Hello mamacitas welcome to my channel, be a miniatures, i'm mikana, so today's video is going to be a little tutorial on how i do my sewing and i'll be showing you the pattern. I do to my hair, how i braid it and all that. So, let's start so first things that you're going to decide if you're going to do a middle part or a side part. I always do middle part. So this time i think i'm going to go with a side part and see how that turns out. So what i normally do is i start off and i make two little braids here at the very front and that's going to be for the closure when i sew it in and i like to leave my edges out, because you know i got to take care Of them, and now we're going to start braiding this, the small little braids and that's how i'm start and i'll just go around till i finish as i get closer to the back i'll, be making the braids a little bigger. This is an arm workout like oh, my gosh, but i'm finished with one side and then i'm missing this side and then we're gon na start sewing the hair in, but once you're done with the braids. What you're gon na do is like put some of the braids together, so this is what i did with this part put it together, and then you wanna tuck it under and secure it with a bobby pin. This is what your pattern is. Gon na look like so i start here here and then the back and now we're gon na start sewing in the hair to measure the hair. What i do is that i grab the track and i bring it around my head so starting like here this next piece right so start it here and then i bring it around here and i leave like a little bit out. Let'S hold my finger so to measure it. I put my finger here and then that's where i'll cut it so right here make it a little longer than what i measure just in case you know, and then i just cut so once i cut it and i have the trap ready to sew. I grab it and then i just measure it again just to make sure and bang and then i start sewing again i'll show you all how i start sewing that every time you thread your needle, you want to make sure to add a little knot here and Secure that you can do a double knot, i usually just do one because it really just stay there. So if you want, you can do like double just in case and then we have it there. So now what you want to do is grab the hair and see i'm going to start here and then put the needle through the hair and you're going to do it through the braid, and you don't want to do it as like too tight. So you can just like make sure just make sure that you don't do it too tight and also be careful with the needle in your head, or your face, be very gentle with that when you're sewing it. What i also like to do is that i um do like i sew it twice or three times so we grab here and i don't do like all the braids all together. So i would just like just grab here. Come all the way here and that way it's easier when i take out the track too, so i just grab this here, put it through the track it's out here, then you grab the braid go through the braid and there you go. I'M halfway done. I'M gon na complete this part and whenever you finish like here and all this part, you want to make sure to leave like a little space, probably like from here, and that way you can sew in your closure. The hair music is from this brand that i found at my local beauty supply store and i love the hair i'm halfway there, i'm excited because i'm ready to be done. I'M doing this all this the same night, because i really don't want to wait till the next day to finish so it's a long process, but it's worth it and this hair like um. It'S probably not it's not really the best, but i liked it because you know it's within my budget and i do this every night then just to like as a protective style and it's just cute i'll show y'all how i do the top. That way, you can learn how to do it. Hopefully this looks good, i'm a little nervous because it's my first time doing the side side part. So let's do this last part of the video got deleted. But after i finish, i stick the closure. I got the glue from the beauty supply store, so i fixed that and then i tied it up and i'm going to show y'all how it looks now. So this is the result of the hair. I'M really feeling myself. I got some inches now. This is my first time doing the side part, so i'm very proud of myself and i hope y'all enjoyed this video. I hope you learned something and that you can practice this doing quarantine. Also, you can do your own sew-ins at home and save some money.
