It'S time to wash my hair, do you need a hair wash? I do. My ends are really dry, but first, i'm gon na deal with the roots, i'm actually trying to do regular treatments on my scalp, i'm using casserole, and i leave it in for two hours before i shampoo, i'm gon na do really good shampoo using a detox shampoo, Something that removes all of the oil and then i rinse it out before i apply a mask. Instead of letting my hair drip everywhere, i'm going to use a microfiber towel. This like absorbs most of the moisture, and then i'm gon na apply my heat protectant. I love this product so much. I think i ran out of my favorite one though so i'm gon na try to use a little bit of it hey. This was a mistake. I thought instead of using that blow-dry cream. I just use this mousse. I think it was really drying to be honest with you. Don'T like that now i'm gon na brush my hair and use my favorite hot tool. This gives you like a perfect blow dry. No, not perfect! That'S the thing! It'S not perfect, but i love it. Pin curls and then you get this fluffy texturized beautiful. Look. It lasts me all week. I love it like for more shorts.

ulikeurgirlsinsane: Ur hair would love the curly girl methode

Victoria Waitz: This video convinced me that she has naturally curly hair I could tell by the texture

Chickie Chalupie: Gorl, hair masks are best used when applied BEFORE you shower. Yes, spritz your hair, put your favourite mask on, let it chill for 10, and then do the rest of your routine. This allows your hair to actually absorb the mask instead of sitting on top. Your hair is gorgeous, my end goal!!! ❤️❤️

Velicia Williams: Yes, some mousses have alcohol. They can be drying. Love the shorts.

breeness56: I love how this amazing woman has always had the mindset to take care of her own health. She makes time for herself and that is something I wish I could learn.

Hi YouTube: It’s so refreshing to see someone with the same hair texture as mine on YouTube!! I recently chopped my hair to my shoulders and literally hate it I’ll definitely be following you for tips as I work on growing my hair back out!

Stephanie Perez: Try using a hydrating shampoo for your ends so they don’t dry up. And always protect the hair for heat damage.

Paris N: "lasts me all week" now I don't feel so bad about only washing mine twice a week lol

Homie Keen: Seems like everyone in the comments is seeing Alex for the first time She knows she got curly hair and knows about the curly hair methods and all, got videos about it, etc

Cindy R.: You have gorgeous thick hair!! Love it!! After I had my three children I've been struggling with hair loss!

GiGi K: Hi Alexandra ! Your hair is absolutely beautiful ❤️‍ I was just curious, have you ever dealt with hair loss ? If so, how did you treat it ?

Best Beech: Your natural curly hair is beautiful, I hope you wear it more often

No More: I use a nubby scrubber on my head when I wash my hair. Feels good and keeps blood at the surface without causing more oil, but it stops a lot of scalp issues.

raeesa nawaz: This is my sign to grow my hair again. I've been so off long hair for 2 years now I'm loving this. Lol

Sandra Prado: Beautiful! If I put that much product in my hair it would flatten the life out of it lol your hair is so thick and pretty! My hair lasts a day after I do it haha. Love your tutorials ❤️

Vickie Still: I will be SO GLAD when curls come back in style!!!

coogie: You have amazing hair, girl. I have thinning hair, so appreciate what you have!

Natalia Carrillo: The mouse is what gives you that texturizing look and hold so if you feel it’s too drying just switch up or add a light weight finishing oil

Sim K: I love the idea of seeing your YouTube shorts I’m sooo excited cuz your so fun and genuine and u don’t give tips that r just trendy at the time but have no practice use lol I’ve mostly always doing help in ur videos since I was a child ❤️ ur amazing

cawrtnei 코트니: I bet your hair looks incredible when you define the curls

purplegypsylady777: Omg it's so thick and gorgeous before you straighten it! I love it just naturally

Ginger Monroe: Love the idea of the Castrol oil, helps heal itchy scalp. Good for dandruff I use tzel tar shampoo before I di an oil treatment, then rinse with half acv and water Do twice a week Gorgeous gal and hair

Melissa Johnson: You always make the best, most practical content! I wish you made regular videos! Your videos about color/ and buying jeans that fit great were game changers for me!!!!!!

Rhea D'souza: At last, an influencer who has a relatable (lol) hair texture and hair care methods.

Zerina Marie: Do the curly hair method on your hair pls we want to see those natural curls shine

Esther Darling: I was thinking of buying a scalp serum, now I’m gonna buy caster oil because you use it Thank you for the video, queen

Sol A: Ugh I missed you and your daily tips! ✨

Shanik Pakeer: The joy seeing you on YouTube again. You're my YouTube mum

Shay D: We need more of this!!!

Erica Chacon: Tbh I really love your brushed-out curls/natural texture. It reminds me of Diana Ross, which is goals.

JenDuck: This feels like a lot of work for someone like me whose hair won’t hold the style for long

M Q: The revlon tool is amazing BUT it’s so hot it’s incredibly damaging. I used it a few times and realized it damaged my thin but full hair so I now only use it on low for one pass then sit there on cool Just be careful when using!

Kendall Butcher: Girl! You have curly hair that would be absolutely beautiful with a defining cream and gel!

bink: I'm so jealous of your hair. I have fine, thin hair but a LOT of it, so it's really heavy. Styling it is useless - it instantly "falls out" and goes pin straight again. And if it grows too long it looks really flat because it weighs itself down. I'd love to have hair with such volume like yours!

Whiskey Girl😉: Omg your hair is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

SP: I've never thought of using a brush - brilliant tip !!

Noneyabusiness: I am so glad that I am not the only one who doesn't wash my hair everyday. I am about a three day washer and I think my hair loves me for it.

erin sebestyen: Your hair looked so good before the blow dry too

elizabeth manzella: I’m surprised she didn’t shampoo twice. Using a moisturizing shampoo for the second wash. I wash my hair twice a week. For me, the first wash feels like it’s breaking all the dirt/oils down. The second wash tends to lather more and has nourishing benefits. I find doing a double wash keeps my hair less oily/dirty looking for longer.

stacey mclean: Wow your hair looks so great curly

Mary Jennrich: I miss your beauty videos so much! It’s nice to see your videos again, even if they are shorts! :)

Mariah J.: Tips!: don’t use hair mousse to blow dry! Enough spray/cream protector would be good. Also I hate when my ends are dry! So I try to cut them every 6 weeks-ish or once every season changes. And I have dandruff hair not as bad as most ppl but I hate it too so I Tend to try and use a comb and brush the scalp to bring it up off the roots and then I go on with the wash just in case I miss my wash day of the week n make it last two weeks and it just feels much cleaner! I know it’s a lotttt I wrote but hope this helps

Kate Brown: Try Apple cider vinegar on your roots! You shampoo, rinse, put in the acv mixed with a bit of water, leave it on for 5 minutes, rinse and condition. I did this every time I wash my hair and It changed my life. I did it for about 6 months or less and now I don’t need to do it anymore. I NEVER get an itchy scalp or dandruff anymore

Nog'sOn: The way you do it makes you look like you have way much hair than you actually have, love it

Infrared1967: Don't forget to do your final rinse with filtered water. Makes your hair super soft.

shimaa rageh: I love you girl you are a beauty and an inspiration

Malina 123: Detox shampoos dries your hair out, so does mousse. Adding oil to the scalp first makes the scalp confused , so it thinks it’s greasy and slows down the production of natural oils and that will also dry your hair out… Try the olaplex line or the amazing new redken bonding line. The Amika line for dry hair is also good. And as with the same as skin care , it’s best to stick to products from the same line. Products from different brands can contain ingredients that will counteract each other and not make the end result as good as it can be. You ought to try to use a little oil on your ends every day to fix the dry end problem

Izzy Jacob: Idk if this happens to you, but I can’t use detoxifying/clarifying shampoo more than once a week or my hair gets really dry and tangled. I reserve it for when I’ve had to use dry shampoo or other products.

Jasmin Wall: Such a beautiful result!

cupidsfckedupfairy: I miss your curly hair!! You literally saved my curls when I was 15 and been a role model ever since. Please dont loose your curls. I know they can be hard to manage but they are unique and they are yours!! I love you!

EngPMgt: Last her whole “week”!!! I wash my hair every other day and shower daily

Myranda: I wish I had hair that would look like thay after a week I'd look like a greasy rat by the end of it

Bre *: That’s exactly what I do. Using different products. Once a week, hair looks wonderful and never looks dirty or dry. Wish I would of Adapted this habit when I was a teenage. Washing everyday was Not good. But it looks so much healthier now. . An Your hair is Gorgeous

delilah deballsak: So good to see you back missed you. thank you for posting!

Penelope Montrel: Oh my You're hair is lovely!!!

DAJW: I am 58 and my eye lashes had gotten almost non existent. I started using castor oil on my eyelashes every day. They now are as thick and long as they were when I was in my 20’s.

Jade Käänik: Your natural hair soo beautiful!!

Ribbity_Robbity: Thank you so much for returning, I’ve rewatched your videos so many times!! Thank for the guide to feminism

thatemazinbatmankid: I was about to ask why you don’t keep your hair curly when I realized that even though a person has curly hair, it doesn’t mean they have to love it or wear it

Ahsoka Tano: Use Avyna serum the pink one will help you so much. I had really poofy hair that looked so dry and so not nice. It helped NY hair shine, heal ,smell nice, and detangle. There is different serums but I recommend the pink. Instead of moose or gels with alcohol (which dry your hair) use a Glaze or curl booster. I use both a curl booster and Glaze from Color Edge. Also what is the hot tool you are using it looks nice

JoAnn House: How long do you go without washing? I have super long hair, a bit on the thin side to a thyroid disorder. I do not use any products or heat on it. I do about every 5-10 days depending on sweat, humidity or other factors.

The Walking Mic: I believe the point of mousse is to dry and stiffen your hair!

Makaela M: You have so much hair! It’s gorgeous!

Ari: Beautiful hair!

LeeAnn Guerrero: I’d love to see your natural curls

Priscilla: Can u please make a long video styling your hair like this? I loved your hair videos back in the day!

Beauty, Health & Fulfillment: I have that same hair mask it IS AMAZING.

Bushra Majid: Missed you! Glad you’re back

Alexandra Istudor: My favourite self care youtuber is back!!!

JaciNicoleYoga: Girl embrace your natural curls! It would be stunning and healthier

S Vogel: Your voice overs are so relaxing

Kristi Peco: Yeeees more shorts! Your videos always teach me something new.

CursedThirteen: Girl you’re hair is so beautiful

Why Just why: I’ve been putting castor oil around my edges at night before bed (trying to grow out those baby hairs lol) and a little on the rest of my scalp then sleep and by morning my hair and scalp absorb it and leave my hair looking healthy

Cheyenne Howell: Hey I have a question. I’m pregnant so there might be something to do with it but anyways, my hair has been getting knotted like no other. I have to cut a lot of it out. I brush most days but it still gets insanely knotted. Like matted almost. Any times on how to get them out or how to pervert them?

Kenia Soto: I love the curl natural look, more than straight hair

Sad Eyes Creations: The longest I've ever gone without a wash has been four days, my hair gets greasy and my scalp stinky.... So every other day it is... My hair super long so I air dry and in a loose bun it goes I do very the buns location...

TK: I washed my hair in the sink once and my back, neck and shoulders hurt like hell. How tf do I avoid that?

Not Erica: Your hair has so much volume I’m jealous I have very thick hair but it’s also very straight & just falls flat no matter what I do

rmc: I love your natural hair!!!

Kathy Wiscovitch: Add blended avocado and you hair will love you more. Once to twice a week for 1 hour.

Karma Brown: I loved your hair before the blow dry when it was kinda frizzy but it looked cool

Miss Mahinay: You sound like your sister Andrea!!! I watched her YouTube channel for YEARS. I remember you had posted here and there but it’s nice to see you begin posting again! SUBSCRIBED

HYZ Lifestyle: Girl i missed you ! Glad to see this short ❤️

Leeanne Kemp: I'm so glad someone like yourself onlywashes there hair once a week, hair doesn't do well with these constant washes granted since I'm now on hrt my hair is more greecy but it's still in good shape

delcellashaw: Love having you here!

Elle Damon: Omggg I missed you girl!!!soooo happy this showed up in my feed.

pineapplesyumyum: You have gorgeous hair I’m super jealous

Christina: Omg I have loved you for years. Thank you for making this content

Oyinlola Adeyemo: You have beautiful hair!

vs: Yeeah, i did oil treatment regularly for some time. Then my hair started to look very heavy and oily even after washing. Apparently, the oil was not really washing out even if i thought so. After stopping this treatment i had hundreds of zits coming out of my scalp, they were dry and small. I do not have oil treatment anymore

yaya804: You should oil the ends too. They need it more than your scalp, unless your scalp is naturally dry but it looks healthy! No flakes.

Jani S.: You always had a glorious head of thick hair. Miss your videos. It's beautiful. I'm sad my hair is still long, but thinned so much after having Covid

Lil mogwai: Your curly hair is so beautiful

•Phø•🍁: I’ve always wondered why people do all this stuff because my hair is past my hips, haven’t cut it in 3 years, it’s silky and soft, no split ends… I just use shampoo and conditioner and let it dry while I sleep then again I have Chinese/American hair which is a very good combo apparently

kasha: shower: do i look like joke to you? sink: do i look like joke to you?

Lulu: Wow!!! Beautiful hair!!!

Shara: Come on girl show that true curly texture. Be proud of the curls.

Cat Sirrah: Caster oil takes how long for it to take effect?

taniaa32: Use onion oil for dandruff in curly hair, fry one red chopped onion in 150 ml mustard or coconut oil, strain oil, put in bottle for use, apply b4 hair wash, enjoy neat clean dandruff free hair
