Hey guys welcome to my channel today, i'm going to be doing an initial um, like first review out of the box of my bellamy, hair extensions um. I just received them. I want to say two days ago. So today is friday. I receive them on wednesday yeah wednesday um, so let's just get into it. So i ordered my hair on sunday and i received it on wednesday. It came in a box like this bellamy, lily hair and i got the 260 gram. 20 inch lily, hair extensions. It came with seven clips, so i believe it was three of three strips of the three clip two strips of the four and two strips of the two um, and this is my first time ever having clip in hair extensions. So this is a whole new thing for me. Usually i wear um sew-in weaves and that's about it, so i wanted to try something different so that i could take care of my hair more underneath the extension. So i wanted to try clip-ins, and i saw a lot of videos and a lot of my favorite youtube girls talking about bellamy, so i wanted to give it a try for myself um. I did purchase these myself. It was 307 that included the shipping. I did use a coupon code, for i believe it was five dollars off um, so yeah um straight out of the box. I thought they were really cool. I thought they were nice. They came in this container here and at the bottom there was one of the double double clip ones and that was like the tester and then it has this little slip here that says, if you open it, basically you can't return it, so they give you a Tester strand, to make sure that it matches your hair, color and texture or whatever, and if it doesn't work out, you can just put it back in the box and send it back. It also came with this bellamy hair hanger. So i can hang my hair when i wash it and let it dry or if i'm not using them. I can hang them on that, as well as this bag to hang the hair in which was also really nice, but i feel like that's why you're paying so much because i've bought hair before that, i have loved straight out the bag straight out, the box or Whatever it comes in when i order it and this i loved so much when i took it out of the box, i posted some pictures on my instagram right when i got it um. If you want to go check that out, it's kimberly, lasky is my instagram name um, but now that i've washed it and let it air dry, i don't know how i feel about it, and i know i'm gon na have to wear it for a while to Really understand the hair and get to know it, but right now, like literally all i did to this hair - was took it out of the box set it had it sitting around for a day, and i didn't use it clipped it in to see what it was Going to look like, and then i decided to wash it because it smelled like straight up beauty, supply, store hair when i took it out of the box, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But i just feel like it shouldn't smell, like it was processed or plastic. And it smelled like plastic, it's reminded me of bobby boss, um indie remy hair, so it was very similar to that when i took it out of the box now, if you can see, all i did to this hair was washed it and conditioner. So i shampooed and conditioned it with tresemme shampoo, just basic shampoo and conditioner, and then i hung it on my little hanger here that they sent me um and let it air dry for a full day, and i haven't done anything to it. Straightened it or anything. Like that and look at this, like - i don't know if you can see all this right here, but it's like ratty now, i'm just saying this is my my opinion. Hair should not be ratty after being freshly washed and never worn out ever, except for for five minutes in my apartment. I had this. I installed this or clipped it in or whatever you want to say, um and then i did my makeup and i just had my head scarf wrapped around the top of my head to hold my natural hair down, because it's pretty short, like my hair, is real Short in the front, so i had to clip it down um and to basically get it to blend, but that was it. I didn't do anything to it, so it shouldn't be like snarly like it is, and i don't know if it's picking up on camera but it, but it looks like that. So this is 20 inches and i'm five eight and a half so 20 inches on me comes maybe like a couple of inches above my butt and then in the front it comes just below my boobs almost to my belly button. So it's really long, which is something that i did like just this whole like rattiness, is not something that i'm loving because, like i work at a bar, so i'm gon na be sweating and running around all night. I don't want my hair to like look crazy. I don't even know how to like brush my hair with clippings. I'M scared to like do it too, hard or whatever, but i also feel like it shouldn't sound like i'm raking through horse hair, while i'm uh brushing it or having so much difficulty. But i still think it's pretty and it's soft i just don't understand why it's like ratty. I was concerned also when i bought clip-ins, because i wasn't sure if it was going to blend well with my hair being so short, but it actually worked out pretty well. I uh at least i think so i usually have like bangs, but since my hair is so short um in the front, the bang thing wasn't really working out, so i might actually go buy that clip in bang thing. That bellamy has which i was like. I was gon na buy it when i ordered this, but i was like. Oh, it looks kind of weird. I don't know if that's gon na look right on me, since my hair texture is like african black hair texture, but i saw another girl got it. So i was like, oh maybe i should try it and see now that i'm wearing it. Another thing is that it's a little choppy at the bottom, but i'm just gon na end up wearing it curly or wavy anyways. So that doesn't really bother me. But overall i really like it i mean outside of probably gon na have to like brush through it a bunch of times and when i'm out and carry a brush around, which i don't necessarily love doing. But if that's what i got ta, do that's what i got. Ta do and uh yeah. So, oh one thing i forgot and i know i'm probably saying a lot of negative stuff, but i want you guys to get my real honest, true opinion, because i know there's a lot of videos out there and everyone's raving and ranting about all these different products And things that they think are amazing, no one's really telling you the truth like if there's something that i don't like about something i'm gon na. Let you know like, for example, when i took this hair out of the bag. I found a lot of weird strands in it, so i don't know if they just don't check very well before they send the product out, but i shouldn't find stuff like this in my uh hair. I wish i would have left it in and pulled it out for you guys on camera, but this is like a string and it was in my hair just straight up like this, and it's like almost like dental floss feeling it's like a rope so yeah. That was just chilling in my hair, like attached to the weft and all, and i had to yank it out and there were a couple of strands. Let me see if i can find one i don't know. Maybe there was like some red thread in it and uh some other little like silver that looked almost like tinsel in it, and i was like what in the heck is this and the only other time i've had that happen is honestly with beauty supply store, hair. So i don't know it's fine, they just yank them out and it's whatever, but i would prefer not to have to find stuff like this floating around in my weaves and having to yank it out, because that sucks but um that's pretty much it i'm going to Go ahead and throw some wanded waves in here with my curling wand and see what it looks like and wear it all night at work tonight, um so hopefully it'll hold up. I don't want to cut it normally. I would cut my when i wear my hair in a middle part. I cut the bangs to like do this thing, but i really don't want to mess with this too much. So i think i'm just going to wear it like straight or like this and get those clip in bangs. So, honestly, overall, i love this hair. There are certain things that i don't love about it, but since i haven't worn it more than the last hour, that's all i have to say, but i will come back and do some more reviews about this hair, for you guys, i'm hoping that it's going to Last me a long time because i really don't want to be buying more hair any time soon and i don't know i just want this to work out. So i hope you guys enjoyed my little impromptu review. If you have any questions, definitely comment below and i will get back to you on those and yeah thanks for watching guys.

xPinkCupcakex: Once you wash the hair, it is a little difficult to get it back to its smooth texture because they seal the hair with some type of product when they process it (hence that weird smell). What's helped me is using a gentle shampoo like baby shampoo and deep conditioning the hair with any hair mask you have on hand. After you let them air dry, I've found that sealing the hair with a hair oil definitely helps a lot to reduce tangling. Just apply a small amount and make sure to brush them out pretty well. Also I don't know if you have one, but some type of tangle teaser brush will help a lot to reduce shedding. Normal brushes kind of pull at the hair too much. Hope this helps you!

bribritbrittany: Always use salon quality products on your hair. Especially your hair extensions. Go for a higher end shampoo and conditioner that doesn't contain sulfates or parabens. Drug store shampoo and conditioner like Tresseme is never a good option. They're usually diluted with water, making you use more and essentially stripping the hair of its natural oil and because of the ingredients they put in them to extend shelf life, it can cause extensions to lose their luster by giving them a dull finish.

Kendall Alfred: I think the lily hair will be my next choice! Thank you for the review! I posted my first impression and unboxing of my BELLAMI bambina yesterday and I'd love if you'd check it out!

Elizabeth r: Thanks for the honest review. You're gorgeous!

Britnee dee: hey lovely, how are the extensions holding up? i purchased my lillies a month ago. They are great so far, although im scared to wash them lol. I dont want 300 to go down the drain haha

Aubrey Lazzara: I have the lilly hair as well and I can not wear them straight. after styling them for the first time and wearing it curled a week I washed and deep conditioned them (also used sulfate free shampoo) and the hair just lost its silk feel. I also have a hard time getting them to hold curl because they are so thick

Kaela Noyes: Clip ins need to be brushed. They tangle at the nape of the neck no matter which brand you have because there is so much sweat and stuff back there. You also bought super thick ones, so they need to be brushed more often. They look great on you though!

Leslie E Martinez: Try deep conditioning them with a good deep conditioner and put like a serum/argan oil type thing and try not to shampoo it much. Maybe that would help. Anyways you're really pretty, at first I thought that was your natural hair lol Is there is an updated review? Or will there be one coming? Thanks for your review (:

MsCandyCane08: I keep hearing bad things about bellami hair and it's too overpriced

D R: did the extensions come with the hanger and that plastic? or did you pay extra?

rachel: do you recommend any other brands of hair extensions?

Alesha Chu Foo: do you think this hair blends well with " black girl" hair? I'm mixed but I'm afraid my hair will not be as tamed as the clip ins

ATOZ WIG: would u like to review our products ?

Christina Jones: What color did she get?

Lucy D'Ercole: What colour are these?! :)

Gay B: love your face
