Hi my loves, what's up and welcome back to my channel today's video is going to be all about natural hair. I'M doing this video in two parts, so today's part is going to be all about the tools I used to get my hair silky straight and then part two is going to be more about the products. So, if you're interested in seeing what tools I use then keep on watching first things. First, let's get into this blow dryer that I used. This is the timeout air hype. Thank you to timeout for sponsoring today's video, so y'all. Look at this packaging. This packaging is absolutely beautiful, super Sleek, these are all the benefits or the features um that this blow dryer has. Let'S give it a good unboxing, so you have your bag to store the blow dryer in which is absolutely handy. That way, all the pieces are not just flying around underneath your sink um, just a good black bag. It holds everything perfectly. You have your instructions, it tells you all about the blow dryer how to use it, Etc. Then you have all of your pieces in the blow dryer itself. So the first piece is this diffuser for all of my curly girls out there. I'Ve never used a diffuser, but if you know you know, then you have the comb attachment, which is definitely my go-to piece. It helps to lengthen out the blowout and prepare your hair for further styling last. You have your styling nozzle, which is really good with a round brush. So all my girls that know how to do a good round brush blowout. That is going to be your go-to piece and then we have the blow dryer itself. Of course um. It'S so freaking Chic. I absolutely love it. I'Ve never seen a blow. Dryer look like this. I love the digital display, displays your temperature settings, Etc. So, let's get into this blowout, so my hair is freshly washed. This is what it looks like towel, dried and y'all. My hair is actually two-toned right now, um, the back of my hair is brown. It'S my natural hair color and then the front is like black. I can't remember, I think I dyed it black when I had my sew in and didn't feel like doing my whole head, so I just did the front um. So that's why it's two-toned, if you notice, so I like to just go in section by section when I'm blow drying my hair. Of course you want to make sure you come through it first with a wide tooth comb. Only girl do not be using using a rat tail comb or fine-tooth comb to come through your hair. That is absolutely no. I wanted to show this part one more time because I'm actually really impressed by this, so the comb attachments aren't magnetic meaning they are not going to come off when you're blow drying your hair. I love that so much here is your digital display, so it displays your heat settings and it also shows you your air speed settings. One thing I really love about this blow: dryer is the fact that it dries with air speed and not heat. So this is perfect for the girlies that want to keep their hair protected from heat damage. There is no heat protector needed because of this okay. So let's do a quick comparison, real quick! So I have my old handy dandy, silverbird blow dryer. This is my go-to. I'Ve been using this blow dryer, probably for like ever probably for the past, like 10 years or so nothing wrong with it, but sometimes there's also nothing wrong with a little upgrade. So we're just gon na do a quick comparison, so you guys can see the difference between your traditional blow blow dryer and then the taimo air hype. First of all, we can already tell it's way more. Sleeker like this is super super cute like y'all can't tell me this is not it's super Sleek look at the size by difference compared. This is like typically the size of your more traditional blow dryers um, and this is the taimo like huge difference. So this has never happened to me, but I know a lot of people, including my mom y'all, know my mom's, a stylist um, and she had to tape her nozzle or her comb attachment to her Silver Bird, because she would say that a lot of times when She would go through and blow dry people's hair. This would come detached like I said it doesn't happen to me, but she definitely had to tape hers with like a blue electrical tape. I know a lot of other people that have commented on my videos and asked me if I have that same problem um. So apparently this happens to a lot of people, and that is actually what I like about the timer. So I mentioned that it is magnetic. So this is not going to come off says like it's magnetic, so you don't have to worry about that when you're blow drying your hair, all the attachments that it comes with, like they're all magnetic as well. So that's one thing. I really really really like another thing I really like is so y'all will see in a minute, but the Timo has a digital display. It displays your temperature, your air speed, and I really like to be able to see that so I can make sure I am controlling the amount of heat I put on my hair, even though this doesn't get your hair dry by heat, more so air speed. I still like to monitor um the heat that I'm putting on my hair and then with your traditional blow, dryer y'all know dang. I know digital display like that they just traditional uh three setting heat just either cool warm or hot, like that's all you're really getting you do have your different air speeds, but it's just not as digitally Advanced as the Timo, so we're gon na cut them both On and see if we can tell the difference and point out the qualities between the two okay, so we're gon na test out the different air speeds, so the traditional blow dryer actually has just two speed settings. It'S this one, you see in the middle and then the two hash marks right here. Here'S what the first AirSpeed sounds like and then here is what the airspeed the first AirSpeed sounds like on the timer. The timer does have three air speeds. Actually so we're gon na do the first one, so significantly more quiet um, which I really like not super loud foreign. Now, let's do the second air speed on our Silver Bird, which is the last AirSpeed setting. Now, let's do the second AirSpeed on our taimo, as you can see. That second thing indicates the second air speed, still a lot quieter and then this one has one more AirSpeed than our traditional blow dryer. So, let's turn it up one more notch: you can see it's on the third AirSpeed setting and boom there you have it. Those are the main differences between the two um, of course, everything else that I mentioned in the video. But as you can see, the the timeout is just way more Sleek way, more advanced, which again nothing wrong with your traditional, but also nothing wrong, with upgrading to a more Sleek, more efficient, quieter and it's just all around more effective blow dryer. So, let's get back to the video only thing I will say so: the comb attachment the ends of the comb part um they're more around it than they are pointed I'm used to a comb attachment being more pointed. This is not actually a bad thing, because the ends are rounded like that. It makes it feel like it's just gliding through your hair. So that's not a bad thing. I think it's just more of like preference of what I'm used to, but y'all are going to see the results in the end. So let's continue on with this blowout and then we're gon na come back and chit chat once we're done foreign. Thank you, and so here are our results. All in all, I do really love this blow. Dryer um, it's a super powerful blow dryer. It saves 50 drying time. I do feel like I got through this a lot faster than I usually do. Um it got my hair pretty straight um. Y'All know the key to a good to press is to get your hair straight as possible with the blow dryer. It'S super quiet Compact and it won't damage your hair, so I definitely recommend that blow dryer so getting into the pressing out part of this video. So the second key to a good silk press is the flat iron cyst. Okay, you need to make sure your flat iron is a good one. All the details on the flat iron are going to be linked below this. One is new and I really really love it. It Glides through your hair, so effortlessly so make sure y'all check that out in the description box as well all right, foreign foreign. Thank you and here are the finished results. Y'All, don't talk about my little side piece over there um. It'S always been a lot shorter than the rest of my hair. I can't tell if it's broken off a little bit recently, but honestly y'all um. This came out so well. My hair is so silky so straight. I love it. At the same time, I feel like the longer my hair grows, the thinner it gets so um these days are pretty numbered. With this length, hair y'all, I am feeling a cut coming real soon. Like I mentioned, I'm gon na do a follow-up to this video and we're going to talk all about products. I have so much to talk to y'all about when it comes to that. So that's why I wanted to break this out so make sure y'all stay tuned for that um, but all in all love the results. Let me know you think in the comments and make sure you check out everything in the description below and I'll see you guys in my next video
