Sew In Care...At Home

Yeah i was looking kind of crazy this day, uh that particular morning i decided to slap a crazy amount of edge control in my hair. Just so, i could look decent on camera to teach, but i knew i was going to wash my hair anyway, so i didn't really care so here, i'm just detangling, my natural hair and my bundles. These are bundles by hair by omega. They were colored by. Let'S talk beauty and installed by the beauty cafe now that i've combed through the gel just a little bit the edge control, i spray a little water on my natural hair in order to make detangling easier. Once i have the conditioner and shampoo in the hair, i just spray it really good, as you can see how much of edge control i put in there, i'm going to use herbal essence, hello, hydration shampoo, i'm just going to take a little bit or let a Little light and put it through my leave out just massage it to my scalp. Once i have finished putting the shampoo on my natural hair, i take a fine-tooth comb or rat tail comb and i comb through my leave out. This helps get a lot of the gel product, any kind of product you may use out of your natural hair. I forgot to show how rinse the shampoo out, but i stand backwards in the shower and allow the water to run through my sewing. I use a neck under my sew-ins and here i'm just detangling the hair, a little bit no hair comes out, and now i'm going to take some of the herbal essence, hello, hydration conditioner, and i'm going to do the same thing that i did with the shampoo. I'M trying to not get it everywhere, i'm just going gon na put it in my leave out as well as my weave and again, i'm just gon na use, my fingers or the wide tooth comb to distribute the conditioner throughout the hair, and now that i'm finished Smoothing the conditioner in the hair, i'm going to rinse it out backwards in the shower with cool water, cool water, helps to close the follicles and pour some scalp and hair. I did sit under a hooded dryer when i was finished rinsing out the conditioner. It'S important for your hair underneath your neck. If you wear a net with sew-ins to dry, you don't want fungus forming underneath your neck. That will cause more issues here. You will see. I have detangled the hair in sections and i take each piece and i detangle a little bit more just to have a smoother curl and i'm using a baby, bliss titanium brush now brush flat iron. When i do my curls, i pretty much. Do it in one swipe or one twist and just pull the flat iron down and the curls normally just pop this video was done in sections. I did the curling portion before work one day, so you'll see me with my work shirt on just a little clip of the difference between the curls and it blown out, don't mind this makeup. I threw makeup on. I have makeup that i use for zoom versus my natural makeup that i wear every day so yeah i just threw the curls in there. I didn't put any edge control here, just because i was not finished so here i threw the makeup on so i can record i'm just taking the curls out of flexi rods. I tried to unravel them in a neat motion. The same way i rolled them up, but that doesn't always happen. It'S okay, so i'm just gon na finish, taking down the flexi rods, and this helps your curls set. If you have time to do this, y'all excuse my facial expressions, my husband started yeah. He started singing and it caught me off guard, but you know seems to happen when i want to record he didn't know. I was recording, though i'm just taking them out of the flexi rods and i'm gon na fluff them up this band. I love these headbands. I got them from amazon. I also put that link below it helps keep my hair out of the way. When i'm trying to put my makeup on now, i'm going to take time to style it i'm going to press out my leave out a little bit more. It'S not cooperating right now, the weather is a little iffy, so sometimes it will stay straight. Sometimes it'll revert and curl back up, but either way it'll still come out. Okay in a second, you will see me use hair by omega's wax stick, and i will smooth that on my leave out. It helps to blend my natural hair with the weave itself and i just put a little bit sometimes i'll put some on my ends too, and i take the comb and comb back through it just to smooth it out and then i'll use. My baby bliss titanium flat iron to press it out. Today, i'm going to use styles by j monique's braid jam on my edges. It was created for braids, but i use it for edges and my crochet braids when i get them. So i used the cone to smooth my edges back and, like i said earlier, my hair did not want to cooperate so everything that touched my natural hair. It either made it curly and wouldn't lay it down like it normally does, but that has nothing to do with the product. The product is wonderful and that's pretty much it. I'M just gon na fluff it out and manipulate the curls a little bit. Sometimes i'll. Go back in with the flat iron and fix pieces that may have decided to get straight or didn't curl properly.
