In this video, I'm gon na show you how I wash my clip in extensions I'm using Bellamy, but you can use anyone. You want to get started, you're going to need a towel, shampoo, conditioner, a comb and, of course, your hair extensions, so to get started. I'M gathering all my hair extensions together and I'm making sure that the clips are at the top and that my loose ends of hair are at the bottom. I'M then going to start by combing the hair and I'm going to start at the bottom and work my way up. Combing your hair before you wet it will make sure that you don't get any tangles. I'M then gon na take each piece separately and I'm actually gon na comb through them again, and the reason why I do this is because you may miss a few tangles, and so this way you're gon na get through them all, and you won't have any problems When you're washing them, I'm turning on the water to warm, and this will help to make sure that these tensions will be clean, and so I'm gon na start by rinsing the extensions with the warm water. I also want to make sure that they're completely soaked before I apply the shampoo now when it comes to shampoo I'll use any shampoo really to clean them. I notice there's no difference when it comes to shampoos, so I'll use swab right here and I'm just applying it and then bring it all the way to the bottom and do the same thing. And then I'm gon na do like a scrunching method, where it kind of looks like I'm washing my hands with them in the middle. You don't have to worry about your hair tangling when you do this, because it's already wet with the shampoo. So it's not gon na really make a difference, and now I'm just going to be rinsing out the shampoo you don't have to do it more than once so don't feel like you have to go too overboard with it. Now I'm gon na be taking my coconut milk conditioner and I'm just going to be applying this all over my hair extensions once I finished that I'm gon na take a plastic bag and I'm gon na put each of the hair extensions that I've done inside of There, and once I finished with all of them - I usually will not it up and leave it in there for about an hour. So this is me going over everything again and I noticed that the bag really helps with just bringing heat and just moisture back into the extension. So that's the reason why I use the plastic bag. Also, you want to make sure that you leave the plastic bag with you at all times, because you do not want anyone throwing out your extensions. It would be hell if someone did that to me so you're, basically just going to keep repeating the same process that I did in the first few Clips. Okay, so once I've left them for an hour or more sometimes I'll leave them overnight. I'M gon na take them out and I'm gon na do the same thing. What I did in the beginning, where I'm gon na take the clips at the top and the loose hair at the bottom, and then I'm just gon na rinse them out in cold water. And this will really help to make sure that your hair is smooth. And, at the same time, it's not frizzy at all, so once I've gotten out all the conditioner, I'm just going to be draining out all the extra water and then I'm going to be placing them down on my towel. I'M gon na cover it over and then flatten it down, and this is going to help take out all the extra water that I wasn't able to drain out with my own hands. So I don't use too much heat on them. I like to air dry them and I'm gon na take a hanger, and this will help to hang them and help to have them a hair drive parting. Your extensions in the middle will help to create a balance and have them stay on top of the hanger. So this is how to look on the hanger and I'll usually put them in my shower to air dry, and that is how I wash my clip-on extensions thanks again so much for watching, and I will see you in the next video
