Hey everyone Angie here and I'm back with another wig topper video yeah wait tougher make topper. I love this wig topper is actually the same exact topper that I did a video on previously like almost two years ago, from a Renee of Paris in the color harvest. Gold and that video is done really well, it's almost up to like two hundred thousand views and the reason I did it is because I learned from YouTube videos. That'S how I learned to do all this stuff, and I thought well now that I've got some experience. Um I can share how to use these things too. Cuz, I'm not ashamed. I'M just happy to help people, so it's just paying it forward, paying it forward paying it forward. I want to thank you to those of you. Who'Ve kept up with my channel and made that video very popular and it's been really cool to see it just grow. I mean it's been really cool so that wig topper in that video I'll link down below was several years old. Maybe five, six seven years old and I haven't honestly worn it in a long time and my hair has been steadily growing and getting a little healthier. But I wanted some new hair to be able to put up in different styles, we're and we're up and clips, and when you have SuperDuper thin hair like maybe you do or definitely I do it's very hard to do any styling with it. And so when you can put in some extra hair, it really helps so again. This is Renee of Paris and harvest gold, and I like harvest gold because it is blonde, but it's a very warm warm blonde and it will blend with just about any. I think shade range from light brown to blonde, because here I'll show you in a moment I'm gon na be looking back and forth at this mirror that I have here, but my hair is definitely not blonde right now, but it's it's a light. Brown dark blonde and I'm gon na be sharing some styling that you could do with this, but I just got this hair. I got it from wig outlet, calm and it was, I think, $ 59 and that's a lot less than I paid for it. A long time ago and I've already snipped it, it cut it kind of really long, and I show you what I snipped off of it. I snipped off this much hair because it was a lot longer than my hair and it seemed like um it tapered in the back, so the back was a lot longer than the sides. I don't. I didn't cut much off the sides, I'm not a hairdresser. I just you know: snip snip snip and it seems to be blending with my hair pretty well. My hair is just right at shoulder length, okay, so this is the topper. I'Ve already got it and, of course my hair doesn't look this good ever so. The one thing, the one thing that makes this a lot more inexpensive than some of the toppers that you've seen in the $ 200 range 300 range, as this does not have a monofilament top and monofilament top sort of mimics the scalp. And it gives a lot of realism if you like to have that look of a scalp showing I honestly when I wear my hair. It kind of goes back like that when I wear it normally now right now, like I said, I just got it and I haven't had time to fool with it or wash it or train it or anything like that um. But I can. I can't do those things this actually came parted this way, so even the fact that I'm parting it a different way is making it lay a little funny, but I can work on that over time. That'S one thing to remember about wig: toppers is you're, never really stuck with how it looks. Unless you just really hate the color. You really hate the cut, even the cut you can manipulate a little bit, but if you just honestly, really really hate it send it back, it's usually they have good return policies. Most of these companies read the reviews. I guess, but I've had this one before there's no reason to send it back. I know I couldn't work with it, but what she's gon na have is permit ease. I'M gon na try to get up here in the camera. She'S gon na have permit ease and it it. It just looks like to me a zig zag part and honestly, unless you're just peering down on somebody's head, you know hopefully nobody's doing that in your personal space. Is there a period into your hairline, but unless it but he's like very up close to your hair here, they're, not gon na notice that that it's it's just you know a zig zag part. It'S just gon na look like you have thick hair. That is in a zigzag part, or you know a messy part, and, and you don't have your scalp showing you know, which is fine with me, say yeah. I messed it up my the mess here. It looks the better okay, so I've cut it. My hair is right at this length, there's my hair and when I got this out of the box, it had this this wave here. I don't love this wave. I would rather it be a little more straight, but we can fix that by just washing it and you know letting it air dry. I don't even have a wig hit like a wig model head. I just let mine dry, like on a bowl, that's upside down. I just use what I have guys. I let it dry on a bowl upside down in it just, and I make sure it's it's laying very straight and smooth or however I want I want. I make sure it's parted on the side that want. I make sure the bang is laying the way I want and when it dries it will dry that way, but you can absolutely wash these, but so here it is, and it looks really natural. I think you know here's the bang. You can make the bangs go back. Here'S my hairline! Now you can see I've got some of my hair pulled out and you can still see some of my scalp here, but if we want, we don't want to see so much of our thinning scalp. I just use I've told you this in other videos. I just use some powder, there see it's just dark brown powder and I just I just got it right on my forehead right there for you, big giant, plop of it right on my forehead, no real fix it good grief. You can fix any of this stuff. It'S just makeup: you just wipe it off with a rag or your finger blend it in nobody can tell it it's powder, I'm looking in my big mirror. It looks good yeah, so there are no more bald scalp. We have some powder um, and this was just I just used a dark color, dark brown and a little cheap brush from Walmart, and so that's this is the hair. I like that it kind of flips up on the ends. This that's how my hair does my hair flips up, but if you want to UM, take a little bit of water and your blow dryer on low low low setting guys this week, particularly, is not heat friendly and it does not. Like heat, I've even opened the oven, sometimes on you know 400 and I feel like it has singed my weren't this week. It does not like heat, but if you wanted, you could spray just with some water. I don't very low heat, like probably pull it out to here, maybe just work with it to get it to curl under. If that's what you like, but I like it flipping up on the ends, is kind of how I wear my hair anyway. Okay, are you ready for me to take it off all right, we'll take it off for you only my hair guys only my hair here we go. You'Ve got two clips here, two clips back here and you just unsnap it did you hear that unsnap unsnap and sometimes it's a Booker to take out. So I take my finger right where the clip is, and I push my hair back, because I don't want to pull on it. I just push it out of the clip and that one those are out me and these I just pull out out of the clip. A little there we go so here I am here's my hair, as I told you before, it's grown out quite a lot from previous videos, but it's still very thin. Here'S the length of mine very long, but much longer than before. It'S still like a thin. I mean um like a light brown dark blonde color, it's really dry right now I didn't use any conditioner or product on it. I just washed it, but, as you can see, we're still very thin. I appreciate all the people who commented and who've had lots of suggestions. You know. Have you been to the doctor? Have you had your thyroid checked? Have you this? Have you that I'm taking vitamins you shouldn't tease your hair because teasing your hair makes your hair fall out? Sometimes I think the people that make these comments. I'Ve never had this issue guys. If I don't tease my hair a little. It'S good to diss teasing teasing. My hair, it does not cause this. There are thousands of women, millions of women all over the world who tease their hair and do not have this problem. The doctors can't give me any real reason why except genetics hormones, I mean there's nothing doing with this. There'S there's nothing to help it. Those of you who've been concerned about medical things. Thank you. Thank you. That'S very sweet, and I can it's like you can tell in the comments who is actually concerned and who is just being smirky. Just don't tease your hair. If you tend to your hair or your elbow out well sweetie my hair's been falling out for 20 years and teasing doesn't have anything to do with it. So those of you who have been through this you know there's nothing. We'Ve tried everything. We'Ve tried the pills. We'Ve tried, we've tried pills, we tried, creams, we've tried shampoos, we've tried not Nioxin, I even had a woman say you need to get some Rogaine and I'm going. Do you think in you know, 20 years of this problem that I haven't tried that I've tried that I've tried everything everything you can think of I've tried so the last resort for good, looking hair, for somebody like me is fake, hair, okay and it turns out Beautifully it looks good, there's nothing wrong with it. Lots of people do it. So just do you, honey, don't worry about other people because they haven't walked in your shoes. People who have walked in your shoes. They get it but listen to other people. I get lots of advice from lots of people and they haven't, walked in my shoes, so just smile and go on and do you boo, okay, so here's the topper I'd ordered the long length and, as you can see, it is not my hair color as you Could tell what I had on before you really can't. You really can't tell now one comment that somebody did have that I really liked was they said: why don't you put a dark root in that use? Some root spray use something and put a dark root on it, and I really liked that idea actually, because I have put dark roots and things before, and I thought that maybe to match this a little more, a dark root would be appropriate. So, let's try that I actually bought a little. I haven't used this before. I'Ve used other sprays like root, touch-up sprays, but I've never used batiste in particular, so this is called with a hint of color divine dark hair refresh dry shampoo spray. So this is just this was 419 on it at CVS. I believe - and I just wanted to try it. I didn't want the big bottle in case I didn't like it, but I'm gon na try this one. So I'm gon na give this a little root right here. Let'S just see whoops I'm just trying to direct it right there at the way I'm gon na be parting. It it don't smell too bad. It kind of smells like old, lady perfume. Oh there you go dark. I sprayed it right there on that blonde, a little bit that sure showed up. Oh yeah, that totally added some I'm gon na try some right. There see it's changing. I'M gon na do some right there. I don't want to spray it on me: yeah cool as blondie locks from her old videos. She doesn't make videos anymore, but she really taught me a lot about wearing wigs as she used to say smoke and mirrors babies. Smoking mirrors, that's all. This is smoke and mirrors, there's so many tricks you can use to fake people out so that they don't know that you're sporting, some fake hair. So what this did - and I actually like what this did. This did a little bit of a darkroom, but it also made it not so shiny, so just going in and a little bit because it's a little too meta, don't with that dry. Shampoo cool, like so the fibers are just a slight bit shiny shinier than mine. You can tell I have very dull, dry hair. I usually use a spray in conditioner and I'm kind of out right now, so I'm gon na put her back in after you've inspected my hair, I'm gon na put it back in and let's play with some styles for a minute. So when you put one in you hold it away from your face like this and her away from you hold the clips away and you flip it flip it around, and you want to shove. I'Ve got those clips right there and you just wan na shove them in and snap in the back, pull it back a little bit, shove them forward and push it down, and then you look a hot mess. We'Re gon na fix it. Okay, so see how this has a waviness to it from where it traveled to me. I don't really like that. I might have to wash it and let it air dry a little bit already so much better right. You know kind of get it part of how you want it now. If you wanted to take this wig and go to your salon and get them to cut in some bangs, I mean, if you know how to cut in bangs, you do it, but I don't know how to really cut. The only thing I could do is just just cut some length off as straight as I could that's about all I'm good for, but in the past I have taken expensive toppers to the salon and got them okay, so smoosh that back, if you like, if you Don'T if you don't like that kind of part, then don't do it. That way. I like a little bit of lift on my bangs, so I'll pull it up a little, and I would totally spray mine right here and this is how walk out the door and unless somebody like, I said, is up in your grill. They aren't gon na be able to tell that this is not your hair. I like it. This isn't. Okay, so we've got our area, and this is how I would just generally wear it. Probably I would tuck it behind my ear. You can tuck, with with a weak. Topper still looks fine, it's made to be a little bit tighter on my head right. There just get it real pushed in there real good and once it's clipped in, I don't feel it. Okay, you can't tell you can't tell at all okay if you wanted to comb your hair back. I see you right there. You can tell you've got a giant thing there, so I would definitely take some powder in there and play with it that really boofed up those bangs huh. I love big hair, but I don't know if I love it that big, okay, let's pull it down. If you want to pull your hair down, while your bangs forward, you can absolutely do that and that really disguises your hairline. So if you wear your hair forward, this would be the time maybe to go to the salon and get it trimmed out, get it trimmed. A little bit unless you like a long bang again because I'm brushing it and I'm pulling on it, I keep you know, loosening it up a little of this little snap it back in. Oh, that's with your bangs forward. Again, you can tuck it. Maybe you want to get rid of some of this bulk tuck. It look there's no way. Anybody would ever know that that wasn't your hair, the most favorite thing to do with wig toppers put in your sunglasses another way to disguise your hairline. If you don't like it, okay watch this, you can even totally put them in and push them back like like people do now to me that looks a little funky, so I would pull it down now. If I had thick hair y'all that wouldn't look funky but because I have thin hair, I automatically think that that looks funky somebody with thick hair. It does have their hair. Look like that in the front pull some out. Here'S my hair pull a little bit out. Okay, so we got our sunglasses, then, or if you don't want to do any of that, just pop it in the top, all right, like that all day, if you want see that kind of disc, if you don't like heaven all of your hair lines, showing that's A just a normal natural way to disguise it. Okay. Now another thing that I like to do sometimes is I like to put clips in and, like I said, I've got a little bit of my hair pulled out in the front. I take these. I actually like them a little smaller than this, but I have a little clip here. This is kind of a medium sized baby. I like him just a smidge smaller. I do have some smaller ones. I'M just get it out of your face. If you want - and this you could just tuck looks cute, I pull it down a little. I give it a little twist when I put it back I'll, see how pretty that lays right there. Some of that's my hair, something that's my my hair. If you wanted to put another one over here, you can, but I don't really like that thing right there, okay um another thing you can do, but I've done in the past is: I have I'm gon na. Take it out. I'M just gon na push this back. A little bit I'm gon na show you I've, put it in a headband in the past, push it out of the clip cuz, you don't want it, and I'm gon na pull as much hair of my hair forward. As I can, okay - and I must good this back here - that right there alright now, what I'm gon na do is brush this back and make it look even and then I'm gon na take this out. I'M gon na tease my hair in the front and I'm going to try. I will tease this on the side too. This is super thin. Okay, I might use my mirror here. It'S very poufy up there, but that's not what we're gon na be using and see. My hair just blends with this try to blend it as much as possible, get it where you want it and then get your white hair band and put it in, and I like to put it right on the edge of the topper right. There hold it down and then brush it boof in the top, a lot of volume, but up there, but just kind of brush it out and make it like all smooth. Now, if you don't like that, much volume and snap it in the back and pull it down a little bit, I don't mind that much volume yeah, I kind of helped with the volume. Okay perfect. If you want it a little messy make it a little messy. Okay, so this is wearing a headband all right now, my hair, you really can't see much of baldness there on the front. Maybe since I put powder here, I would go on back a little bit more with it. Otherwise I really like it. You absolutely cannot wear your hair like this. When you have thin hair Kenya, it just looks silly. You don't have any volume at all. So that's that now, if you wanted to leave that in and pull it back with a clip, I have a big hair clip here, I'm doing a video okay and like the other, video of course, if you wanted to this, is that was pull this forward again Again, if you want to pull it back and a clip twist it can you see that you can do that. I would definitely work on this a little, but that is that again, if you wanted to go in with your little root spray right here spray in some route, let's try it spray it in your face. Oh that is really hard not to spray. In your face. Do it not on your head, alright, anyway, that gave a little bit of a rout there. So that's kind of cool, take it out, okay, so we're back to square one, and my head is now filthy from the dry shampoo. This video is now very long. You don't know if you've watched my videos that I hate one videos. I want to be able to teach you what I know my little bad ones all right. So this is my hair. This is the before after shove. The clips in. I encourage you to watch other people's videos and learn what you can so I think I am ready to go out guys, I'm just gon na put in my sunglasses and it is a beautiful fall day and I'm gon na get out there and enjoy it. So I hope you had some inspiration and I hope you enjoyed this video and I just want to encourage you. If you have the thin hair, you have options, you don't have to walk out of the house feeling bad about yourself or maybe you have thin hair and you just feel awesome anyway, and you don't care about all this you're my hero, I love you. I wish I had your confidence, but it does feel good to walk out with a full head of hair. Let me tell you something else: in the winter, this is a hat essentially, and your head will never get cold. Ok, guys enjoy your day. Bye.

Zee: Thanks for this video! Can totally relate! You give me more confidence to accept myself and my hair... So thank you ❤️

Little fairy: I think that topper looks awesome on you, and I love your confidence! Thank you so much for sharing ❤️

Donna Roberts: Love your video review and your great sense of humor! Lol! I think this is a really nice topper and it looks great on you, very natural! Thank you for taking the time to give us all the good information on how to wear this, very much appreciated. By the way, I was wondering what had happened to Goldilocks, she must have taken her channel totally down, thanks for mentioning her. By the way, I'm a Christian too and I love your wall decals. God bless! ❤️

Marin Stafford: Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas wirh us. It is inspirational how you can so quickly and confidently change hairdos and they all come out so stylish. I am in awe of you!!

PauliAsheDina, TMJ: Mine is always going thin since I was 35 or so. Its really getting thin now at 57 and Im trying to embrace wearing toppers bec I am SICK of having to wear it one way all the time. This topper is gorgeous on you. We cant help our hair getting thin - it is hormones or lack of hormone

Carmen Boucher: Girl you are amazing amazing I mean it with hair or no hair you're absolutely beautiful I thank you so much for your videos you give me courage for person who's won nothing but caps and hats and scarves for almost Seventeen Years cuz my hair is so thin I don't know what to do with it I thank you you inspired me many blessings baby thank you so much

Clara: What a great video! Thanks so much for all these tips and tricks soo looking forward to your next videos

Brenda Ay: I completely agree with you about your hair loss. I've gone thru the same processes. It is what it is. I chose first hair fiber powder, then toppers and wigs just like you. And yes, I have gone a little lighter with the help of rooting the lighter hair to help make the transition into lighter more believable. L'Oreal root touch up spray in the rooting area really helps.

Dot K: You’re great! Question: clips, I find the clips to be painful...the pulling on my hair where they attach. I’ve tried teasing but it still happens. What’s your secret to prevent the pulling feeling if you experience it? Thank you!

Linda Lindenbaum: Another well done self-help video. I want to start with a topper but when I went to a salon to try on I found that the clips started to irritate my scalp almost immediately. My hair loss is significant right on the sides where you would be attaching the topper. Any suggestions for me?

Gina Cogeasca: Thank you for these tips, I really need them for my self-esteem.

Blessed Harkeyptyof4: Girrlll, you look good! I’m in the same boat! I’m going to go get me a wig topper!!! LOVE THIS!!

Jami Only: You are beautiful with or without wig and your positive attitude makes you gorgeous !!

Gina Cogeasca: You can tease your hair as much as you want, I did it all my life and it was perfectly OK, now I'm 60 and only menopause and diabetes affected my hair.Tease as much as you want but don't forget to comb it "carefully" although at the very fine hair teasing does not stick.

Kimberly Burns: Bless you!!! Love your courage and willingness to help us! I have hair like you have -- just got my first topper and I love it -- but my clips are hurting me. I am feeling quite sad and not sure what to do -- should I sew in more clips to distribute pressure more? I see you brush your topper and I think ouch -- I want to wear mine up but ouch! any suggestions will help as I am so new at this thank you!

Lemon Lover: I was surprised to see you not like some of the looks you created, I liked the pulled back bangs and I don't think they were too fluffy!

Traci Vosberg: Thanks for showing us it up close.

Patty T.: Looks awesome on you :)

Ellie Antar: Love your humour and directness

Lisa Morris: Thank you. I totally identify with dealing with peoples comments... I especially love the "embrace it" lol.... I'm taking another try at toppers and found your video... thanks :)

Maureen Zimerman: Can hair spray be used?

S Lynch: Oh dear..: I just bought some hair (human har) that says it’s a topper. Essentially, it’s a 14 inch one length straight piece of died human hair attached at the thick end by lace, like a very small width of hair with a lace topper (about 4” wide). I thought it said ‘topper’ but have not find ANY info on how to install it. Frontal topper is what it’s called, but I have no instructions.

keetonplace: Most women just do not get it because they have enough hair to not have to tease. Some of us have no choice if we want to appear to have just a little hair.

Angela - Silver Linings : Hi again: I meant to ask: Where did you purchase that topper please? Perhaps you could embed the link for us where you purchased it?

Um e Haadi: From where u got topper can u share the link I bought 1 and it was so bad
