Guys is joy here and today, I'm talking about my top 5 tips for healthy scalp care. Scalp care is so important for us Naturals, because healthy hair really starts from the scalp and if you have itchy, scalp or dandruff or anything that is preventing your scalp. For me to breathe and produce new hair growth is really going to limit you when it comes to reaching your hair goals, so we're going to get into these top 5 tips after you go and hit the subscribe button and turn on your notification bells, because I Am doing daily videos while I am at home, you know chilling and weeding things out. So I'd really appreciate it. If you went and hit the subscribe button down below and also make sure you get your hands on my free hair growth guide, so go to the link on the screen or the link in the description box to get your own free hair growth guide, sent straight To your inbox, so let's get into my top 5 tips for healthy scalp care, so my first tip for healthy scalp care is investing in one of these. So this is a scalp massaging, shampoo brush and I use one of these every single wash day, while I'm shampooing my hair to help massage my scalp and really pick up any dirt and also stimulate the blood flow to my scalp, which helps with hair growth. So I actually got mine in the Joyful be perfect wash take it joy will be. Is my natural hair brand that sells hair tools to help you? You know establish your natural hair routine, so you can check that out at joyful b.com to get your hands on a scalp massaging brush. My second tip for a healthy scalp is making sure that your scalp is clarified of any build-up, any gel edge control products. All of that stuff making sure that you're regularly clarifying your scalp so that it can breathe so that you can really have clean hair. So I have an easy DIY recipe that is gon na help. You clarify your hair and that is an apple, cider, vinegar, hair rinse. So I love apple cider, vinegar, rinses. Your hair literally feels so great. After doing it, your curls are poppin and bouncy again, and you should definitely try it out your next wash day. Literally, all you have to do is take a cup of water and then all you do it take a cup of water. I like to do like room temperature to a little bit warm water, because you will be pouring this on your hair and then you just add a tablespoon of apple cider, vinegar to that cup of water. And then you mix it up. And then, when you get into the shower, you add that to your scalp and then rub it into your scalp rinse it out and then shampoo condition and all of that good stuff. As usual, if you don't feel like doing a DIY treatment, you can get your hands on a clarifying shampoo, but I love apple cider, vinegar treatment, because it does wonders for my curls, so my third tip for a healthy scalp is doing hot oil treatments. So hot oil treatments are a great way to get the benefits of all of your favorite oils into your hair and into your scalp to help promote your growth, moisture and all of that good stuff. So how old treatments are super easy? You can make your own oil kentuc, you can make your own oil concoction and a microwave-safe bulb and then just pop it in the microwave to about 30 seconds, so that it's not too hot to put one to your scalp. And then you literally just pour the warm oil onto your scalp massage it in you can even use your shampoo brush to help massage in the oils, and then you go ahead and do your wash day as usual, you can even let the oil sit in on Your hairs and add a deep conditioner while you're letting that sit to really let the oil get in so my fourth tip for healthy scalp care is using a anti dandruff shampoo. If you deal with dandruff or flaking, you really need to make sure using a shampoo or product line that is made to help that I've used the as I am dry and itchy scalp line, and I love that line. It does wonders it's great for the wintertime, especially when your hair is drier than usual, but I definitely recommend you check that out and I'll have it linked down below the products that I've used. That really helped me with my dry and itchy scalp. So my fifth tip, which is my final tip for your healthy scalp routine, is using oils that are me to help with dry itchy scalp and one of my favorite oils, for that is tea tree oil tea tree oil is awesome because it has antifungal properties and You can literally do dabs of tea tree oil in your shampoo conditioner your products and just make sure that you're putting it on your scalp. You don't need a lot of teacher. You don't need a lot of tea tree oil. A little goes a long way, and I love using that, and you can also just do your own research and see what other oils are great for your scalp neat. So those are all my tips for a healthy, scalp routine. I hope you guys have enjoyed this video and get your hands on that free, hair growth, God that is waiting for you down in the link below. But that's all for now and I'll talk to you guys next time, bye,
