The Perfect Twistout + How To Blend Natural Hair With Curly Weave Clip-Ins Feat Ali Julia Hair

My name is Felicia Meza. Do your guy to help you design the best version of you by looking and feeling your best today I am coming to you with a hair tutorial, but not just any hair tutorial, I'm switching it up. I am doing a hair tutorial for you, but but but this is not my hair today I mean listen. My hair is in this, but I cannot take credit for all of this today. Today I am rocking Ali Julia hair and let me just tell you it has got a bro all together. Okay, it has put a girl all in her feelings. I am feeling myself to the next day. I just want to share with you how I'm living my best Brazilian curly weave life today now I have the opportunity to work with a hair company that I was very, very, very excited about, and it actually gave me the opportunity, like I said, to switch it Up, but to really just have more of an open mind, because I'm just being honest with you when you start growing out your natural hair and it start gets long, it starts to get longer and longer and longer it is very easy to become a natural Harrison. I was that girl so easy. It is so so so so easy and I actually kind of saw myself moving into that space. Now I am a proponent of loving and learning learning. First learning and loving your natural hair, the natural hair that grows and sprouts out of your hair and I'm a proponent of embracing your hair learning to care for it loving to manage it and style it properly and just yeah the whole haircare process of it. That I'm a big proponent of that, and once you get to that point and you learn how to do that, I don't I don't think there should be anything wrong with experimenting with other options or other styles. So I definitely wanted to just kind of share how I got to this point and just like my overall impressions of this hair and also putting clip pins in my hair, because this is the first time I've put clippings in my hair. This is awesome. This is awesome, so it's so excited. This is also the first time that I've ever stone clippings onto the hair. So the first time I installed clippings and then the first time that I've ever sewn on clippings or made my own clip ends. Rather so the hair that I have in my head is from Ali Julia hair company, and it is a hundred percent unprocessed hair. It is the Brazilian curly weave, which I was really. It was very important for me to have weave that was as close to my hair type as possible. Now there are several hair that has that there's several hair that is sold on this company's website, but I felt like I was going to achieve the results that out that I really wanted with my hair. If I went with this actual curl pattern now, the natural curl pattern for this hair is more of a like a loose kind of wavy curl. In a way, however, it does get frizzy so once I saw that it got frizzy. In addition to me actually seeing some reviews on this type of hair, I knew that I could actually manipulate the curl pattern to get it to look the way that I wanted it to look, especially when my hair is in its stretched state and when I am Able to use a comb when I'm doing like the twist and curl I knew I knew I knew your girl got that gift. I know that I can make it work for me. So if you're interested in seeing how I got these results, then please stay tuned. I am going to start by parting, my hair, so that I can install the clip ins. I am trying to get the parts as clean as possible so that I can clip into extensions to lay flat and so that they can lay even. I did have some trouble in the back, but I just did my best to part it as clean as I could. I am using aunt, Jackie's, half and half to add some moisture to my hair, so it can help detangle my hair. Now I am brushing out the curls of the extension so that I can create some frizz and manipulate the texture. That way, I'm able to make the hair look a bit more kinky or give the appearance of looking a bit kinky so that it's able to blend in with my natural hair and my natural texture, since my hair does not have the same curl pattern as this Brazilian curly hair, I am clipping the extensions onto my hair right below my part, where my scalp is so just below the scalp. Its gon na sit on top of my hair and I'm clipping the extensions in as gentle as possible, but good enough to make sure the clip is secure and I'm just going to repeat those steps to install the next clip in wait. A minute I clipped in two extensions to each side of my head and I clipped in two extensions in the back, which were actually long enough to extend to the sides of my head. I also added in the clippings that were 18 inches on the lower half of my head, and I added in the clippings that were 16 inches on the top portion of my head, so that I could create more of a layered curly fro that way it blends In with the length of my natural hair, I wanted my hair parted down the middle, so I am creating a clean middle part, and these are the products that I will be using to create my curls, and I will link them down below in the description box. So please check that, if you're interested and to achieve my fluffy curly fro, I will be braiding my hair at the root with the extension about an inch of the way down from the root. And then I will begin to twist the hair I'm gon na leave about two inches of hair out of the twist and then I will add a perm rod to the hair. This technique is gon na help, stretch my roots and give me some more length. It'S also going to give me more of a looser fluffy curl, and it's also going to help to blend the extensions into my hair to make it look more natural. It'S also very important that I mention I am using a comb to detangle my hair and comb. My hair out and stretch it out before I start to braid and twist my hair. This way, I'm able to manipulate my hair to blend in with the extensions to make it look more realistic, the front of my hair when my bangs are there actually were no clippings there for me to twist. So I didn't have any extensions in the bank part. So I'm actually just twisting and perm riding my own natural hair, and this is what it looks like once. My whole head is twisted and rolled up in perm rods. I did sleep with a silk scarf on my head overnight and I let the rollers sit in my head for about two days, so the curls actually set for two days and now it's time to remove the perm rods and gently unravel the twists, so that the Curls stay in place as I'm unraveling the twists, I'm starting to see that my hair has blended perfectly into the extensions, and I have uniform curls. Now, I'm going to begin to separate the curls. This is going to help to create more volume. Give me a little bit more texture so that my hair is or so that the weave is very blendable. It blends in with my natural hair, and I just have a very cohesive look. I can't tell that this is weave. I can't, and I'm so pleased with how this is easily manipulated and how you can really it's just versatile. It'S a very versatile weave. So I like the fact that it's a versatile leave - and I just I like the quality yeah, that's what I like, and also what I've noticed is. This doesn't really shed very much along with, like the brushing or even even with me, just like brushing it out. Now and when, as I was like cutting it and then like making my clippings, I don't really feel like the hair shed it much. I don't know what would happen if you had it longer than what, like three weeks to a month or so, but I've had this for a couple of weeks and I started experimenting with it the day that I received it and then the last few days, I've Just been like dealing with it so, like I said I love this, I think it looks so realistic, so natural, I'm so surprised, and I'm still happy considering the fact that this is not my natural curl pattern, there's not even close, not even close.
