Watch me try to put dreadlock extensions in at home (in a hotel) by myself.

Disclaimer: These were sent to me to try out but all opinions are my own.

So I'm literally filming backwoods in a mirror right now, like my comer, is here and because I'm gon na do a dry block video. Now these are from dreads UK, which is like address extension kind of shop, and so I'm gon na try to do them. On my own, I don't really know how, because this is the only mirror that I have. I don't have one behind me, so I'm gon na maybe try and turn around and not even look at what I'm doing, which could be traumatic, but I'm gon na try to sell I've, put them in this box just so they got cuts like Knights and everything. Take all my rubbish bit I'll show you what they look like, so he said some special shampoo as well, which is this one I'll show you in front of the camera this way. So it's dreads, UK, all-purpose, dreadlock, shampoo, residue free. So basically, this is what you use to wash you dreads with. I think everyone's got this weird idea that you don't wash dreadlocks, that's not thing, so you do wash them just for anyone. Who'S curious - and I might not leave these in very long because I do not work and I work in an office - I'm not sure how much they will appreciate it, but I have all of these. There is so many there, my hair color, which is amazing, because I didn't think they would get them so close to my color, but this is what they look like the super super long. They have these hoops okay at the top up here so like this and yeah, I'm gon na put them in my real hair and hopefully look cool like maybe I'll look ridiculous. Maybe I won't we'll see so and, like I said, I don't know how I'm gon na do this. I'M gon na try my best. You might go awful. I'M gon na take this jacket off that I've got on. I'M try to do all these, so just that anyway, from the mirrors, I can show you what one single one looks like so like I said as this hoop up here at the top, and then this is the dreadlock itself. So this isn't real human hair, but it looks pretty real to me and I'm gon na show you the different kind of techniques you can do on this. Just a lot of front of it. Just to show you what I'm gon na be doing, and now people say to braid them into your hair, which I will show you, but because my hair so long it looks a little stupid. I'Ve kind of sort of found. Another way to do it and I should have got one of those tools that you use to put through this hoop, but I'm gon na I'm gon na have to just use my nails. So basically, you get a section of your hair, so I'm just gon na demonstrate it, like. I said with a front bit in fact, maybe I should use a little kind of side a bit, so it's not as weird Mike that's, okay I'll! Do it here right! So I look crazy, but you got a piece of hair. You pull the hair through the loop at the top like this now other people have said to me to braid it. So what you would do to that is, you would have your hair and then you would use this third piece as a piece of your 3 for your braids. So you would just start a little plot like this plot it in for your hair like that, and then, when you get to the end of your piece of hair, you would tie a little bauble in it and, like obviously I've done it wrong because it needs To start further up, but this is you know what it would look like like a plat book when my hair so long it looks a little weird like this, so I found another way to do it, which I think I'm gon na try and it's gon na. Take absolutely ages for me to do this on myself backwards, so I might end up doing some of the plat versions like in the middle of my head, where people can't see, but what I'm gon na try and do on the ones people can see is, if You separate it into two and you start a plat right at the top just for a couple of cool of twists kind of thing, and then you get one piece on either side like this, so you've dreadlocks in the middle, you put one piece of hair over: Don'T hard to show you see, but one piece of hair over and then you cross this one over that piece of hair and around the other side. And then you cross that piece of hair over put that one over that one around to the side. Put that one over that one around the other side roll that one around the other side. So basically, you kind of like wrapping your hair around it sort of this way, which makes it shorter. The plot comes like down here, whereas this stays quite high up and you are kind of still plotting it, but you platon it around the dreadlock instead of like with the dreadlock and it does. It still looks a little weird. You get this like this thing up here from one angle like this, it looks quite good just the other side. It does look a little weird, but then you would secure it there and I feel, like that, looks more kind of natural, so I'm gon na try to do this technique as much as I can around my head and see how it goes hopefully, like I said, I'M doing this backwards on my hair, so it might literally take me hours and hours. So what I'm gon na do is set the camera up. I might like watch a film or something while I'm doing it and then I'm probably gon na speed the video up, because you do not want to watch me doing this for like four hours. So I'm gon na get to this, and I will show you what it looks like when it's done. Hopefully. So, let's see this is what it looks like with no extensions and at all it's very uneven and kind of gross. So this is what we're working with right now so you're gon na section off my hair with clips. I'Ve only got these like these grubby kind of clips, so I'm gon na start at the base of my head and hmm, that's probably too much. Let'S start with just a tiny bit: first: okay, really look! This looks cool because, like I want to keep these in for a few days, I'm gon na use this little bottom piece and I'm gon na do two with these, and what you need is also some of these. This is what you tie around the end. To keep it in like these little rubber bands, okay, so a quick update! This is where I'm up to now kind of like halfway up my head and I have just been doing them as plots, because, honestly I started out trying to do that. All the way that I first thought I was going to do, and it's just too hard to do it backwards on your own head. Even doing plots on your own head backwards is really hard and my arms at thinking like math at home. So I just thought I would kind of show you what it looks like up to now. I'M not sure if I may be doing my hair pieces a little too thick, because I've got literally like all of these left still so for the rest of my hair. I might maybe try and make the little hair pieces like smaller, but I'm giving the last one I did over here was really small this one. So I might try and do them all kind of like that sort of thickness but, like I said just just doing a little update of what it looks like up to now. Hey guys. So I'm kind of like halfway through doing the dreadlocks at the minute and I'm just going to show you something that I've been doing because it kind of helps a lot. So when you get to the end of your plot, you kind of have these all sticky out bits because it's so difficult to plat, with literally like a few hairs. So what I've been doing is twisting it around literally just spinning it around the hair and then, when you run out of hair at the bottom, just put in another little a stick Bund whether this will stay this way like when you sleep on it and stuff From wash it, I don't really know, but for now just doing this makes it look way better, and this probably, like I said, isn't what you're supposed to do like I've never done these before. I know nothing about them really, but it just kind of makes it look a little nicer, a little neater so and I've been doing this on all of them up to now, and then obviously don't have that little bit of hair sticking out, which i think looks A lot better so, like I said I've done about half of my head at the moment. I'Ll show you in this mirror. So I've not done this bit of hair here yet, but I'll take this bubble out. I'Ve done these so far, so we're getting there slowly. It'S taking me maybe like an hour to do these and I'm not sure why it's taking me so long, but I think it's just because I'm doing it backwards, so I'm kind of like halfway through my head now when I get closest to the top I'll, probably Put the camera on and show you you like me doing some up here and but yeah I'm gon na carry on for now doing this, and then I will come back in a bit. Okay, another quick update. This is where we're at now the back. I think I'm doing like I said before my chunks of hair too big, but it's taking me forever. So I don't know, but it's looking kind of cool. I like it, and I also kind of like it with like normal hair over the top of it as well, and I mean I look absolutely crazy right now, but I don't know it adds a little little weirdness to that underneath of your hair. But I am gon na carry on doing the rest of my hair, so huh I'll see you in like another hour, also hey guys so another quick update of me doing these. Now, it's taking me a long time. I'M not gon na lie um. It'S really difficult to do the back of your head on your own hair. Like doing it like this, because my arms are absolutely killing. I could just fall asleep right now. It'S probably taking maybe about two hours to do this, many, but it's definitely coming along. I have this hair up here still to do, but I am liking them. The color match is incredible. Like literally, it looks exactly the same color, I'm hoping when they're all done. It will look really cool and I think maybe these plots up here need to get a little more messed up, so they kind of match in more. But at the minute I'm pretty proud of myself. I think they look okay, they're very long, which I love, because I love long hair and the fact that I'm gon na wake up in the morning and not have to do anything with my hair is the most amazing thing ever the thought of my life. I hate doing my hair, absolutely hates it makeup. I could literally sit and do like over and over, but hair drives me insane. So I'm very excited about that. I get to wake up in the morning and just have these there and it's actually about eight or nine. I don't even know what time is anymore kind of lost track of life is 8 o'clock at night right now, so I might go. Have a McDonald's break because kind of giving me a headache, I'm very, very head, so um like even brushing my hair, like I hate other people brushing my hair and stuff because it really hurts so this is kind of making me have a bit of a headache And I haven't eaten yet so I think I'm gon na go, have a McDonald's break and get a drink and stuff and then come back and do the rest, which is probably gon na. Take like another two hours, cuz really really stick clear. This is like half of my hair, so good new. I see him I'll, be don't mind, maybe like 11, but that's okay, because this is why I've come here to do this, so I will keep you updated again and I again I'm sorry about this ridiculous light. In here how blue, I am yeah, hopefully it'll, be done at some point tonight and then I can just cocoon in here and sleep, because I'm so tired, oh okay. So this is how it's looking with my normal hair. On top of it, the minute we kind of get into these short layers on this side now, and on this side we still have a little bit of long hair left, but then it's mainly the layers. I might leave a tiny bit at the top. That'S just normal hair purely because I don't really want to dreadlock my fringe. I feel like I'd rather have a little bit of fringe out um. I don't know. Maybe I will I just I don't know we'll see, maybe I'll do it and then take them out if I don't like it, but and ya might leave a little bit of normal hair up here, not dreadlocked, just because the look of this doesn't look that cute And you can kind of tell that they're really fake from like this bit here. So if I leave a bit of real hair, then it's kind of not as obvious so yeah, we'll see how that goes. Hey guys, so it's now really late at night. It'S like. I think maybe midnight or half 11 awesome thing and I'm getting there slowly. I did have a break for a little while and, like I said I when I got food and stuff, so it's not taking this entire time, but it has taken a good few hours, and so this is where we're up to now. I have this little top piece left. Like I said before, I'm going to leave my friends out. I might go right to the root with these I'm not 100 % sure. Yet I think it's looking pretty good, though this is my little habit here, but I think it looks cool, I'm not sure how long I'll leave this in for and maybe only a couple of days or then, but I like you up to now so the next Time I'm on camera, hopefully won't be too far away. Maybe in like half an hour or so and I'll have all of it done and then I will be able to show you the finished masterpiece. That'S taken me hours and hours and hours and hours and hours. So I will see then so this is finally the finished look. I am boiling hot and I'm tired and it's taken so long, but I think it looks quite cool. I have no straightness with me right now, so I can't like. So I will this fluffy bit at this side, but I'll do like I'll put it all behind me and show you so one side does look a little crazy because there's no hair over it. So I'm not really sure how to solve that. This is what it looks like anyway. Here is like my baby hair, so I can't really play anything into that and I think I might have to put maybe a couple more hair in the back when it's real hair is. But this is what it looks like. The minute, like I said, have no straighteners with me to sort out, but it took so long, but I kind of liked it and the fact, like I said before, that I literally can just wake up in the morning and not have to touch my hair he's. So exciting, I love that so like I said this is what it looks like finished products wires. Some of them are like a little bent and stuff from being in the box, so once they kind of soften up, I'm sure it'll, look a little cuter and but, like I said before, these are from dreads UK, so I'll put a link for them down below The color match is insane and my hairs just died. Obviously, so I didn't think that they get such a close match and it's really easy to do yourself like it's just doing little plucks and then putting two buns in. So everyone could give this a go and I think it would probably work better if you have short hair. My hair is so long. Anything that's why it took like ages to do and why it looks a little weird up here. If you have short hair. This would be really really cool to do, and I think next time, if I do it again myself, I will probably get someone to help me like friend or my mom, or something because do in the back of my head on my own was difficult to say The least, but I think it looks really cool like it's not like. I'M gon na have lights all the time, obviously just for a few days or whether and he was going to like a festival or something to get up and not have to do your hair. Would be really good, so you know it's an idea for that. Obviously they don't have to be real. You can get fake red locks, which I actually didn't really know until maybe like a year or so ago, and this bit of real hair is kind of annoying. Me so I might end up putting some at the front hair as well, so it's all dreadlocks, I'm not too sure. Yet, but honestly, it's like 1:00 in the morning, I'm half asleep, and I just want to it's about right now. So next time I do a video these might still be in and maybe you'll see if I kept the little fringe about or put other ones in, because I do still have maybe like six left or something and but yeah anyway. Like I said these are from dreads UK they were super super nice, like a customer service and everything really cool and the shampoo that they said smells incredible like if you're watching my channel before you know that I love great sense of things and I'm sure it Smelled a little bit like grape like, even if it's not meant to I'm pretty sure it smells to me grapy, so I love it but yeah anyway. If you not subscribe to me already, please subscribe because the effort that this took with like six hours long and I just feel like I deserve a subscriber - please I'm joking but um yeah. If you want to feel free to subscribe - and I will see you soon - bye guys

M B: I know some people are giving you grief about fake dreads but honestly, I like the idea of being able to have dreads, not be committed to them nor ruining my hair. As a hairstylist I think this is a great alternative and I assume they're reusable so that's a bonus as well

Sara Katz: Leave them in longer than 3 Days! All that work, you gotta enjoy the fruits of your labor! It looks super cool Thanks for sharing too, never knew it was so attainable to do yourself. Guess I figured it was too expensive and had to be done at a salon. Seriously though, you look amazing with them. Matches your aesthetic, perfect color match, executed very well (very impressive considering you did it completely solo), and super unique, very long, can’t think of anything I don’t like. And I was hoping you’d leave some out at the top, you have to to blend them in. I went to cosmetology school so I know a good job when I see one Again, leave them in girl! You don’t want to regret taking them out!

Jean Farias: They look amazing!! The partial dread looks great!! I just got my first set and I'm glad I watched this. Im so excited to put them in! Thank you so much!! -- Patricia from the US ❤

Alyce Chapman: I know I've seen this a year late but girl you did an amazing job! I'm a hairdresser and always enjoy trying new hair things so I've been making my own synthetic dreads and learning installation techniques and you honestly did a great job you should definitely leave them in longer as they suit you! I don't know if you noticed but I notice when I have synthetic dreads mixed in with some of my own hair left out my hair tends to tangle so a tip for anyone using synthetic dreads mixed into your own hair definitely use a spray in leave in conditioner at least once a day and braid your hair when sleeping to avoid tangles and breakage of your own hair. I'm gonna go check out the rest of your channel now :) xx

Jacquilyn Ulrich: I did this to my hair and made them myself for 2 years in like every different color after having real dreads and then having to take them out was the worst experience for my hair ever so I loved the fact I could have dreads then take them out with little damage. Taking them out takes a long time too but it was all worth it!!! Love the color match and keeping the front hair out!

Sharanya Ramesh: I love this kind of video style, where it seems like you've really become comfortable with the camera, and you're being yourself. Your videos are getting better every day! :) Also love the dreads

Alley Khat: Absolutely beautiful! Thank you! I'm looking forward to trying this out.

Serena Bobinas: Oh wow I love these and your neck tattoo! I had real dreadlocks for a while, and sadly they had to go, this is a cool idea, I’m going to look into them, I feel like this will take me hours too.

jenni case: Looks gorgeous!!! Stunning application well done! I love it

Casey Dunlap: I did the same thing a couple years ago but used double ended dreads, it was definitely a fun experience but I wouldn't personally do it again. It was such a pain to wash my scalp and I already had some scalp issues at the time so my head was constantly itching. They looked good for the first 2 weeks and then started to fall out (I did them myself as well so that's probably due to how badly I put them in) I got a lot of compliments at first though and I don't regret trying them out! It was really nice being able to just get up in the morning and not have to fuss about with my hair. They look so cute on you! Keep us updated!

J Rogue: Omg thank you for this!!! I’m so sick of my self consciousness about doing up my dead shitty hair these days- I thought dreads were the key but was too scared to commit!!! This is PERFECT alternative!!

lilymoon0f0: I think the top out looked really nice. I actually have real dreadlocks and have for years I love dreadsuk . I get my shampoo bars from them. I wore synthetic dreads for years braided in as well. All that work , hopefully you’re still rocking them. They look incredible on you

Bongos and Lemonheads: They look beautiful You did an amazing job

Laura Elizabeth Wood: Well done you, I admire your perseverance... and I’m all for faux dreadlocks.... you’ve given me the push I needed to have dreadlocks in my hair.

Cindy Schulte: WOW, props to you for doing all that yourself! They turned out great!! I had the fake hair braids quite a few years ago, luckily a friend put them in for me! I wore them for 3 months.. Your absolutely right, best thing about it is not having to do your hair in the morning!!! hahaha

Peace&Cookies〉(^_^)〈: I love the sort of trial and error of this, like as you find more helpful techniques throughout the process you share them with us and I like that! They're a perfect colour match, woah!

Christine L: They look so good on you. If you do try to keep them in when you have to go back to work, maybe putting them up in a kind of wrap around bun style would be okay. I think it looks really great and still professional when I see other people using that approach.

Terry Roberts: You did a great job, they look really good, especially for the first time doing it.

BlueMoonRaven: 1 of my friends has real dreads and part of her real hair is not in them and it looks really cool. Her hair is also layered like yours too. Yours looked cool with part of your hair not in the dreads too! The final result looks REALLY good!!! I love it!!!

VeeTee: Wow, you have soooo much patience! I would've loved to see the video of you taking them all out, probably took ages lol! And of course you rocked it, gorgeous

Alexandra Portelance: They look so awesome! Hope you were able to keep them in for awhile considering how long it took! And you, miss, have gotten another subbie!

Nova: Love it thank you for teaching Bc I’m getting some this week ❤️❤️

Mrs MetalHead: they look awesome! you did a great job and they suit you so much x

Keltic Witch: Well done, i could never sit and do all that! They look absolutely gorgeous, you really suit them! :P x

Wendy M.: I LOVED this! These look amazing in your hair!

K J: You did amazing, great effort and well worth the time spent... Looks amazin!!! Xx

Lindsay .singingnailart.: I subbed. Thanks for sharing this! I’ve been thinking about adding some dreads underneath my hair in several places and had no idea what to do with those loops on the ends. Now I can mess around with it and figure it out! Have you ever done the double ended kind?

Ellie Amelia: Wow definitely a great color match. I've heard of dreads UK & want to try some of their products. I've heard they are an excellent company. I might just have to order some extensions myself because those look so well made & definitely have to try their dread shampoo. You did a great installment job hun

Majerli Becker: wow this honestly seems a lot easier than I thought it was. I appreciate it because its like impossible to find a dread stylist that has an availability. You'd seriously never know that dreads have become so popular honestly, most books or closed or you cant get in for months so I'm going to try to hack it myself! thank you!

Michelle Hunt: Youre beautiful with or without dreads. I think they look really good on you!!!! Fake or real, I LOVE that you stepped outside the box and did it!!!!! I Love your content!!! Cant wait for the next video!!!

Chrissy's Corner: If I could subscribe again I would! You totally rocked it and I think its awesome the time and dedication you had doing this! They look great! My sis and I literally are hanging out drinking wine and watched this together..love it+

Cheryl Mosley: Love the look, a true must try for me!

Queen of pets: These are beautiful how many did you use in the end? I want to do 3/4 of my hair. The color match is superb too. X

blondiexo: Yesss! This looks amazing on you & exactly how I want my hair . How many packs did you end up buying to achieve this? I’m from the US so buying from this UK site might end up being way to expensive for me . I found a seller on aliexpress that sells 10 strand pack for 10 dollars so I was gonna get 6 packs but I’m not sure if that will be enough .i have pretty thick hair btw

Tres Chapman: You are now my absolute favorite YouTube's. I have needed a video like this for years. My hair is long like yours so I can't thank you enough this is soooooo perfect. How many exstentions did you buy and how much were they?

Pink n Bling: If I wasn’t subscribed I definitely would lol you did an amazing job I’m a licensed stylist and I thing it looks amazing!! I know it takes a lot no time but if you had someone help you it would have been way easier!! This definitely would look awesome for a festival, I’m going to one in Vegas in June so I’d love to have these for then!! Great job!! Suits you!! Cheers from Canada

Ginny: I loved your hair .. I know this video is like a year old but wow ! I am an older lady and you have sold me on this to try beautiful

Ethan Smith: I love your method I am getting ready to do mine exactly how you did yours with extensions and I am a guy so I am just doing like a high top dreadlocks thank you for your video I hope my hair goes well and you are absolutely beautiful.

Stephanie Ramirez: Wow your hair looks amazing I've been looking into dreads extension thankd for the video

Charice T: They look really good!! My faux locks are in the process of being made, my hair is long too but I’m using the crochet method to install mine. My hair won’t be shown at all. I will braid my hair into several corn rows going back, then loop the locks through. I like the look, but temporary is fine for me. I love my hair, so this is good for diversity & versatility. Also, all that work & your makeup is still looking gorgeous!!

Sarah Jones: Totally had to subscribe to support you, Doll!!! I'm obsessed with these and have been wanting them myself, but didn't want to ruin my own hair....so now I'm super duper excited and cannot thank you enough for making this video!!! You're so down to earth and just a gorgeous person over all as well, so really happy to see more videos!! Much love & respect sent to you and yours!! XxOo

JAckie Massi: Great job it looks beautiful!!

Ashley Lane: LOVE!!! I ordered some from Dreads UK (but live in US) I wonder how long they will take to arrive?? Did it take you awhile to receive yours?? ☺️

Monique Murillo: I love your channel!! Thank you for sharing this! You look so good with dreads

Rebecca S: Wow they look amazing. You really suit dreads. Never knew you could get extensions.

Nathalie Cleeter: Wow those dreads are incredible and what a great job you did putting them in. It does seem a shame to take them out after a few days because of the effort you put in but I see your point about work

тыквенная королева: Thanks I'm going to try your way. My hair is butt length so the braids would come too low. I used to have natural ones cos my hair started dreading itself when I was homeless. I feel like putting a few purposeful ones in could symbolize that part of my life but also how it's different now.

Hectic kitty: They look great! You remind me of somebody but I can't think of her name...it will come to me eventually I can't understand why some people have taken it so personally that they're 'fake' though. My eyes are naturally brown but I'm not offended by somebody who wears brown tinted contacts...to each their own I suppose!

Christin Cavanaugh: I think I like it with the fringe out. You have way more patience than me lol. I would have given up after the first hour! They look really good though and you did all that work. I think I would keep them in a little longer just because of that.

Lightning Lass Reacts: Wow!!!! Amazing. They look fantastic!!!! What a great colour match too.... xxx

Marjolein's Reborn Babies: The dreads looks really good! Love how it looks!

TacoCat: Absolute love them can't wait to do it myself!!!!! How many did you use in the end??

emily fitchett: Hi-they look great! Im about to order some from dreads uk and i have very similar length hair to you and was wondering how many dreads you ordered as I was thinking around 30\40 dreads? Xxx

j -s-m-r asmr: This is brilliant!!! I love it

steev75: I love them. It looks good with the loose hair on top. Wow its awesome.

Kathy Ahern: Wow! What an Amazing job you did! It looks fantastic! Hope you got some good sleep, take care❤️

John-Paul Fitzgerald: Are these the backcombed ones or the crochet ones please? I’m looking on Trevor website and can see the two different types but not sure which ones to get? Thanks ps it looks really good x

Kenco 4:20: I love the idea of trying these and not 100% commiting to getting dreads, I think you done a awsome job ✌

Bethany Caldwell: You look so natural in dread! These look gorgeous on you! The color match is perfect . Im amazed this was your first time... never would've known!

Lapeer On 🔥: Praying for you precious one. Thanks for the very detailed, well done video.

Kim Smith: Awwww...hey Beauty, you look so cute with dreads. Good job I would just put them up in a wrap for work...if you don't want to take them out. Great color match. And do you ever have patience! Thanks for sharing

Niki Iannarone: I have been wanting to experiment with fake locs for a while now.. I could never ruin my hair and commit to actually doing it for real.. Plus Idk if I could pull them off.. But I think urs turned out great, and the color match is amazing! Glad u did a video on the process.. My hair is shorter than urs so.. Idk.. I'm really thinking about it.. I am always changing my hair, so being able to just have dreads when I want them is such a cool concept! U know I always love ur videos.. Thank u for sharing!!

Heart Mind: Love it at 14 minutes too. The mix of both is bomb. You are so gorgeous. Subbbing in case you have any makeup tutorials!

Ashley Earick: how long did you keep these in and what was the removal process like? very curious - i am having mine installed soon and want to know how much damage (if any) you experienced from them

Katie Davies: Love this! I really want to do it. I have no idea how many packs to buy, though. I think they come in packs of 10 pieces on Dreads UK. Any ideas anyone? Thanking you!

Ashleigh Johnson: I've been waiting for you to upload this ! They look lush ! Great video Where did you get the dreads from I'd love to do this?

Marci Shears: Looks great!! Great job!!

Cassiee Pouncy: LOOKS GREAT ON YOU ! ! YOU COULD HAVE TRIED USING A CROCHET HOOK( ITS THE SAME SORTA IDEA, RIGHT?) IT WORKED FOR ME, TOOK A BIT LONGER,BUT I GOT THE SAME RESULTS FOR DOING MY HAIR! AND I TOOK MY TIME. STILL LOOKS GREAT!

MJ Valentine: How many dreads would you say you had in at 13.35? I'm buying some braid ins soon - was thinking maybe 25, but I'm not sure if it'll be enough to achieve the same affect you have at 13.35. That's exactly what I'm going for though, I love it - it really suits you!

Aleshia Hutchison: How many dreads did u start with and how many did u end up using???

Pricilla Chickite: Omg you make it look so easy!!! Hi many did it take do you remember I want dreads now

Crystal Slayforthegawds: It called a ladder braid for those that don't know

Leona Swift: Would you recommend these? I’m thinking of ordering some, but my hair is about 16 inches, so I think 24 would be too long. Also how come you need the shampoo if they’re synthetic? Thank you for the video

Cher B: Girl I LOVE these on you!!! Keep them!♡♡♡♡ It suits you amazingly! ♡♡♡

Angel Heart: Your dreads look great. The color matches your hair perfect too. Good job.

Tanaha Jane: Love love love these on you!! I made myself curly ones that i love and needa put back in but anyway looks great!! Push past the first 24hrs they kill! But after then feel almost like normal just a little heavier!! But love!! (When you take them out plzplz take a picture and idk add it to your next video!! You get an awesome afro of curls) xx

Malene Minds: You look phenomenal with dreads

Haley Costner: Love them!! I love dreads, they look great on you

Earth to Elly: No no girl dont play yaself you look AWESOME...I love the way it turned out...and your makeup is gorgeous

Pinkpoodle2: You did an amazing Job, you are so talented, they look real on you. It’s a shame you could wear in your work as you put so much effort into put them in. You know what you said about head being sensitive. My daughter hairs like that my sister too. My hair hurts if a bobble in to long the roots really hurt even after been taken out. Hope you slept well and did not do a double take in the morning in the time that you first wake up. It’s going take almost as long to take them out. Stunningly beautiful as ever. ❤️❤️

Delaney M.: a nice little blanket stitch braid, i find they work much better for single ended dreads like this anyway and they definitely work better on really long hair like yours.

Spooky geek: You did a good job the looks great ‍♂️

Brand: They look good! Try taking a brush or your fingers to the braids and frizzing them out a little, that might help?

Anett Zentai: Dear LunaLily! Great job! Could you help me please how long these de dreadlocks extensions can stay? Can you sleep in it? Is it comfortable for 2 weeks long for example? Is it heavy? :D Thanks and have a nice day

Christine Marzano: I would totally subscribe for all that effort, if I wasn't already I wasn't sure I liked them on you while you were working in it, but when they were done they looked really cool!

Olivea Rodriguez: If you braided them in and got one pack of synthetic hair you could cover ur natural hair with it by wrapping and you hair and then spray water and dampen ur hair and go under a dryer it’ll tighten the synthetic hair and make the hair look more natural then it’ll actually look like a real dread and not a dread extension.

VonDa in Wonderland: After all of that work you need to figure out a way to get your boss to like it ♥

1 1 4 2: it looks so good !! how many dreads do you use?

krys karpik: Looks great on you lovely! ⭐️

Tracie Pringle: So stunning iam doing it!!!

Megan Curtis: They suit you so much! They look amazing!

Carries Lantern: Awesome on the dreads and your eye look was too, I like the idea of synthetic dreads, cause I'm hair challenged, Can't get it to grow real long it starts to curl in on its self.

RabidWomBat J: They look amazing!

Maegan Rose: Can you do this growing out a buzz cut or hair too short? Looks great!

Heather Elizabeth: it looks amazing!!!!!

Laura JD: They suit you!! You definitely deserve some subs for that labour of love! Are they heavy / do they hurt your head (like when your head hurts after a day of having it in a bun or tied back)?

Ali Cia: J'aime ton style je mets mes dreadlocks de la même façon

Peachy Brook: My hair is naturally coily and tangly I have to brush my hair every hour and it’s super annoying. This is pretty cool.

Beth Millican: Hey I love your video. How many dreads did you use? I have just under shoulder length hair and I have 30? Is that enough? Xx

Miss Renee: I just ordered a set from them today I’m so excited
