Hello, this is Risa from Anjurisa Welcome to my channel In this video. I will show you how to make this knotted turban headband Before we start consider pressing the SUBSCRIBE button, so you won't miss any update. I recommend you to only use stretchy fabric to make this knotted turban headband In this video. I will use plain fabric to make it easier to see. Remember when we're working with fabric, the edge of fabric is very important. You can see here, the edge of fabric will be the width which is 6'' and the length is ( HC+8 )'' Fold, the fabric in half and sew here. These are the patterns on my sewing machine To sew elastic fabric. We can't use this regular stitch. Instead, I will use this knit stitch to sew this turban headband. If you don't have this pattern on your sewing machine, you can use a regular zig-zag stitch Leave an opening here and I will show you later. You can see my knit stitch. This is to let us stretch the fabric without fear of popping a seam. You can see this little gap. This is to let us turn the fabric inside out, Because elastic fabric is very easy to turn. Leave the opening no more than 1'', Now turn the fabric inside out. This is the most important part. I will show you how to tie the headband. I will refer this as the left side and this as the right side Put the left side over the right side, and now I will refer this as the top side and this as the bottom Put the top side over the bottom like this. So don't put the bottom over the top. I will show you how it turns out if you tie the bottom over the top. You will get this knot, but we don't want this, So we have to put the top side over the bottom like this Now. This is beautiful. I will show you one more time, Put the left side over the right side and now put the top over the bottom. Like this, Our knotted turban headband is finished Thanks for watching.
