Hey this is Gwen from hero supplies, etc. Today we are going to make a bat shaped, hair bow. You will need a piece of two and a quarter inch black ribbon. This is six inches long. You'Ll also need a lined alligator clip a needle and thread and a piece of black 3/8 ribbon for the center. Here I have a sketch of what it's going to look like you're gon na want to take your pencil and you're gon na draw a small, see a bigger see and then a larger see like that on your ribbon. So take your ribbon and take a piece of chalk and on the top right side, you're gon na start, drawing your see just a small C, then you're going to make a medium-sized C and then you're gon na make a large C. Okay, so you're gon na cut on the outer part of this we're gon na fold, our ribbon in half get your scissors and we're going to start cutting our shape. Now get your lighter and just smooth out the edges around with your lighter turn it around. Okay. So there's your bat so far now take your ribbon and fold it back in half again to find your center crease it and you're just going to want to bunch your bow towards you. Make sure that you know where the center is get your needle and poke through the center of your bow, put your needle through the lip pull and then just wrap your ribbon around your bow seal it off in the back, get your scissors and cut okay. Now, just flip cut your bat make sure it's nice and even okay. So now you want to get your three-eighths ribbon seal the edge and we're going to get some hot glue. Put it on the back and place your ribbon right in the center wrap it around. Your bow a couple times now get your hot glue at this point and put a line down the back, get your lined alligator clip and put it right down the center cut off at the end of your ribbon seal the edge and then just open up your Clip add some hot glue and bring that end right on in the middle, and that's how you make a bat hair bow.
