Baking Soda Shampoo Recipe And Tutorial For Natural Hair

Greetings, ladies in this week's video we're going to go into how to make and apply baking soda shampoo to your hair. Baking soda is a great cleanser and has many benefits for your hair, such as getting rid of dandruff and cleansing hair baking soda shall only be used if you had a lot of product build-up, it's not something I recommend for every wash for us Naturals with more Thick and curly hair use it only when you really need a cleansing. Otherwise, stick to your co-wash. Since I had a lot of product buildup in my hair from the last washing go, I just had I decided to go ahead and do a wash with my baking soda shampoo. First, make sure you do your pre poo I'll link to my pre poop tutorial in the description below here are the things you'll need two cups of warm water, two tablespoons of baking soda, one tablespoon of apple, cider, vinegar, a spoon or stir in a spray bottle. So here's the bakin soda shampoo recipe, 1 cup of warm water and two tablespoons of baking soda first get out your small container that you're going to be making the shampoo in next begin running your water until the temperature gets warm fill your measuring cup with the Warm water and dump it into the container next take out your baking soda measure out two tablespoons and dump them into the water, then simply mix the shampoo thoroughly or until it gets paste like then use a funnel to pour your baking soda shampoo into your spray Bottle for easy application apply the shampoo using a rip to tip motion, make sure to massage the mixture into your skull. Let sit for 15 minutes, then co wash with a conditioner of your choice. Lastly, you need to rinse your hair with apple cider, vinegar, to balance out the pH of your hair, or your hair will dry out get a clean container or spray bottle in it. At another cup of water measure out one tablespoon of apple cider, vinegar and pour it into the water, apply it to your hair, thoroughly make sure to massage go then rinse your hair with cold water to seal cuticles. After that make sure to apply your leave-in conditioner and oils to restore moisture, then style is desired. My results well, my scale felt extremely clean and fresh, but it was a little itchy. My hair was very fluffy lightweight and manageable. This is definitely a treatment. You should do monthly or when you get a lot of product build-up.
