A question I get a lot is what shampoo and conditioner do I use and which one do I love also the shampoo conditioner I'm about to share with you is the best and hair growth, and I can't find anything better than this. So here we go. It'S the Avalon, organics thickening, shampoo and conditioner. I just I want to share with you guys. This is like my biggest hair secret. I love the shampoo and conditioner. It has it's, it's all natural, so you can find them in health, food stores. I get my net sprouts and it has everything known to man. That'S natural botanical to grow your hair. This is for men and women. It helps promote hair growth. It helps grow. The hair that you already have. It helps thicken your hair. It helps make your hair shinier softer, I mean and the more you use it, the better your hair gets. So who knows how good your hair could get unless you use it? You know the more the longer you use it. I found that for myself, especially when I do different things to my hair and it kind of messes it up and because I'm test driving these certain things for you guys and a lot of things that don't work out. My hair kind of takes the takes a punch for you guys on that one. I want you to share those videos with you guys or those DIYs, because they come out crummy and messes up my hair a little bit, and this really helps restore it and some of the things in it or rosemary, supplemental jojoba, oil, wheat, protein and biotin, which Really helps give protein to your hair, a good protein for your hair, the B vitamin that I love talking about, and I mean the list goes on in the conditioner. It has shea butter you guys I mean it - has everything to make your hair beautiful, just gorgeous. Also in case you're wondering it smells really good. I like the smell, I know if it's for everybody, but it smells like lemon and sugar like lemon candy or lemon heads, or something like that. I really love that I love the way it smells. I was kind of pleasantly surprised. Oh, it has white and ginger, which is the awapuhi that I raved about in the Hawaiian series of how they grow their hair, long using olive oil, and that's in here too also. I want to say that the conditioner doubles as a deep conditioning treatment and which I love. The conditioner is really thick consistency because it has shea butter in it. And what I do is I just wash my hair like normal in the shower and then when I put on the the conditioner, I leave it in my hair. Well, I'm you know shaving and washed and rest my body and then I'll rinse it out. At the end, and then it just and then with the steam in the shower, it really, you know, penetrates in your hair shaft, and it really gives you like that. Spa feel like as, if you're at a fancy, hotel, spa or something like that, and it's just you could do that right in your shower, because it's such a good conditioner, it will double as a deep conditioning treatment along with the steam in your shower. I love it. I can't find anything better than this shampoo and conditioner. If I do, I would definitely you guys, though anyways I hope you guys will hope this answers.
