Fast forward to now, I'm natural again...no more relaxers, but what helped me tremendously was a change in the foods I ate. Sticked to fruits, veg & a little protein ONLY! no carbs whatsoever. Guys if you want healthy, strong growing hair...adjust your diet, it really works

April Flowers: Oh my gosh. I have the *worst* dandruff problem. I used to have to wash my hair every 4-5 days because my dandruff was so bad. I would reach up to scratch my head and a mountain of dandruff would just fall in my shoulder. Yeah, it was that bad. I found a shampoo at Walmart called T/Sal. Which has helped me a lot. Now I go 13-14 days before having to wash my hair. Also Tea tree oil helps me with the itchiness. But I'm still looking for other remedies because my dandruff is still pretty bad. So if you guys have any more tips, please share. Thanks.
