How To Apply & Style Tape In Extensions By Yourself!!

Hi pretties and welcome back to my channel, as you can see from my maintenance video i took down those braids. I know what you're thinking jasmine. You only had it in for a week. I'M sorry it was too tight for me, my hair's too short, and that's that so today we're going to do something different, we're going to use taping. I got two tape: ins from amazon. They originally look like this they're from two different brands, because for some reason, amazon would not send them at the same time if they were the same brand, so one is from heto, they don't say hello, they say hito, it's remy here, the other one is from La la boo, la la boo, yeah, these are the clip-ins. I mean the tape ins, it's not a lot of them honestly and not a lot of them. It feels a little weird, but when you brush it out, it's all right, so yeah we're just gon na get started so yeah here, i'm just showing you how to get the little piece off for the tape. Oh, look at that smooth baby, smooth but yeah, and then i'm just you know obviously it'd be better if i had eyes in the back of my head, but this is what we got so you know i put the first piece underneath the hair and then you're Supposed to get a, maybe a thinner piece of hair and then put it on top but um. I didn't do it that way, but it still works because i use the flat iron which you'll see soon enough but yeah. So i did that and i used the flat iron to put it together. I did that because that's what it said on the directions to do so. That'S what i did and i know my hair is thin. I kept the tracks out of the thin parts, so please do not come for me, but yes, it is then um we got the miracle drops um. But honestly my hair has always been like thin in that area. So don't come for me and if you do you know if i hope it makes. You feel good about yourself, because that's what we're here to do make you feel good, but here's the back shot all right. So i want the part to be like here kind of like a curved part kind of like a bang, because i don't want a middle part, because my hair is too short and i just feel like it's not going to look good. So that's why i'm doing it this way my parts are not gon na be super straight. So if you're anal about this type of stuff, i'm sorry to disappoint you. Okay, i'm sorry i'm so sorry, so i originally did it in a smiley because i thought it would work, but since my hair is so short, i had to take look at me struggling i had to take some of them out. It was hard with the mirror. I had two mirrors and it was hard to see my arm was in the way, but anyway i had to take some out and then just do um the parts in a straight line going towards the front of my head, so that when i put it in, Like the middle ponytail, not a high pony but a middle ponytail, it would look like something you know instead of track showing. So i took some of these out, but this is great for if you are not planning to do like a middle pony, but you can do a low pony or a high pony. But if you want to do like a middle pony like i'm, going to show you guys, then make sure you do straight lines going towards the back of your head, so at the top or towards your hairline going back instead of just doing a smiley, because it's Not going to sit back right the way you want it, no, they thinking i'm bluffing, but i promise i'll do it. That k got a drum like murder and booming sending you verb. If i get my little uzi, they thinking i'm crazy. I'M gon na see you the haters people, i'm saying get what i'm painting a picture big. It'S been like three days and i haven't done anything. I took some extensions out because i wanted to put in a ponytail, so so we're gon na try something different. So we want to avoid this part from getting into the um, oh with the tracks, because we want to be able to put this in a ponytail. Not a high pony just like a regular regular schmidt, regular ponytail doesn't mean anymore, so this is a straight back method straight back method. I was talking about. I put the tracks in going straight back um this way so that i can put it in the middle ponytail, so watch and learn. You know what i'm saying or whatever i can't let them take. Let me show you how it looks in a ponytail okay, so if i wanted to do if i want to do like a straight back, ponytail like this damn shazam, hopefully you don't see no drag damn and then, if i wanted to do like a high pony, Damn shazam period, my hair's too short to be doing all this, but you know yeah. If i want to do a low pony, a really low one, you know that's possible, come on so yeah. I think it worked. Let'S just do the regular sniper decolletage and then i'm gon na get dressed and then i'm gon na style it and then you're gon na see the rest all right. So this is the finished. Look. I didn't record me doing the ponytail, because oh no, it's just hard when you're like with the two mirrors - and i don't know honestly, i have no excuse, but i think i won't post this video until later and i'll give you like other styles, that i can Do with this so here's the ponytail. Hopefully it looks good because since my hair is so short what i did was. I used three hair ties, so the first one i tied it. You know not too tight, but as tight as i would like it, and then i like try to push as much hair into the ponytail as i could and then the ones that were sticking out. I brushed it back and then i tied it and i used another rubber band to you know, tie that part only twice, because this one's already tight, the first one was already tight, and then you know this side is sticking out, because you know this side that Rubber band or that hair tie took this hat and put it in the ponytail. So i need a rubber another um hair tie to put this half down um, so i did that wrapped it around twice it all fit in there rude it all fit in there. As best as it could, as you can see, yeah it fit as best as it could and yeah. So this is the look ladies and gents. Here'S the pony. This is the this is the her baby. Don'T look like my hair, like my hair long, it grew this fast. It grew so fast. You know, let's give me what it's supposed to gave but yeah. If i have any videos of me with the hair down or anything like that, i wet the hair in the shower, not like a lot, because i didn't know if the um the tape ends will come out. So i just wet it as much as i can and the hair does blend, like my hair does blend with this hair. Since i said before, it's permed or it's what you call it: it's um relaxed, but it's not super relaxed. It'S texturized, but i use the relaxer. You know not a texturizer, because i don't care what you say. Those things don't work, but anyway, so yeah. This is. This is what we got. Ladies and gents.
