Can you sleep with a hair topper is one of the most common questions I get. Sleeping with a hair topper on is not recommended because the clips could pull on your hair and tossing and turning can cause the friction between the pillow and your hair causing the hair of the topper to get damaged sooner than you'd like. But, I wanted to put this to the test and I went to sleep with my hair topper on. Check out the video to see how it went how I did it.

Can you sleep with hair Stoppers? That is the question that we're going to answer next. I wanted to sit down and answer this question in a video since you've been seeing a lot of the videos and questions that I'm answering and sleeping with hair with your hair. Topper on it's not recommended, especially if your hair topper has clips that you clip in onto your hair, sleeping with your hair. Topper could cause pulling on your own hair and also when you sleep, you toss and turn, and that can cause the friction between the pillow and the hair topper, causing the hair of the hair topper get tangled and in the end, you're gon na have to replace Your piece a lot sooner now I understand you might be on a business trip and you are sharing a room with a colleague from work and you're, not ready to disclose to them that you are wearing a hair, topper I'd, say one night or two nights max. It is okay to sleep with your hair, topper transfer, eyes, hair toppers cover only top portion of your heads. You are not going to have any type of attention on the bottom portion where you actually laying down. So that might not be that much of an issue for you. However, I do recommend that if you are sleeping with the hair topper on to braid the hair or put the hair in a ponytail or a low bar, that way, your hair is going to stay. Put and it's not going to cause so much friction between the hair and the pillow. So to put this to the test, I decided to actually sleep with a ear topper. On the first thing I did, I installed the hair topper and I braided the hair topper. Then, when I went to sleep, I felt that the clips were pulling on my hair, so what I've done? I actually unclip the clips as you see here in the video, and I took some bobby pins two on each side and I put it in just to hold my topper in place and then I went back to sleep and in the morning when I woke up. I didn't feel any tension on my head. I didn't feel any difference with my hair up or did shift a little bit, but you can always. You know, wake up a little bit earlier and adjust your topper now. Do you have any questions for me? If you do, please leave them in the comments below and if you would like to learn more about hair toppers and how to keep your hair healthy, then I recommend you check out some of these videos right here.
