So, of course you know you're always excited because it's so unfortunate that I feel like the YT creators can kind of do a lot and do wild and stuff, and then I do something and it's like. Oh get that so hey you guys. This is Grandma Zante and I'm back with another video, and today's video is going to be a get ready with me and exciting enough. It'S going to be a get ready with me to go to the BET. Soul, Train Awards, um the awards is today. So I'm supposed to be going so, as you guys see, I'm in a different setup, I'm in Vegas so jail. Let'S get into some things. Also, it's a new way. I do my eyebrows and I wanted to really get into it and show you guys as well. Um, it is like early as heck, it's like 7 A.M, but I wanted to make sure I filmed this. So that's why we're here so we're gon na do my makeup hair outfits because clearly y'all know my jack of all trades. I do everything on my own. So um yeah, I'm going for with my Too Faced pumpkin Prime primer. I love this primer because it just makes my face feel like really juicy and Blended and melted. Oh and then also it's a new way. I do my eyebrows, so I really wanted to show you all that as well. My lips is dry but as I always asked how y'all doing how y'all feeling I'm not like that loud because my friend is sleep and Denims in there knocked out too and honey. I don't know what's been up with in them, I don't know if it's because she getting older because y'all know my girl is eight years old. I'Ve had her since she was four weeks old, but she has just been being so like and if you all know who demons didn't miss my little baby, but she has just been being so like. I guess it irritated I'm like dang. Why are you so mad? All the time, but I think little dogs when they get older, they just start really like being tapped out because baby she ain't been sparing me. She'S been really just like Girl, Shoot and then they'd be random. They should come over wants to lay on me. I'M like um yeah, I so I started using this new brow blade. I'Ve been using this new thing called brow blade and basically it has like this little tip on it. If you guys can - and it's like wet it's not like uh, you know how some products have a product and it's like really. Let me use the red one. You know how some products, some eyebrow pencils, have a product and it's like dry. This one isn't dry at all, so basically, when you go through it's like little Flex, because you know I normally don't do my brows, like that, I mean I do my brows before I come on camera. I was like. Let me do it today. I don't know if you guys can see the difference, because I'm gon na put this here so y'all see the little lines instead of like over here. So just really like it's almost like a stain, but you know what I like it, because it's not so harsh and you see it's kind of giving like brow Strokes. I'M like I like big, so I just like to do it like that, because I've been wanting more hair like realistic eyebrows. Now, when I tell y'all everything has really not everything but a lot of things. That was like a thing that I liked I'm not into it. No more, I'm like where did this come from? I think it's because of my new age to be honest and y'all, kept telling me there okay, so let's do the brown Strokes, okay and at first it ain't gon na really look like much, but once we get there, it's gon na be cute. Let'S talk about how YouTube is so crazy now don't get me wrong? I love the platform. I'Ve been on YouTube for like what freaking I've been on YouTube. I guess for like since 2015, if I'm not mistaken in November, is it my YouTube anniversary today is November the 13th hold on, or was it yesterday what I just peeped um about? Okay, so my YouTube anniversary is actually in two days wow on the 15th. So I've been on YouTube since November, the 15th 2013. I did not know I've been on YouTube that long I've been on YouTube for nine years. Okay, so I've been on YouTube for nine years and you know I know my page is not like your traditional. I don't want to use any names, but I feel like it's not like a traditional page of like other YouTubers that come on here and then they have a very clean look and I'm okay with that, because I feel like to an extent like I low-key think. I'M I'm kind of transition. Well, not even kinda. I think I'm going to have to transition into a little bit more of a cleaner look. Yeah. I'M always going to be me, but I'm gon na have to do something different, because so um y'all know I post over here. But I have not post over here as frequently over the last few years, because I've been predominantly over there on my other channel, just because um my other channels, my vlogging Channel I've been on that channel because pretty much I think that YouTube is transitioning into a Lifestyle type of Channel I mean type of platform. I think that when I first got on YouTube, which was years ago, everybody was doing lookbooks drone hauls a lot of makeup tutorials gaming shoot. I mean it was a little celebrity gossip, but not as much as it is now, but it was just different. It was more of like a teaching platform right and I think it still is, but the thing about it is now. It has definitely transitioned into like vlogging channels and I'm not gon na lie. I'M glad that when I decided I think, like about four years ago or five years ago, to make my channel a blogging Channel, I'm glad I did it because in a sense it kind of helped me to keep everything separate. I'M still able to be with the OG's over here teaching on this platform, but then I'm also over there on my vlogging Channel. Like doing a do, you know but girl, why I posted a um, so I said I had to say is on my blogger Channel. You guys know I I cussed um, I sometimes wear stuff, that's a little. You know tight, I won't be wearing. Like I mean I do wear revealing stuff, but it's not like OD to the point you like girl. You need to not okay, it's not like that. But girl YouTube flagged my channel and when I say they normally like sometimes will age restrict my Vlogs or do certain things with my vlog, but I don't know why, but when they did it this time I was super highly irritated okay. So this is my eyebrows. Trying to make sure they are perfect because remember the last time I was like, oh my God, they're, not they're, not the same. I'M like watching somebody's eyebrows that much because I don't but um what they said. Eyebrows supposed to be sisters, not cousins, but back to what I was saying I was super duper irritated because I posted a video from my Halloween Vlog right and y'all know me, I really don't I don't post like wild stuff, the most wildest stuff I probably post, Is like during sweetie Miami if you're not familiar, it's like a gay, it's like a gay thing and it's okay weekend in Miami but yeah. So I posted this video with my little Halloween Vlog. Then they nothing of it. So first they age restricted video. I'M like, why would you age restrict a video? What am I doing on here? That'S like out of the ordinary boom, so I'm like I'm, not gon na get mad and I'm gon na get irritated because that's something that I typically would normally do. Next, I'm going to go ahead and use my Urban Decay eyeshadow primer, because I am going to do an eyeshadow look today. So I'm going to just base this all over my freaking lid and I'm gon na put this all over, and I like this because it Blends out really well and I feel like it's been helping my makeup to like stick. But I even let it get a little tacky, oh my makeup that I'm not going to use back in here, so I can kind of save time because so girl at this point I'm low-key kind of irritated because I'm like what's the age restriction for you know What I mean like, what's the age restriction for and when I promise you in that Vlog it wasn't no nudity, it wasn't no scandalousness, it wasn't even like twerking for real, like it was the smallest amount. I think I danced on one person, but it was that was it so I'm like all right. Let me stop tripping. They ain't gon na. Do it like that, so they age restricted it. So I'm like this ain't, nothing new! This is just nothing new, so I was like okay, I'm not even gon na get that irritated about it, I'ma, Let It Rock girl. Next to you know in like 10: more minutes they flagged the video and give the whole entire video a freaking strike when they give the video a strike. Basically, that means that it makes it take the video down automatically so with YouTube. You can get strikes so the way YouTube work is it gives you a warning, I'm I got my warning from when I did the sweetie video, which I understood that was back in May, so they gave me the warning, then this video they ended up getting my First strike, I don't think I ever had a strike, so I was like OD panicking to the poor. I was talking on the phone or choice and stuff, and I was like, oh my God, when I actually went out to eat and girl. I was like what is this, so they ended up giving me a strike, which means it stopped me from posting on YouTube so girl. They ended up giving me the strength which pretty much stopped me from posting on YouTube for like a week and I'm like. Are you kidding me and then basically, if you get two strikes that stop you from posting on YouTube for two weeks and then, if you get a third strike, they delete the whole Channel, I'm like bro. What so yeah I had got a strike girl and literally that's why I had not been posting my Vlog Channel, and they said I haven't posted in 13 days, but the gag is, I posted literally like a week from today that Vlog they just flagged it. So at the point where they flagged it child, I ain't been able to do nothing. I really have just been kind of patiently waiting, because it's so unfortunate that I feel like the YT creators, can kind of do a lot and do well and stuff. And then I do something - and it's like oh get that ass out of here. So I'm not gon na lie that have me in a funk, because especially y'all know how much I love my channel number one number two. You know how much harder I work on my channel, so I'm just like this is not. This is for the birds. I might go hold it. I was looking pissed off, but yeah that'd be like in a big phone, because I was like girl. Anybody got time for that. I do not be wanting. I don't have time, for that is the last stuff I got time for, but that's not one of them is my channel being deleted, but girl. When I was talking to Choice, he was like girl. Don'T worry, they're gon na distract my channel nine times, I'm like damn, but the one thing that was making me nervous is because y'all know vlogmas is coming up. I'M using my shape tape concealer to do my nose because, based on my Contour, my nose first, I love contouring my nose now first, because I think when I go to set it in it just looks a lot better, and this is my hourglass um concealer and Chestnut so now what I'm going to do is I got me a slaw blending brush. This is the morphe M40 431 brush girl. I don't be a fanatic on brushes, but I was like. Let me just go ahead and try to get this, so this is what I do to blend out my contour for my nose and it works so good that probably gray look really ghosty. I do but it's Gon na Come Together, trust the process - oh yeah, so I have been having so much but hopefully, by the time. Y'All see this, hopefully by the time y'all seen this, I'm already back posting my blogging Channel, but then Choice gave me an actual little a little key, so anytime like to be on the safe side. I have like a lot of channels. I have like two or three other channels, and some of them do have other little followers on it and it wasn't even intentional, but oh I messed up. It wasn't even intentional, but I think when my subscribers from this Channel and other channels here they just automatically subscribe. So I go ahead and post the videos on those channels to see if it's going to get flagged before I you know continue to post girl. Why? I went ahead and posted one of the videos, the one I got flagged. I posted it on my this is the part that really irritated me. So I went ahead and I posted that video on um, my other channel unlisted, didn't flag. It didn't age restricted. So I think, with my channel it probably had so many age restrictions before that. Now they don't even really look at it. So then I get the strike and I'm like okay Common Sense. What am I doing appeal it? So I peel the strike. What happens when I appeal it girl? The video is an hour long YouTube literally, so when it first gets flagged, that's from a bite. That'S what I found out it's from like a little bot that YouTube has looking at videos and stuff and then, when you go to appealia a human, a human reviewer actually checks it out afterwards, girl literally, it was only in being appealed for like three minutes, and I know they didn't even watch that video because it was like what could you have seen in three minutes that would make a human reviewer Freaking Flag, the video so YouTube been playing games, they've really been playing games and I'm, like I don't have time for this. I don't have time for this, and then I was just I don't know. I was just in a slump, but I ain't gon na lie. It did put me in overdrive to record even more, but my whole thing is now. I hope by the time vlogmas come around all this other stuff that this should get right literally take a moment and step away to really make sure I was doing my makeup right because I'm like hold on is this life messing with my eyes, but no look At that, so now I'm just going in with this blush pink color and just packing that on I kind of want to do a little mauvy look, but I want a little bit of I don't know. Do I want some glitter or not, but yes, I'm so excited to be going to the BET Awards I got invited. I was like, oh my God. This is so cute and something different for me. So you know I didn't even do like y'all know I'll be a little scandalous. I didn't even give you like a little hoochie mama Bob or nothing like that. I really was giving like well, I'm gon na be giving like really pretty cute, like y'all got ta. Wait because I'm gon na do my outfit in here too, but I'm just super duper excited. So yesterday I had to go to. I had to get her a day early, which was pretty much yesterday, um, because I had to go get my testing done a covet testing and stuff. So I got there done and it came back this morning saying it was negative. So, of course, you know you're always excited and then also, I think, at the end of this video I do want to answer a little bit of like Vlog clip footage just so you guys can see The Vibes of it. Oh, I really like this eye. It'S given really so pretty, but it's like you see the look so purple on it and let's smoke it honey. I know I need to do better with my makeup because I'll be I'll be having one brush. I love and I'ma swear by that brush. Okay, okay, so I did that and then I do want to go back in and just layer it with like a little bit more pink. I don't know if I want glitter, though, because I think right now, I'm giving like a very cute light pink box. So just the makeup, you see it so now I want to go back in and do my Foundation. You guys know I'm going to be using the given she Foundation, like one of my faves put it all over, and this remember. I told you that you, you don't need much and I've been noticing that lately, so I ain't really been using much on my face. Go through I'ma beat it, but when you're going to advance, you should always do your makeup a little bit more dramatic than you normally do, because when you take photos, you want the makeup to translate like. If I did my makeup light. The way I normally would when I would take photos or videos, it would not look like it, wouldn't look um. It wouldn't look as vibrant on camera. Let me go ahead and do my seven layer, okay, okay, everything's, looking good now y'all seen the way I did. My Contour now I can go back in and actually really set my Contour in, because I'm gon na go along with this. So with my makeup now I noticed with my concealer. I just put it away and then I let it sit for just like a few seconds um I feel like when I do this. It just make it look a lot more vibrant. I don't know it just and make it give like a lot more settled in and it makes it stand out a lot more. So with me, I'm gon na lightly tap and put it in, and then I want to go in with my. I actually want to go in with my Anastasia and set it because I want it to be like set up. Okay, fine back so now I just want to do a couple finishings on it, so I pretty much want to use my oh. Let me show y'all. So I got the brow. I don't know why my none of my stuff is focusing, but I got the brow um glue. If you want to come in, come in. That'S my man girl, that's just this child! Oh, I want to go ahead and do my concealer, so my Contour, I mean I'm gon na put that right here right here. Let me put a little bit more right there and then I'm going to take my brush and go like this girl. Let me tell you because why, when I was going through your stuff, I told her. I don't know why I'm like this, but people that are like masculine or studs that I'm always around. I think it's the funny I mean clearly y'all are women, but I think it's the funniest thing where y'all have like little toiletry bags and I've been like what is in your little toiletry bag. So why, when I was going through her little toiletry, I ain't gon na cap, you - and I didn't tell you this - what I was going to say: I'm gon na wear the toothpaste and then I kept looking and I was in your little edge control and all This stuff and then I'm like, did she not brush your teeth? She only uses mouthwash. So that's why, when I came in there, I was like yeah Too Faced. He was like here. I was like, oh because I was like, where the toothpaste that new thing where people don't brush their teeth, they just use mouthwash, I'm funny hanging up with this card to wear deep over here, I'm talking to myself about this car. It'S where I didn't do. I am so hungry right now. Are you hungry yeah um? No, I don't have to are you hungry, though I was thinking that you said what oh Rick I ain't passing out like those brown and gold or something if you see something for yourself yeah, but if you just trying to be but uh care, yeah huh, you Did last night girl you can't wake up. I said, oh, my God, I can't be this loud. I can't be oh, I forgot to sit down here. Are you excited yeah? You know it would have probably completed. Your look. Even better was some of those um those little fake glasses like the nerd. Look that probably would have made it look like even better. You don't think so. Yeah girl with me having a meltdown last night. Let me tell y'all I had my little I was trying to. I wanted to wear my hair in an updo, so bad and everybody was like it's not gon na work. It'S not gon na work girl. You couldn't tell me that something down there. Just call me you about to take dinner. Oh okay, if you see something down there, let me know just call me so now y'all see the makeup is sitting um. It still needs to be Blended in right there, but I'll just be letting that rock. So right now I have two different lashes, which ones y'all think will be better for the look. Personally, I think I wanted to avant garde, so these are from kiss on. I was looking at. I was on Tick Tock and I interview uh and I wasn't no. It'S not her, I can't think of her name, not Angela Yee. It was another girl. I forgot her name but she's, another radio host personality, and basically she was just talking about certain stuff, and I was like okay. She brought first of all, she brought lorilla on there and when she brought Global on there, it was such a good episode, but it was one part that sticked out to me, which was The Tick Tock part that made me even want to go over there and Check it out and basically glow really was talking about before she dropped like basically getting ahead and stuff like that before she dropped fnf like oh, my God. My eye is watering. I'M gon na show y'all exactly what I do, but she was saying before she dropped. F and F, like she really her her home girls was basically like they were about to give up a lot of stuff so that they could kind of, like, I guess, get to another level or whatever, because she felt like she was really stagnant or something so And that same I mean in that same breath, I'm gon na play out a little episode that she had said and my friend we said we were gon na go 60 days, no dudes, no clothes and party no drinks, but we cheated on the drink spots like What were you going through just break up so just like, I said it was Financial stuff we was going through then yeah. I was going. I just really got over a breakup and you said 60 days to just put that and then fnf came yes. The last end of it this is like a big thing. I most definitely feel like it'll work. If you cut off what you know, that's holding you back, no matter how much you like it. You got, ta, cut it off and focus on yourself and what about the dude? He must be sick. Was he a rapper too or an inspiring rapper yeah yeah? Oh he's, okay, so basically you see how God really was saying that she had to give up certain stuff, and I was like wow that seems so relatable, because I promise you. I believe that same thing. I believe, if you give up stuff that you'll be blessed with so much more I'm using this jumbo NYX pencil. I love this because number one is big. So it's not like I'm like point, I'm poking my eye and I was trying to think with myself. I'M, like you know what that sounds like a good idea. I want to give up something, so I can get something y'all see how my eyes, watering, let me show y'all so basically, all you have to do is put a little bit of makeup right there right over the whole area and then just let it sit you Let it sit to the point where it gets sticky and tacky, and then once you go back in to like put it in, you just do that. Put some setting powder on it and it lays like literally leave this for me, like 10 minutes to a point where it's sticky like almost like thick and then you just blend in. But I'm gon na. Do this side of my face and on my face and I buy my but yeah so I've been thinking about to myself, I'm like dang. I think I kind of want to give something up. I don't know exactly I'm not going to do too much more on my eyes, because right now I know I got ta, go fix it, but yeah I'm back. I back y'all see the face is sitting and I bless you denim. Okay. So now I'm about to take my hair out right here, so I think I'm going to unravel oh unravel also, you guys are interested in this hair. I already have a video up on this hair come in Justice. They know you present. They already know you here. They know so each curl, I'm going to spray, got to be on it because I ain't playing with these curls. They need to stay today and I'm just taking extra precaution to spray each one. The other side what'd, you say about my face just I'll, beat that face you shocked you shot oh period. I wouldn't be shocked either. It'S me big Glam, not the little one. This ain't, the only type of Glam we do so yeah y'all, see me, I'm not playing I'm gon na. Let him dry first, because I just spray the Spritz on it and I want to let it dry real, quick, okay and then I'm gon na take these pieces right here, use my smaller brush that way, it's like brushing it up, brushing it up brush! Oh, my God, I think my look gon na turn out so cute Justice. I think it's gon na turn out cute. It'S like like. I knew it would okay y'all. So basically, with this hair, I have already did pretty much a wig review on this wig. So it is already up on my channel. I have it linked in the description, but this was just like a pretty much a lace front wig, but I wanted to do an updo, but it wasn't giving so I had to do half of it up. Half of it down, so you guys seen I just pretty much curled it, and now I'm going through and curling even a little bit more to make it curly. And then I needed a little bit of volume because I wanted to kind of live like you know how Cinderella had that little pumpkin she was in. I believe so. I'M like that. I don't know that's what came in my head, but I needed to put like a little bun part in the middle. I didn't have anything so I ended up using my little flexi rod and then I wrapped that around and did another one. So it'll be a little bit even higher and it actually ended up, staying and working perfectly fine, and then I just sprayed it. But one thing about it. I noticed that my curls lasted an entire day because I used so much spreads and now I'm putting a rubber band around it and then I'm just going to pin the curls up and it ended up turning out to be a really really cute, updo um. So yeah, I was very happy with the turnout of it, like everything. Looked really good and also I just dropped my Vlog on the BET Awards as well, so that will be up on my vlogging Channel glamazon tape. Vlog so definitely go check that out. But overall I was very happy with the way everything looked because Chow it was given very much so bomb period. Now I got the back, but I'm gon na leave it up for right now because I'm not leaving to go anywhere. Yet my dress, you guys everything. Just turned out so cute, I got so many compliments and then I even posted pictures on Instagram. So if you guys are watching this, video definitely go comment on my picture on.
