOT a tutorial. You can still pamper yourself no matter what , I give myself a manicure I scrub my feet and skin with a pumace stone I bought you can get then super cheap I do a clay masks followed by a raw honey masks and raw honey is like $6 I take a long hot shower I shave and I apply sunflower oil which is high in vitamin e and then I lotion up and go to bed simple self pamper routine. It doesn't matter what you use all that matters is your taking time to care for yourself physically and mentally and emotionally.

Andyyoureastar: This is the most calming night routine video I’ve ever seen. Love it!! Ty for filling and making this video

Alexis Johnson: Love these videos Sarah! Your such an inspiration to ways of nature, nutrition, skin and hair!

barcode thighs.: As a curly head I screamed when she managed to fit ALL that hair into a bun and a shower cap. With my shoulder length hair I can't even-

Star _X: Well her lifestyle seems like a princess lifestyle and we should just watch it to enjoy this as an ASMR and not think that we are way to poor

miawallace: * Boyfriend waits in the bedroom *: - Honey, are you done yet? - Yes...just a few more hours!

Elizabeth Sanchez: I watched this whole video. I know I’m not doing all this but I was living it up through you. Very relaxing. Thank you.

Kalyani Narayanan: After watching your videos, I have completely shifted to using Calia shampoo and conditioner, water filter installed, using a wooden brush and the microfiber hair towel. My hairfall is reduced drastically! Thank you Sarah for your video and YT for making me discover you :)

Mno theredhedgehog: Your routines inspired me several months ago I bought Calia, cleansing oils, oils for my hair, a TEK brush, the flaxseed hothead cap, and have made my own herbal hair rinses. My shower time has been transformed and my hair and skin feels amazing. I can't wait to save up for and try Blue Beautifly's products next, as well as Pure Rose. Ruiva ASMR: Super amei! pareceu vídeo de ASMR

Shanna: I feel like everyone is talking about how you have to be “rich” to do any of this ...but if your health and well-being is your number one priority you can have this type of routine too. Doesn’t have to necessarily be this expensive, but it’s also not impossible.

Mobster Crow : i started using calia shampooand conditioner and it extends my hair washing further than my old shampoo and my hair isnt shedding as much and its soft af thanks to you i dont have to damage my hair anymore thank you!

Unoriginal_Name: I never knew people had saunas in their houses wow I'm so poor

Lady Rosso: you have such a soothing voice watching this video was relaxing

sandythedoc: It is really nice that you have a privilege of great hair genes, sauna at home, extended pricy skincare and tools and a lot of time of your hands. It's your life and your right to live it how you want. I would just like to remind anyone watching that this is not realistic for most people and not to beat yourself up. Do what you can when you can and above everything else be gentle with yourself.

Ouissem Withlove: It’s so relaxing

Dev Verma: Leave the video leave her hair can we just appreciate her so soothing and calming voice i literally felt like i'm listening to some calming bedtime story

Yashika: Hey, I love watching your videos and I really want to recommend a product for your hair care. The product is called shikakai which is in the state of powder and mostly available in India. I've been using Shikakai for almost 3 months and it is great. So avoid using shampoo and conditioner, instead use Shikakai.

Kamilla Sorenson: I loved everything you used I’m buying it all

Lydia Bell: Very important Gua Sha tip! If your aim is to help move or *drain* lymphatic fluids from your face and neck so that they don’t build up into lymph nodes, it’s important to glide the board downwards rather up. If you push these fluids up your neck rather than down (as seen at 4:07 ) it prevents your body from continuing circulation of those fluids to prevent lymph nodes.

Aarti Iyer: Your hair is magical ❤️

María Alejandra Mercado: Me: oh look a nice self care routine to do myself Video: so I go into my sauna Me: never mind

Jem C: This was so relaxing to watch

vance s: You are so beautiful, thank you for making this video ♥️

M L: Please do a video for summer months! Hot humid weather plus adult acne prone, please!

Zeze: Your parents have a sauna in their home? Standard.

fr: she’s so healthy I can’t-

Stephanie Mitchell: The amount of excess in this is phenomenal. @.@ Pampering myself includes cutting my hair to a manageable length, using some regular soap/shampoo/conditioner, a face moisturizing mask, rubbing my face when I apply lotion (or Jojoba oil, if I'm feeling fancy) to increase circulation, and my bi-annual pampering session is done.

Tina K.: The most beautiful hair I have ever seen in my life <3 You are so so blessed

Arial D: Oh the things I would do to have hair like yours

Dr. ice frost: It's soo relaxing to watch

Shireen Kitchen: My routine:-"Just wake up....eat something....go back to sleep." Tadaaaa.

Abdulla Adnan: I literally love her hair, may god protect her from evil eye
