♥ 77 ♥ HOW TO GROW LONG NATURAL 4c HAIR BY DOING 3 THINGS - Our EASY monthly natural hair routine. https://youtu.be/W1U1TtFDhU8

♥ 80 ♥ HOW TO ROPE TWIST FOR LONG & TANGLE FREE HAIR - We used rope twists to grow long 4c hair. https://youtu.be/X56ZBfAoRCc

Hey guys, it's needed again. I hope you all doing wonderfully well now. What I want to do is film the products video I've got a couple of hours until the kids get back. So I want to film that, but I have to, if you can see the kitchen is a wreck. I'Ve got a seasoned, the chicken cleanup this breakfast stuff. I have a million one of things to do, but we're gon na try and get it done. So I can get this video up on Sunday, Maternity into it, so the products we use - let's just say it - is washed. I'M okay, we've had our rope twists in for four weeks and we are ready to refresh revive remoisturize. So what do we do? First, first I'll ascertain whether or not we need to creeper now, what's a pre-poo is it necessary? A pre-poo is basically just a pre conditioning treatment that you do prior to shampoo in your hair and it serves two purposes one. It adds extra moisture to the hair and to it kind of acts as a little bit of a barrier between your shampoo and your hair and it's stripping qualities. If we do need a pre-poo. This is what I would use. I will use a cheapy conditioner and some olive oil in a ratio of one to one so I'll. Put half of this. This is the vo5 strawberries and cream and half olive oil put it in a bowl mix. It give it a good mix and then I will saturate the hair with it and let them sit under a plastic cap for about 30 minutes. Sometimes I use heat. Sometimes it won't so --. That'S pre-poo out the way so next time to shampoo okay. So for the kids, I will use this Shea Moisture mango and carrots. It smells so good. It smells so good all the products I will listed in the description area below I'll use, that for the younger kids and for my older kids and myself we will use the Pantene truly natural shampoo. I was found this really clean, so it's getting rid of everything like you see it go down this thing, it's very satisfying and since we only shampoo once a month because we co wash during the month, I want something. That'S really gon na get our hair clean. I'Ve also used this, which I enjoy, is the Mucca and my shea moisture intensive shampoo, that's another one I also reuse and enjoy so we've done a shampoo really focusing on the scalp and allowing the runoff to do the rest of the work for the rest of The braids remember guys our hair is still in twists. We do not wash or do anything with our hair outside of twists. The reason I don't shampoo in between the month is because the hair is in rope twists. I found it very difficult to get the moisture back in on every single strand like so I could get the moisture which would be the water, but in to cope with the conditioner. I found it difficult so best suggest you something like this. As I am co-wash. That'S what we'll use during the week to cleanse the hair and cleanse the scalp and keep it clean and then just save the hardcore shampoo for once every four weeks now after that, hair is wet. What we would normally do is a deep conditioning treatment. Now, I'm all about simplification, guys. I do not like to do extras, I'm not about the extras. I am extra, but I'm not about doing extra. So what I would generally do is do a deep conditioning treatment that does not need to be washed out because we're not getting back in that shower again we're not doing that. It'S like four of us, that's a lot, and I got this tip from rustic beauty. Do you remember her guys? Oh gee put a comment down below if you remember rustic beauty. Oh my gosh, I remember rushing home from work to see what video she had put up and she made the brilliant. I thought suggestion of using products for your deep conditioning that you don't have to wash out, so I would use a leave-in conditioner, which is the Giovanni's direct leaving conditioner, and I would use our shea butter mix. I have a video on our shea butter mix and I'm going to do another video on our reformulated shea butter mix and I'll leave that information. It won a card and in the comment section I think I've buns, you fall so we've gotten out of the tub. Our hair is clean. First thing: we do aloe vera juice. Whatever is used to I like to use, I like to use the fruit of the earth average juice. I buy it in bulk because I love a bargain. I get this over Amazon and I'll put a link for that in the description and there's another one I use, which is called George's. I believe I'm out of that and why I love that one is because it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I have got that suggestion from nappy headed jojoba. I don't know if you've heard of her channel. If you have comment down below. If not, you really need to check it out. Awesome smart, intelligent funny, but yet she suggested that brand and we loved it out of the top. What'S a hair weave spritz without aloe vera juice, deep conditioned I'll put this on first, followed by this, put it under a heat cap and sit for about 30 minutes and guys I'm gon na. Do a video actually showing you, because I know it's good to talk through, but sometimes you need to see so look out for the video of me walking you through step-by-step exactly what we do with our hair. After the deep conditioned, I will put the hair up in a bun and begin working on the hair, a section at a time. I will start on the back section or remove one twist take out the shirt hairs. If the twist is, you know, give me a bit of a hard time I want this is a very good for slip. Good aloe vera juice, I'll spritz it and take out this hairs then comes my next Co prep, which is this cast oil. I use this organic sky, castor oil, and I run that through the hair, starting at the tips going up working my way up to the roots, and I begin to rope twist that twist right back up and now go to the next to us, undo that and Do the same thing all over again, I may also add some extra shave us a mix of the tips you know just for that inner protection, because the tips of our hair are the oldest and need the most TLC. So I do do the most with the tips of our hair and that's it. I think I've shown you everything we use so guys. I hope you found this helpful if you did, please give this video a thumbs up and if you have not subscribed, please consider, subscribing and sharing this video with friends. We will see you here every Sunday all right take care, god bless

Ericka Rogers: I would absolutely LOVE to see the wash day routine you discuss in this video!!! I cannot wait to try it out on my 6 year old's 4C Hair.

treasure afolabi: I have to also add that when i had my daughter 3yrs ago and being my 1st child, i didn't know what to do with a baby's hair or head care until i came across your channel. Your tips on caring for their tender scalp helped me alot and soon i was a confident mama on caring for my little one's hair that my husband was amazed. Thank you for adding value to my skills.❤

Just Learned: I absolutely remember Rustic Beauty. She was one of the earliest natural hair YouTubers whose type 4b hair grew beautiful it left viewers in awe!. Soft, incredibly moisturized tresses from a very simple routine of twists, water and Shea butter, who can forget!

Whitney Solier: So glad that you are back. Yessss, back in the day Rustic Beauty, African Export, Kimmaytube...The good ole natural hair days. Thank you for sharing the info. Looking forward to future videos. My question is do you find the hair to be more tangled if you don’t detangle before washing?

Joifully Natural: I remember Rustic Beauty, and when I first did the big chop, the Giovanni was THE first thing I bought!

Alexandria Banks: Just came across your channel, and I'm already taking notes and making changes to my hair routine. Love your videos, really clear. Love your vibes as well. New subbie. Thanks for sharing.

Amanda: Yeah! So glad to see you back. You really helped with my daughter's hair and mine. Thank you so much.

Just Smaj: Welcome back! I used to watch you before and you taught me about African threading. Love the simplicity of your hair routine. I will be trying this on my girls!

Amy J Browne: Our routine is simple as well and we wash once a month. My issue is the weekly moisturizing. I struggle with that. Can you share a video on that please. And the tip on the deep conditioner interesting. Will try it.

Mish - Simple Beauty Secrets RevealedTM: One of the last organic and genuine channels left Keep up the good work

Breion716: Love the simplicity of the routine and the simple products

Dawn Gilliam: GEORGE'S ALWAYS ACTIVE ALOE VERA JUICE - I've used it for over 25 years. It's the only aloe vera juice that taste like water! It tells the story on the side of the bottle.   I would put it in the humidifier for my daughters asthma. Any time I or anyone else has a cough, I would suggest putting this aloe vera juice in a bottle with water and sip on it all day.   My daughter is a singer and uses it to help her throat. If you look at the reviews, it's good for constipation. I travel a lot for work and stay months at a time, I always find it or order it online. It's funny to me that people put it in their hair but don't know you can drink it because it taste just like water. I use aloe vera juice in my hair but not this brand. I use George's Always Active Aloe Vera Juice for drinking.........try it......you'll like it!

Keneisha Brown: Rule of thumb- Keep It Simple ✌. Nice video ❤️

Natashya Mitchell-Hendrix: I would love to wash in twists but I can't get all the product rinsed out. I do remember Rustic Beauty and NappyHeadedJojoba! I do love the idea of deep conditioning with product you can actually leave in.

Rakia Smith: Welcome back!!! I loved watching you & your girls. Can’t wait to catch up! So I find issues with co-washing because their scalp seems to remain dirty or sebum stays around. What am I doing wrong?

Hodayah Yisolole: Rustic Beauty needs to come back...she was my absolute authority on our hair type in the beginning

trinigul: Yep. Not getting back in that shower either (lazy). I deep condition with my leave-I products ( Hawaiian Silky 14 in 1 and Blue Magic). Also, I have fine strands so one less step = less manipulation of wet weak hair.

Térésa Scotland: So funny how you said you had to season the chicken and I was about to do the same thing. I’m here bubbling a pot now. . ALL your tips are right on point as usual. Thanks for sharing. Blessings...

treasure afolabi: I get really excited seeing all these videos from you Nadine especially having missed you for a while i use d shea moisture kid carrot line shampoo on my 3yr old daughter as well and i love it. But am always on a hunt for a good conditioner for her but never find one. I will definitely try ur tip of cowashing and shampoo once a month because i think 2weekly shampooing might be alot on her tender scalp. So many tips on this video that i cant wait to incorporate.

Nicole Auld: Brilliant! Thanks for sharing your tips with us!

Facebook TawGun: This is what i love about you!!! Simplicity is such a key word. Thanx for sharing abt Giovanni. Very timely as i am so unwell and cannot give same attenion to mine and my daughter's hair. I look forward to the step by step videos!! Rooting for u from the U.K!

Beloved Women with Christina Patterson: This is so helpful. Thank you so much

Kim B.: Love Nappyheadedjojoba!! Love how you like simplistic things. I have 3 girls with beautiful long hair so I too try to simplify things!! Just this weekend I washed one of my daughters hair in her threaded twist. Usually I would take out the thread, detangle the twist up for wash. O my gosh it saved me so much time!!! This def might be the new way to go!!Love you!

Amanda O.: Hi Nadine, Do you go row by row and deal with each twist after every cowash? Or only after your monthly clarifying wash?

Keneisha Brown: I love rope twists!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ my go to style

No1superjuicey: Love the regular uploads thank you!!! quick question , i remeber watching kimmytube and she spoke about changing partings to avoid rountine breakages and wear and tear (something along those lines) how do you combat that when you wash in tiwists and reuse partings?

Meriam H.: I LOVED Rustic Beauty! One of the first I watched on YouTube! Nappyheaded Jojoba is my friend in my head! Love her! Great video! ❤️

Gyamstar: Great tips and thanks for sharing. Really is nice to see you back. Since you like a good bargain can I share a tip? Always always check other sites cos amazon is not always cheaper. Same aloe vera at Walmart for 6.44 bucks. That's 5 cents an ounce. You could buy 2 more gallons for the price of amazon.

Stella OD: Brilliant. Can't wait for the video showing every step!

CarlaDoll6: Hi Nadine! Thank you for the tips...I appreciate it!

Laffa Mills: So glad you’re back!! What a pleasant surprise

Oge O.: How do you moisturise your hair during the month in the rope twists?

againstalloddz4: Yes I remember rustic beauty! Where do you get the George's aloe vera juice from bc the fruit of the earth kind is taking up too much space in the fridge

Wayldon Donavan: Like the simplicity. However, how do you maintain it throughout the month? New subscriber.

Simone Brown: I love a simple regime.... all this onion juice, auyervedic herbs, bentonite clay, rice water, tea rinses, protein treatments and aloe vera plant masks got me stressed out

Caribbean Curls: Looking forward to seeing rope twists wash rountine.. Do u do rope twist on your hair too? I keep getting recommended to do a curly perm so I can better manage my hair but I'm thinking of trying rope twists first. Is it difficult to wash and undo them by yourself on your own head?

Jojisam Luzipo-Adu: Hi! So this is what you do every week with your girls? I'm so excited to try it out.

Jessica Smith: I knew this video was legit when she said "I have to season the chicken" on her list of priorities

ameranaya: Hey hon. So glad to see you back ...missed your videos. ...could you do a flat rope twists video as I can single strand rope twist bit I am having difficulty flat rope twisting ...thanks ☺

Sasha Pryce-Roberts: Hey Nadine, question, what are the benefits of Aloe Vera juice?

FrauMase: Yaaaaas! I remember Rustic Beauty, she had a fantastic head of hair!

Oge O.: Is your natural hair out in this video? I know it's a weird question but I honestly can't tell if it's a wig or not. Either way, it's beautiful ❤️

Nat Lew: Hey, You're back...happy to see you and your beautiful children.

Ciara M: Can you go into detail about your cowashing process and how you moisturize after? My twists get super frizzy when I wash and moisturize them and the roots no longer look neat.

Misty Cruz: I’m so glad your back ! ❤️

Wisdomiskey: I missed you! So glad you are back, thanks for sharing

kharyzma4u: I remember Rustic Beauty. Where do you get the big Giovanni? I used to from massage warehouse. Do they still have it? Thanks for the video. I'm glad you're back. Oh, never mind....lol...just read description

GabeTeevee: I'm literally your biggest fan great video as always

MsChicoro: Lovely video!

crissybelles: and yes! love me some Ti (aka NappyHeadedJojoba). you know I didn't know the label George's doesn't need to be refrigerated, that's cool to know. I don't mind the fridge, I #1 have room :) but #2 i spray (heavily) the Aloe all over after my shampoo, bcz the acidity level helps cuticle and double bonus my hair loves it, feels amazing I pick up the big jug from Trader Joe's in my area (Philly) they hands down always have the best/fair price (way better than Amazon sellers/re-sellers -even with Prime i find the Amazon cost literally 3x what i grab at Trader Joes

The Cozy Canary: Thank u 4 explaining. I use 2 do this all the time. It was hard 2 wear the twists without looking rough. Do u wear scarfs?.
