How To Clip In Hair Extensions (Zala Snickers 9 Piece Set) | Cait B

Hello - everyone, I'm Kate in today's video, I'm going to be showing you how I clip in Missoula hair extensions. Now these are the hair extensions I have they are by Zala, as I just shaded, and these are in Snickers highlights. I got this pretty pink hanger off of Amazon. I will have it linked down below Sallah also sells hangers for your extensions, and it comes with a case as well. But for me I just wanted it to be nice and pretty in pink when I hung it in my closet, because this looks creepy enough hanging. My hair, in my closet, so this is just essentially a pants hanger that you can use and it Clips open like so and then it flips open, I'm not showing this very well like this, and it has little mm. What'S it called felt on the edge there. So let me show you what these extensions look like, so I got the 9 piece set in the color Snickers highlights. So what really I love about Zala are the quality of the extensions. I love the lace right here. The clips hold in really well, but I'm not going to talk about this too much, because I do have a full review video and I will have that link down below. I also love their ponytail extension. You see me wearing it all the time in my vlogs. In my videos here on my channel, I love the ponytail extension. I think it just looks so good and it's super classy and sophisticated, looking all still being like really young and cute. So I wear that all the time I will have those two videos linked down below, so I'm going to be showing you how I put in all 9 pieces now a lot of times, I'm just looking for some thickness to add to my hair, because you can See my hair here without any extensions and it just kind of lays flat, but it's not like super thick, but it's not super thin, either just kind of like right in the middle of the road. So for me, I like to add extension pieces just up a little bit higher and clip them into my hair just for added thickness, and I think that that looks really pretty as well. I have the two two pieces here lay this here. I believe that there are three three clips here: nope two three clips: it's been a while, since I've actually like gone through this, I typically just whip them into my hair really fast, and then here's what the five clip piece looks like and you get two of Those so I, if I'm, you know pulling out all the pieces, it should add up to nine. I hope nope. Where are my singles, the single extension should be here. Oh now, I have to go in the other room and get them alright be right. Back cuz. I did not think this through, and I thought I had them all so BRB, okay, so I found my other three pieces because they were on another hanger in the other room, and I completely forgot that I had separated these because the nine piece is a little Bit too much for just one hanger that I got off of Amazon Ghazala one might be perfect, but I do not own one of those. So I was correct earlier when I said that there were three three pieces I found the other one here and then there are two single clip pieces and I completely forgot that the pink hanger also came with a pink case, and it looks like this and it Zips up right here and you just stick. The hanger through after you've hung up all of the extensions on your hanger, and so I'm a loser and completely forgot. So now that I've gotten my act together, those are the nine pieces that I'm going to be showing you how to clip into your hair. So I have only ever curled these two times because for me my hair is naturally very straight with, like maybe just a wave right here when I wake up in the morning when I let it air-dry it's just like this, except a lot puffier at the bottom. If I just let it air dry, so I finally figured out at the ripe old age of 26 that if you don't want puffy hair all the time that you need to Flatiron it every time you get out of the shower. So I finally figured that out now my hair looks a lot better when I just get out of the shower, i dry it just a crazy dry, all-over style, my bangs and flat iron, my hair - and this is exactly what I end up with very simple, very Easy for me to flat iron it because it is very remarkably naturally straight. So I'm going to show you how I clip these in completely stick straight and you will also need if you could see the pile of hair. I have right here on my desk. You would be creeped out and also laughing. I have a clip that looks like this: it's nice and pretty and cute. This is the size that I use to hold my hair up here. When I'm clipping into lower pieces. It just makes it a lot easier. So that's the only other thing that you will need. I don't use a comb. This is not super scientific. I just do it really fast with my fingers and separate it. So now I'm going to kick this into voiceover and turn around, so you can see exactly what I'm doing as I clip in all nine pieces and girl. This is a lot of hair so be prepared, oh and by the way, these are also 14 inch extensions. I will have all the details about this particular set of extensions down below and again those links down below too so see in a sec. Okay, let's do this, so I'm going to be starting with the 2-2 clip pieces here at the nape of my neck. I tried doing the 3 clip pieces here, like these all a hair tutorial shows, but for me as just narrower right here on the nape of my neck. So I just it just tickled behind my ears and I got so I like to put the two two clip pieces down here at the bottom. It just works best for me. So really I go the two two pieces. Then I put in two three three pieces. Then the two fives and then I'll, show you how I put in these singular ones. So it's very easy to remember that it goes a two three five and then put the ones on the side. So, as you can tell as I'm going along, I'm just sectioning off my hair, lifting it up, putting the clip in the top of my hair and then clipping the extension right along the line. And I've noticed that, with the nine piece you really want to make sure that the extension wefts are as close to each other as possible, but still leaving a thin layer of hair in between them. Because when I first tried putting these in, I left bigger sections and then I had extensions way up at the top of my head. I'M like this is super wrong. I am NOT doing this right, so I had to take them all out start over again. So I finally learned exactly how to do it. I got a nice straight line this time, so I'm quite impressed with myself. So, as you can tell I'm just going along clipping it, it's very methodical, it's very easy! That'S what I really love about. Zala too, is that it's easy to put in the clips are really nice and nothing's too sharp, and you can tell that it's really going to stay in your hair. The clips last I haven't had any of them break on me and I wear these all the time and they're super secure. I never feel like anything's loose. I'Ve never had a piece fall out. Super super secure, so I just keep going through sectioning off leaving a little bit of hair in between and, as you can tell the lines that I'm sectioning with are not always straight and it really doesn't matter for me. I'Ve never run into any kind of issue with it not being exactly a straight line. So now that I have all of the thick pieces in I'm going to show you how I put in my single pieces - and I put this one in kind of close to the to my face into the front of my head - and it just didn't work. And so I just lifted it off poo-pooed it. I pulled it back a little bit more so I had been I'd put these single pieces in since I had those on a different hanger. I don't use these all the time, but I do remember now that I put them in back further and it just makes for a nice better seamless, look, and here is the way my hair looks with all of it in beautifully thick love, these extensions. So there you go here's all that hair is now clipped onto my head, but my hair feels so good and so long and just beautifully thick. I love that it doesn't look fake and the Snickers highlights blends in with any kind of bra and tone you may have in your hair. If you are a highlighted, girl, like I am sneakers highlights, is absolutely glorious. I love the tone because it gives you a nice warm base, but you can also totally pull pool you can totally pull off a cool toned makeup looks like what I'm wearing today and still have it be completely flattering. So I absolutely love my solid hair extensions. I don't think I could ever foresee myself using hair extensions from another company. Their customer service is just awesome, they're totally upping their game with volumizer pieces and ponytails and they're just really really great at all of their social media strategy as well.
