How To Easily Install Clip-Ins + Add Length To Your Silk Press

It don't matter hey y'all. What'S up welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, Jayden Marie in today's video I'm going to be installing some clip-ins, so the company curls Queens, reached out to me and asked me to show you guys how to install their clip-ins. So that's what I'm going to be doing in today's video. So I'm going to go ahead and unbox this box. They sent me with y'all and show y'all the quality of the hair, and then I'm gon na go ahead and install it. So let's go ahead and get started: okay, y'all! So I'm gon na go ahead and show y'all the hair and the goodies they sent me, but I'm not gon na lie. I did have to open this package already because I honestly had to dye the hair in order for it to match my hair for this video. So the hair originally was black and I had to just lighten it up a little bit because my hair is in like black, it's brown, so yeah. If you're wondering why it's not an efficient or anything. That'S why so I'm gon na go ahead and share with y'all everything that came inside of this box really really cute. So the first thing that was inside the box was this really cute gold Bonnet and it has a little drawstring. So you can tighten it if you get in the shower or something which is really cool, because a lot of bonnets do not have that next thing. They sent me is this cute little pink mesh bag, which came with a nice brush. It'S like rose gold, and it says curls Queen on the back, definitely can use this for the clip in. So that's a plus the last thing that came in the box. Of course was the clip-ins: they came in this really nice curls, Queen pink um, satin bag with the drawstrings really cute and the bag just says curls Queen to be fresh, gifted female and black period like and the hair originally came in a fishnet, but, as I Told y'all I had to dye it, so I couldn't put it in the fishnet. I mean I couldn't keep it in The Fishnet, so it's outside the fishnet, but it's still intact. Okay, I definitely had to dye the hair, but these are the clip-ins. This is one bundle y'all, so you're. Definitely getting your money's worth with curls Queen, like first of all, it's so long, and I believe this is a 22 inch, so yeah you're definitely getting your uh money's worth and it's really full and thick and you're, not even gon na, have to use all of The clip-ins probably but yeah, so this is the clip-ins they're very nice, and that was the last thing that came in the box. So we're gon na go ahead and start installing the hair, and I will see y'all in the next clip: okay y'all. So this is my hair. Currently before I put the clip-ins in my hair is not very um thick, I would say it's more like coarse and it's not thin, but it's not very thick, so these clip-ins are definitely about to help me thicken, my hair up. So this is my length right now. My hair stops like mid back and, as you can see like when I lift my hair up in the light, my hair is not black. It is definitely definitely like a like a medium tone Brown, so I went ahead and dyed the hair that they um sent me. So I wouldn't say I dyed it, but I like lightened it a little bit with some um peroxide developer. So it's just a little lighter than it was at first, because at first it was really really black, which it did not match with my hair at all. But now this is definitely gon na match. With my hair color so yeah, I just lightened them up a little bit and let them dry and now it's time to install them. So this is the straight light: Yaki premium Brazilian virgin hair, so the hair texture is light Yaki and then it's like the silk press style because they off they also offer like the um, like the curly hair textures, which I didn't want to do that because my Hair texture is kind of hard to match, so I just went ahead and got the straight hair, so we're gon na start. This is really going to be trial and error y'all because I have never ever installed clipmans before so. I'M really excited to try them and I'm gon na just let y'all see like I'm gon na try my best, but I'm pretty sure I could do it. It'S just clippings, so I'm gon na start by parting, one part across the back part of my head and I think I'm gon na use the largest um clip-in that they had sent me. So this is the largest one and it is five wefts. I think that's what it's called. I really think these are called whips because I see it on the website, but I'm not totally sure if that's what it means but um these clips, I would say they're called whips, and this one has one two three four five. So I'm about to put this in my hair after I parted, because I think this one would fit like the back of my head pretty nicely like. It goes from ear to ear n, so yeah, I'm about to part my hair and then go ahead and try to put it in for the first time. I don't know: okay y'all, so I finished the first layer of clip-ins, which was kind of difficult. Just a little bit only because it was kind of hard to see the part, but honestly it doesn't really matter if your part is straight As long as you have a part and you put the clip-ins on, but it doesn't have to be like a perfect part. Like we're not hair stylists, unless you are, but you know so like if this is your first time like me, girl, it might not be that easy to um get the part and stuff, but I figured it out and now I'm about to do the second layer. So I already made another part which I don't even know, if they're straight, but now I'm about to go ahead and apply the next little thing of clip in so I think I'm either gon na do a four lift or a five lift uh one. Two three one, two three: they sent me a good variety, so I could really just pick actually. I think I might need this one. This is the five one that I just used on the last layer, so well, the first layer, so I'm gon na use this one because I want it to be really full. It all depends on like the look you're going for, but it also depends on your head size like if your head is girl. This part is not straight. Oh, my gosh, I got ta fix this y'all. I'M gon na try the five um Clips, but if it doesn't work, I'ma just move down to four. I think it will, though, because my head is Big y'all, so knowing me, I need five and four across my whole head, so I think oh yeah definitely need five. Four would not have even got close to covering my hair people hear me. Thank you. Okay, second clippings, I'm almost done okay, so this is the fullness right now with only two clip-ins in and it's so long and so nice, like the texture, feels so good and it blends with my hair perfectly, but I'm about to go ahead and do another part On this side, so I'm gon na like go right here like this and flip it over. Oh, you can even do a cute side, part okay! So now I'm gon na go ahead and put another clipping in, but I'm gon na put it lower down. So I'm gon na put the clip in like lower down a little so that, if I want to do a side part, I can do it and I'm gon na show y'all that as well. So I'm gon na take a smaller one. Now, since I'm like on the sides honestly think I can do a three piece, so I want this to be really full, so I'm putting like the larger pieces so that it can be very full which it's already full, but of course I still have to fill It in the front - I can't just do the back, so I'm gon na go ahead and put this three piece in this. Is it with the two and now I can cover it up. You just got ta, be careful when you're using the comb not to comb out the clip-ins but like if I wanted to do a solid part. I could like this isn't even done all the way, but this is how a side part would look so freaking cute and then it looks so natural like it's laying flat. So these are like some good clippings already, I'm not even gon na lie and I love the length I took it behind your ear and just like lay down like this, but this is the side part. Thank you all right now, I'm gon na go ahead and plug up this flat iron. This is the flat iron. I use I actually kind of stole it from my mom, but what we share now, because it's so good and it's the only flat iron that actually keeps my hair like bone straight. So it's the Nero by Paul Mitchell doesn't want to focus on it. But it's just the Nero by Paul Mitchell, it's a very great flat iron, so I'm going to go ahead and plug it up. So I can fix my edges because they're a little frizzy and I'm trying to complete the look of these clip-ins super cute. I don't know foreign super freaking cute, like how beautiful are these clip-ins, like tell me, my hair is not blending perfectly, and it's really because I dyed the clip-ins, but it's also like the texture of the hair, like the texture of my hair matches, the clip in So nicely so all right y'all, so that is it for today's video.
